Kudos to the team at Polo Travel! My parents and now me and my family have trusted Polo Travel for all our trips over the past 30 years and have always been 110% satisfied. From nation-wide to international trips, they have always delivered outstanding service and results - giving my family the gift of beautiful travel memories. Thank you Polo Travel for your consistently friendly and outstanding service and I look forward to many more years of travel with you by our side!

I never write reviews but Rosie at Polo Travel goes above and beyond to ensure her clients receive the best experience possible. Rosie is quick to respond to everything. This includes planning your trip and/ or supporting you with all COVID 19 travel concerns. She has a wealth of information at her finger tips and if she doesn't know the answer she spends whatever time it takes getting it for you. During the pandemic Rosie has spent over 24 hrs at a time on hold with airlines in order to support her clients. I know from personal experience that she does whatever it takes to ensure her clients not only have the best vacation but are also safe and make it home safely Especially during the pandemic where rules are constantly changing or obstacles keep coming up. Personally I will never use another travel agent. I highly recommend Polo travel and more specifically Rosie for all your travelling needs. You will not find a more dedicated travel agent.
