We traveled to Turks and Caicos in October. Jessica Creech was so helpful and patient in planning our trip. We have a wonderful vacation and Edgerton Travel and Jessica are the best! Thank you Art and Pat

If 5 stars is the highest rating you can give a person, I give Jessica at Edgerton Travel 5 STARS! My son wanted to travel to Japan for 21 days. Our first stop was a different travel agency and they were unable to book what he wanted. Not to mention, they made it sound unsafe for him to travel alone. So we went to Edgerton Travel and spoke to Jessica. OMG! She was planning on traveling to Japan the week before my son was. She was quick to put my mind at ease. She booked a non-stop flight from Chicago to Japan and back home and used a tour company with whom my son could contact if the need arose. She made sure he was booked in hotels with good ratings and included train passes for his travel around Japan. My son made some changes to the proposed travel itinerary and she was happy to oblige. When she was all finished, she presented him with a beautiful itinerary which had hotel information, tourist attractions and how to get to each area. She was even kind enough to give me a copy as well. I have to mention the 1st full day my son was in Japan, staying in Tokyo, a level 3 typhoon hit. He was fine, but it worried me. During my son's last few days, he wanted to stay a little longer in one area than was planned. Jessica helped him make the changes to his hotel stays. Upon his flight back, Jessica even sent me a personal message to let me know that his flight was coming in on time. What travel agent does all this? JESSICA AT EDGERTON TRAVEL DOES!!!! We recently traveled to Iceland using Edgerton Travel. The trip was fantastic with every detail well planned and executed. Our agent Harpreet Kaur did a wonderful job making sure that everything went well. We are already planning our next trip through Edgertons Harpreet. They are very professional and simply the best. If I could give this travel agency negative points I would. The person we dealt with was lazy and did not do her job adequately. I am extremely upset about our service. She did not respond in a timely manner to several emails and calls. We sent 7 emails over about a month period before we finally got a response. She did not tell us about an online check-in for our honeymoon. I asked if she could help us book excursions in advance because we knew which ones we wanted to do and she said, "They are better at helping you at the resort, just wait until you get there". I had to ask a travel agent who I met randomly to finally get the help I needed! I was weary of using a travel agency in the first place, but I figured we could get advice and personal service from somebody with experience with this sort of thing. Literally all she did for us was book through Funjet Vacations and forward us the information they sent her. I could have done that myself. Overall, a disgraceful experience with Edgerton's. DO NOT USE THEM! Search for deals and do it yourself. Look at message boards for advice on what to do.
