First gig at O2 Brixton (as well as first time seeing Jungle live) and we were blown away by the venue as well as by the quality of the sound. To be honest, I was a bit sceptical about seeing Jungle transpose their unique style in a live setting; however, I would give their effort a solid 8.5 / 10. The show began with a kid breakdancing to one of the song's album and this really put the crowd in a great mood - something the band was able to sustain throughout most the show. Points taken off the overall score mainly due to two things:
1) The difficulty in keeping a high energy level through some of their more subdued track that necessitate the group to remain mostly static behind their instruments
2) A few hiccups here and there - starting "Drops" on the wrong key, then struggling to get it back on track as well as the challenges of staying tight through a few of the more complex numbers
Overall though, a great evening, with much dancing despite being in the Circle (seated area). Busy Earnin was the highlight - and who can hold anything against a band that finishes off their set with confetti cannons spewing gold and silver glitter all over the place?!
Will look to catching them live again for sure!

Fan-tastic!!!!
Really looked forward to this event. More excited even than when we saw Will Smith at Blackpool if that was possible (but that was because even until he came on I couldnt quite believe it was happening, I mean - Will Smith in Blackpool, nahhh).
Anyway, Jungle at The Invisible Wind factory.
I wasnt disappointed. I LOVE Jungle. They are mesmerising to watch. Sounded perfect every song. The moment they start playing their opening riffs the whole crowd are pumped. Venue was superb, unique. Perfect for this type of gig. First time we’d been but I would definitely go again.
If I could only see one band from now on though, it would be these folks. Felt very intimate, like they’re playing to you! Let me be clear, Jungle were Ay-mazing! It was a truly memorable experience. My advice: 1) see Jungle; 2) go to a gig at TIWF; 3) if possible, go see a Jungle gig at TIWF.
Jungle is a fairly new band on the scene. From their head nodding basslines to their funky rhythm, there's nothing to dislike about them. I love listening to them on my phone but watching them live is a completely different experience. The energy they produced on stage shook the crowd like a live wire. I started dancing when they came out and didn't stop until they ended. There wasn't much interaction with the crowd but that was because they were pulling out hit after hit from their amazing album. I was ik euphoria for the whole show. My expectations were met. I left a happy man and would love to see them again.
Just OK. Don't get me wrong, I love Jungle and their debut album. But their concert à la Cigale in Paris was just good enough and somehow disappointing. First we wait one hour after the opening before their dared to show on stage. Then they sounded like they were just rehearsing. The lead vocal has so much soul in his voice that I would have enjoyed to feel it in the acting of the band too. But I did not felt the vibe. To me, it was a bit too clean: no improvisation or so little, not much engagement neither. Maybe it is just me, or this is what you get when you make your audience wait too much.
Good show. Band were good and sounded excellent. However the venue was piss poor. Awful place to see a band. 2/3 of the viewing space is above the stage, which sounds great until you realise that only the people at the front can see - everyone else is blocked from view. Also it took over an hour to get into the show as the door staff and management team at Pryzm were frighteningly inefficient. I have no idea what they were going but we queued for an hour and missed the first 30 minutes. Woeful - will not be attending a gig at New Slang in Pryzm again. Awful experience
The show was amazing... So were the artists! I expected the performance to be great when I was buying the tix, but I didn't expected it to be THAT great. I had a fantastic time on the dancefloor with my friends, the crowd was SUPER nice, SUPERfancy and SUPERpolite.
For me, the greatest joy at the shows is to see musicians to enjoy themselves while performing... And how the band acted on scene was awesome. You can literally see that the guys loved EVERY chord they've made for the audience.
10/10, would totally revisit
Jungle has a pretty cool sound and is super funky but I have to admit I was very skeptical and wasn't sure if they were going to deliver live - Boy was I wrong! The energy was great, them, the band and the back up singers! Jungle is from London and are described as modern soul but they are more than that. You can hear the 70's funk inspiration - perfect for a good concert with loads of dancing. They played at a medium sized venue and thet carried themselves pretty well. I recommend a Jungle concert to anyone :)
I've never seen them in concert. Only bcus they haven't made their way to my city. I guarantee that I'm their #1 FAN in ST. LOUIS, MO!!! I really hope they make it to the midwest in 2020. I will definitely be in attendance. I shared their videos with our main Entertainment Report here in STL. He's jamming to them as I type.
Next Tour Schedule should include - St. Louis, MO - great venues - The Pageant, Delmar Hall or The Ready Room.
MIND. BLOWING. What a great performance by this band. I have been a huge fan of them and they really did not disappoint, I read many reviews of their concerts and everyone said they are good live so my expectations were pretty high. One thing is listening to them on iMusic but another is seeing them live, it was unbelievable, 10/10 flew all the way from Atlanta to Washington to see them and it was totally worth it.
Amazing sound quality (congrats to the sound guys), and incredibly tight band. Voices are top notch. Great energy. Don't remember seeing the Germans (if you excuse me the stereotypical comment) on the crowd dancing so much since a while! Short (they only have an album after all), but loads of fun! 10/10 would see again.

Jungle are back in 2023 with their new album ‘Volcano’. This record builds upon the success of the 2021 album ‘Loving in Stereo, which was met with critical and commercial success, becoming one of the most acclaimed albums of the year. With ‘Volcano’, Jungle has once again proven themselves to be one of the most exciting and innovative artists in electronic music. With the infusion of disco, soul and hip-hop elements, Jungle continues to push the boundaries of their sound, creating an uplifting and free-spirited album which is sure to be one of the highlights of the year, solidifying the duo’s status as one of the most important voices in contemporary music.
Jungle’s journey began in Tom McFarland’s bedroom in London, where he and childhood friend Joshua Lloyd-Watson began experimenting with music production. With a passion for creating soulful, funky beats and an affinity for live instrumentation, the duo quickly developed a unique sound that would set them apart from their contemporaries. Jungle’s music quickly gained traction, and they soon found themselves performing at some of the most prestigious music festivals and venues around the world.
The Mercury Prize-nominated, Gold-certified debut and 2018’s follow-up ‘For Ever’ both entered the UK Top 10. ‘Loving in Stereo’ then amplified Jungle’s success further, reaching number 3 in the UK charts, whilst rocketing to #1 in the US Billboard Dance Album Chart. These three records have since amassed over 1,000,000 equivalent album sales and gained over a billion streams. From the confines of Tom’s bedroom, Jungle is about to embark on its next journey with the release of ‘Volcano’, a testament to the power of passion, creativity, and hard work.
Alongside their recorded music, Jungle has developed into one of the most exciting and innovative live acts in the world through their infectious grooves and immersive sound. They kick off with their highly anticipated headline show at All Points East on the 26th August, in London’s Victoria Park. The show will see Jungle being supported by a stellar lineup of international acts, in an event that will be one of the highlights of the UK festival season. This is then followed up quickly by an extensive tour across North America and Europe, where Jungle will play some of their biggest venues to date, bringing their electrifying live show to arenas across the world. Jungle’s live shows this year promise to be a celebration of life, love and the power of music to bring people together with their incredible live show.
With ‘Volcano’, Jungle are expanding their sound even further, with more innovative and forward thinking production. From intricate and complex beats to soaring synths and soulful melodies, this record is testament to Jungle’s skill as producers and their ability to create music that is both timeless and modern. Collaboration is a key feature of this album, with legendary artists such as Roots Manuva, Erick the Architect, Channel Tres and Bas all appearing across the record.
Alongside their music, Jungle’s music videos, and visual universe more widely, have been a key part of their identity. Through their use of vibrant choreography and beautiful, engaging cinematography, Jungles’ iconic music videos have gained hundreds of millions of views on YouTube. Jungle’s music videos for Volcano are perhaps their most ambitious yet, featuring their signature choreography, with a slight twist. The videos are set to explore the universe Jungle has created up to this point, however it will become clear that not all is what it seems. Overall, the videos will be a stunning visual feast that will bring the Jungle world to life in a whole new way.
Relax, sit back, and prepare to be transported to a new dimension of sound with Jungle’s highly anticipated album ‘Volcano’. With its infectious energy and catchy melodies, each track will have you dancing along from start to finish. So, plug in your headphones, turn up the volume, and let Jungle’s ‘Volcano’ take you on a journey that you won’t forget.

Drake Changes ‘Madonna’ Lyrics to Rihanna at Jungle Tour Opener in Houston: Live Review

Drake knew he flubbed at Coachella.
The rapper had already heard all of the criticisms of his headlining set at the festival in April. He promised that he wasn’t going to have a show similar to that, one where he seemed like a boy delivering ample amounts of sound and effort into a vacuum.
See latest videos, charts and news
At the opening night (May 24) of his Jungle Tour in Houston, part of a finale to his second Houston Appreciation Weekend, Drake made plenty of concessions, including one that signaled a roar within the city’s Toyota Center.
The 23 Best Deals to Shop Before the Weekend Ends -- Up to 65% Off Spring Must-Haves Starting at $5
Sunday night meant that the show was completely on him. No pool parties to feign attendance at, no tribute events where he had to deliver speeches like a politician. No softball games for him to play left field in a number 24 jersey. Just him and the stage, him and the moving “jungle” he had created at Coachella that he decided to bring to Houston.
Drake’s Houston Appreciation Weekend, Day One Recap: Bun B Honored, Future Performs
“Oh my God, it feels good to be home,” he said after opening the show with “Legend,” from his Feb. 2015 album, If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late . “I was born in Toronto, but it feels like Houston adopted me.”
The adopted portion has rubbed some locals the wrong way during the four-day mix of parties, charity events and concerts. Drake, always one to publicly show emotion when the time calls for it, made a calculated barb at detractors of not only him, but the weekend itself.
“I don’t give a f–k what any n—a say about me — this is a city that I love and I’m gonna give y’all all of me,” he stomped before leading into “Worst Behavior.” “F–k what they gotta say.”
Two More Alleged Drake Songs Leak
The celebrities, some of whom have been in Houston during the duration of HAW were shown on the Toyota Center video board. Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Jameis Winston and New York Giants wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. were among the many famous faces, some of whom brought as many as 50 people as part of an entourage to converge upon the downtown Houston arena.
“ Madonna ,” the track which led to the Queen of Pop sealing a much talked about kiss on Drake’s lips in April was flipped instead to honor Rihanna. (Watch the video above.) The crowd bobbed and jerked when the opening chords of “Know Yourself” arrived and counted up to 10 before being led into “10 Bands.”
Is This Drake & Beyoncé’s ‘Can I’ Collaboration?
For a weekend that showed much of Drake’s extended reach among various fields of entertainment, the opening night of the Jungle tour, the crown jewel of this year’s HAW lacked in the guests department. Native Houstonian Travi$ Scott , he of “Company” fame from IYRTITL didn’t appear. Nor did anyone else for that matter. For two hours, it was Drake, offering jokes and banter, omitting Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry’s name from his “0-100” track to placate Houston Rockets fans by his lonesome.
His voice stood proud during “Jungle,” shifted downward when performing “Hold On, We’re Going Home” for the lovers in the audience and decided to close with a reprise of “Legend.”
“H-Town until I die,” he stated with emphasis, walking off the stage rather satisfied.

Rolling Stones announce 2024 tour openers: Tyler Childers, KALEO, more
The Rolling Stones have decided who will “Start Them Up” on tour this year.
However, unlike most tours, the Rock and Roll Hall of Famers are mixing things up and bringing different opening acts to each city they’re hitting on the spring and summer ‘The Stones Tour ’24 Hackney Diamonds.’
Just a few of the big names joining them include Gary Clark Jr. (April 28 in Houston), Joe Bonamassa (May 15 in Seattle), Tyler Childers (June 3 in Orlando), KALEO (June 11 in Philadelphia) and Lainey Wilson (June 30 in Chicago).
As for their MetLife Stadium gigs, pop-soul outfit Lawrence is slated to kick things off at their Sunday, May 26 concert ; no opener has been announced for the Thursday, May 23 show .
And if you’ve been on the fence about catching Mick, Keith and Ronnie live because you fear exorbitant ticket prices, we’re happy to report that some shows have cheaper seats available than one might imagine.
At the time of publication, the lowest price we found on tickets was just $21 before fees on Vivid Seats.
Yes, you read that right. Just $21. We couldn’t believe it either.
Other nights have seats starting anywhere from $44 to $109 before fees (excluding festival dates).
Curious how much tickets cost and who will be opening for the Stones at the show nearest you this year?
While we can’t guarantee we’ll give you what you want, we promise you’ll get what you need.
Our team has all the details you’re looking for and more about the Rolling Stones’ 2024 ‘Hackney Diamonds Tour’ below.
All prices listed above are subject to fluctuation.
A complete calendar including all tour dates, venues, opening acts and links to the cheapest tickets available can be found below.
(Note: The New York Post confirmed all above prices at the publication time. All prices are in US dollars, subject to fluctuation and include additional fees at checkout .)
Vivid Seats is a verified secondary market ticketing platform, and prices may be higher or lower than face value, depending on demand.
They offer a 100% buyer guarantee that states your transaction will be safe and secure and your tickets will be delivered prior to the event.
The musically diverse New Orleans Jazz Festival — they don’t do just jazz, contrary to popular belief — returns to the Big Easy on April 25-28 and May 2-5 next year.
At the two-weekend fest, Mick and co. will be joined by fellow Rock Hall of Famers Neil Young , Earth Wind and Fire , Heart , The Beach Boys and Foo Fighters .

Many of the big names joining the Stones on the road have quite a few more shows lined up this year.
For a clearer picture, here are all the Rolling Stones opening acts who are on tour these next few months.
Gary Clark Jr.
Joe Bonamassa
The Red Clay Strays
Tyler Childers
Widespread Panic
Lainey Wilson
The War and Treaty
The Beaches
This 16-concert run will be the group’s first official North American trek since 2019’s ‘No Filter Tour,’ which concluded two years later due to COVID-related postponements.
Here’s what the band played at their last run, courtesy of Set List FM .
01.) “Street Fighting Man”
02.) “Let’s Spend the Night Together”
03.) “19th Nervous Breakdown”
04.) “Tumbling Dice”
05.) “You Can’t Always Get What You Want”
06.) “Living in a Ghost Town”
07.) “Start Me Up”
08.) “Honky Tonk Women”
09.) “Connection”
10.) “Slipping Away”
11.) “Miss You”
12.) “Midnight Rambler”
13.) “Paint It Black”
14.) “Sympathy for the Devil”
15.) “Jumpin’ Jack Flash”
16.) “Gimme Shelter”
17.) “(I Can’t Get No) Satisfaction”
Most recently, the band surprised New Yorkers when they performed a set at Racket in the Meatpacking District with Lady Gaga.
You can find their seven-song set list from the October 2023 one-off show here .
On Oct. 20, the Stones released their 26th American studio album, “Hackney Diamonds,” featuring special guests Paul McCartney, Elton John, Lady Gaga and Stevie Wonder.
Comprised of 12 hard-rocking tracks that wouldn’t be out of place alongside their singalong stadium anthems of yore, “Diamonds” shows that Mick, Keith and Ronnie still have their sticky fingers on rock and roll’s pulse.
“We wouldn’t have put this album out if we didn’t really like it,” Jagger, 80, told Jimmy Fallon. “We must say that we are quite pleased with it. We’re not big-headed but we hope you like it.”
If you’re looking to sample the record, we suggest starting with the fierce lead track “Angry” and the wistful ballad “Dreamy Skies.”
Prefer to listen in full? You can find “Hackney Diamonds” here .
No joke — the upcoming tour is sponsored by AARP.
