Cabin Chic: Tour Bill and Giuliana Rancic's Rustic Idaho Mansion

The rustic, family-friendly home has some jaw-dropping views and an over-the-top kitchen.

rancic home tours

Bill and Giuliana Rancic recently unveiled their rustic Idaho getaway in the pages of  Architectural Digest , and it is giving us major cabin feels. The Gozzer Ranch home is set on stunning Lake Coeur d’Alene in Northern Idaho (which, if you're like us, you'll remember was also where Julianne Hough got married last summer) and boasts expansive water and mountain views. Clocking in at 4,900 square feet, the home features a sun-drenched living/dining space that opens up to the great outdoors through a foldable glass wall.

The Rancic family collaborated with interior decorator Lonni Paul to get the cabin’s rustic minimalist vibe just right, while keeping it family-friendly for their 6-year-old son, Duke. “This place is really special, and we’re so happy with how it turned out,” Giuiana told AD . “It’s one thing to see it in pictures, but to actually live in it, be in it, and breathe it — it's just an incredible feeling. We are truly creating beautiful memories as a family.”

Check out those soaring ceilings and exposed beams!

Inside Giuliana Rancic's Life Today

Giuliana Rancic at the 71st Emmy Awards

Longtime  E! News anchor Giuliana Rancic used to be all over the E! network, but her professional life is looking quite a bit different nowadays.

After her son Duke , the center of her world, was born via surrogate in 2012, Rancic ended up flying back and forth between her family in Chicago and her entertainment news set in L.A. When it was announced that E! News would be moving to the East Coast  in 2019, Rancic realized it was truly time to make a change. "The decision for E! News was one that really came from wanting to be with family more, and focusing and spending as much time as possible with family," she revealed to  People .  Though fame has given her almost everything she could have ever wanted, family will always come first.

However, that isn't to say that Rancic has stepped out of the spotlight entirely. Between running an array of different businesses to enjoying being a mom, she's actually been really busy. As she said in an Instagram post, "flexibility is paramount," and the first step to finding extra time to focus on both Duke and her passion projects was to leave E! News behind. What exactly is Giuliana Rancic up to today ? Here's an inside look at her life.

The Windy City has won Giuliana Rancic's heart

With her husband, Bill Rancic, being from Chicago, it's no wonder that Giuliana Rancic decided to plant roots in the Midwest. It all began in 2015 when the Rancics decided it was time to stop moving their little one back and forth from L.A.— especially once he was about to start school. "We want him to have a connection with schoolmates and not be going from city to city," Giuliana told People   at the time. So, it seemed essential that they leave the West Coast.

While it might've been tough to be away from the glitz and glamour of Hollywood, family always comes first for her. After all, everything changes when you have a child. "[Bill and I] love that sense of community," she said in aforementioned People story. "And I have loved Chicago ever since we started dating." The move was a fresh start for the Rancic family, and they've been busy building up their businesses there ever since.

Giuliana Rancic dishes it up in the restaurant world

Giuliana Rancic moved from the red carpet into the restaurant business. However, entertainment has always been her inspiration. It was her reality television show — and her mother — that prompted her move into a new industry.

When her series Giuliana and Bill hit television screens in 2009, fans went crazy over Rancic's Italian mother, Mama DePandi, making all sorts of delicious foods. "And then people started tweeting, and stopping us in the street saying, you guys should open a Mama DePandi's!" she explained to OpenTable . Apparently, it didn't sound like a bad idea.

The plan was to open a small restaurant in Chicago centered around the Italian entrees she enjoyed while growing up. Investors, however, had an entirely different idea. "I don't think they realized that the restaurant we had in mind was a 40-seat one and the one they had in mind was 10,000 square feet," she explained. From there, the RPM eatery empire was born. Since 2012, Bill and Giuliana Rancic have expanded across the Windy City and even into Washington D.C., according to the  RPM  website.

Between good eats and a passion for entrepreneurship, anything seems possible for the two. What's more, Bill's business acuity (don't forget, he won The Apprentice ) sure has come in handy. "Being married to Bill certainly changed my perspective of business," she admitted to the Premiere Speakers Bureau . Clearly, their teamwork has panned out.

Giuliana Rancic remains cancer-free

In 2011, Giuliana Rancic was sitting through a mammogram when she was given horrible news that nobody wants to hear: She had breast cancer. "I never in my wildest dreams expected anything would be wrong," she told the Today show. She was only 36 years old and there was no history of breast cancer in her family. It was a shocking discovery that shook her world.

Rancic went through a double mastectomy before coming back to E!  cancer-free, and her platform seemed like the perfect place to shine the spotlight on her own inspiring story. "When you finally have that moment to surface and think about what you went through you realize you can help other people who are in that stage," she told Splash .

Sitting in her makeup chair, Rancic felt better than ever and wanted other women to feel the same way. So, she launched an initiative called  FAB-U-WISH . Rancic stays busy by granting wishes for women all over the world, getting them all glammed up and giving them their "red carpet moment." "There's no greater joy than granting someone's wish and making that sort of difference in someone's life," she told Prevention .

'Eco-luxe' skincare is one of Giuliana Rancic's passions

Believe it or not, Giuliana Rancic is aging just like everybody else— except she has to do it on air in front of the whole world. When she hit her 40s, she made some adjustments to her skincare regime. "I wanted to use clean skincare because I had been diagnosed with breast cancer," she explained to the Premiere Speakers Bureau . "And it really changed what I was putting on my skin and what I was putting in my body." Unfortunately, Rancic was unable to find exactly what she was looking for.

As if she was not busy enough with all of her other endeavors, in 2018, Rancic decided to release a new line of skincare called Fountain of Truth . From correcting fine lines to waving goodbye to wrinkles, her line of cleansers, creams, masks, and more are developed without harsh products. "I wanted to make sure that I created an inclusive line that provided clean, effective and gentle skincare solutions for people of all ages and ethnicities," Rancic explained to Spa & Beauty Today . The end result is, as Rancic put it, an "eco-luxe beauty line."

Giuliana Rancic has more time to hang out with son Duke

"Bill and I do a lot of really cool things as adults ... a lot of things we love," Giuliana Rancic explained to Splash . "But there is nothing that even comes close to the joy we get from our son and our family together." That joy inspired a major career move. As she told People in 2019, her wish to spend more quality time with her son and husband played a big part in why she left her post at  E! News .

With so much of her life being shown in the spotlight, taking a step back from television was more essential than ever when adorable little Duke came along. "I don't know if I would have wanted to show cameras at his preschool or him going through certain milestones," Rancic explained to HuffPost . Though her life is an open book on air, "it's our son," she said. "And so, until he has a say, we want to just protect him."

Creating a family wasn't ever easy for the Rancics either. The two of them went through rounds of IVF and fertility struggles before turning to a surrogate to give them their son. Now that Rancic a bit more out of the spotlight, she can cherish even more moments with him. "Our life was great before Duke but it's so much fuller now," she gushed to the Premiere Speakers Bureau .

Fashion Police officer Giuliana Rancic has a clothing line

Though Fashion Police is a thing of Giuliana Rancic's past, fashion is still front and center in her future— right behind her family, of course.

However, finding her way into the fashion industry wasn't so easy for this star. Rancic had to postpone the launch of her clothing line for a year after she was diagnosed with breast cancer. Though the pieces in the collection were ultimately years in the making, its release ended up aligning right along with little Duke's arrival in 2012. "It was a long journey, but I couldn't be more excited to show it to the world!" the busy new mom told Today's Parent .

It ended up being the perfect time for her new line too. G by Giuliana had the most successful debut on the Home Shopping Network that year, according to  GiulianaRancic.com . Today, Rancic's line includes the perfect puffer jacket, everyday jeans , and laid-back leggings that are a part of her 12 collections each year (via Splash ). "It's full of essential staples that every woman needs in their closet!" she said. Meanwhile, we will be busy shopping.

Lake time's been treating Giuliana Rancic right

Leaving E! News and its early morning shoots has given Giuliana Rancic a lot more time to see her family and, as she told  People , allowed her to "give 100 percent to our restaurants and our other businesses — to be doing things that we're really passionate about."

Don't worry, it's not all about work for Rancic. She and her family spend a lot of time unwinding at their vacation home in Idaho, too. When speaking with  Architectural Digest   about their lakeside abode, Rancic said, "We are truly creating beautiful memories as a family."

In fact, the Rancic family has been spending so much time out on the water that in 2018, they became official ambassadors for Malibu Boats. Rancic tags the company quite often on her Instagram account, which has 2.6 million followers. Even though she's not on E! News , everyone still wants to know what she's up to. You are reading this article, after all, right?

Giuliana Rancic reels in money from real estate

Like her business-savvy husband, Bill Rancic, Giuliana Rancic has been raking in some serious money through their home renovations . In fact, these flips have made them filthy rich. They walk away with a few million dollars in their pocket each time— and it's not exactly like they need it. After all, the two of them have a total net worth of $30 million today, according to  Celebrity Net Worth .

They last let the world know of their most recent renovation in 2019, when they were on flip number twelve out on the West Coast. They bought the property, located in the Los Angeles neighborhood of Brentwood Park, for a staggering $7.6 million (via Chicago Tribune ). The Rancics certainly know how to renovate, too. The year beforehand, they listed their freshly redone Chicago home for $6.8 million. The home included heated floors and a movie room with cashmere-lined walls. "It's just beautifully designed and executed," their listing agent, Laura Rubin Dresner, told Greenwich Time . No kidding!

When it comes to their restaurants, all this experience has made them ready to renovate them themselves too. "I love design," Rancic admitted to OpenTable . "So that's what I'm able to bring to the table." Pun intended? We'd forkin' bet on it.

Giuliana Rancic's home decor line has hit the HSN shelves

Just when you think Giuliana Rancic has thrown her hat in every ring possible, she finds another hat and another ring. At the beginning of 2020, Rancic decided to focus on her own home and created a line of interior decor and furniture. She turned to the perfect partner to do so: her own interior designer, Lonni Paul. "I love, love, love the way she makes the home feel warm and inviting but still incredibly stylish," Rancic gushed to WWD . "She's very good at mixing high and low pieces." Attaining affordability for all is the most important thing for Rancic.

Their line, August & Leo , was released on the Home Shopping Network during the coronavirus pandemic. During this unprecedented time, not only has  home decor sold like hotcakes , but virtual shopping is on the rise. "HSN allows us to introduce the collection to customers through their digital broadcast channels, which provides a safe space for everyone," Rancic explained of the line's release. The downside, however, was that it was a completely new domain for her. "They're practicing safe social spacing, so there's no more in-studio guests. The real change for us is that we won't be in the studio."

If you've ever dreamed of having Rancic's high design for a low price, now's the time to get it.

Yes, Giuliana Rancic's still reporting on the red carpet

Even though Giuliana Rancic left E! News behind in 2019, the network still isn't entirely in her rearview. She's now able to find extra time with her family and follow her passion of interviewing famous people by occasionally attending events, reporting live from the red carpet. "It is nice having a little more flexibility," she admitted to People about her new gig.

Rancic, however, had fans frazzled when they didn't see Rancic during E! 's Emmy coverage in September 2020. Unfortunately, as she was about to board a plane to L.A., Rancic and her family discovered that they had tested positive for COVID-19. Even though it was tough missing her 20th year on the network, the high-risk cancer survivor explained on Instagram  that "the health of those around me is always my first priority." So, the three had to stay home. A few weeks later, Rancic told  E! that she and her family are "feeling good" and "thankful to be on the other side of this ."

Fans will undoubtedly see Rancic on the red carpet again very soon. As she wrote in her pre-Emmys announcement, "I don't take missing an awards show lightly."

Giuliana Rancic has plans to expand her family

Yes, Giuliana Rancic has still been busy since leaving TV full-time, but this busy business woman still isn't planning on slowing down anytime soon. In an Instagram post explaining her decision to leave E! News at the end of 2019, Rancic revealed that there may just be another family member in their near future. "Nothing is more important than spending time with my family, which we are hoping to grow soon," she wrote, which had dedicated viewers everywhere very interested in what's happening at her home.

Whether it be by IVF or a second surrogate, the Rancics have admitted that they're open to all options. This celebrity couple has always been open with everyone about their struggles, so we assume that the news of expecting a second child won't be kept a secret.

When People followed up with her and her family following the post, Giuliana has made it obvious that she's enjoying her extra time away from E! . "I've just loved spending so much great quality time with Duke and Bill — it's really nice," she said. "And hopefully, like I said in my message, hopefully, we'll have some good news soon ... grow the family." Right along with their many businesses, of course. She doesn't seem to stop!

Home tour: bill and giuliana rancic’s renovated 1880s brownstone.

Bill and Giuliana Rancic have a keen eye for interior design, which has been proven a few times over by their impressive portfolio of homes. I featured their beautiful LA home on the blog a couple of years ago, so I wasn’t surprised when I saw the photos from their Chicago home and felt just as inspired by the design.

The home is an 1800s brownstone in Chicago’s Gold Coast neighborhood that the couple renovated. They kept the charm of the original home and put a fresh spin on it. The color palette is relaxing and subdued with some clever pops of color. The style is contemporary with some traditional elements that tie in with the long history of the home.

You'll Want to Move to Chicago When You See Giuliana and Bill's New Brownstone

Updated on 8/22/2015 at 11:05 AM

Giuliana and Bill Rancic are famous for their dedication to his hometown, Chicago. They've long been part-time residents, and a great deal of the action on their reality show Giuliana and Bill took place there. Bill has owned numerous properties in and around the city and is also the founder of two thriving Windy City restaurants.

The Rancics, along with son Duke, are considering what's next now that Giuliana's 14-year run on E! News wrapped up this week — and that may include a long-promised full-time move to Chicago . The Rancics, who also own a home in Los Angeles, have planted major roots in Chicago with the purchase of a townhouse in the Gold Coast neighborhood.

To renovate their Chicago property, the Rancics brought in their longtime collaborator, decorator Lonni Paul. Lonni, who also outfitted the Rancics' Los Angeles home , knew to run with the blue color palette both Giuliana and Bill adore. The hue pops up in the living and dining rooms, and even in the bathroom. Statement lighting and striking pieces of art abound throughout the space.

Giuliana, Bill, and Lonni are showing off the results of their hard work in the September issue of Traditional Home . The Rancics are thrilled with the house. "We've always had one foot here, and now we have two," Bill told the magazine. "Finally, we're home."

Where Does Giuliana Rancic Live And How Big Is Her House?

G and B

From E! News to The Apprentice , the Rancic empire has grown from multiple TV shows to a prosecco line, two restaurants, and even a clothing label. After marrying in 2007, Giuliana and Bill have created a massive empire built on real estate, television, and more. Spending their time between Bill's hometown of Chicago, as well as Los Angeles and Washington, D.C., the Rancics now have settled down in Brentwood, a neighborhood outside of Los Angeles — at least until they find their next home to flip (via Chicago Splash ).

A zip code with a hefty price-tag ( not that Giuliana has to worry about price ), Brentwood Park boasts some of the most luxurious real estate on the West Coast. With their latest purchase being their 12th real estate property, the Rancics spared no expense in the purchase of their $7.7 million Georgian abode (via Dirt ).

Giuliana and Bill snagged their new home for almost $2 million under the original asking price. Built in 1986, the home will likely undergo renovations that suit the entrepreneurial duo and their family. After flipping and selling their last home in Los Angeles in 2012, time will tell how long the Rancic's reside in their new digs.

The enormous Brentwood home is undergoing a facelift

With 8,323 square feet of space to work with (via The Chicago Tribune ), the new Rancic home features five bedrooms and 5.75 bathrooms. Dirt s tates that the home also has a maid's quarters along with three guest-bedroom suites. In addition to an expansive living area and dining room, the property has a breakfast nook with a fireplace and a library. Although, Bill and Giuliana aren't a couple that likes to keep things the same. After redoing their former homes, including their 8,098 square foot vintage Chicago mansion , it's no surprise that the entrepreneurial duo already started renovations on their new property.

Last December, Bill posted a video on Instagram from outside of their new Brentwood home with the caption , "Let the renovations begin!" With Giuliana's eye for style, it's no doubt that the home will attract attention once its facelift is complete.

The couple renovates in LA and vacations in Idaho

Complete with a pool, lush gardens and terrace, the Rancic's new home boasts gorgeous features in both its interior and exterior. With French doors that open to the backyard, the family can enjoy the entirety of the .45 acre lot – which is relatively large for this area in Los Angeles. The lower level leaves space for a workout room, laundry room, and multi-car garage.

When Bill, Giuliana and their son, Duke , need more outdoor time, however, they can head to their Idaho lake home. Nestled on the shores of Lake Coeur d'Alene, the 4,900 square foot lake house got a makeover of its own in 2018 (via People ). The Rancics told Architectural Digest that they "completely changed everything" in the home during their renovation of the five-bedroom property.

Between their properties in Brentwood and Idaho, it looks like Giuliana has plenty of space to work on her passion projects and spend time with her son. Considering their real estate flips, new endeavors and love for each other, it's no wonder why so many people consider the Rancics to be the ultimate #relationshipgoals.

Inside Bill & Giuliana Rancic's Chic Chicago Home: All the Exclusive Details on the Couple's Midwest Gem!

E news talks to g and designer lonni paul on what it took to create the perfect pad for the famous family.

Bill Rancic, Giuliana Rancic, Chicago Home

Wish you could get a glimpse into Bill and Giuliana Rancic 's lavish home? Well, wish no more, friend, because we've got you covered.

The couple's chic Chicago home is featured in the latest issue of Traditional Home magazine (on newsstands Aug. 11), and E! News has the exclusive sneak peek and details behind what went into creating the perfect Midwest manor for the famous duo and their son Duke Rancic .

With the help of interior designer Lonni Paul , who previously put her expertise to work on their Brentwood, Calif., home, and contractor  Bert Connelly , Giuliana and Bill were able to make this 1880s brownstone in the Windy City's Gold Coast neighborhood their own.

But where do you even start?! "Bill and I decide on how to decorate our home based on a feeling," Giuliana tells E! News. "In this particular instance we were designing a home in downtown Chicago and wanted to stay true to a city feel, but still have a home that would wrap its arms around us and was a comfortable environment to raise our son.

"We believe we achieved this by creating an atmosphere that was cool and chic yet inviting and cozy."

And since the pair have worked with Paul before, it was that much easier to accomplish the right feel in their home. "I've worked with Giuliana for years, so I really do understand her design aesthetic and she doesn't need to use inspiration photos for us to be on the same page," Lonni tells us.

"She loves traditional lines but always wants something unique and different.  What I love as a designer is that she allows the space to indicate the direction of the design but always wants to add something bold and unexpected. One thing people may not know is that Giuliana has an incredible eye for contemporary art and is quite the art aficionado."

Regardless, some rooms were harder to complete than others. "As a fashion designer and fashionista, Giuliana was passionate from the start that she wanted the dining room to have a bold wall covering and be a real jewel in the home. We went through dozens of wall coverings until we found this one and she absolutely fell in love with it. Giuliana loved the fact that it was feminine yet still masculine enough to appeal to Bill and knew it would make the dining room a fashionable focal point in their home."

Speaking of fashion, Giuliana's closet is quite the masterpiece itself. In fact, her clothing quarters was designed by the same visionary behind Khloé Kardashian 's insane fitness closet !

However, G's closet isn't her favorite room in the house (although, to be fair, it's kinda part of her favorite room).

"I absolutely love every inch of the house but if I had to choose one I would say our master bedroom," Rancic explains. "It is a soothing shade of blue and the cathedral ceilings are absolutely incredible. Every time I open my eyes in the morning in that room I just smile and know I'm going to have a good day and I'm where I am meant to be."

And although the master holds a special place in her heart, y'all already know the kitchen had to be decked out to the fullest.

"Growing up in an Italian family and having Mama DePandi as a mother, who's an amazing chef, I certainly made the kitchen a priority. Bill is also a great cook and he designed the kitchen to have a beautiful, big island where family and friends can convene and eat our meals together. We cook every night or bring in food from one of our two restaurants, RPM Italian and RPM Steak, and have a big feast on the island!"

Along with being a great cook, Bill has an eye for decorating, too. Oh yes, this stud was very hands-on when it came to helping bring this two-year project to completion.

"Bill has impeccable taste and was the driving force behind the project," Paul tells E! News. "He has a keen eye and loves high quality which is apparent in the home's appliances and fixtures. He certainly is not one to cut corners in any the homes he builds so he hand-picked the Sub Zero refrigerators and Wolf range, which are perfect in the gorgeous kitchen.

"Bill also loves functionality and cutting edge technology. He chose the Hans Grohe Rain Brain system which lets you customize your shower temperature and pressure. They each have their own settings. So cool!"

Uh, yeah! What better way to reflect on your day (or the past 10 years of your life) than under perfectly-temperatured shower water?

PHOTOS: 15 reasons Giuliana & Bill are the perfect power couple

"We always work with materials that are indigenous to the region," Giuliana says when describing the difference between west coast and Midwest style in the home.

"In Los Angeles, our home is by the water so we use a lot of ocean and water references in our decor. In Chicago, the homes are built primarily of brick and stone and look gorgeous with molding and wide plank wood floors. But no matter what city we are living in, one thing remains the same, we always strive for chic and cozy."

Paul also gushes about her client, mentioning that working with Giuliana is pretty breezy. "Giuliana is one of the easiest, if not the easiest client I have worked with in all the years I've been designing homes. She absolutely loves the design process from beginning to end.  She is open to ideas and suggestions which, of course, I love as a designer. And she has the most gracious way of saying she doesn't like something and I love her for it!"

And for those of you who are dipping your toes into home décor, Paul offers this piece of advice: "A home should be a reflection of the people who live there. Personal style, quality and a sense of humor make a house a home."

Look Inside Giuliana Rancic’s Timeless Chicago Home

By Lindsey Mather

Giuliana Rancic, the host of E!’s Fashion Police and a regular on award show red carpets, knows a thing or two about good (and terrible) style. While trends can be fun, timeless looks are always winners, and that’s certainly the case in Rancic’s Chicago home, which she shares with her husband, Bill, and son, Edward. The house is grounded in a classic neutral palette of whites, creams, and dark wood, which allows the couple to experiment with pops of rich color —they seem to lean toward shades of blue —and spunky artwork. Similar to an outfit’s accessories, these details give each room that extra oomph. Lucky for us, Rancic often shares peeks into life at her Midwestern retreat on Instagram. Here, we take a closer look at her fashion-forward design choices in the kitchen, master bedroom, and more.

Giuliana and Bill Rancic give tour of Chicago brownstone

Sure, the weather may be beautiful in Los Angeles, but Bill and Giuliana Rancic aren’t singing the blues after moving back to Chicago.

rancic home tours

The power couple recently purchased an 1880s brownstone in the Windy City’s Gold Coast neighborhood and shared their beautiful space with Traditional Home magazine .

While Giuliana has been a staple on Hollywood red carpets as an anchor for E!, she told the magazine that they have a rich social life in Chicago. “That just wasn’t the case in Los Angeles — it seemed like one giant office with great weather.”

Because they were trading endless days of sunshine and warm weather for the sometimes cloudy and rainy Chicago days, the couple’s interior designer Lonni Paul opted for a blue color palate “as a tool to create light and airiness that wouldn’t read heavy and dull when the sky turned cold and gray.”

The living room is infused with a pale blue and ivory color scheme to create a light mood-lifting vibe, while the dining room features more intense hues such as cobalt and indigo to give it a richer feeling.

And as Traditional Home points out, the master bathroom is a work of art in itself. The bath/closet suite is two stories and features a marble-capped tub and a huge shower that showcases a blue tile

design. The walls are lined with glass-encased cabinets to store the couple’s designer wardrobes.

“We knew the family who lived here before, and they put a great vibe in this house that we hope to continue,” Bill said. “We’ve always had one foot here, and now we have two. Finally, we’re home.”

Exclusive: Giuliana Rancic Launches Home Line With HSN

Click here to read the full article.

Giuliana Rancic is releasing a home collection with the Home Shopping Network, out April 20.

The aim is to provide attainable luxury, said the entertainment reporter and television personality. She previously collaborated with HSN , the television network owned by the Qurate Retail Group, for her clothing line G by Giuliana.

“They were the very first people we reached out to,” Rancic said of HSN in a phone interview. “They said yes and now the line is out next week.”

She created the brand, which she calls August & Leo, with her longtime interior designer and close friend, Lonni Paul. “We’re both born in August,” she said of the name. “And we’re both Leos.”

They met eight years ago after Rancic and her husband Bill, the entrepreneur and first candidate hired on “The Apprentice,” needed a decorator for their Los Angeles home in Brentwood.

“I just loved her work,” said Rancic. Since meeting, she and Paul have collaborated on seven house projects. August & Leo has been a year and a half in the making. “She’s incredibly talented. I love, love, love the way she makes the home feel warm and inviting but still incredibly stylish. She’s very good at mixing high and low pieces.”

Their styles are “very much alike,” shared Paul. “There’s been so many years of working together and developing that…Affordability was so important to us. Everybody should be able to have a beautiful home, no matter what your price point is.”

Items for sale include a $29.95 chenille knit throw; a $59.95, six-piece towel set; a $69.95 set of three frameless candles; a $150 lamp; a $99.95 100 percent cotton comforter set, and a $250 mirror.

Instead of flying to HSN’s set at its headquarters in Florida on launch day, the duo will each be showcasing the line by Skyping live from their homes during the quarantine due to the coronavirus pandemic. On April 24, the two will appear between the hours of 7 a.m. and 8 a.m., 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. and 7 p.m., EST.

“HSN allows us to introduce the collection to customers through their digital broadcast channels, which provides a safe space for everyone,” said Rancic. “They’re practicing safe social spacing, so there’s no more in-studio guests. The real change for us is that we won’t be in the studio.”

They will be creating digital content to share tips on how to style the home pieces, continued Rancic, as well as utilizing Instagram to answer customer questions and offer home tours.

“We’re all in this together,” she said of the current climate. “We’ve been home with our families. I have a son and Lonni has twins at home. We’re balancing our days with family, schooling, work but doing it all from home.”

Take a tour of the $6.8 million, four-level Brownstone Giuliana Rancic just listed for sale in Chicago

Giuliana and Bill Rancic are saying goodbye to their Windy City brownstone!

The TV personality, 43, and her entrepreneur husband, 46, have listed their 1866 townhouse with  Laura Rubin Dresner of Baird & Warner , asking $6.8 million.

The 8,098 square-foot property underwent a down-to-the-studs renovation two years ago, according to the listing, and now boasts stunning features on all four levels. One living room shows the couple's affinity for monograms, with a "B" and a "G" statue proudly displayed on end tables flanking the fireplace.

An all-white kitchen with Calcutta marble, multiple Subzero fridges and two wine coolers was the perfect spot for the Rancic's and their son Duke, 5, to whip up their  signature chicken skewers.

The master bedroom takes up the entire third floor, and don’t be fooled: this serene sleeping space is just the beginning of the unbelievable amenities the suite offers.

The bathroom — one of five on the property — and dressing room expand over a combined two stories, and include a balcony on the second level that overlooks the large soaking tub.

The wall-to-wall storage space sits behind paneled doors, stylishly stashing the red carpet queen's arsenal of  gowns and jewelry.
