Since Monday we ask for a refund today is Saturday already. WHAT HAPPENED TO MY REFUND? When I transfer the payment it gonna takes only a few seconds for you to receive my payment immediately but for a refund, it will take 48 years for your agency. Then they gonna deduct 10 dirhams because of the company policy. What is this a joke? I don't know why you have a business number or WhatsA pp but you don't how to reply it's just you looking at it. Steppe Wildlife Conservation & Research Center is an NGO dedicated to the conservation of local wildlife, especially the Pallas’s cat, snow leopard and the steppe eagle. Our programs are meticulously designed to conserve the steppe ecosystem through the collaboration with local communities. We focus primarily on building local stewardship through community-based tourism, education, and research in Eastern and Western Mongolia.

We have over 12 years of experience in the eco-tourism field. Our guides are all zoologists and professional photographers.

Battulga Tumurdash is a founder & president of Look Mongolia Travel Group. He has grown from guiding to the top management of the largest travel company in Mongolia before he started own business. 

MUNKHZAYA Namjiljav

Travel designer & Sales specialist

Zaya is sales manager and tour designer of the company. She is graduated Gazarchin University in 2005 and holds bachelor degree of tourism management and marketing. Based on her experience she develops new travel itineraries and tour products. 

Tour Guides & Leaders

All of our guides are professional, knowledgeable and they have 2-8 years of working experience. All of them are certified as a tour guide by TDIM (Tourism Development Institute of Mongolia). They always try their best to make all our customers happy and make the tour most enjoyable! 

Our drivers are professionals with outstanding skills of navigating the unpaved, unmarked country trails. Except for being wonderful drivers, they are mechanics able to take care of any slight damages and occasional breaks of their already reliable vehicles. 

Our Cultural and Environmental Codes

Whilst satisfying the needs of our esteemed guests we highly respect local culture, lifestyles, customs, and religious beliefs and practices. Inherited from ancient shamanistic beliefs, there are a number of customs and taboos when meeting nomads and visiting their gers. Our staff will always be there to ensure that you cope with the traditional cultures and beliefs of Mongolian nomads. 

Steppe Nomad Travel and Tours is involved in such projects of promoting and maintaining nomads’ traditions as the establishment of Nomads’ cultural village and Traditional handicraft center.
