IRCTC Vibhav Quick-Darshan Review

Booked tickets via "balajitourpackages.com/" which internally booked via Vibhav. The rate difference is 200 INR. So book directly via Vibhav site. The tour guide will be with you all time. Bus is 2+2 seater volvo AC bus. Not a multi-axle but comfortable. The package will complete your darshan in 24 hrs. We started around 11:00 PM from bangalore and reached tirupati around 4:30 AM. The hotel rooms were provided for an hour to get fresh. The room were maintained OK. After which breakfast was done early around 05:30AM. Went to Sri Padmavathi temple by 6:00AM. But the temple tickets/entrance opened around 7:00AM only. Ticket was 20INR only with laddu included. After which we proceed to Tirumala. Since only AP's buses are allowed to top. We switched to other non-AC bus. Which was booked by tour operators and headed up. We were there by around 9:00 AM and shops were available for eating and getting refreshed. In-case you missed photo-id. you can get printed there. 10:30 AM we started entering the temple. Special entry pass will take you to a separate line. The 300/- can also be purchased individually incase you are travelling by urself and not in bus-package. We joined the queue around 11:30 and finished around 12:30 - 1:00 PM. The Darshan was good and nice experience. The temple is well maintained. We were back to bangalore by 8:30 PM after doing lunch around 2:30 PM.

This is my second visit to tirupati , lord venkateshwara temple is enchanting , there is huge queue even I had booked special entry darshan online 300 per person , still you have to wait 1-2 hrs depending on rush , the special entry darshan n normal queue get inside of main mandir n then the horrible thing starts , people just crush you to go ahead , I hope ttd ll do some solution to avoid such scenario , my only prayer to lord venkateshwara that everyone should get darshan hassle free .

If you want to get a glimpse of Lord Shri venkateshwara Swamy temple then you should visit religious site : TIRUPATI . It would not be easy to explain why one should visit this temple but if you are aware of history how this place got name and where about you will definitely have faith in Shri venkateshwara Swamy and will come by to Tirupati . This place is easily reachable by train , bus and by roads . For train you might struggle with IRCTC for bookings . Buses are easily available . By roads - most preferable as you can reach anytime and leave Tirupati any time . Darshan tickets - most important , you need to book them online only . Offline special Darshan tickets are not sold anymore . If you don’t buy special Darshan tickets online than other two option you left with are Free Darshan OR Serva darshan ( for pilgrims who come by foot walk ) . Get free laddus for every tickets , the number of laddus you get is printed on tickets . To buy tickets online download TTD app from apps store . The total time taken to visit lord Shri venkateshwara will be around 2 hours , it might take longer depending upon ticket type purchased . For special darshan it would be less than 2 hours . There are other things , facts , stories , culture value , tradition. , dos and don’t , for that you need to visit Shri venkateshwara Swamy temple to understand the divinity of this place .

Had most fantastic darshan , crowd was less than usual -had very good darshan No pushing , weather was beautiful

Lord Balaji is living god of this Kaliyuga who rules whole world. He is really powerfull in terms of all. We get what ever we wove there and every day nearly 10 million people visit this place. This temple is inspiration to our Hindu culture and TTD is doing excellent work.

Travelling from Nagercoil to chennai very bad experience due to very worst cleanliness of toilet and compartment even in 2class. I don’t know why the railway department is so ignorant of this even after complaining by most of the people

Apart from this online ticket booking very difficult

So I request please make some easy way to book the ticket

Not clean, not cool at all. Infact outside the room is better. Toilets are pathetic. Infact the unprofessional girl staff collecting Rs.26 per hour as charges outside the room used the same toilet, leaving it unflushed.

Where do passengers have a decent toilet even though we are ready to pay for it. Swatch Bharat is long forgotten

Total uncomfortable journey in 2-tier AC , rats & cockroaches in full compartment in train no. 22902 udaipur to bandra terminus and smell of rats are unbearable and also we have given complain to AC conductor and there were only Indian washroom and totally uncleaned, smelly and dirty, etc. No one is taking care to maintain cleanliness in train and compartment.

We started almost 15 hours late from Enakulam (instead of Kochuveli-Trivandrum)

Mr Sam (tour in charge stationed at Ernakulam) keep on giving false information to all 700 passengers.

Schedule is not given any time.

Food is low quality. Sanitation in train is pathetic

Mr. Revikumar (Group GM ICRTC) informed all development on timely basis. However, he has not done anything.

Due to mistreatment, some passengers, gone back lafter travelling from day one onwards.

Food inside and outside was horrible and lot of passengers had to obtain their own arrangements

Land transportation was poorly coordinated .. Had to wait for hours to get auto... (What a pity condition.. Auto for 700 people

Even the auto is not reaching to accommodation premises.

Guides are not aware where is accommodation is located.

Some of the named accommodations were not existing, once the passengers started checking out for check in

Mr Ravikumar as well as Sam is not ready to improve anything

There are three packages available, basic, premium and extra-premium. I had booked extra-premium, but even though you're paying extra bucks and hoping for best stay, you're going to be disappointed. The trains even though 2 tier are worst, then the food is again bad and not at all proper planning. Only good thing is the hotels, which you stay in and the bus which you use for visiting tourist spots. But overall a bad experience and wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

I am travelling in ramayan darshan yatra my package code & name WZBD314/shree ramayan shree ramayan yatra 16 night 17 days journy date 22/2/22 my complaint is no proper arrangment not folowing covid protocoal bhehaving like animals with passengers attoting one room for 6 passenger no proper hotel only dharamshala with common toilet low quality food

Worst vehicle . Can't travel at all. After paying also I took a separate taxi. Spent 20000k extra amount . In van they don't do seat arrangement . People pushing and getting into bus I couldn't. I traveled . Many other with family . So one person getting in catch catching seat was easy . If ur spine is weak or bone issues dont try .

Recently went on a tour offered by IRCTC for 11 days from 19th October to 29th October. My observation is that overall itinerary was good. We covered Agra, Mathura, Katra from there Vaishno Devi, Amritsar, Haridwar and Delhi. Improvements are required in the following.

1) Maintenance of bathrooms in the train

2) Food- Quality of food should be improved

3) Clarity of dos and donts eg. Some places do not allow anything but a water bottle, mobile and a very small money purse - in Tajmahal, Agra fort, Golden temple, Qutub Minar, Akshardham.

Temples like Vaishno Devi and Mathura do not allow anything except water bottle and money.

Indira Gandhi memorial does not allow water too.

This should be told to the passengers in advance to avoid confusion.

4) Tickets at various monuments may be purchased by IRCTC itself and distributed in the bus. This will save time. Also may be cheaper due to bulk booking.

Experience was beyond expectation.Train was neat and comfortable.Food was served fresh and warm.Staff was courteous and helpful.Accomodation provided was comfortable .We were three females travelling first time by train. .Tour guide Keerat Singh always kept in touch, noting taxi numbers and checking on whenever we opted to travel out of the group.Looking forward to more trips with Indian Railways.

I and my wife took IRCTC Magical Meghalaya trip ex Hyderabad from 07 Nov to 12 Nov 2019.I did online booking.Ticket per head cost approximately Rs 33500/.I paid money throgh net banking.Though the amount was deducted from my account, I got a message "Transaction Faied." Talking to IRCTC customer care didn't resolve the issue.I visited IRCTC office in the Oxford Plaza near Secunderabad Watch Tower and learnt that booking has been done.

I kept scanned copies of the Aadhar cards of myself and my wife in my mobile and sent the same to IRCTC representative through Whatsapp. Three days prior to my departure, I got flight tickets and detailed tour programme/brief which I took print outs.We were advised to carry originals of Aadhar cards or any other card with photo and address alongwith six xerox copies.We also took passport size photos four each but didn't use them anywhere.

We went to airport on the appointed day, completed check in and security check on our own.We met other tourists in our group - we were total twenty six - and our tour coordinator from IRCTC, Mr Pavan Kumar in the security lounge.We reached Guwahati by by 1200 and collected our baggage by 1245.We travelled in two mini buses to Shillong and reached Don Bosco Museum, Shillong by about 1645.The museum closes at 1730, hence thehurry to finish seeing it.It is a good museum and the visit is worth it. Then we headed to our hotel Sapphire located in Police Bazar which is the heart of the city.It gets darkkby 5 PM here.Hotel accommodation, service and food arrangement were good.

Next day we visited Elephanta Falls, Nohkalikai Falls at Cherrapunjee and Mawsami lime stone caves.Some people discouraged us saying that at one place the passage was too narrow to pass in the caves. Don't get disheartened.These caves are like Borra caves of Araku, Belum caves of Kurnool or Kutumsar caves of Bastar.By the time we got back to our hotel it was 2000.

Next day we headed for Dawki river where excellent boating experince we got.There is a boatmen union, rates are controlled( Rs 700 for four of us for one hour) and life jackets are to be worn.That is the place you see border with our friendly neighbour Bangladesh. Next we headed for the most unique Living Root Bridge.The path to the bridge is partially road and major portion is stone steps.The descent as well as the ascent are quite demanding but you need to go through it, if you don't want to miss the only one of its kind in the world. Thereafter we went to what is called the Cleanest Village.By that time it was already dark.So, really speaking it was waste of effort.

On the fouth day we checked out and left for Kaziranga.Enroute we saw Ward's Lake and Umium lake. Very clean and beautiful lakes.We couldn't go for boating for want of time.We reached Kaziranga at about 1830 and put up at Bonhabi Resort.There are two types of rides in the sanctuary: Elephant ride and Jeep Safari.Book your Elephant ride on line in advance or you may not get at the booking counter.Most of the Elephant ride tickets are sold by middle men in black.Elephant rides slots are 0530-0630 and 0630-0730.Elephant ride takes you in to the tall grass where you can see Rhinos, Wild Buffaloes, Deer, Wild Elephants and if lucky a tiger( we could't see any).You need to take the help of your resort or hotel manager to organise a vehicle to reach the Safari starting point.Elephant ride is a unique experience.

We took both the Elephant ride as well as the Jeep safari.That was on the fifth day. Sighted many animals and enjoyed to the hilt.After returning to our hotel, we had our breakfast and commenced our journey to Guwahati. Reached the outskirts of the city by around 1700.

Most of the group members were keen to visit the famous Shakti Peeth temple of Kamakhya Devi. We were told that heavy rush of people and darshan takes at least five hours.Special darshan Rs 500 ticket counter was already closed.Some ardent devotees among our group decided to go to the temple and take a chance.We could manage Mukha Darshan as the garbhalay was closed. Yet it gave us immense happiness because we are unlikely to come to this place again.Reached Syggnet Hotel in Paltan bazar by about 1930 for our stay.

Next day, the sixth day, we had breakfast, checked out and headed towards the Brahmaputra river.Some people took bath in the river.We happened to be there at the time of Brahmaputhra Pushkar time( Kumbhmela).Divine coincidence! We visited the Balaji temple and then to airport.back at Hyderabad by 1830 and home by 2030.

This IRCTC tour is a well organised activity.Our tour coordinator Mr Pavan Kumar did his best to make the event a grand success and a memorable one.We are grateful to him for this.

Shopping, we didn't do much.Most of the places which we visited have shops selling the ethnic garments and local made items.

It is a trip woth the money.

We travelled to Rajasthan from bangalore.tour plan was good , response for booking was also good.But tour manager was not efficient to manage the tour program.Rooms and restourent was very good.Bus provided was very small n not able to travel long distance.we asked to change the bus but no use.One important thing is that they don't given the seat no..so on whole tour we sit back..lots of improvement is needed.

I have order food from irctc tourism at Nagpur. The food quality was very bad. I want my refund.

I had very pathetic experience in while booking a ticket in IRCTC. This is very mismanaged website.

I was booking a ticket from Parasnath to New Delhi railway station 2nd class AC on 26th December 2017 for date of 14th Jan. I filled in the details put my phone no. and then proceeded for the payment from the debit card.

To my utter disappointment the message of successful payment came in my phone but there it showed booking failed. And is the payment has been made then it will refunded within 7-10 days. It has been over 10 days and still I haven't heard from them regarding the payment in spite of writing a mail to them.

Be careful while booking a train ticket here. IRCTC should work on improving this website and should fix all the payments related to payments.

Hi guys, IRCTC is the online ticket booking site for trains. From two years, I am using this site to book the tickets. In this site, Everything is good.But Payment option takes so much of time while we are booking the tatkal tickets. In sometimes, money debited from our account but ticket is not confirmed.

Service and support responds very quickly for our queries.

And irctc has more secure. Its loading very quickly but its needs strong internet connection. And it has more features like food booking at any time in trains, we can also flight tickets.

Why can't you people check if your app work or no before releasing on Playstore. Seriously surprised to see such an ill developed and under performing app. It does not proceed after showing me the trains for the day. How am I supposed to book my train journey if this happens .? 1/5 rating from my side as I could not give a ZERO or ANDA for such a piece of crap. App should show type of seats available when I open a particular train option before I ask. Live tracking of seats availability.

In 2012 I have travelled south india with irctc tour package worth 6500rs per head I was with my family.

In that package accomdation and all other travelling services are include. Food is provided in every location where we have stop. Even in train to.

Our tour is of 12 days and with more than 8 random location of south india including coacchi and shirdi.

They have a special trains for this tours which has several stops for particular location and they provides guides also for guidance.

My tour start from jabalpur ( m.p) and it takes 12 days to complete whole tour.

So in my opinion they provide good service and they provide this tours in cheap rate. If travel such places one by one it costs us more.

I have travelled to Shimla, Manali, Chandigarh via Delhi from Hyderabad through IRCTC Tour packages(irctctourism).

Mode of transport:

Hyderabad to Delhi: Train(3 AC)

Delhi to Shimla, Manali, Chandigarh and back to Delhi by tata indigo. The car was okay, sitting in the back seat was painful.

I have choose comfort package(3AC by train and 3 star accommodation)

The trip was a big let down due to the cheap hotel accommodation provided by   irctctourism . The hotels are not even worth to mention. It’s a total waste of money. The hotels promised were 3 star, but the ones provided by irctctourism are not even worth a single star. The hotel charges for providing room heaters which is basic necessity in the cold climates.

Rooms were not neat. Towels and bath soups were not provided. Broken windows.

What a pity. Due to the hotels, the tour was a big let down.

IRCTC tourism is improving and improving over the recent years.The rail tour packages are a must try for all.You get confirmed rail tickets with accommodation, local sight seeing, etc on various packages.

Online payment facility is there and once payment is done the area manager shares the iternary and bookings that would be done.

I have availed a Vaishnao devi rail package 2 years ago which was prices around Rs.1900/- per person for a triple sharing room.Delhi-Jammu-Delhi Sleeper confirmed tickets were given to and fro along with bus travel from Jammu-Katra and back with hotel accommodation in a 3 star hotel with breakfast in AC room, what more can you ask for in such a price? Also the hotel droped us at Vaishano Devi Entrance and also came to pick up.Had a great experience with family at an affordable price.

Recently went to Rajasthan and booked a land package that was from Airport to Airport, with local sight seeing, accommodation, monument entry fees.It was a 5 day tour covering Jaipur-Ajmer-Pushkar-Udaipur-Jodhpur and back to Jaipur which costed around Rs.10, 000 per person for triple sharing basis which was the best deal I could find.

The overall service was excellent and I would look forward to go on more tours with IRCTC tourism.

I would suggest all to do give it a try.

Irctc is now getting better day by day. You will not get hamper to avail any service.

IRCTC tourism.com is a very fantastic website provide by IRCTC. This website provides so many offer for tourist like best of Switzerland and Paris Shirdi Nasik Shani Signapur by air, best of China etc.

IRCTC offers six-day tour package to Tirupati starting at Rs 14,170; check details here

Irctc's tirupati tour package: three-tier ac tickets, three meals, intra-city transportation and a stay at the hotel are included in the tour..

The Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation ( IRCTC ) has announced a six-day Tirupati rail tour package starting at Rs 14,170.

As per the information available on the IRCTC website, the train from Bhagalpur of Bihar to Tirupati of Andhra Pradesh will commence every Wednesday at 1:30 pm and arrive at the destination at 12:30 am on Friday.

The tourists, according to the itinerary, will check in at a hotel and after breakfast proceeds further to Tirumala for Tirupati temple visit, which will be followed by an overnight stay at the hotel.

On the next day, the visit to Sri Kalahasthi and Padmavathi Devi temples is scheduled and will take the return journey to Bhagalpur from Renigunta Railway station at 19:58 pm.

Three-tier AC tickets, three meals, intra-city transportation and a stay at the hotel are included in the tour.

Tirupati opens for darshan at 9 am every day and males are allowed to visit only in dhoti (white) and shirt or kurta and pajama, while females can wear either saree or salwar kameez.

About 20 million pilgrims from all over the world throng Tirumala each year to worship Lord Sree Venkateswara the Kaliyuga incarnation of Lord Vishnu. The pure gold plated Tirumala Shrine is a masterpiece of fine Indian temple architecture. Temple of the Goddess Padmavathi ammavaru is located in Tiruchanuru close to Tirupati town.

Director Shankar, known for his grand sets and larger-than-life scenarios, recently hosted a lavish wedding for his daughter Aishwarya Shankar. If i could rate in the negative i would -4. 1215pm 02750 to Kanpur from Delhi. Having had my wallet stolen in the crush to get aboard the train, it was not possible to to take my luggage to my seat inside the railcar. The porter disappeared before boarding with a good wad of my cash. I was heavily laden with bags that i use for my business operations. I was then forced to sit (for security of my valuables) on the filthy floor adjacent to the toilet. It stank of feces. The railcar boys thought this was all a bit of a joke. The ticket inspector, nor any other of this shabby crew offered to help. I spent 6 hours in this position. It was extremely uncomfortable i am 62 years old. The rail car was deeply filthy and unfit for humans. Maybe India rail would do well looking after cattle...their threshold of acceptance is much lower. I offer to do a course in cleaning and maintenance for your 'carriages' Although i am not a professional cleaner i sure as hell know how to make things fit for humans. I give -4 because the train arrived on schedule. Time for security cameras on your platforms?...the low life scum is making plenty of money from the lack of surveillance. As they say...Never again.

We talk about digitization.. and we are also saying that India is moving fast on this.. and here I am paying penalty of the full ticket cost just because I don't have ticket copy taken from Window! I am shocked to hear this rule of Indian Railway! My name is appearing in the list.. I have shown my ID Proof.. It's proved it's me, I am even giving PNR number.. but just because I don't have hard copy I will have to pay the full ticket cost! It's a loot.. I can only request Indian railways to change this ancient rule especially when we are moving to digitized world..

I booked tickets for 2 members ladies 1 guy They provide ticket for 50 years of age in upper berth and one baby mother had alloted upper berth how they climb there seats This is the worst situation every time I had faced while booking there seats once it's be faced again I will travel through buses it's best even cost is high comfert is necessary for ladies and baby women's and pregents Please follow proper guidelines while allocating the seats for that persons

TTE not come for ticket checking for local peoples(Surat).

I came from NZM to Vapi with confirm ticket (RAC) in sleeper class (S1-23 Side Lower) when I reached Surat our entire coach looks like a General Coach even i told to peoples don’t sit on my seat. I got an gujarati word “ચૂપ રહો નહીંતર તમને અહીં જ મારવામાં આવશે”. Local peoples behaviour was very rude. One more common thing was that there’s no TTE for tickets checking.

Pathetic service lower class management, cheap, my sister has exam tomorrow we have taken tatkal ticket yesterday on double cost when train arrived at boarding station all 4 sleeper class has no space even no space for enter and all coach filled with labours i guess they even not have general ticket, my sister tried but she had to left the train why they are allow ticket when it has no space and no management so only valid people can take that seat waste of money

3 AC Economy seats are so bad!

I traveled in 22648 and this is my experience as a passenger.. 1) 3 AC Economy seats are so bad!! They reduced the seat sizes, cant even seat properly at the upper berth and sleepingis much worst than bus sleeper coaches. 2) Steps leading to upper berth are so smooth, who the hell is engineer that designed it? Smoothness creates slippery and bad experience to climb!! 3) Bathroom freshers aren't working!!

Worst experience with IRCTC

Not able to book tickets trough IRCTC mobile app. Worst performance and quality for common user. Seems to be application specially design for ticket agent. Today my ticket almost book but post completing payment berth allocation declined within half minute. This thing happened multiple times with me. Common people not able to get ticket but same tickets will be available from IRCTC agent. Agent login facility is affecting on common direct booking on user.

IRCTC is worst app ever

IRCTC is worst app ever, especially at the time of booking Tatkal ticket at 11 AM the server is not working or sometime login fail because if DNS server error. After passing 10 to 15 minutes server start working and at the time All Tatkal ticket goes on Waiting List I believe there is mafia between IRCTC and Agents to reserve the ticket. Normal user can’t book the Tatkal ticket because of IRCTC server issue, It only supports agents not coman people

Frustrated reserved ticket passenger

Hi I am going on Howrah mail in sleeper class maybe it will be my first and last experience in it. Never going to travel on sleeper class again In the coach of 6 passengers their are 9 passengers sitting here. Which only 3 passengers are having confirmed ticket. The person which is having only single ticket confirmed is having excuse of that he is having a family with him of 3 more people. The frustrated person is not whom is having the waiting ticket, frustrated is the person who is having a lower berth ticket because he is not having any space to lay down and rest and sleep. There should be a rule that the person with unreserved/waiting ticket should be fined+not allowed to seat on other's seat Please Take Serious Action

IRCTC Webiste is the Penthatic and Worst Website Developed

Penthatic and Worst Website Development Team seating to develop or manage IRCTC Website. They are just getting pay by in Free of cost. I thought they should not only fire even they should be blacklisted from the IT's Job. They are totally uneducated and fresher. I don't know how there are people even Team Lead or Manager Level, who don't have commonsense on how to work with real-time projects especially when they are working on goverment websites. They don't have common sense with QA or the final project delivery person. Very very bad Website developed.

Appreciation to coach attendant

Travelled to Madgoan from Ernakulam on train 22114 Kochuveli to Lokamanya Tilak Terminus Mumbai. The B4 compartment was maintained neat and clean. Few kids were on board. The coach attendant Prafal Goud was cleaning every 2 hours. Pleasant person. Asked to be photographed. He refused politely. Thought he needs to be acknowledged and appreciated. Please do share his commitment to work👏👏👏...
