Excellent sunset dinner cruise in Biloxi!

We celebrated our 31st wedding anniversary on the Betsy Ann. Thoroughly enjoyed it! Loved the live music, dancing, good food and absolutely gorgeous Biloxi waterfront at sunset. The captain and his crew made the two-hour dinner cruise a very special treat. We are locals and are so happy to know the Betsy Ann offers such a great experience of our beloved south coast home. 10/10 recommend!

We were met by Vince (AKA Gilligan) as we boarded. Very outgoing and took his job of making this tour memorable. The history that was related during the tour was exceptional and gave a better insight to the area during and after Hurricane Katrina. After half was through the trip we were able to sit back and relax in the warm breeze listening to music and taking in the beauty of the Gulf. Well worth the time and money and would recommend this trip to all.

What a great time. We did the 2 hour afternoon cruise, The captain and staff were amazing. The captain narrated us through the history of the area, which was amazing to learn. The staff was very available always walking around to offer drinks and snacks and to enjoy talking to everyone. The Betsy Ann was very clean. The lower deck, which offers a dining room, bar and restrooms was very clean and inviting. This is a great tour and a nice and relaxing time away from the casino. HIGHLY recommend.

Absolutely wonderful and enjoyable experience from boarding to getting off the boat. Staff, Captain, and everyone were fabulous! Beautiful sights and a relaxing atmosphere! We WILLbe back!

This is, in our estimation, one in a list of thirty marvelous places, flavors, events, and experiences that anyone who lives in—or loves—our part of the world should experience at least once in his or her lifetime.

Get yourself to the Biloxi Schooner Pier complex at 4 pm on a breezy afternoon, and you’re in for a treat. That’s when the Glenn L. Swetman, a faithful replica of the iconic Biloxi Schooner sailing ships, offers two-and-a-half-hour walk-on cruises that leave from the pier complex daily. Captain Ron Reiter and crew welcome passengers with a pleasantly short list of dos and don’ts before starting the ship’s motor to push away from the dock and out into the channel. Then the crew hoist the Swetman’s sails, and the throb of the diesel is replaced by the creak of rigging and the languid rush of water along the hull. Passengers relax; coolers open; bottles of wine are brought forth; and folks stretch out on benches and hatch covers to soak up the evening sun. As the wind picks up Captain Ron shares snatches of local seafaring history while letting the kids take turns at the helm. A two-and-a-half hour cruise costs $30 for adults, $15 for children, and is a valuable source of revenue for the Maritime Museum, which lost its building to Katrina and is currently working on a replacement.
