Pleasant , simple and easy to use – that’s what you can expect from the PowerBug GT Tour Series ele c tric trolley .  

From putting it into the boot of the car to taking it out, it is compact, light and hassle free.  

The process of assembling the trolley is super quick and easy and you’ll be on your way to the first tee in no time at all. 

The lithium battery that comes with the trolley weighs only 1kg. Which is extremely convenient when travelling around, as it’s easy to store and doesn’t get in the way.

This battery, according to PowerBug, is “the smallest on the market” and will last up to 27 holes and beyond. The battery life can be seen on the display screen along with the speed. 

The speed dial, which is located just above the display screen, is super easy to use and has nine speeds to choose from. All you need to do is turn the dial to your desired speed, push down and off you go. To stop, just press down again. It’s that simple.

The powerbug gt dhc stands for down hill control..

Down Hill Control allows the trolley user to automatically maintain a constant speed when walking down hill, preventing the trolley from running away when being used on a hilly golf course.

In addition to the Down Hill Control, the GT DHC also features a parking brake.

This allows the trolley to be safely parked on a hill or slope eliminating the risk of the trolley rolling away whilst unattended.

Battery good for two round of golf, work well when using up hill and such. The only negative is the steering, very hard to align and cart always want to go left. Instruction on how to align wheel not very good

Good part ex price for a new model.

Telephoned Powerbug who gave me a great price in part ex against for a new NX trolley. My new trolley arrived 2 days later and I am very happy with it. Having used it 3 times already it runs very smooth, runs like a dream. It feels such good quality and I would recommend one if you are in the hunt for a new electric trolley.

Great guys to deal with possible problem with battery or charging system Christine advised sending back for testing he arranged collection couldn't find any thing wrong but as a good will gesture replaced battery FoC. Can't ask for more highly recommend there products and services.

Punches way above its price point

I bought a NX Model in February, and allthough I've only had limited use due to the damn rain we've all endured, the Trolley is a revelation. I did 36 holes on a pretty hilly course recently, and the 36 hole Lithium battery was still showing about a 3rd of the power left. The trolley feels like it's built to withstand anything you could possibly throw at it, it looks very modern and has nice lines. It is quite heavy but I find that a reassuring feature hinting at its longevity. Customer service from the guys at POWERBUG, special mention goes out to Christian, is exemplary. I had an issue with the GPS/PHONE HOLDER that is sold as an accessory, i rang the office and within 10 minutes a replacement was sent on it way to me. Finally, PRICE!! At around £300-£400 pounds cheaper than the big name competition, it's an absolute steal. If you're in the market for a new electric golf trolley, then look no further than POWERBUG you'll not regret it one iota.

I had a problem with a newish golf umbrella, which PowerBug sorted very satisfactorily. The customer service was first class. A replacement was provided very quickly. I have had a number of transactions with PowerBug and always found them to be excellent to deal with.

The NX is my second Powerbug

The NX is my second Powerbug, only upgraded because the old GT Mini Lithium battery was starting to fail after approx 8 years, and with the part exchange deal made sense to upgrade. used the NX twice and seams great and it looks the part as well. Would recommend Powerbug all day long, cheaper and as good as brands like Motocaddy and Powercaddy, if not better. Great people to deal with as well.

Called powerbug on phone

Called powerbug on phone, no problem with supply. Given easy instructions of where the warehouse was. Arrived about an hour after phone call, helpful assistant checked charger and trolley. Everything OK. Was offered a trade in price on trolley which was very generous but I wasn't in financial position to take up the offer. Thank you for good customer service

This is my second powerbug

This is my second powerbug. First one I had for nearly 10yrs still in good working order. Ordered trolley on Wednesday arrived Friday ,feels solid and looks the part.

Helpful team

You would have got 5 stars for the cart service( because the V wrap wasn't working ) You told me to change the battery in the handle which I did. But it didn't work. So I ordered the service to fix it. I paid for it so thought I would give it a good clean and cleaned underneath it where I discovered a 3 pin connector had come apart. This fixed it. Rang powerbug and a helpful guy said the box hadn't been dispatched and I could have my money back, but I haven't had the fefund yet. Since I posted this review powerbug have notified me that a refund will arrive in my bank within ten days as promised

Customer service was great

Customer service was great when asking for assistance/help in purchasing the correct wheels for my PowerBug trolley. Delivery was on time, the wheels are on and working perfectly so all good.
