    A localish shop has a Samick Sage kit which they recommend for beginner's. After a bit of interneting and advice from the more experienced, I have settled on a 62" 25lb bow and 30" 800/900 arrows to start with and then swap out the limbs for 45lbs when ready (which they also stock) I'm 5'10 and have a measured 29.5" draw.
