Universal’s Endless Summer Resort – Dockside Inn and Suites is the newest of all the on-site hotels at the Universal Orlando Resort .   This massive 2,050 room hotel is located just across Universal Boulevard from Universal’s Dockside Inn and Suites is it’s sister hotel – Universal’s Endless Summer Resort – Surfside Inn and Suites. 

Both Endless Summer resort hotels are located on the site of the former Wet N’ Wild water park and are less than one mile south of Universal’s CityWalk , just south of Interstate 4 at the intersection of International Drive and Universal Boulevard. The design and décor of is a “coastal vibe” right down to the surf boards that can be found throughout both resort hotels.

These two properties are managed by Loews Hotels and comprise Universal’s “Value Hotel & Resorts”, which means these resorts are a highly affordable on-site hotel option when visiting Universal.  In addition, when staying at the Dockside Inn and Suites or any of the on-site hotels at Universal, guests are provided a number of exclusive theme park benefits which further enhance the value for the cost of the visit.

Universal’s Dockside Inn and Suites: Frequently Asked Questions

What are the hotel rates at universal’s dockside inn and suites.

Universal’s Endless Summer Resort – Dockside Inn and Suites along with its sister hotel, Surfside Inn and Suites, are Universal’s “value” hotels and are very reasonable prices for on-site hotel options.  Hotel rates typically range from less than $100 per night to around $200 per night depending on the time of year and the room type .  See our price chart below for specific rates.

Is the Universal’s Dockside Inn and Suites close to the theme parks and the convention center?

Dockside Inn and Suites is a 5 minute bus ride or a 20 minute walk to the entrance of the Universal Orlando Resort .  Walt Disney World and Sea World are both located within a 25-minute drive from the hotel.  The Orlando / Orange County Convention Center is about 10 minutes south along International Drive.  

Is there a Resort Fee or Parking Charge at Universal’s Dockside Inn and Suites?

There are no Resort Fees at Universal’s Dockside Inn and Suites .  Self-parking costs $15.00 per night for hotel guests.

Does the Universal’s Dockside Inn and Suites have a pool and other amenities?

The Location of the Universal’s Dockside Inn and Suites

Universal’s Dockside Inn and Suites is located just outside of the grounds of the Universal Orlando Resort, just a short distance south along Universal Boulevard. Access to the hotel is fairly simple as there is an interchange at Universal Boulevard from Interstate 4. 

It is anticipated that the two Endless Summer resort hotels will act as a bridge between the original Universal Orlando Resort and Universal’s future theme park (EPIC Universe), which is located near the Orlando / Orange County Convention Center.

This property is fairly well located and is close to other International Drive area attractions as we as several of Orlando’s major shopping & entertainment destinations.

It will take guests approximately 20 minutes to get to the hotels from the Orlando International Airport and less around 10 minutes to get to the Orlando / Orange County Convention Center.  

There are a number of retail venues and restaurants within walking distance along International Drive which include a Walgreens Pharmacy, Black Angus Steakhouse, Oshio Korean BBQ, IHOP and Red Lobster.   Additional attractions along the International Drive Corridor include The Fun Spot Orlando, ICON Park, Dezerland Park Orlando and Magical Midway Thrill Park.  

Being just a short distance from Universal’s CityWalk, Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure, Dockside Inn and Suites is less than 5 minute bus ride away.  According to Google Maps, it is a 20 minute walk from the hotel to CityWalk.

Additional area theme parks and destinations are short distance to the hotel.  Per Google Maps, travel time is as follows (non-peak hours):

• SeaWorld Orlando: Less than 15 minutes.
• The Magic Kingdom Park: approximately 25 minutes.
• EPCOT at the Walt Disney World Resort: approximately 20 minutes.
• Disney’s Hollywood Studios: approximately 20 minutes.
• Disney’s Animal Kingdom: approximately 25 minutes.

Hotel Amenities and Dining Options at Universal’s Dockside Inn and Suites

Guests will find that although Universal’s Dockside Inn and Suites is a “value” property, it is not short on amenities. Frankly the hotel everything that one would want without all the “frills” and prices of full services hotels.

Hotel Amenities

Since Universal’s Dockside Inn and Suites is themed as a oceanside/surf resort, you can rest assured that the pools are fantastic.  In addition to the pools themselves, there are a number of poolside activities that occur daily.

The pool in the courtyard of the northern tower (Tower 1) is a large resort style pool with children’s splash pad, extensive patio seating and a poolside bar and grill   The pool in the courtyard of the southern tower (Tower 2) also features a large resort style pool with a poolside restaurant but has a sandy beach area with the patio. Poolside activities including Bingo, Ping-Pong, hula-hoop contests and more are held regularly.

Dockside’s Pier 8 Market

Dockside’s Pier 8 Market is Dockside Inn and Suites main dining option. This food court style quick-service restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm.   Guests will find a number of traditional breakfast foods to buyers, pizza, sandwiches, salads and deserts.

There is also a grab-and-go section in the Dockside Pier 8 Market which offers pre-made salads and sandwiches as well as snacks and beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic).

Wave Makers Pool Bar

Wave Makers Pool Bar is the poolside restaurant and bar that is open daily from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm.  This dining option features salads, sandwiches, burgers, beer, wine and specialty cocktails.

What’s an on-site theme park hotel without a Starbucks ?   Get your morning coffee or afternoon snack from the baristas right in the lobby hobby.

Sunset Lounge

The Sunset Lounge is the Dockside Inn and Suites lobby bar.  Open daily from 4:00 pm to midnight, guests can grab a beer, wine or specialty cocktails and enjoy the remainder of their day.

Pizza Delivery

If you are hungry and don’t feel like leaving your room, just order a pizza and have it delivered.  The Endless Summer Resort – Dockside Inn and Suites offers pizza delivery right to your room from 5:00 pm to midnight.  Pizza for pickup is also available from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm.

Additional Dining Options

In addition to the dining options Universal’s Dockside Inn and Suites, guests will find a number of restaurants ranging from casual and quick-service dining to fine dining at the other Universal on-site hotels as well as Universal’s CityWalk .

Universal On-Site Hotel Benefits

When staying on-site at the Universal Orlando Resort guests receive a number of benefits that greatly enhance the enjoyment of their visit.

• Early Park Admission to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter: Typically either Universal Studios Florida or Islands of Adventure open one hour early to allow hotel guests additional time to explore the Wizarding World.
• Complimentary Transportation: Universal’s Dockside Inn and Suites guests can take the free shuttle buses from the front of the hotel for a short trip to the theme parks and CityWalk.
• Room Key Charge Privileges and Purchase Delivery: Do you want to purchase a wand at Ollivanders?  Guests can use their room key to charge their purchases and Universal will deliver their packages directly to their room at Universal’s Dockside Inn and Suites (select stores only).

The Endless Summer Resort – Dockside Inn and Suites is a very large hotel features 2,050 individual hotel rooms and two-bedroom suites.  There are 937 standard two-queen rooms and 1,113 two-bedroom suites.

• Standard Rooms : Includes two queen beds in 313 square feet with a 43 inch flat panel television, microwave oven, mini-refrigerator and an in-room safe.
• Pool View Standard Rooms : Also includes two queen beds in 313 square feet with a 43 inch flat panel television, microwave oven, mini-refrigerator an in-room safe.
• Two Bedroom Suite : The two-bedroom suite features 440 square feet with two queen beds in the main room and another queen bed in an enclosed bedroom.  There is also a flat panel television in each room, kitchenette with mini-refrigerator & microwave oven, picnic style table, separate bath and vanity areas and an in-room safe.
• Pool View Two Bedroom Suite : The two-bedroom suite pool view suite also features 440 square feet with two queen beds in the main room and another queen bed in an enclosed bedroom.  There is a flat panel television in each room, kitchenette with mini-refrigerator & microwave oven, picnic style table, separate bath and vanity areas and an in-room safe.

All rooms have HVAC controls featuring Smart Room technology, high speed wireless internet (premium interest is offered for a fee), iron/ironing board, alarm clock, telephone and plenty of USB outlets for charging cel phones and other other devices.

Dockside also has a number of ADA compliant rooms for guests with disabilities.  These rooms feature braille room numbers, hearing impaired kits, closed-captioned televisions, closes with rods 48 inches in height, doors 36 inches wide with peepholes at 42 inches, roll in shows and/or adjusted heads, toilets with grab bar and lighted smoke detectors/doorbells.

The follow rates are the rates for each of the resort varies for different dates throughout the year 2021.  The rates shown below are the best available rate for two adults in three different room types at the Universal’s Endless Summer Resort – Dockside Inn and Suites.

The rates were obtained from the Loews Hotels web site at the time of publication of this article.  There are a number of promotions offered during the year as well as discounts for Universal annual passholders and Florida residents.

There are no resort fees at each of this resort but there is a 6% resort tax on top of a 6.5% sales tax on nightly rates.  There is also a $15 per night overnight parking charge.

What We Liked about Universal’s Endless Summer Resort – Dockside Inn and Suites

There are many different things to like at this resort property.  Following are some of the highlights:

• Highly affordable Universal on-site hotel option
• Sufficient Amenities (two pools, Universal store and fitness center)
• Adequate dining options
• Very good value for the price

What We Didn’t Like about Universal’s Endless Summer Resort – Dockside Inn and Suites

There were a few things not to like when staying at the Universal’s Dockside Inn and Suites.

• Parking fee of $15 per night
• Pools have limited water features (no slides or lazy river).
• Bus transportation instead of water taxi service
• Walking distance to the entrance at CityWalk is far and requires guests to cross International Drive which is a busy roadway.

What We Think Universal’s Endless Summer Resort – Dockside Inn and Suites is Perfect For:

The two Endless Summer Resort Hotels are great for a wide variety of travelers visiting the Universal Orlando Resort and are perfect for:

• Guests visiting Universal’s theme parks
• Vacationers seeking an affordable on-site hotel destination
• Larger families needing additional space and/or multiple bedrooms

Our Thoughts

Endless Summer Florida has been to many different economy, moderate and luxury hotels in the in the Orlando tourist area and have stayed at a number of extended stay type hotels. We feel that Universal’s Endless Summer Resort – Dockside Inn and Suites represents a very good value for the money as compared to other similar type value hotel properties throughout the theme park area.

This past week, Universal hosted me with a stay as part of their UO Travel Advisor Program. I am so incredibly grateful to be part of a team that offers unique opportunities like this one. The below blog post is my own thoughts and opinions on this Universal resort. See below for more information!

I stayed at Universal’s Endless Summer Resort this week. Universal’s Endless Summer Resort: Dockside Inn and Suites is one of two value hotels at Universal Orlando Resort. Its sister resort, Surfside Inn & Suites is located across from it. Endless Summer Resort: Dockside Inn & Suites opened in December 2020, so it is Universal’s newest hotel on Universal property. To be honest, I usually stay at a Universal premier resort (Loews Royal Pacific, Hard Rock Hotel, or Portofino Bay Hotel). I actually really loved my stay here! This resort is a value resort, so it will not come with Express Passes and will have to be purchased separately with your tickets. I love that this resort has tons of room around the pool, was clean, and super easy to get around. It looks huge and hard to navigate from the outside, but it’s a super easy layout once inside. This is a great resort for budget-conscious families and I think anyone will really enjoy their stay here!

Both Endless Summer properties offer great options for families looking for affordable Universal accommodations. These resorts also offer two-bedroom suites to fit larger size families and groups. It’s a great resort if you’re looking to visit Universal and have a lower budget to work within.

Endless Summer Resort Dockside Inn & Suites has many different room categories:

Standard View Rooms: 2 Queen beds with views of the parking lot

Pool View Room: Standard room with 2 Queen Beds and a view of the pool area

2-Bedroom Suite: These suites fit larger families or groups with 2 Queen Beds in the main room, one queen bed in a separate room, and one bathroom with a separate vanity area.

2-Bedroom Suite with Pool View: These suites fit larger families or groups with 2 Queen Beds in the main room, one queen bed in a separate room, and one bathroom with a separate vanity area. These suites offer pool views.

Housekeeping

Summer Resorts offer two different housekeeping options for guests. If a guest would prefer alternative housekeeping arrangements, they must contact the front desk of their resort.  In an effort to reduce the impact on the environment, housekeeping has a “tide” program.

Low Tide: If a guest is staying less than seven nights, light housekeeping will be offered. These services include making beds, fresh new towels, emptying trash cans, and replacing bathroom amenities.

High Tide: If a guest is staying longer than seven nights, a full-service cleaning will be provided on the seventh day. The Low Tide housekeeping will then be provided on all additional days.

When staying on Universal property, you will receive exclusive hotel guest benefits:

Early Park Admission to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter and Universal’s Volcano Bay one hour before the theme parks open (valid theme park admission required)

Resort-wide charging privileges with your room key

 CityWalk Party Pass that provides access to select live entertainment venues at Universal CityWalk (Currently not available due to Covid)

Complimentary resort merchandise delivery purchased to your hotel

Kids age 17 and under stay Free

Guests staying at either Dockside Inn & Suites or Surfside Inn & Suites get access to both resort’s amenities

Accommodations are available for up to six people

There are two pools at this resort: one located in each courtyard and a splash pad for kids

Poolside activities include hula hoop contests, poolside movies, ping pong, and bingo. (Currently unavailable due to Covid)

Both pools also provide complimentary life vests and towels. Lifeguards are also always on duty.

Pool hours vary by season and may change due to inclement weather.

Game Room: Arcade games are available for a fee

Fitness Center: Complimentary to Endless Summer Resort guests

Universal Orlando Resort Store: This is the official resort store on the property and offers Universal and Universal’s Endless Summer logo merchandise,  guest necessities, and more.

Parking and Transportation

On-Site Transportation

Guests can use the complimentary shuttles to get to CityWalk and the parks.  A shuttle arrives at the resort about every 15 minutes and is available for guests right outside the resort lobbies. This is the only transportation option to and from the hotel to the parks.

Guests can also use the complimentary shuttle available outside the resort lobbies to get to Volcano Bay Water Park.

Resort Parking If a guest parks their car at either Endless Summe Resort, there is a nightly parking fee of $15/car (plus tax) that will be charged when you check out. Endless Summer Resorts do not offer valet parking.

I am so grateful for my experience and stay at this resort. It offers so much for the family and is a great way to visit Universal. I would highly recommend this resort, especially if you’re trying to stay within a low budget.

A Review and Room Tour of Universal’s Endless Summer Resort – Surfside Inn & Suites

Universal’s Endless Summer Resort delivers big when it comes to value, offering complimentary transportation to CityWalk, early park admission, and more. Although Surfside and Dockside Inn & Suites (the two hotels of Universal’s Endless Summer Resort) are similar, there are some major differences between the two, such as size, number of pools, and more. This post will focus specifically on the Surfside Inn & Suites , what it has to offer guests, and a tour of the 2-Bedroom Suite.

Room Accommodations

Recreation and utilities at surfside inn & suites, surfside inn & suites vs dockside inn & suites: what are the differences, what are the theme park benefits of staying at universal’s endless summer resort, the main bedroom, the kitchenette, the second bedroom, the bathroom, overall thoughts on the 2-bedroom suite and surfside inn & suites at universal orlando’s endless summer resort, an overview of universal’s endless summer resort: surfside inn & suites.

Surfside Inn & Suites is true to its name, offering surf-themed rooms and amenities to guests. With details ranging from the surfboards in the lobby to the fish-shaped pool, there are multiple unique touches throughout the resort that put guests in the middle of a surfside vacation.

Universal Orlando’s Surfside Inn & Suites offers two room types to choose from: Standard Rooms and 2-Bedroom Suites.

The Standard Room is a 313 square foot accommodation with a similar layout to most hotel rooms, offering two queen-size beds, a TV, a mini-fridge, etc. A full list of the amenities offered in the Standard Rooms can be found here .

The 2-Bedroom Suites are an expanded version of the Standard Rooms, measuring out at 440 square feet of space, with the most notable differences being a second bedroom (and third bed) and a kitchenette, which offers a picnic table, shelving, countertop, microwave, and a refrigerator. A full list of the amenities offered in the 2-Bedroom Suite can be found here . I stayed in the 2-Bedroom Suite, so more details and photos of this particular accommodation will be provided further on in the post.

Surfside Inn & Suites offers four different locations for food and beverage: Beach Break Cafe (located near the hotel lobby), Sand Bar (located next to the pool), Starbucks (located in the lobby), and Surfside Pizza Delivery (located within Beach Break Cafe). These are casual, quick-service-style locations.

Surfside Inn & Suites has several other key features around the hotel, including a pool, fitness center, game room, Universal Studios Store, Universal Vacation Planning Center, and two laundry rooms. Excluding the laundry room, each of these features is centrally located near or within the lobby.

Although Surfside and Dockside are both value hotels and part of Universal’s Endless Summer Resort, there are several key differences that should be taken into account when deciding which hotel to stay at.

For example, whereas there is only one bar at Surfside Inn & Suites (Sand Bar) Dockside Inn & Suites has three: The Wave Maker’s Pool Bar, The Oasis Beach Bar, and the Sunset Lounge.

The other major difference would be that Dockside Inn & Suites offers two pools, a children’s splash pad, and a sand beach, whereas Surfside Inn & Suites only offers one pool. However, it is important to note that size plays a major role in this; Surfside Inn & Suites has 750 rooms and Dockside Inn & Suites has 2,050 rooms. (Source: Orlando Informer )

• Merchandise Delivery to Hotel

A Photo Tour of the 2-Bedroom Suite

As soon as you enter the 2-Bedroom Suite, you enter the main bedroom. This space included a full-length mirror, two queen beds, a dresser, and a television.

Underneath each of the two queen beds is a partially hollow cavity to allow for luggage storage. Personally, I preferred the partial space rather than having an entire space underneath the bed, as it prevented things from getting pushed under, lost, and forgotten.

Along the full-length mirror were several sets of hooks, which we found helpful for hanging up items like backpacks, which freed up counter and table space in the rest of the room.

The kitchenette (an unseparated area from the main bedroom) offers shelving, counter space, a sink, microwave, minifridge, and picnic table. This extra space proved to be extremely beneficial, as it allowed my family an extra area to get ready in the mornings, eat in the room, and prepare/heat up food. In fact, if you are looking to save money on food while at Universal Orlando and are already planning on staying at (or thinking about upgrading to) a 2-Bedroom suite, I would highly recommend it! Since the 2-bedroom suite comes with a microwave (whereas a standard room does not), it makes it much easier to prepare and/or reheat food and snacks.

The extra counter space, sink, and the picnic table are also huge benefits, as it provides a place to both prepare and eat food in the room (that isn’t sitting on a bed).

The second bedroom is the only fully-private living space in the 2-Bedroom suite. (The main bedroom is open to the kitchenette, entry area, and vanity.)

This second bedroom, although small, has a queen bed and closet, in which there is an extra blanket, ironing board, etc.

The bathroom of the 2-bedroom suite is a separate vanity and bathroom. In the bathroom, there is a toilet, hooks on the back of the door, and a tub/shower. A retractable clothing line is also located above the tub, perfect for hanging swimsuits or clothes that might have gotten soaked on one of Universal’s water rides. Outside of the bathroom is the vanity, which has a large mirror, two sinks, and some shelving.

As a value resort, Surfside Inn & Suites not only delivered on its promise of a discounted price, but it also provided amazing value with its amenities. After all, the hotel’s layout made navigating and moving between points extremely easy and all the necessities we needed were provided on-site. When combined with its vicinity to the parks and the complimentary transportation, it is the perfect hotel for a first-time visitor to Universal Orlando Resort!

What are the pools like at Endless Summer Resort – Dockside Inn and Suites?

Endless Summer Resort – Dockside Inn and Suites has not one, but two pools – one for each side of the hotel. Although lacking some of the poolside amenities found other Universal hotels (like food service, waterslides, or cabanas), there is still plenty of fun to be had across the two locations. With such features as zero-entry pool access, sand beaches, and a separate children’s play area, guests are bound to enjoy their time in the Florida sunshine.

(Please note that Tower 2’s pool is currently not open.)

Dockside Inn and Suites – pool amenities

As we mentioned, the pool areas here are mostly no-frills, but you’ll still find that standard towels and lifejackets are available for guests of the resort. There are numerous lounge chairs and sun umbrellas, regardless of whether you are looking for sun or shade while you relax by the water, and there are also restrooms available at each pool location.

Over at Tower 1, the warm wood trellis of The Oasis Beach Bar invites guests to order up a specialty drink – daiquiris, margaritas, and both frozen and on-the-rocks cocktails. We especially enjoy the clever and creative drink names, which include the chilled-out Ebb & Flow (a frozen concoction of white wine, peach, and lime) and the Batten down the Hatches (a brave mix of rum, vodka, Kahlua, Irish Cream, amaretto, vanilla, and chocolate!). If you’re looking for food, however, you’ll have to head inside to Pier 8 Market to grab a bite to eat.

Tower 2, meanwhile, will feature The Wavemaker as its pool bar once it opens sometime in the future.

Check with the front desk to find the scheduled activities for the day, which might include ping pong tournaments, bingo, hula hoop contests, and more.

Absolutely everything! From check-in to food service, housekeeping, guest services, shuttle bus, Universal parks was amazing! We have been coming here for 6 years straight!

Alex at the front desk took excellent care of us, provided great information and made our stay very enjoyable by guiding us to all we needed to know. He checked in with us throughout our stay and went above and beyond. So grateful for his help and kindness. He was able to get us into our room early as it was ready which was a nice surprise! The suite was very comfortable and met our needs for space and keeping us all together. The shuttle to/ from CityWalk and the Parks made our stay so much easier. Loved the pool, the sand beach and being able to utilize the facilities outside of our check out time. It made for a much less stressful coming and going. Having the extra hour at the park was a huge plus and definitely worth the value. Also, really appreciative of the laundry facilities! Thank you!

Stayed here several times so knew what to expect. Hotel is very clean. Restaurant in property as well as a Starbucks. The restaurant has many different an options for food, deserts and snacks. Staff were very polite and helpful. Shuttle buses run to all three universal parks. Washing facilities are available at a small cost.

I liked mostly everything- the location, the staff (especially the staff), the pool (there were lots of lifeguards and we saw them training every day), and the restaurant.

The staff was great & overall everything was very nice.

Everything, I paid for a standard 2 queen beds, and because of the lack of availability, they got me double room with three queen beds and huge windows. The food court is also very pleasant, so it's the pool. Parking is also very private.

After two and half days getting acquainted with the city, we’ve set time aside for you to explore Moscow your way and discover your own favourite hang-outs in a city overflowing with hidden treasures

3-Day Moscow Tour Highlights:

• Panoramic Tour of Moscow: See Moscow beyond the postcard images on a private excursion by car through the city streets including a drive along the banks of the Moskva River. Visit the famous Bolshoi Theatre, pass by Gorky Park and the Novodevichy Convent, and admire the city from on high at the Sparrow Hill observation platform.

The city’s history unfolds in real-time as you pass lavish imperial mansions, solemn Soviet structures and luxurious modern shopping centres.

Day two kicks off exploring Moscow’s historic centre on foot, followed by a tour of the Kremlin, the seat of Russian power and political intrigue for centuries. Stand in the Red Square, surrounded by the stunning architecture as you hear stories of the people and events behind many of Moscow’s most iconic landmarks.

On your final day, we’ll head beneath the city for a tour of the Moscow Metro and its famously ornate underground stations. Art lovers should hit up one of Moscow’s many world-class galleries such as the Tretyakov State Gallery, the Pushkin Museum or Garage, Moscow’s cutting-edge contemporary art museum. Welcome to the glorious capital of Russia, Moscow! You’ll be met by your driver at the airport and taken to your centrally located hotel.

After check-in and rest, meet your private guide at the hotel lobby for a comprehensive tour of Moscow by car. Visit the starkly contrasting Theatre Square to see the stunning Bolshoi Theatre, pass Tverskaya Street, the city’s main boulevard and home to the landmark Yeleseyevskiy Grocery Store.

You’ll enjoy a panoramic drive along the Moskva River, where a huge, controversial state of Peter the Great was erected. Pass by the legendary Gorky Park and the White House before a stop at the architecturally stunning Novodevichy Convent, and the observation platform at Sparrow Hills, for a bird’s eye view over this staggering megalopolis.

Day 2 Red Square and Kremlin

After breakfast at the hotel, your guide will take you on a walking tour of the historical city centre. Stroll through the Red Square, the hub of cultural life in Moscow, with its elaborate ‘stone flower’ fountain and fantasy-like St Basil’s Cathedral – a postcard-perfect symbol of the nation. Admire the grandiose façade of GUM, the city’s most luxurious shopping centre, and visit Alexander’s Garden, with its eternal flame and the chance to watch a changing of the guards.

Break for lunch before continuing on a tour of the Kremlin and Armoury Chamber, famous of its collection of tsarist fashion, with regalia such as jewel-encrusted crowns, orbs and sceptres as well as arms and armour, exotic gifts from the leaders of faraway lands, and an illustrious case of Imperial Faberge eggs.

Day 3 Metro and Arbat Street

Start a day with a tour of Metro, stopping on the way to marvel at some of the most elaborately decorated stations of the world-famous Moscow subway system. Take a stroll along Old Arbat street - the most famous street in Moscow. Through the centuries Arbat used to be one of the most bohemian places in Moscow. Today Arbat is a promenade full of small cozy cafes and street life.

The afternoon is free for you to either enjoy the rest of the day on your own or choose among optional excursions to explore more of Moscow. Visit the Tretyakov Gallery or Pushkin State Museum to admire Russian art. Join locals for a stroll at the Gorky or VDNH park.

Visit beautiful Kolomeskoye Estate or Izmailovo Kremlin, or spend a day exploring the beautiful city of the Golden Ring (Russian province) - Sergiev Posad. In the evening you will be transferred to the airport for your departure to your next destination.
