3 Day Loch Ness & Skye
Loved every minute of it!
3 Day Isle of Skye
Perfect tour for if you want to see sky and only have a few days ! Our guide Neill was super knowledgeable on the history of the land and also all the best spots to see.
- In-depth Cultural
Bonnie Scotland
Excellent tour. Only real problem was hotel rooms as apart from Glasgow we were given twin beds and I know there were others available as a single woman on tour was given double rooms in these hotels in Inverness, Aberdeen and Edinburgh
Country Roads of Scotland (Classic, 9 Days)
This is a great tour for people who have not visited Scotland before and want a good overview of the whole country. It has a fast but comfortable pace, allowing us to experience both large and small cities, and many historical sites along the way. We took all of the optional excursions, but a person could also have a good experience by doing some exploring on their own. Our tour included tickets to the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo, an amazing performance by both military and civilian performers. It was a real high point of the trip! We are already thinking about a return trip to beautiful Scotland, and based on what we learned from this trip there are several places we would like to focus on in greater depth. I highly recommend this tour.

Scottish Royal
The tour was very enjoyable. Diane was very knowledgeable and at times humorous. Great group of Canadians on the tour, I was the only American. Highly recommend this couch tour.
3-Day Orkney Explorer Small-Group Small-Group Tour from Inverness
Our tour guide Emily made this tour an absolute experience! Her knowledge is outstanding and she is incredibly good at telling you everything you need to know about each area and the history. Every single place you visited she made it an experience. She was responsive to questions as well as requests and was always friendly and incredibly genuine! I would book a Rabbies tour again anytime and highly recommend it to anyone. The B&B we chose was also great. I can really recommend these tours to everyone. One did not feel stressed at any time.
4-Day Islay & the Whisky Coast Small-Group Tour from Edinburgh Including Admissions
Fantastic time! Billy did a great job of getting us to the distilleries without making us feel rushed. Plus, he was an excellent guide. I will recommend this to everyone!
- Christmas & New Year
Isle Of Skye And The Highlands
Absolutely brilliant tour of the Isle of Sky and the Highlands. Dusty our driver was so knowledgeable and fun during the full 3 days. I could not believe how beautiful this part of Scotland was. I would do it all again if I could. The accommodation was great, great service, clean and modern. The food was exceptional. If you want to see the Highlands and Isle of Skye this 3 day tour is a must. You need the 3 days to see and enjoy. Lots of opportunities to stop and take photos, get coffee, souvenir shop and have free time.
- €75 deposit on some dates Some departure dates offer you the chance to book this tour with a lower deposit.
4 Day Islay Whisky Tour
Majit was a superb guide, extraordinary storyteller, and fabulous traveling companion. He made each whisky distillery tour special knowing the people at each one and a lot about the whiskies. The stay at the Bowmore bed and breakfast was delightful. The food was excellent and the room was clean, cozy and very comfortable. Andrew and Allison were perfect hosts. We enjoyed the cultural stops and the history talks as we drove. The country really came alive for us in ways we hadn’t expected!
Loch Ness, Inverness & The Highlands - from Edinburgh
Excellent day out . Brian our tour guide was excellent his stories were very good ???? never a dull moment, he looked after everyone including Paul our driver. Paul was a very good driver very confident and polite. From the only two Scottish people on his bus
Scottish Highlands & Islands
Guide Margerie and Driver Allister excellent. The tour occasionally strenuous; bus rides whole day. Bus quite confortable; Wi-Fi appreciated. Expected more meals included. Big Tour group - 44 Pax - a bit too many for my taste. When I inquired I was told max will be 35.....for me more acceptable. Hotel's fine except Isle of Skye: "Dunollie"- I had a claustrophobic room; no idea where to put my suitcase. After all the add. single room supplement is not little. Itinerary very interesting.
Scotland and Ireland ( 12 days )
Best of Scotland (Winter, 7 Days)
Our tour guide, Kevin, and our driver, Mark, went above and beyond for us. I couldn’t have asked for a better way to see Scotland and gain ideas for future trips there.
- €100 deposit on some dates Some departure dates offer you the chance to book this tour with a lower deposit.
Scotland Coach / Bus Tour Reviews
I had a great trip with MacBackpackers! Tim was a fabulous guide and full of information about Scottish history. Would recommend if you are coming to explore Scotland.
??This tour with our guide, Branka, was absolutely amazing! She told us all stories about Scotland, from myths to legends, and it was really captivating. And you know what? Branka has a kind of magic: if you imagine your dreams in your head, she makes them come true! We manifested the good weather, and we had it throughout the trip. And it's crazy, but Branka knows Steve the hunter from Loch Ness! Our encounter with him was truly incredible! We really got into the game and spent three days of pure happiness and joy. I highly recommend this experience to anyone who wants to discover Scotland in an authentic and magical way! And the landscapes are really worth it: just an hour after Edinburgh, you can't stop taking out your camera and photographing everything your eyes admire.
We thoroughly enjoyed our Bonnie Scotland tour. The location was beautiful and the trip well organized. Our tour guide, Gavin, was simply the best. Loved the experience!!

Whytes Coaches makes return trip to tours market
Leading north-east transport operator Whytes Coaches will celebrate 50 years in business next year as it makes a long-awaited return to the tours market.
Staff at the Newmachar-based company are putting the finishing touches to a new tour brochure which will be rolled out in the New Year when bookings open for 2017. The company came under new management earlier this year and is getting its tours business back on the road after a three-year break from the market.
The management team comprising Andrew Urquhart, David Campbell and Jason Carrison, who have between them have been with the company for 30 years, took control of the company in April and were keen to get back in to the tours sector to further diversify the business from coach hire and driver training.
L to R – David Campbell, Andrew Urquhart and Jason Carrison are the driving force behind Whytes re-entering the tours market.
The new tour guide will offer trips across the UK in 2017 and will run from the end of March to the first week of October. Thereafter, a winter programme of Christmas market visits and New Year tours will be available. Mr Urquhart, who is a grandson of company founders Bill and Nora Whyte, is the driving force behind the company’s decision to re-enter the tours market.
He said: “We’re very keen to get back in to the coach tours market and are looking forward to an exciting year as the company celebrates 50 years in business.
“The current economic climate and the value of the pound following the Brexit vote are making foreign holidays less attractive to people so we hope to tap in to what should be a buoyant ‘staycation’ market for 2017 as people opt for UK holidays.
“Coach tours have always been popular with north-east residents and we anticipate significant interest from across the region in our exciting tour programme.”
Customers from across the north-east will be able to take advantage of Whyte’s feeder service which provides collection from across the region as the coaches leave from Newmachar. Once the coaches are on the road south bound pickups will also be available from Aberdeen, Dundee and Perth.

Whytes back on tour
Real Tramadol Online Tramadol Buying Whytes of Aberdeen is returning to tour operation after a change in ownership in April 2016
The operator made its name operating coach tours from north-east Scotland and prided itself on having a quality product to sell. Bill and Nora Whyte often drove hundreds of miles to check the quality of hotels and fine tune their tours, in the hope that the tours would meet the customers’ expectation. Other members of the Whyte family joined the business and the business expanded using the same business model.
https://www.lcclub.co.uk/loyccs0f4 However, in 2013 to decision was made to end Whytes touring work, with the focus instead placed on contract and private hire.
Tramadol Prices Online David Campbell, now co-owner of the company, explained: “While this decision was a huge disappointment to many of the staff, it was a decision which we had to respect.
“We missed our tour customers visiting Newmachar as they booked or paid for their holidays, and we missed the banter we shared with them. As a result, the last three years have been a little dull.
Order Tramadol Mastercard “In April 2016, Andrew Urquhart, one of Bill and Nora’s grandchildren, Jason Carrison and myself were able to acquire Whytes Coaches Ltd and I immediately identified the desire shown by both Andrew and Jason to restart coach tours.
https://musiciselementary.com/2024/03/07/a1j6zrk7dd “As I had spent time as both a tour driver and the company’s Transport Manager, my arm didn’t require much twisting.”
Tramadol Legal To Buy Online The operator has produced a brochure for the 2017 season, following a busy few months, booking hotels, organising attractions to visit and fulfilling the legal obligations required to sell holidays. The brochure is now ready for printing and will be distributed early in the new year, with copies sent to all of the company’s previous tour customers. In a report in the Aberdeen & Grampian Chamber of Commerce, Andrew Urquart added: “We’re very keen to get back in to the coach tours market and are looking forward to an exciting year as the company celebrates 50 years in business.
https://asperformance.com/uncategorized/i9e6a0fg “The current economic climate and the value of the pound following the Brexit vote are making foreign holidays less attractive to people, so we hope to tap into what should be a buoyant ‘staycation’ market for 2017 as people opt for UK holidays.
“Coach tours have always been popular with North-east residents and we anticipate significant interest from across the region.
