What are travel mugs?

These travel mugs are the perfect container for traveling with your hot or cold beverages.

Are there any minimum purchase requirements?

CDI can ship from a single case to a truckload of product within 24 hours of receipt of an order. Products are typically received 3-5 days after shipping.

Can CDI mix colors in a case of customer travel mugs?

CDI cannot mix colors within a case. Selling in full case packs helps us keep our pricing low.

Can we pick up our bulk orders at your warehouse to avoid shipping charges?

Yes. If you would like to pick up an order of drinkware personally from the warehouse, please contact [email protected].

Can we use our own shipping account for shipping less than 10 cases of your customizable tumblers?

Yes. If you would like to use your own shipping account for your order, please contact [email protected].

What if I receive an order with damaged traveler mugs?

CDI will refund the cost of the item plus proportional shipping for damage reported within 30 days of receipt of the order.

How does CDI calculate freight costs for less than 10 cases of traveler mugs?

CDI does NOT markup freight costs for orders placed through the website. Freight costs are based on CDI’s discount structure with UPS.
