I am a Massage Therapist, Reflexologist, Neuro-Lingustistic Programming coach (NLP), IEMT therapist (Integral Eye Movement Therapy) and Meditation coach. From here we can deliver an effective treatment plan and session based on you and your body’s needs.

Sara is amazing and knowledgeable and skilled expert in massage therapy. This was my third time with her doing deep, sports, and lymphatic therapies. I learn so much about my body each time, my body aches always feel better, and she gives wonderful aftercare instructions. I would return for sure and highly recommend.

Sara was absolutely fantastic! Very professional and knowledgeable and the massage was extremely relaxing which was very needed at the end of a long day - will definitely be back! :)
