JTTC – Tour leader merupakan seseorang yang bertugas untuk memimpin rombongan wisata dalam perjalanannya selama melaksanakan tour/wisata baik di dalam maupun di luar negeri.

Melihat dunia pariwisata yang berkembang pesat, menuntut tersedianya tour leader yang kompeten dan mampu melaksanakan tugasnya dengan maksimal untuk memberikan pelayanan terbaik daam jasa perjalanan wisata yang ditawarkan. Dengan begitu diperlukan Pelatihan Tour Leader yang akan membahas mengenai berbagai materi baik secara umum maupun mendetail akan leadership dalam dunia pariwisata.

Selain mengikuti pelatihan tour leader, penting juga untuk mengikuti uji kompetensi, yang mana digunakan sebagai salah satu penunjang karir yang dapat diakui secara nasional dengan mengikuti sertifikasi BNSP.

Deskripsi Training Tour Leader

Tugas utama seorang tour leader adalah memimpin rombongan wisata dalam perjalanannya selama melaksanakan tour/wisata baik di dalam maupun di luar negeri. Dunia pariwisata yang berkembang pesat, menuntut tersedianya tour leader yang kompeten dan mampu melaksanakan tugasnya dengan maksimal untuk memberikan pelayanan terbaik daam jasa perjalanan wisata yang ditawarkan. Kompetensi sebagai tour leader guna menunjang jenjang karir yang diakui secara nasional adalah dengan mengikuti sertifikasi dari BNSP.

Tujuan Training Tour Leader

Setelah  mengikuti sertifikasi ini peserta diharapkan mampu:

• Peserta memiliki kompetensi yang terbukti dengan sertifikasi BNSP untuk menjadi tour leader dalam bidang pariwisata
• Peserta mampu melaksanakan pekerjaan sebagai tour leader sesuai standar
• Peserta mampu menangani masalah yang terjadi dan keluhan klien dalam tour serta mampu memberikan solusi dari permasalahan yang terjadi

Metode Sertifikasi

(setelah melakukan pembayaran akan dishare link Aplikasi)

• Mengunggah data melalui Apikasi NAS (khusus sertifikasi kompetensi)
• Melengkapi seluruh persyaratan sebelum sertifikasi berlangsung
• Peserta menginstal aplikasi NAS dan Zoom pada perangkat masing–masing.
• Seluruh pelaksanaan sertifikasi akan dilaksanakan melalui Aplikasi NAS (Android) dan Zoom.
• Mohon menyediakan 2 perangkat pada saat sertifikasi (Laptop dan Ponsel/ Ponsel dan Ponsel) 1 perangkat akan digunakan sebagai Zoom dan 1 perangkat digunakan untuk sertifikasi online/ jarak jauh menggunakan aplikasi NAS (Android)
• Pada saat sertifikasi asesi wajib berpakaian rapih dan berpada pada ruangan yang hening, memiliki pencahayaan yang cukup dan tidak ditemani oleh orang lain demi menjaga kerahasiaan Uji Kompetensi.

Tugas utama seorang tour leader adalah memimpin rombongan wisata dalam perjalanannya selama melaksanakan tour/wisata baik di dalam maupun di luar negeri. Dunia pariwisata yang berkembang pesat, menuntut tersedianya tour leader yang kompeten dan mampu melaksanakan tugasnya dengan maksimal untuk memberikan pelayanan terbaik daam jasa perjalanan wisata yang ditawarkan. Kompetensi sebagai tour leader guna menunjang jenjang karir yang diakui secara nasional adalah dengan mengikuti sertifikasi dari BNSP.

Sertifikasi BNSP untuk profesi Tour Leader dilaksanakan oleh LSP Pramindo yang telah mendapat lisensi dari BNSP untuk melaksanakan assessment secara online dan bekerjasama dengan PT Expertindo. Manfaat dari mengikuti sertifikasi ini adalah peserta dapat membuktikan kompetensinya dengan memperoleh sertifikasi sebagai tour leader.

Setelah  mengikuti sertifikasi ini peserta diharapkan mampu:

• Peserta memiliki kompetensi yang terbukti dengan sertifikasi BNSP untuk menjadi tour leader dalam bidang pariwisata

Kemenparekraf Bekali Pelaku Parekraf Belitung “Pelatihan Tour Leader”

Dalam upaya mendorong kebangkitan ekonomi dan membuka peluang kerja yang lebih luas

Belitung, 20 Juni 2022 - Kementerian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif/Badan Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif (Kemenparekraf/Baparekraf) menyelenggarakan “Pelatihan Tour Leader” untuk pelaku pariwisata dan ekonomi kreatif di Belitung, guna meningkatkan wawasan serta keterampilan sebagai pemandu wisata.

Plt. Deputi Bidang Sumber Daya dan Kelembagaan Kemenparekrar/Baparekraf, Frans Teguh, Jumat (17/6/2022) menyampaikan bahwa Kemenparekraf bersama pemerintah daerah ingin menjadikan potensi Belitung, dengan menetapkkannya sebagai salah satu dari 10 Destinasi Pariwisata Proioritas (DPP). Untuk itu, Belitung harus mempertahankan prinsip-prinsip pembangunan pariwisata berkelanjutan. Salah satunya dengan pengembangan SDM pariwisata yang unggul dan berdaya saing. 

“Pelatihan tour leader ini diselenggarakan untuk mempersiapkan pembangunan pariwisata di Belitung, melalui peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia, untuk menyambut kebangkitan pariwisata Indonesia pascapandemi,” kata Frans.

Kegiatan yang telah berlangsung selama tiga hari, mulai dari 15 – 17 Juni 2022, di Hotel Golden Tulip Essential Belitung, diikuti oleh 32 peserta yang berasal dari Kabupaten Belitung dan Kabupaten Belitung Timur. 

Para peserta dibekali beragam materi pelatihan seperti prosedur kesehatan, keselamatan, dan keamanan di tempat kerja yang perlu diketahui, kemudian meningkatkan pengetahuan di bidang pariwisata, hingga melakukan membaca, menulis, dan berkomunikasi secara lisan dalam bahasa Inggris.

Frans berharap dengan adanya penyelenggaraan pelatihan tour leader di Belitung ini bisa berdampak baik untuk memajukan pariwisata khususnya industri perjalanan wisata. “Pembangunan SDM pariwisata yang unggul diharapkan mampu membuka peluang usaha pariwisata dan lapangan pekerjaan seluas-luasnya,” ujar Frans.

Kepala Bidang Ekonomi Kreatif, Dinas Pariwisata, Kebudayaan, Kepemudaan dan Olahraga Kepulauan Bangka Belitung, Zaiyuni, mengatakan Belitung dikenal dengan obyek wisata Laskar Pelangi Pantai Tanjung Tinggi serta segudang pesona wisata bahari, geopark, dan juga sejarah. Salah satunyanya adalah situs Geosite Pit Nam Salu yang akan dijadikan pilihan tujuan wisata bagi para delegasi G20 yang diselenggarakan September 2022.  

Kendati demikian, Belitung masih memiliki kendala dalam pengelolaan objek wisata, khususnya masih minimnya SDM Pariwisata yang berkualitas untuk mengelola SDA yang ada. 

“Dengan adanya pelatihan tour leader yang diinisiasi oleh Kemenparekraf, saya berharap kemampuan SDM untuk menjadi pemandu perjalanan pariwisata di Belitung dapat terus meningkat,” kata Zaiyuni.

8 Berkas Sebagai Syarat Sertifikasi Tour Leader Umroh Resmi BNSP

Sertifikasi Tour Leader Umroh belakangan ini semakin banyak dicari informasinya, hal itu tidak terlepas dari akan datangnya musim umroh pasca haji nanti atau awal muharram 1444 H. Dimana pihak travel pun akan lebih memprioritaskan para Tour Leader (TL) yang sudah melakukan sertifikasi, ada keuntungan tersendiri di sisi travel yaitu selain diketahui bahwa TL yang bersangkutan pasti telah memiliki kompetensi di bidangnya, juga saat dilakukan akreditasi, pihak travel akan mendapatkan nilai lebih, karena memiliki histori atau dokumentasi TL yang telah kompeten (tersertifikasi). Tentu dengan menunjukkan sertifikat kompetensi dari BNSP.

BNSP sendiri memiliki kepanjangan yaitu Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi, sebuah lembaga independen resmi yang dibentuk oleh pemerintah Indonesia. Dalam pelaksaan sertifikasi tour leader umroh, biasanya pihak BNSP akan bekerjasama dengan travel, asosiasi, dan LSP (Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi) yang terdaftar resmi di BNSP.

Syarat Sertifikasi Tour Leader Umroh Resmi BNSP

Banyak pesan whatsapp masuk ke kami yang menanyakan apa saja syarat untuk bisa menjadi tour leader yang tersertifikasi resmi BNSP. Berikut kami uraikan lengkap :

1. KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk)

2. Curriculum Vitae Atau biasa kita kenal Daftar Riwayat Hidup. Cukup cantumkan yang masih ada kaitannya dengan industri wisata, atau jika minim tentangnya, buatlah CV yang singkat tidak terlalu panjang.

3. Ijazah Terakhir Rekomendasi Ijazah S1 atau minimal SMA. Pada beberapa LSP, mensyaratkan S1.

4. Surat Keterangan Atau Surat Rekomendasi dari travel tempat Tour Leader pernah berangkat atau travel tempatnya saat ini bekerja.

5. Pas Photo 3×4 Berwarna Biasanya diminta background merah baik laki-laki ataupun wanita, sebanyak 4 lembar atau sesuai kebijakan masing-masing penyelenggara.

6. Sertifikat Pelatihan Terkait Diantaranya sertifikat : kursus bahasa arab, kursus bahasa inggris, training public speaking, training leadership, pelatihan tour leader, pelatihan da’i-da’iyah, ijazah pesantren, dll. Kalau tidak punya, jangan berkecil hati. Tetap optimis.

7. Minimal Pernah 2 (dua) kali menjadi Tour Leader Umroh Sebelum sertifikasi tour leader umroh, minimal pernah menjadi Tour Leader Umroh alias membawa jamaah ke Al Haromain sebanyak 2 kali, selain itu artinya pernah berangkat dengan status sebagai jamaah minimal 1 kali. Jika ditotal pernah berangkat ke Al Haromain minimal 3 kali perjalanan. Namun terkadang, setiap penyelenggara berbeda dalam menetapkan standar bagian ini. Jadi sesuaikan saja dengan informasi paling cocok.

8. Dokumentasi Pekerjaan (portofolio) Semua berkas A-Z yang kita dapatkan dari travel atau selama perjalanan, kita arsipkan (simpan) dengan rapi. Diantaranya adalah :

• Itinerary . Lembar atau buku saku berisi rencana kegiatan sealam perjalanan.
• Roomlist . Lembar berisi daftar kamar yang akan ditempati jamaah sesuai nomor masing-masing.
• Manifest Jamaah . Di dalam manifest usahakan terdapat name list dan passport list.
• PNR (Passenger Name Record / Kode Booking) / Tiket / Boarding Pass , minimal milik Anda sendiri sebagai TL.
• Brosur / Handbook / Flyer / Leaflet .
• Photo Group . Pastikan Anda memiliki photo group, dimana Anda sebagai Tour Leader sedang memegang bendera Tour Leader. Dalam hal ini banyak sekali kesalahan kekeliruan, dimana biasanya bendera TL dititipkan ke jamaah, atau terkadang jamaah melihat TL banyak bawaan sehingga dibantu-bawakan benderanya. Itu tidak dibenarkan, kecuali dalam keadaan sangat darurat. Oya, pastikan saat foto pegang bendera, posisi TL ada di depan atau samping dimana terlihat dengan jelas itu Anda.
• Passport dan Visa . Dan lainnya yang masih terkait dengan portofolio.

Semua itu mesti diphotocopy dan dibawa juga aslinya pada saat sertifikasi. Pastikan tersimpan rapi, usahakan tersimpan menggunakan Clear Holder minimal berisi 40 pcs kantong (plastik) di dalamnya, dan cukup untuk arsip kertas ukuran f4. Clear Holder dapat dibeli di toko-toko alat tulis kantor.

Itulah berkas yang menjadi syarat untuk sertifikasi tour leader umroh dan haji, boleh dibilang paling lengkap kami tulis. Silahkan setiap Anda bisa mulai sedari sekarang merapikan semuanya sebelum ikut sertifikasi. Sebenarnya ada satu lagi yang dapat menjadi nilai tambah berdasarkan pengalaman penulis, yaitu portofolio online yang mana dalam format foto maupun video Anda upload ke Instagram, Youtube, Tiktok, maupun Website Pribadi. Website pribadi sangat penting apabila mencerminkan personal branding Anda sebagai Tour Leader atau profesi lain yang masih berkaitan, misal sebagai ustadz, sebagai public speaker, dan lain-lain.

The third PGA Tour event in Texas this year begins on Thursday as the 2024 CJ Cup Byron Nelson tees off in the Dallas metro. Stephan Jager won in Houston and Akshay Bhatia won in San Antonio prior to the Masters, with the PGA Tour coming back to Dallas-Fort Worth at the end of May. The CJ Cup Byron Nelson 2024 field is loaded with Dallas natives like Jordan Spieth and Will Zalatoris, and the Texans also happen to top the 2024 CJ Cup Byron Nelson odds board. Spieth is the 12-1 favorite, and Zalatoris is the third-favorite at 22-1, with Jason Day (18-1) sandwiched in between.

TPC Craig Ranch, a par-72, 7,468-yard course with Bentgrass greens will host the tournament, which has Day as the defending champion and a two-time winner. Si Woo Kim, who was runner-up last year, is at 22-1, while K.H. Lee, who was the back-to-back winner in 2021-22, is a 60-1 longshot. SportsLine's proprietary model, built by DFS pro Mike McClure, has been red-hot since the PGA Tour resumed in June of 2020. In fact, the model is up more than $9,000 on its best bets since the restart, nailing tournament after tournament.

McClure's model correctly predicted Scottie Scheffler would finish on top of the leaderboard at the 2024 Masters, the Arnold Palmer Invitational, the Players Championship, and the RBC Heritage this season. McClure also included Hideki Matsuyama in his best bets to win the 2024 Genesis Invitational. That bet hit at +9000, and for the entire tournament, McClure's best bets returned nearly $1,000.

The model also predicted Jon Rahm would be victorious at the 2023 Sentry Tournament of Champions and The American Express. At the 2023 Masters, the model was all over Rahm's second career major victory heading into the weekend. Rahm was two strokes off the lead heading into the third round, but the model still projected him as the winner. It was the second straight Masters win for the model, which also nailed Scheffler winning in 2022.

In addition, McClure's best bets included Nick Taylor (70-1) winning the 2023 RBC Canadian Open, Jason Day (17-1) winning outright at the 2023 AT&T Byron Nelson, and Rickie Fowler (14-1) finishing on top of the leaderboard at the 2023 Rocket Mortgage Classic.

This same model has also nailed a whopping 11 majors entering the weekend and hit the Masters three straight years. Anyone who has followed it has seen massive returns.

Top 2024 CJ Cup Byron Nelson predictions 

One major surprise the model is calling for at the CJ Cup Byron Nelson 2024: Day, the defending champion and one of the top favorites, stumbles and barely cracks the top five. Day got off to a hot start this season when he posted three top-10 finishes in his first five tournaments, but he has struggled since then. He has finished outside the top 15 in his last five events, including a missed cut at the Texas Children's Houston Open at the end of March. 

Day ranks 183rd on the PGA Tour in approach shots from more than 200 yards, which will be a shot that he has to take throughout this tournament. He is also ranked 133rd in green in regulation percentage (63.62%) and 152nd in strokes gained: approach to green (-0.380). Day is not in strong form right now, so the model is looking elsewhere with its pick to win this tournament. 

Another surprise: Min Woo Lee, a 28-1 longshot, makes a strong run at the title. Lee entered this tournament last year ranked 62nd in the world, but he's steadily risen and is now No. 32 in World Ranking. That's thanks to collecting a pair of international victories since October and just missing another with a runner-up on the Cognizant Classic of the PGA Tour last month. Lee's last tournament was at the Masters where he finished a solid 22nd, giving him three top 25s over his last four major starts.

TPC Craig Ranch presents birdie opportunities on the four par 5s, and Lee is among the best in the world on these holes. He ranks 13th on tour in par 5 scoring, thanks to elite driving skills as Lee ranks in the top 20 in driving distance, driving accuracy and total driving. Maybe just as importantly, Lee is one who avoids major mistakes as he ranks 21st on the PGA Tour in 3-putt avoidance. With a somewhat diluted field devoid of many of the top players on tour, a golfer with Lee's strengths would be a valuable asset in 2024 CJ Cup Byron Nelson bets.  See who else to pick here .

Arkady in Veliky Novgorod was a very good guide and answered all of our questions with ease. Novgorod was perhaps a long way to go for a day trip, but we did enjoy it. Vasily was a great driver to have and kept us safe with good humour and skill. We enjoyed ourselves so much, my daughter says she is already planning to return. We would both have no hesistation to recommend ExpresstoRussia to anyone we know.

Just wanted to let you know that My grandson Bruno and I couldn´t have been more pleased with our week in Moscow (6/15 - 6/21). We were absolutely enchanted with the whole experience, including getting lost a couple of times in the Metro during our free time. Although both our guides (both Eleanas) were excellent, I would particularly commend the first one (she took us to the Tatiakov, the KGB tour, and to that beautiful cemetery where so many great Russian artists, authors, composers, musicians, militarists, and politicians are buried). Her knowledge is encyclopedic; and her understanding of today´s Russia as a product of its past was, for us, truly enlightening. I will be taking another tour in Russia, with my wife, within the next two or three years. I will be in touch with you when the time comes. Meanwhile, I will refer you to other potential visitors to Russia as I meet them.

What is the best time to visit moscow.

Any time of year is fine depending on what you plan to do. Ensure that your accommodation is fairly central and book tickets in advance, so that you can make the most of your days. Do they speak English in Moscow?

As Russia’s capital city, tourists are well accommodated in Moscow. There should be English-speaking staff in restaurants, bars, hotels, shops and attractions in tourist hotspots, and there are also English-speaking tourist police. Transport services have English translations on their maps and English announcements via intercom; alternatively, order taxis from the Yandex Taxi app (Russian Uber), though it’s unlikely that your taxi driver will speak English. If you get stuck and cannot communicate, it’s fine to use Google Translate.

Is it safe to travel to Moscow?

It is no less safe to travel to Moscow than to any European city if you exercise common sense and look after your belongings. As with every city some regions can be more unsavoury than others, but no tourist attractions are located there. The traffic in Moscow is notorious, so exercise caution when crossing roads. Do not take unlicensed taxis; book in advance or take public transport, which is widespread and perfectly safe. If you encounter any problems, look for the special tourist police who can help you.
