Another SCAM/FRAUD by www.Airborntraveler. com…

I booked flights in USA by United Airlines on 2 nd May for 2nd August, 2 seats Toronto to Albany vis Newick at a cost of $685.42 charged to my corporate Visa card. After trying for weeks to get a boring pass and getting vacuous email replies, I called United to find the flight didn't exist any more and that the fare charge had been refunded to Airborn Traveler. This was a clear SCAM, I have reported it to the authorities in US and UK and don't expect to get my money returned. They are a fraud par excellence , very convincing paperwork who just collect you money and disappear. I hope the perpetrators are found and jailed ,so BEWARE

i thought i was on Frontier Airline…

i thought i was on Frontier Airline site I purchase a ticket on July 11, but did not receive the e-ticket, Once i contacted them, I was told they had to do a refund and then a rebooking, so I paid a second time, of course once i contacted them for when the refund would post I was told 60 day or Sept 12 it is now Oct 10 and they are not returning emails and if i call they put me on hold and then disconnect. Please do not use.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! COMPLETE SCAM! We booked a trip in AAugust 2022 for October 2022. They took our money and NEVER booked the flight. All we wanted to do was see our children for a Birthday celebration. We paid with our banking card therefore we could not dispute the charges. Every time we call their customer service line they literally hang up on us. We have report them to the BBB with NO response.

I will never use this site again to book my ticket on Westjet again... I was supposed to get my booking pass 20 mins after getting my Eticket, phoned 3 times on the day I was leaving Spain to get to Canada, they told me they would deal with it and will phone me back which they did'nt. I could'nt book my suitcases and I was charged 100 pounds for my suitcases and had a hell of a time because I did'nt get my booking pass. I could go on, but no point , I was disgusted at the price of the ticket and the suitcase price, You will have to smarten up in the future, or your not going to have a buisness .

I called in late March to inquire about tickets, I was told it didn’t go through on Spirits end and I must rebook to keep flight I was all ready on . I was told my refund was coming soon. Absolutely the worst!!

Absolutely the worst!!! If I could give negative stars, I would. I was told the price went up after I already paid them, then I requested a refund. They then told me I would get my refund back in a month, I called after the month was up and have talked with several people- they kept pushing off the return date, 28 days after the month, then 14 days, then another week. It has been 3.5 MONTHS and I still have yet to get my money back. Absolute sh** show of a "business"!

My experience of Airborn Traveler is further down this list and basically the same as everyone else's - I bought airline tickets in good faith in May, the tickets were never issued, I was assured a refund would be forthcoming countless times and still, on Sept. 16, no refund had appeared. I tried several ways to find the real name and address of this business and failed. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau who didn't get any response and couldn't do anything more. HOW I GOT MY REFUND - I contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge. There is a time limit on the credit card company's obligation to help but my company waived the 60 day limit and have given me a temporary credit pending a response form Airborn as to why they shouldn't have to refund me. I have my booking receipt and emails from Airborn customer service promising the refund so I guess I am good there. THANK YOU CAPITAL ONE!! If you have lost money, don’t give up and don't let them get away with it!

Do not use this service. I picked this travel site because they appeared to have good prices. I purchased tickets about a month ahead of travel. Frontier requires you to register all bags. I could not figure out how to get access to the reservation to add the bags. I called their customer service. The first time I called I got put on hold for 30 minutes, and then I was inexplicably disconnected. I called again. This time I was informed that all my flights were canceled and my tickets were never issued. To simply keep the same travel dates, I needed to pay over 20% more. This process, however, took over an hour of being put on hold and repeatedly asked the same questions. It was extremely painful. Furthermore, the charge for the new tickets was immediate, but the refund for the cancelled tickets won't be processed for 7-10 business days. This is a suspicious potential scam where the incoming money and the unrefunded are held for interest. My experience was painful, and I would have saved money, time, and my sanity if I used any other travel service. The process may look good, but they will upsell you, make your life more difficult, and waste your time and energy. Do not use this service.

Flight from Fort Lauderdale to Buffalo

I booked my vacation on July 2nd to fly out to Buffalo, NY from Ft. Lauderdale on Aug 19th of 2022. I was searching on Google Fly and I was taken to the Airborn Traveler website, which offered roundtrip flights for around 147 dollars. I bought these tickets for 3 people, adding up to $626.31, seeming like a good offer. I called multiple times over the month and a half since purchasing the tickets, asking where they were since I never received them. They then told me they would give me the e-tickets in the couple of days before the flight. I got impatient during the week before the flight and asked where the tickets were and Airborn Traveler had told me that my flight was canceled because the flight was fully booked. I was then told to call the airline to discuss the current state of the flight, and upon calling I was told that my booking never was confirmed by the airline and they had never received any communication from the booking agency. They then told me to call Airborn Traveler again, who told me to call the airliner again, and back and forth until I had realized that i had been scammed. Airborn Traveler told me that they would issue me a refund, and after a month and a half I received nothing. Because of this mess, I was forced to buy the tickets for this trip for $700 per seat since we were so close to the flight date. All I'd like to know is how I could possibly get my money back or if there is a Federal Agency who could track the scammer and place them in jail where they belong.

I am not a very happy camper right now, I am a single mother of 2 and live on a budget. on September 07,2022 at 6:36pm I booked a flight from Chicago to Orlando and a decent price. I got an email that said Congratulation! your flight has been book. Today October 10th I decided to just call to see if the flight was on time only to find out that my flight had been canceled... Boy was I heated, I NEVER cancelled our flight. so naturally I called customer service and they confirmed that the flight indeed had been canceled. the guy on the phone ( Frank )did nothing to try to make this right and just said there was nothing they can do and hung up. I decided to call back because I just didn't feel that was right and I spoke with a girl this time( Pauline ) I explained everything to here again and she also confirmed that the flight had been cancelled, then she proceeded to tell me there were still seats available on the same flight for $194 more than what I paid the first time. wait just a minute why should I have to pay more when I was not the one who cancelled it in the first place. I need to get on this flight as we are traveling with another family (whos flight was NOT cancelled by the way) and she said ok well I can help you get on that same flight if you would like. I ended up paying the extra $194 to get the flight book so that my kids could finally have a decent vacation. but I will NEVER deal with Airborntraveler again unless they make this right for my boys and I.

They sold me tickets, sent confirmation, wait for four months and there were no tickets. When I called them they told me that tickets were “not assigned”. I asked them why they kept my money they told me they were holding it for me. I lost over $2000 because of this unbelievable scam. Bo refund for canceled flight

Booked my flight and never received e ticket. Price went up 100.00. Fine, get to airport and my flight was canceled. American airlines tried to get me on a flight 4 hours later. Couldn't get on the flight. Called airborn because if your flight is canceled its federal law they have to refund. They hung up on me twice and were laughing.

I can not believe this company still…

I can not believe this company still has a website that allows people to book flights. Same as everyone else’s complaint my flight was cancelled and they kept my money. They send generic emails saying I will get my refund and when you call once you say your looking for a refund d you get hung up on. I reported the company to the BBB. They sent them a letter stating I would get a refund. This all began in May of 2022. I still call them once a week.

Airborntraveler is FRAUD , I am out $1540 after receiving an email that my flight was cancelled 5 days before my flight. When I called their response was that the flight cost went up so they cancelled. Incredible. I filed a claim with my Visa CARD, all of you should do the same, do not let people like this, get away with fraud and scam, we all need to make sure they paid for their crimes that they committed. Who has ever heard of having to be at check in at airport 4 hours before your domestic flight? (We were never told on ticket or by anyone). We were supposed to read their minds I guess. They said We were categorized as 'missed our flight' even though we were there an hour before, AND no refund on tickets! Next flight middle of night tonight with high extra charge. We have flown so many times with no rules like this one. Oh my god we are livid! Drove to Oakland airport at 2 am, been awake for the past 24 hours! Only to hear we were late for check in! Lost our hotel reservation, rental car all because we weren t at airport 4 hours before check in! Been on phone with everyone and their grandmother complaing with no resolution. What else can I do? What a SCAM! Never use Spirit Airlines or Airborne travelers.com they're horrible!! So back home - all packed but going no where. What a nightmare! 😱

Complete and total fraud do not go through this company my daughter went through this company and in July and and when it came time for her flight they canceled her flight and said that that airline which was United was not flying that day.. They said that they will offer a refund Which would take 45 days every time we call them it's somebody that does not speak English they hang up on you They tell you that your claim has been processed and and it will be delivered in your bank account 7 to 10 business days.. I had to turn around and buy my daughter and my granddaughter and her and her daddy a plane ticket back to California or no which cost you'd mean additional $1000 So this company has cost me $1700 this is not OK. These online companies are a joke it seems that airborne travel and trip front trip front travel are two of the same company. They have the same phone number . You just never know who you're gonna talk to but it's the same age agents over and over.

Do not use them you have been warned.I made reservation for two on April 12, 2022 paid $203.52 on my visa credit card.I received email confirmation from airborne travel the same day with passengers name flight time the whole itinerary. Today May 24, 2022 I called frontier airline to confirm My seat since I did not receive e-ticket confirmation from airborn travel. Frontier Airlines told me we have no reservation for you. I called airport travel explained that they charged my credit card but seat reservation wasn’t made with the airline what the hell is going on I asked their agent? I gave him the reference number after 30 minutes on hold, he came back and told me yes we don’t have a seat confirmation for you. I said you guys already charge my credit card,agent said-I’m sorry we can’t honor your reservation the airfare went up since April 12 and we have to charge you higher fee. Do not book with this company!!!!! I booked flight for tomorrow. Called them and got hang up 3 times. Called again and woman told me that my tickets were never booked and ll see eticket in2-3 hours. I said “are u scamming me?” she said no I should hear back in2-3 hours. I called my credit card company and put a dispute. I received this email which looks fake because they’re trying to stall the time: -- Dear Customer We regret to inform you that your booking has been cancelled and amount had been refunded. The amount is already refunded in the original form of payment and you should have the funds in a maximum of 21 to 28 business days from now. I called back and spoke to a rep who started talking all over me when I was trying to explain my problem. Showed no empathy at all. Hii, My name is Amandeep kaur. I booked a flight for 2 passengers on May 4th. But due to some reasons, my flight got cancelled by your company. The amount of US $436.70 was deducted from my credit card. It has been 2 months now, but I didn’t get my refund back yet. I feel as though I have just been ripped off by this company and from the reviews its looking that way...absolutely pissed off right now...I booked a flight with these people at a sale price and when I called they they said the price I paid was no longer available and the ticket price went up at the time of purchase. I said how is that possible if I purchased a ticket it should be honored to which he said sorry sir....sorry !!. So they asked me for more money for the flight. He said he would refund my 791.00 and then he wanted to recharge me more money an extra 100.00 and some odd dollars. I said I can't afford to purchase another flight because you took my money and now I have to wait for my money to be returned before I can purchase the higher priced ticket now, I am not rich. I asked how long before I can receive my 791.00 and it went from 3 business days to 14 to 21 business days but it has been remitted. I called my bank and they said they cannot do anything about it....that I have to wait and if I am not refunded the said money they can put me in touch with the fraud department..... I see reviews on here and it leaves me with little hope. Update…, after freaking out on every source I spoke to I was reimbursed my money but had to wait an extra few days because they were also going to pull more funds and the bank was waiting for that to go through but in the end it did not I had my card canceled and had to go get a new card and change my password Not a kool place to deal with at all

Scam company - Took my money and never booked me on flight

Company is a scam (Is there not an option for ZERO stars?). I booked tickets for a flight between two Hawaiian islands and they never even made a reservation for me with the airline. I got an e-mail 4 days before my flight to say that it had been cancelled (at least they had the decency to let me know THAT). When I called the airline they said I'd never been booked and I had to buy new tickets. Their 800 number is unmonitored. They promised a refund within 6-8 weeks for the "cancelled" (really, never booked) flight but I didn't waste any time. I just filed a fraud report with my CC. I'm guessing that they prey on people who go off the beaten path for small flights between islands that the major airlines don't service. Do yourself a favor and book directly with the airlines in those cases.

I feel as though I have just been…

I feel as though I have just been ripped off by this company and from the reviews its looking that way...absolutely pissed off right now...I booked a flight with these people at a sale price and when I called they they said the price I paid was no longer available and the ticket price went up at the time of purchase. I said how is that possible if I purchased a ticket it should be honored to which he said sorry sir....sorry !!. So they asked me for more money for the flight. He said he would refund my 791.00 and then he wanted to recharge me more money an extra 100.00 and some odd dollars. I said I can't afford to purchase another flight because you took my money and now I have to wait for my money to be returned before I can purchase the higher priced ticket now, I am not rich. I asked how long before I can receive my 791.00 and it went from 3 business days to 14 to 21 business days but it has been remitted. I called my bank and they said they cannot do anything about it....that I have to wait and if I am not refunded the said money they can put me in touch with the fraud department..... I see reviews on here and it leaves me with little hope. Update…, after freaking out on every source I spoke to I was reimbursed my money but had to wait an extra few days because they were also going to pull more funds and the bank was waiting for that to go through but in the end it did not I had my card canceled and had to go get a new card and change my password Not a kool place to deal with at all

Scam company - Took my money and never booked me on flight

Company is a scam (Is there not an option for ZERO stars?). I booked tickets for a flight between two Hawaiian islands and they never even made a reservation for me with the airline. I got an e-mail 4 days before my flight to say that it had been cancelled (at least they had the decency to let me know THAT). When I called the airline they said I'd never been booked and I had to buy new tickets. Their 800 number is unmonitored. They promised a refund within 6-8 weeks for the "cancelled" (really, never booked) flight but I didn't waste any time. I just filed a fraud report with my CC. I'm guessing that they prey on people who go off the beaten path for small flights between islands that the major airlines don't service. Do yourself a favor and book directly with the airlines in those cases.

I had booked a flight with this company…

I had booked a flight with this company back in June 2022 only to realize with the confirmation email that the flight was in American funds. I phoned that same day to cancel and I was informed that I would be refunded but it may take 1 or 2 billing cycles to end up on my credit card. This did not happen and I gave them a call in Nov.22 to find out what happened. They told me that I would be receiving a cheque in the mail rather than reimbursing my credit card. Cheque never arrived. I spent the entire year of 2023 with many phone calls to them to get my refund. Sometimes they told me that the cheque was in the mail or it is now going to be sent. What a bunch of hogwash. It is clear that these scammers should be out of business. Do not give them a cent!

Exactly the same story as outlined by many other people. No etickets. Left numerous voicemails. Finally one day prior to departure, dome bozo pickeg up to say our tickets had been cancelled and that they can rebook us on another flight for almost 4 times the oroginal price. Terrible -- mis spelled my last name on airline ticket-- kept telling me it could be fixed-- never really fixed-- multiple attempts to login to airline sites to pay baggage fees -- constant rejection- this trip doesnt exist etc! Avoid at all cost

Avoid at all cost. Booked two tickets to fly from Toronto to Halifax. They took our money and then 4 days prior to flight date they sent an email advising that the flights had been cancelled and advised us to make alternate arrangements. Called this outfit and they gave us the runaround about some system glitch and they would issue eTickets in 24hrs. No eTickets issued. Out of pocket $1300.00 with this business.

Book the flight about 45 days ago and was immediately charged the fee. Flight is supposed to leave tomorrow and realize we never got the actual e-ticket. Call this company and they said they tried to reach out several times saying that the flight was not able to be booked in the fares went up more than double. I called Spirit airlines direct and saw that they never reserved a flight after I made payment. This is a total scam company and I'm sure have ruined many a vacation. Turn and run.

Nightmare, worst online travel company I've ever experienced. They destroyed our 40th anniversary vacation and had to go to the FBI Cyber crimes division to even get our money back and now the airfares are triple what they were months ago when I gave them the money to book our trip. Won't call you back and won't pay you back. Not even a real company. I looked at several back pages of their website and saw several pages in Russian. Now I really don't trust them!!! Wish I had read the reviews - I just had the same experience. Took my money and never got me the tickets. I wonder how much money they get from keeping my money on ice from baking time, through multiple days of me calling for tickets and n=being told 'tomorrow', then 3 WEEKS before I can expect a refund. I inadvertently booked thru them in April, they cancelled my flights so when my son and I arrived at airport no booking even though I had tix and seat assignments! So awful! W.H.O. Broadens Definition of Airborne Diseases

After a drawn-out global controversy over the coronavirus, the W.H.O. has updated its classification of how pathogens spread through the air.

In the early days of the Covid pandemic, a team of scientists called on the World Health Organization to acknowledge that the disease could spread through the air.

Initially, the agency rebuffed them, despite growing evidence that coronavirus-laden droplets stuck around in the air, making indoor spaces hotbeds of infection. The researchers responded with a public campaign , which helped persuade the World Health Organization to finally acknowledge, in late 2021, that Covid was airborne .

In the wake of the controversy, the agency also asked a group of advisers — including some of its scientific critics — to update its formal guidelines for classifying the ways that pathogens spread. After more than two years of discussion, that group has published a report laying out new definitions that could have significant implications for countries around the world that depend on the agency to set policies to curb the spread of disease.

The W.H.O.’s previous stance was that only a handful of pathogens — those that travel in small droplets and spread across long distances, like tuberculosis — could be considered airborne. But the new report suggests broader categories that do not rely on droplet size or distance spread. Such changes were contentious because they raised the prospect that more diseases might now demand costly control measures, such as hospital isolation rooms and protective gear.

“It’s an important first step,” said Dr. Ed Nardell, a tuberculosis expert at Harvard Medical School and a member of the group. “We really have a start, with agreed-upon terminology, even if everybody’s not happy with it.”

Before the pandemic, the W.H.O. and other agencies typically recognized a few ways diseases could spread. One was by “contact transmission,” in which someone picked up a pathogen either by touching an infected person directly or through contact with a contaminated surface.

“Droplet transmission” involved the short-range spread of diseases when people coughed or sneezed droplets larger than 5 microns (five millionths of a meter), which then landed directly on a victim’s mouth, eyes or nose.

“Airborne transmission” referred to just a handful of diseases that spread in droplets smaller than 5 microns, floating for long distances until someone inhaled them.

When Covid emerged, the agency said it was likely spreading over short distances, either through contact or droplet transmission.

But Yuguo Li, a mechanical engineer at Hong Kong University, and many other critics worried that the W.H.O. was overlooking the possibility that Covid could spread through the air. As the pandemic progressed, the scientists found evidence in outbreaks that the coronavirus might indeed be able to spread over long distances in floating droplets. (Some scientists questioned the strength of those studies.)

The W.H.O. formed the new advisory group in November 2021 and asked Dr. Li to be a co-chair. At the group’s meetings, Dr. Li and others argued that the agency had relied on false dichotomies.

For example, there is little scientific basis for the 5-micron threshold for small droplets. Larger droplets can also stay afloat for long periods of time.

The researchers also argued that short-range infections were not proof that a disease spreads only through coughs and sneezes. Infected people can also exhale droplets through breathing or talking that are then inhaled by others nearby.

The new report divides transmission routes into ones that involve contact, and others that involve the air. The group agreed to call the second route “through the air transmission.”

Linsey Marr, an environmental engineer at Virginia Tech and a member of the advisory group, found that phrase more awkward than a simpler term like airborne transmission.

“I find it very clunky,” she said. “But we were looking for the lowest common denominator terminology that everyone could live with.”

The report further specified that pathogens can spread through the air in two ways. One is “direct deposition,” which refers to droplets that hit the mucus membranes of the mouth, eyes or nose. The other is “airborne transmission/inhalation,” in which droplets are inhaled.

After the scientists came up with the new terminology, the W.H.O. obtained agreements from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, as well as its counterparts in Africa, China and Europe, to adopt the same definitions.

“It’s a pretty important statement of agreement to work together,” said Dr. Jeremy Farrar, the W.H.O.’s chief scientist.

But the new report did not make any recommendations for how the agencies should stop diseases from spreading by these different routes. The authors acknowledged that they had been unable to reach a consensus on this issue.

Traditionally, hospital guidelines for controlling airborne diseases have called for expensive measures such as isolation rooms with negative air pressure, as well as N95 respirators and other protective gear to avoid inhaling fine droplets. But it is not clear which diseases warrant that kind of control, or what efforts should be taken outside of hospitals.

Dr. Walter Zingg, an infectious disease expert at the University of Zurich and a member of the advisory group, said the old categories offered more straightforward guidance. Staying a few feet from someone coughing and sneezing was once thought to be an effective way to avoid droplet transmission, for example.

Dr. Farrar said such guidelines should be based on clear experimental evidence, though that evidence is still scarce for many diseases. Scientists are still debating, for instance, the extent that influenza, which has been studied for more than a century, spreads by air.

“We know a certain amount, but we’re not absolutely sure,” Dr. Farrar said. “That’s the sort of work we desperately need for influenza.”

I asked them why they kept my money they told me they were holding it for me. I lost over $2000 because of this unbelievable scam. Bo refund for canceled flight

Booked my flight and never received e ticket. Price went up 100.00. Fine, get to airport and my flight was canceled. American airlines tried to get me on a flight 4 hours later. Couldn't get on the flight. Called airborn because if your flight is canceled its federal law they have to refund. They hung up on me twice and were laughing.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. They say you can cancel your flight within 24 hours and when I called to cancel they refused unless I buy another ticket. I purchased another ticket and they did not refund me of the cancelled ticket.

I can not believe this company still…

I can not believe this company still has a website that allows people to book flights. Same as everyone else’s complaint my flight was cancelled and they kept my money. They send generic emails saying I will get my refund and when you call once you say your looking for a refund d you get hung up on. I reported the company to the BBB. They sent them a letter stating I would get a refund. This all began in May of 2022. I still call them once a week.

Airborntraveler is FRAUD

Airborntraveler is FRAUD , I am out $1540 after receiving an email that my flight was cancelled 5 days before my flight. When I called their response was that the flight cost went up so they cancelled. Incredible. I filed a claim with my Visa CARD, all of you should do the same, do not let people like this, get away with fraud and scam, we all need to make sure they paid for their crimes that they committed. This was my hard earned money people.

This is a scam operation!! Received email approximately 6-8 hours previous to flight time informing me that flight is cancelled due to the fact I had not responded to their communication. I never received any communication from them!! After assuring me that my refund is in process I have not received my refund after nine days from flight date.

Who has ever heard of having to be at check in at airport 4 hours before your domestic flight? (We were never told on ticket or by anyone). We were supposed to read their minds I guess. They said We were categorized as 'missed our flight' even though we were there an hour before, AND no refund on tickets! Next flight middle of night tonight with high extra charge. We have flown so many times with no rules like this one. Oh my god we are livid! Drove to Oakland airport at 2 am, been awake for the past 24 hours! Only to hear we were late for check in! Lost our hotel reservation, rental car all because we weren t at airport 4 hours before check in! Been on phone with everyone and their grandmother complaing with no resolution. What else can I do? What a SCAM! Never use Spirit Airlines or Airborne travelers.com they're horrible!! So back home - all packed but going no where. What a nightmare! 😱

Complete and total fraud do not go through this company my daughter went through this company and in July and and when it came time for her flight they canceled her flight and said that that airline which was United was not flying that day.. They said that they will offer a refund Which would take 45 days every time we call them it's somebody that does not speak English they hang up on you They tell you that your claim has been processed and and it will be delivered in your bank account 7 to 10 business days.. I had to turn around and buy my daughter and my granddaughter and her and her daddy a plane ticket back to California or no which cost you'd mean additional $1000 So this company has cost me $1700 this is not OK. These online companies are a joke it seems that airborne travel and trip front trip front travel are two of the same company. They have the same phone number . You just never know who you're gonna talk to but it's the same age agents over and over.

Airborn travel is a fraud.they will scam you. Do not use them you have been warned.I made reservation for two on April 12, 2022 paid $203.52 on my visa credit card.I received email confirmation from airborne travel the same day with passengers name flight time the whole itinerary. Today May 24, 2022 I called frontier airline to confirm My seat since I did not receive e-ticket confirmation from airborn travel. Frontier Airlines told me we have no reservation for you. I called airport travel explained that they charged my credit card but seat reservation wasn’t made with the airline what the hell is going on I asked their agent? I gave him the reference number after 30 minutes on hold, he came back and told me yes we don’t have a seat confirmation for you. I said you guys already charge my credit card,agent said-I’m sorry we can’t honor your reservation the airfare went up since April 12 and we have to charge you higher fee. In the meantime I took days off From work & planed my trip & can’t fly & they charged my credit card. I opened a dispute with My credit card bank today. ED May 24, 2022

Do not book with this company!!!!! I booked flight for tomorrow. Called them and got hang up 3 times. Called again and woman told me that my tickets were never booked and ll see eticket in2-3 hours. I said “are u scamming me?” she said no I should hear back in2-3 hours. I called my credit card company and put a dispute. I received this email which looks fake because they’re trying to stall the time: -- Dear Customer We regret to inform you that your booking has been cancelled and amount had been refunded. The amount is already refunded in the original form of payment and you should have the funds in a maximum of 21 to 28 business days from now. We request you to kindly make an alternate travel arrangement. Thanks and regards Customer Service DO NOT USE THEM!!!! Scam!!!!

Do not use Airborne Travel! One of the worst experiences I've had with customer service. I was put on hold for over 15 minutes. I called back and spoke to a rep who started talking all over me when I was trying to explain my problem. Showed no empathy at all. Finally I called a third time and did get the info that I should have gotten with my first call. This is a pathetic company that should not be in business!

No refund for my booking

Hii, My name is Amandeep kaur. I booked a flight for 2 passengers on May 4th. But due to some reasons, my flight got cancelled by your company. The amount of US $436.70 was deducted from my credit card. It has been 2 months now, but I didn’t get my refund back yet. Everytime I do call the customer service, they are making excuses that I’ll be getting my refund in next 15 business days. One of your representatives named Robert said, I will email our seniors and you will get it in next 3 days. And it has been more than2 months, I don’t know why it is taking so long. They are not even responding to my emails.. what the hell?
