More than a month after the saga now known as #Scandoval first broke, it’s still all that anyone in the Bravo world can talk about. TMZ reported on March 3 that Vanderpump Rules stars Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval had split after she discovered that he cheated with their close friend and co-star Raquel Leviss, who was engaged to castmate James Kennedy just a year prior. And Sandoval had paid thousands of dollars to help James with his extravagant proposal. It’s a lot to take in for even the biggest Bravo fans, and as new details emerge, the debacle only becomes more shocking, making a comprehensive timeline a necessity.

On the April 5 episode of Vanderpump Rules , Sandoval’s close friend and business partner Tom Schwartz made out with Raquel at Scheana Shay’s wedding, marking the peak of their season-long flirtation. At that time, their budding crushes on each other was a big enough scandal for the friend group, but little did they know what was actually going on at the time.

After the episode, Schwartz appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen and spilled some long-awaited tea, giving more details about when the affair started, how it developed, and when he actually found out about it. He even remarked that Sandoval “became obsessed” with Raquel. “He’s notorious with having one singular obsession,” Schwartz explained. “He’s addicted, it’s an infatuation of all infatuations. Raquel is Tom’s heroin.”

July 2022: SUR Manager Peter Hints That The Affair Started

On the April 10 episode of former Vanderpump Rules star Kristen Doute’s podcast, SUR manager Peter Madrigal revealed that he got an “interesting text” from Sandoval that could allude to the true timing of his affair with Raquel. He received the message in January , a month before the Season 10 premiere of Pump Rules . “He hasn’t texted me in six months,” he recalled. “Then he texts me and he says, and I quote, ‘Dude, exclamation point. Just watched the first episode LOL, exclamation point. Did you bang Raquel the night after SUR, exclamation point, question mark, crying laughing face.’”

Raquel and Peter had a very brief dalliance that happened at the beginning of Season 10, which started filming in July 2022 . They were only shown going out on one date, with a brief mention of a drunken kiss, before she broke it off, but Peter speculates that if Sandoval was concerned about him hooking up with Raquel, their relationship may have already started by then.

August 2022: Sandoval & Raquel Have A “One-Night Stand”

On WWHL , Schwartz told Cohen everything he knew about #Scandoval, albeit a bit confusingly. He apparently learned that Sandoval and Raquel had a “one-night stand” in August, but he only found that out after making out with her at Scheana’s wedding on Aug. 26 (though he noted that her breath smelled like “cigarettes,” which Sandoval smokes). “Tom was having a midlife crisis,” he said.

Schwartz admitted “there was a lot of grey area” in the fall, but he maintained that he didn’t know about the extent of their relationship at the time. “I only know what I was told,” he said. “From my point of view, it became an emotional affair, which was still inappropriate, but I didn’t think it was a linear thing.”

October 2022: The Lightning Bolt Necklaces Start Appearing

After #Scandoval broke, eagle-eyed fans noticed that both Sandoval and Raquel wore very similar lightning bolt necklaces in the months prior, with the Schwartz & Sandy’s co-owner even donning his in Vanderpump Rules promo photos. While neither of them have confirmed this theory, fans think the two may have used these accessories to secretly signal their love for each other. The necklaces made their first appearances on both of their Instagram pages in October, with Raquel wearing hers to BravoCon that month.

December 2022: Sandoval Reportedly Brings Raquel Home After Christmas

Raquel and Sandoval were so deep into their relationship by Christmas that he decided to bring her to his hometown of St. Louis after the holidays. TMZ obtained a photo of the pair posing in front of the Apotheosis of Saint Louis statue on Dec. 29, when they reportedly visited so she could meet his family and childhood friends. Sadly for Raquel, his family reportedly “had no interest in meeting her” and thought it was “inappropriate” that he even brought another girl home with him while he was still with Ariana. It’s not known if this is how they became aware of the affair, but Sandoval’s family made it clear that they did not support it.

As for Ariana, the outlet reports that Sandoval was trying to break things off with Ariana before the holidays, but was also going to therapy with her, sending very mixed signals. It’s not known where she was when Sandoval took Raquel to St. Louis, but she supported him on Christmas Day, sharing several photos from his restaurant Schwartz & Sandy’s on Instagram, plus a photo of the two on a romantic gondola with family.

January 2023: Sandoval Tells Schwartz He’s In Love With Raquel

After months of thinking that Sandoval and Raquel only had one hookup, Schwartz revealed on WWHL that Sandoval had admitted his true feelings for Raquel a few months prior. “In January, Tom came to me and he told me that he’s in love with Raquel,” he recalled. “I was flabbergasted, but not surprised.” From then, Schwartz said his friend had become “flagrant” about his affair, even calling it an “open secret” among some people.

However, Schwartz defended himself against accusations that he shielded it from Ariana. “For the record, I’m being fed a narrative that he had broken up with Ariana or attempted to multiple times, many many times,” he said. “And he’s not happy, they’re not healthy, they’re not intimate, blah blah blah. Prior to the premiere of Season 10, Raquel spoke to E! about her blossoming friendships with Sandoval, Ariana, and Scheana, seeming to gush about Sandoval in particular. “I feel like he’s become one of my best friends lately,” she said. “He just is so in touch with himself and is fully accepting of who he is and is so confident. March 1, 2023: Ariana Finds Out

On March 1, while Sandoval’s cover band performed at his TomTom restaurant in Los Angeles, Ariana reportedly discovered a sexually explicit video of Raquel and a string of inappropriate text messages on his phone. At the time, Raquel was across the country in New York filming WWHL with Scheana. In that episode, she admitted to finding Sandoval more attractive than Schwartz during a game, prompting both Scheana and Cohen to give a double-take, considering the show was focused on her crush on Schwartz.

According to Page Six , the two went out for drinks with friends after the taping, which is when Ariana called Raquel to confront her. Scheana reportedly found Raquel outside on the phone, where she could hear Ariana bawling, prompting her to demand an explanation from Raquel. When the truth came out, a physical altercation allegedly ensued, leading to a legal battle over restraining orders .

March 3, 2023: #Scandoval Wreaks Havoc

Sandoval and Raquel’s affair became public on March 3 when TMZ reported his split from Ariana and revealed the infidelity. The Bravoverse was immediately whipped into a frenzy, and their Vanderpump Rules co-stars quickly came to Ariana’s defense as Sandoval carried on with a previously scheduled show in Anaheim that night. The same day, Bravo picked cameras back up to capture the fallout of #Scandoval, as a source confirmed to Bustle. Sandoval wouldn’t speak out until the next day when he only apologized to Schwartz and their business partners without mentioning Ariana, which only garnered him even more backlash.

March 8, 2023: Sandoval & Raquel Apologize

Both Sandoval and Raquel issued apologies for their actions days later the affair became public, addressing Ariana directly in their social media statements. “Most of all, I want to apologize to Ariana,” Sandoval wrote. “I made mistakes, I was selfish, and made reckless decisions that hurt somebody I love. No one deserves to feel that pain so traumatically and publicly.”

April 2023: Tom & Raquel’s Relationship Is In Question

While Sandoval and Raquel may have put up a united front at the reunion, even Schwartz, their one remaining friend in the group, doesn’t think they’ll go the distance. “I think it’ll be a miracle if they make it,” he stated on the WWHL aftershow, which streamed live on Twitter. “I know they care so much about each other, but even in the short time that they’ve been ‘in love’ or whatever you want to call it, it’s become toxic, and I just don’t know if it’s sustainable. Season 10 of  Vanderpump Rules   has arguably been the most dramatic season with  Tom Sandoval   and  Raquel Leviss ‘ affair at the forefront of it all. Although the former lovebirds have reportedly split as of May 17, 2023, per a  Page Six  insider, Tom’s ex,  Ariana Madix , is not fully convinced. Now, the full “Scandoval” cheating drama will unfold in part one of the reunion episode set to air on May 24, 2023. Ahead of the explosive episode, here is a closer chronological look at Tom and Raquel’s affair over the last nine months.

August 2022

The secret romance commenced nearly one year ago after Raquel, 28, attended a girls trip with Katie Maloney , Lala Kent and Kristina Kelly around Aug. 4 or Aug. 5, per  US Weekly . After the brunette beauty left the girls trip early, Raquel ended up attending a guys night at the Mondrian hotel in Los Angeles that weekend. During an Apr. 2023 interview on the Howie Mandel Does Stuff podcast, Tom detailed what exactly went down that night. “We literally talked ’til the sun came up the first night with my friend Brett ,” the 39-year-old claimed.

Soon after that, their first hookup occurred after they both hit up a  See You Next Tuesday event at Lisa Vanderpump ‘s SUR. Tom and Raquel allegedly got “locked out” of the house he then shared with Ariana. “We just kissed. It was magnetic. We were talking, moving closer, and as we were talking, as time went on, we would just start talking closer and closer, and then all of a sudden, we’re kissing,” he claimed during the interview. “That’s what started something. … And then we backed off, but then … we have a fire pit and a thing. Yeah. And it was kind of … yeah.”

Things continued at  Scheana Shay ‘s wedding to Brock Davies   that month. One day prior to the official ceremony, Tom Schwartz and Raquel shared a secret kiss. Despite Schwartz and Raquel locking lips , he was not interested in pursuing it further. December 2022

On Apr. 11, 2023,  TMZ  published photos allegedly taken on Dec. 29, 2022, of the two in Sandoval’s hometown. At the time, Raquel and Sandoval posed in front of the Apotheosis of Saint Louis statue just months ahead of their affair becoming public.

January 2023

Sandoval and Raquel opted to kick off the New Year in Big Bear, California, with Schwartz and his rumored girlfriend, Jo Wenberg . While chatting with Andy Cohen on  Watch What Happens Live   in Apr. 2023, Schwartz revealed when he officially knew that Raquel and Ariana’s ex were more romantically involved. “Just for the record, that trip was mine and Tom’s trip. I told Jo to come up later and he smuggled Raquel in. What was I to do at that point?” he explained to the Bravo executive at the time. “I knew that they were in love. … At that point, also, I was under the impression that he was more or less broken up with Ariana, and he was in love with Raquel.”

February 2023

During the same interview with Howie, Sandoval alleged that he officially split with Ariana on Valentine’s Day . “Obviously, she was very upset. She freaking punched me and all this s***,” he said in Apr. 2023. “A couple days later, I sit down and talk with her again, and she’s like, ‘I’m not letting you leave me. You’re gonna have to force me out of this relationship.’ I was like, ‘Ariana, I don’t think I could be faithful in a relationship with you right now.’ I hadn’t told her about Raquel yet. She’s like, ‘If you break up with me, you will effectively be ending my life.'”

Sandoval and Raquel’s affair quickly became the headline heard ’round the world on Mar. 3, 2023. After Ariana found a video of her then-beau and Raquel together, their breakup went viral. At the time,  TMZ  was one of the first outlets to report the affair. “We didn’t tell anybody, but she knew,” he said on Howie’s podcast one month later. “She was trying to, like convince me not to be broken up … but that was not the case. She asked me that day as we were leaving about, like — because we had talked about fertilizing [her] eggs, which I never did. She was like, ‘So, what do you think about doing a sperm check to fertilize my eggs?’ And I’m like, ‘What? We’re broken up.’ … I was like, ‘We’ll talk about this later, I gotta go do my show.’”

By April 2023, Sandoval had denied that he and Raquel were “friends with benefits” during Howie’s interview. “We’re really good friends. We’re not putting any label on it,” he claimed. By Apr. 14, Raquel’s rep confirmed to  PEOPLE   that she was seeking treatment for her mental health amid the drama. “Raquel and her family decided before the relationship was discovered that she would enter a voluntary facility for mental health counseling,” the statement read at the time. “She was scheduled to go in pre-reunion but decided she wanted to finish her filming commitment. Bravo and production were aware and in support of her journey towards better mental health.”

One month later, on May 17, a source told  Page Six   that Raquel and Sandoval had officially ended their romance . “Raquel dipped out. Sandoval is not the one for her,” the source claimed at the time. "God, he's going to kill me, I just hate lying so much," the 28-year-old confessed during an emotional interview. "He's asked me to not disclose all this information."

However, Raquel needed the weight of the lie off her shoulders, prompting her do disclose that she and Tom did, in fact, slept together in his and ex Ariana Madix 's house while Ariana was at her grandmother's funeral in Florida in September.

"This is the one story that we've agreed on getting straight and I know the reason why Tom wanted to lie about it is because it's a really bad look to hook up with someone's boyfriend in their own house when they've gone out of town, especially for like a funeral of all things," Raquel explained through tears. "So, I don't know, this has f--king killed my soul, like I am so sick of lying. I hate it. I hate being deceitful."

After Tom Sandoval 's dramatic relationship with co-star Kristen Doute came to an end, Ariana Madix joined the cast of Vanderpump Rules in season two. At the time, Kristen alleged that Tom and Ariana had hooked up while she and Tom were still together. "I'm smarter than you," Ariana infamously responded. "I'm prettier than you. Get the f--k over it."

Both Tom and Ariana denied the allegations, though he later admitted that the pair had made out in a pool while they were both in Las Vegas. 

During the season two reunion, Tom and Ariana confirmed that  they were dating . "We've definitely been hanging out," Tom said. "And things have been great." On the same night the episode aired, both SUR bartenders made their relationship Instagram official.

Kristen said in season three that a woman reached out to her on Instagram claiming to have hooked up with Tom while he was in Miami with Jax Taylor and Tom Schwartz . After meeting DJ James Kennedy at a New Year's Eve party, beauty pageant contestant and student Raquel Leviss made her VPR debut in the season five premiere. Two years, later, the couple moved in together, despite multiple women who worked at SUR alleging that they hooked up with James while he was dating Raquel. At the time, James denied the claims. After she began working at SUR as a waitress, Raquel became a Vanderpump Rules series regular in season nine. 

Tom and Ariana bought their first home together in Valley Village, Calif., finally moving out of the West Hollywood apartment that infamously could not have the air conditioner and microwave working at the same time without causing a power outage.

It was later revealed during an episode of VPR that Tom Sandoval helped pay for the elaborate engagement. "James and I split the $25k," he explained, "because nothing brings me more joy than to help a friend accomplish a dream that they have."

After five years together, James and Raquel ended their engagement , just one week after filming the season nine reunion.

"After these 5 wonderful years we had together, we decided we have two different goals and made the decision to call off the engagement," the former couple said in a joint statement on their separate Instagram pages. "The future of Thanksgivings and Christmases and holidays was looking like it was going to be either James or my family," she said. For his part, James went Instagram official with his new girlfriend Ally Lewber in March 2022 , who is now featured on the show. 

One month after Katie Maloney and Tom Schwartz announced they were breaking up after 12 years together, it was reported that Schwartz was spotted making out with Raquel at the Coachella.

The Bravo world was rocked on March 3 when it was confirmed that Tom Sandoval and Ariana had broken up after nine years together, with an insider telling E! News that cameras were rolling on the cast at the same time , meaning the drama will likely play out on the Bravo series' currently airing 10th season.

Their split came after Ariana reportedly learned Tom and Raquel had been having an affair for several months, with Scheana, Katie and Kristen all being photographed going over to Ariana's house to console her. In addition, Kristen, who arrived with flowers and a bottle of wine, shared a selfie video of herself with Ariana on her Instagram Stories. Following news of their split, Ariana deleted her Instagram page, and, despite speculation, Tom's rep told E! News exclusively that the reality star has not moved out of his and Ariana's home.

Tom Sandoval took to Instagram March 4 to address the backlash the employees of his restaurant Schwartz and Sandy's had been receiving since the news broke. 

"Hey, I fully understand and deserve ur anger & disappointment towards me, but please leave [Tom] Schwartz, my friends and family out of this situation," he wrote on Instagram. "This was a very personal thing."

Going on to say "they did nothing wrong," Tom added, "I'm so sorry that my partners, Greg, Brett, Schwartz and our employees have to suffer for my actions. I will be taking a step back & taking a hiatus out of respect for my employees & partners. I need some time to address everything else. Sorry for everything." 

On March 7, Tom finally publicly apologized directly to Ariana amid the affair scandal. "Most of all, I want to apologize to Ariana," the 39-year-old wrote in a March 7 statement shared to Instagram. "I made mistakes, I was selfish, and made reckless decisions that hurt somebody I love. No one deserves to feel that pain so traumatically and publicly."

"I can only imagine how devastating this has been for Ariana and everyone around us," the TomTom co-owner continued. "I feel really horrible about that. My biggest regret is that I dishonored Ariana. I never meant to disappoint so many people, including our loving families and friends."

"I am so beyond sad that it ended the way it did," he concluded. "I acted in a way that clashes with who and how I want to be. I will continue to reflect and work on myself. I have work to do. I always have, and I always will."

Just a few hours after Tom made his statement, Raquel issued her own public apology to Ariana. "I want to apologize for my actions and my choices foremost to Ariana, and to my friends and the fans so invested in our relationships," she wrote in a March 8 Instagram statement. "There is no excuse, I am not a victim and I must own my actions and I deeply regret hurting Ariana."

"I am reflecting on my choices, speaking to a counselor and I am learning things about myself such as my patterns of codependency and addiction to being and feeling loved," she continued. "I have sought emotional validation through intimate connections that are not healthy without regard for my own well-being, sometimes negatively affecting others and often prioritizing the intimate connection over my friendships. I am taking steps to understand my behavior and make healthier choices."

Tom and Raquel's boss Lisa Vanderpump sat down for a tell-all interview with Andy Cohen on March 8's Watch What Happens Live , admitting she was "gobsmacked" and "flabbergasted" by the news. "I mean, literally, no words," she said. "I didn't see it coming. Nobody saw it coming."

LVP added the "most shocking" part of the scandal is their affair had "been going a long time" without anyone knowing.

Sharing an update on Ariana, Lisa said "Devastated. A lot of tears. Ariana was always that ride-or-die girlfriend. It seems like Raquel was the ride girlfriend and she was the die girlfriend—not good."

With many fans still wondering when exactly Tom Schwartz found out about his BFF's affair with Raquel, the TomTom co-owner broke his silence to TMZ on March 11.

"Really, I'm just sad, you know, about the negative impact it's had on our business," he said. "But I think cooler heads will prevail and I'm just gonna keep on keeping on."

As for how Sandoval is doing amid the backlash, he added, "He's okay, I think. He has a sense of profound sadness, rightfully so. I think he feels like a piece of s--t and to some extent, maybe he is. He knows he f--ked up and the whole thing is just really sad."

During a March 15 appearance on Watch What Happens Live , Katie Maloney revealed she "wasn't shocked" by the Tom-Raquel cheating scandal before adding, "But the details were shocking."

She also gave an update on Ariana post-breakup. "All things considered, she's in a good headspace," Katie shared. "She's taking care of herself. I saw her yesterday, and we're excited. She's excited."

After nearly two weeks of staying silent on the controversy, Ariana finally spoke out about the breakup in a March 15 Instagram post.

"I want to express my most sincere gratitude for the outpouring of love and support I have received from friends, family, and people I've never even met in the last two weeks," the 36-year-old wrote. "When I have felt like I couldn't even stand, you all have given me the strength to continue and seen me through my darkest hours."

"To say I have been devastated and broken is an understatement," Ariana continued. "However, I know that I am not in this alone. So many of my closest friends are also grieving this loss right now and reeling from this betrayal on so many levels. I am so f--king lucky to have the best support system in the world and I hope I can repay every single person for the love you have shown me."

On March 20, Bravo revealed the first footage of Scandoval in the season 10 midseason trailer. The cameras caught Tom and Ariana's dramatic post-affair breakup talk in which she told him to "die" for cheating with Raquel.

While Tom admitted "I wish we both would have tried harder," Ariana fired back with, "You don't deserve one f--king tear of mine."

On March 23, Andy Cohen filmed the explosive VPR season 10 reunion where the whole cast confronted Tom and Raquel about their affair. A source told E! News that "tensions were so high" during the reunion, "Andy ultimately had to separate two cast members before a fight could happen."

Andy later revealed on his April 3 radio show, "It was a real reckoning. If you are looking to hear their story, you will. If you are looking for them to be confronted to their face about what they've done in what I would say an aggressive manner—a confrontational manner—you will get it."

Bravo revealed the cast's reunion looks on April 3, including Ariana's red-hot revenge dress.

During a bombshell April 5 Watch What Happens Live interview , Tom Schwartz revealed he found out Sandoval and Leviss first hooked up last August before things got more serious. "From my point of view, it became, like, an emotional affair," he added, "which is still inappropriate."

Schwartz claimed his BFF told him in January he's "in love" with Leviss, despite still being with Madix at the time. "He's addicted," he said of Sandoval's feelings for Leviss "It's an infatuation of all infatuations."

More than a month after news broke about their months-long affair, Raquel entered a facility to obtain mental health counseling, a source confirms to E! News on April 14.

"Raquel and her family decided months before the relationship was discovered, that she needed mental health treatment and ultimately decided she would enter a voluntary facility for mental health counseling," her rep told E! News. "Raquel was scheduled to go in pre-reunion but decided she wanted to finish her filming commitment. Bravo and production were aware and in support of her journey towards better mental health."

Ariana proved she's moving on from Tom during Coachella 2023 weekend from April 14 to 16. The reality star was spotted cuddling and making out with fitness coach Daniel Wai during the annual California festival.

During VPR 's explosive season 10 finale , Tom and Raquel said "I love you" for the first time publicly amid the fallout from the affair and even discussed their future together after the scandal.

"I can't predict the future," he shared. "Maybe things will work out with Raquel and I, maybe they won't. But, when I kissed Raquel I felt hope, I felt like, 'Wait a minute, you're not washed up. Your best days aren't behind you, maybe they're just beginning.'"

In another finale bombshell, Tom admitted to cheating on Ariana prior to his affair with Raquel.

During a heart-to-heart with Scheana Shay , she asked, "So other than Miami girl, this is the first time you've ever cheated on Ariana?" to which he replied, "There was one other time."

Her reaction? "You're sick," she said. "Just a random person?"

Though Tom originally stated yes, he awkwardly followed with, "Well, no," before refusing to reveal any more details.

The day after the finale episode, Ariana opened up about moving on with new man Daniel Wai during a TODAY show appearance.

"I'm enjoying myself and I would say I'm very happy right now," Ariana shared May 18. "I met him at a wedding about 10 days after all of this. And in no way, shape or form did I go into that thinking anything. I have just been taking things very, very slow and really enjoying myself. And it's just really lovely to interact with someone who is just so nice and kind and lovely and caring."

On May 24, VPR  producer Alex Baskin officially shot down rumors that Tom and Raquel were expecting a child together amid the affair.

"The pregnancy one was wild," Baskin told Page Six . "She's not pregnant by the way."

During the June 7 reunion episode, Raquel came face-to-face with Ariana for the first time since the scandal and delivered an emotional apology.

"I'm so ashamed and embarrassed that I'm even capable of keeping this secret from somebody who has been in my corner since the beginning," she shared. "Ariana, I am so sorry for betraying you. I can't even fathom the pain that I've caused you. And I have been completely selfish and, you're right, selfish is not the right word because it doesn't even begin to describe the state of mind I have been in. It was a mistake."

Ariana did not accept. "Selfish does not f--king cover it, bitch," she fired back. "Diabolical, demented, disgusting, subhuman—start getting a better vocabulary to describe your f--king actions because selfish does not f--king cover it."

Hours before the Vanderpump Rules season-ten finale aired, the couple at the heart of #Scandoval had reportedly called it quits. “Raquel dipped out ,” a source told “ Page Six .” “ Sandoval is not the one for her.” This missive from an unnamed source is dripping with lore, which we will unpack in the timeline below. But even those untrained in the ways of VPR can understand this: someone wanted us to believe Tom and Raquel are no more. Mere months after the affair went public, and not quite a year since it began, Tom Sandoval and Raquel Leviss have broken up? Good-bye to the matching necklaces, the fan speculation, and dinner dates at Musso & Frank. Below, a full timeline of the relationship between Sandoval and Leviss.

November 7, 2016: Leviss makes her debut on Vanderpump Rules as James Kennedy’s new girlfriend. Introduced as a pageant girl, Leviss is coming to stay with Kennedy in his tiny apartment with a bedsheet wall. Lala Kent discusses Leviss’s move with Sandoval and Ariana Madix, who have been in a relationship for two years at this point.

May 2021: With funding from Sandoval , Kennedy puts on “Rachella,” a mini–music festival during which he proposes to Leviss. Rachella obviously alludes to Coachella — a festival beloved by Sandoval, Madix, Leviss, and Kennedy — but also sounds like Leviss’s birth name, Rachel.

December 5, 2021:  Kennedy and Leviss issue a joint statement announcing their separation . “After these 5 wonderful years we had together, we decided we have two different goals and made the decision to call off the engagement,” it read. “We love each other very much, but we aren’t in love anymore.” Leviss keeps their shared dog, Graham.

April 17, 2022: Leviss posts a pic of her and Sandoval at Coachella, captioning it “I’m on an island.” Later that spring, rumors will break out that Leviss was spotted making out with Tom Schwartz at Coachella. But Tom No. 2 wasn’t even at Coachella.

On her podcast, Sex, Love, and What Else Matters , Kristen Doute said she believes this was the true start of the affair.

August 2, 2022: Madix, Leviss, Kent, Katie Maloney, and Kristina Kelly go on a girls’ trip to Las Vegas and Lake Havasu. During the Vegas leg of the trip, Madix gets a call from Sandoval that her dog, Charlotte , is most likely dying. She leaves to put down her dog. The next day, the remaining women go to Lake Havasu, where Leviss feels bullied enough to cut the trip short. She crashes a “guys’ night,” and this is when Sandoval says the affair started.

During part two of the reunion , Leviss says that Sandoval made her feel “heard” after crashing guys’ night: “Those were feelings that I hadn’t really felt maybe ever.” During part three of the reunion , Madix says that she hopes Charlotte haunts Leviss for what she’s done.

August 26, 2022:  Sandoval and Leviss hook up multiple times at Scheana Shay’s wedding to Brock Davies, Leviss confirms during part three of the reunion. Leviss also kisses Schwartz on-camera at the wedding. This is when Schwartz says he found out about the hookup after guys night, but that he thought it was a onetime mistake. In her final confessional, Leviss says this also is when she and Sandoval start regularly having sex.

Labor Day 2022: Sandoval stays at a Labor Day party rather than going to comfort Madix after her grandmother died. Sandoval claims he can’t get an Uber from Long Beach, but Shay’s vlogs later show he wasn’t trying. According to former Vanderpump Rules star Jax Taylor, Sandoval was at that party with Leviss.

September 2022: Cracks in the story begin to appear. Kennedy’s new girlfriend, Ally Lewber, spots Leviss and Sandoval dancing at the Abbey at one in the morning. When questioned about it, Sandoval, Leviss, and Madix all deny that anything fishy is going on. In the season-ten reunion , Sandoval says this is when they first had sex, when according to Leviss it had been going on for a while.

In episode 13 , Leviss tells Lisa Vanderpump that she’s late to her SUR shift because she spent the night at Sandoval’s. Sandoval says she “dipped out” but then confirms that she was there. Madix was at her grandmother’s funeral at the time. Throughout the reunion, Sandoval denies that he and Leviss had sex this night, but Leviss confirms it in her final confessional.

In season ten’s would-be finale , Leviss buys a lightning-bolt necklace from L.A. boutique Polkadots & Moonbeams. Fans speculate that Sandoval and Leviss wear matching lightning-bolt necklaces as a secret token of their love, something Leviss confirms in the reunion. Sandoval also uses a lot of lightning-bolt imagery in general with bolts adorning the TomTom logo, his motorcycle and matching sidecar, and his stagewear for Tom Sandoval & the Most Extras.

September 20, 2022: Leviss is spotted riding on Sandoval’s shoulders to get a better view of the stage at Las Vegas’s Life Is Beautiful festival. In the VPR season-ten finale, he says this is when they began their affair in earnest.

October 16, 2022: Leviss shows up to BravoCon day three in a TomTom hoodie. She, Madix, and Andy Cohen adoringly watch a Tom Sandoval & the Most Extras performance — something that Cohen will later look back on with horror. “I was at that show, and I’m standing there and Raquel’s standing behind me and Ariana’s in front of me, and you can see how they’re both looking at Sandoval. It’s wild,” he said on “ Radio Andy .”

October 2022: Sandoval dresses up as Leviss for Halloween. Psychosexually-loaded behavior! In part three of the reunion, Madix says she even helped Sandoval with the costume and calls his behavior “demented” in hindsight.

December 2022: Sandoval takes Leviss to his hometown of St. Louis to meet his family, per TMZ and later confirmed by Leviss in the final five minutes of part three of the reunion . According to the tabloid, his parents did not approve of his new secret relationship. But according to Ariana in the post-finale episode of Watch What Happens Live, Sandoval’s family has not reached out to her since the Scandoval broke.

January 2023: In Sandoval’s one-on-one interview with Cohen, this is when Sandoval says he told Schwartz about the affair. Schwartz says this is when Sandoval told him that he was in love with Leviss.

In that same reunion episode, Shay says that Madix and Sandoval had been working on their relationship at that time and were being “more intimate” that whole month.

Also this month: The Toms allegedly go on a vacation with Leviss and Jo Wenberg. “The four of you went to Big Bear together!” Maloney says in the first part of the season-ten reunion. Schwartz asserts that “it was not a double date,” but rather a platonic snowboarding trip. Not even Sandoval backs him up on that. “Raquel hates snowboarding!” Kennedy counters. In an interview on Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright’s podcast, Schwartz says that Sandoval sprung Leviss’s inclusion at the last minute, and that it made him feel very uncomfortable. He says this is when he tried to get Sandoval to come clean with Madix, but that he should have tried harder.

February 8, 2023: Schwartz and Sandoval are guests on WWHL, and fans notice that Schwartz is deferring to Sandoval on every question. On the Call Her Daddy podcast, Madix alleges that Sandoval had Leviss flown to New York. “She was in the hotel room,” she said. “I know for a fact.” Madix later claims that Sandoval had friends pay for hotel rooms and other incriminating things on their credit cards and that Sandoval would later pay them back on Venmo. “I feel like he put people in a position that they felt like they didn’t know what to do,” she said on the podcast . “I can only imagine how that weighed on them.” Madix also theorized that Tom Sandoval & the Most Extras were also a smoke screen for out-of-town rendezvous with Leviss.

March 1, 2023, 5-ish PT: On WWHL, Leviss says she thinks Sandoval is hotter than Schwartz because “he has abs.” This weirds out Cohen and her fellow guest, Shay.

March 1, 2023, 9-ish PT: At a Tom Sandoval & the Most Extras show at TomTom, Madix finds explicit recordings of Sandoval and Leviss on Sandoval’s phone. On Bethenny Frankel’s podcast , Leviss asserts that the FaceTime recordings were taken without her consent. (She claims that Sandoval later admitted on camera to doing so, but boycotted filming so that footage of the confession would be edited out.) Madix calls Leviss, who is out with Shay post- WWHL. The whole mess gets unpacked on two speakerphones with Sandoval and Madix on one end and Leviss and Shay on the other. Leviss confesses, and some sort of physical altercation happens between her and Shay. Leviss alleges on Frankel’s podcast that Shay pushed her against a wall and “socked” her in the eye. During her one-on-one interview with Cohen, Leviss says that Madix thanked her for telling her the truth “‘because Tom never would have told me the truth.’”

March 3, 2023: Scandoval breaks to the public. The VPR cast unfollows Sandoval and Leviss on IG en masse. That night, former cast member Doute is seen at Sandoval and Madix’s house.

March 4, 2023: Sandoval issues an apology … to Schwartz and his partners in Schwartz & Sandy’s. That same day, Leviss’s alleged crisis PR strategy is leaked to DeuxMoi. The plan is to claim that Leviss was a victim and that the screen recording that started this whole thing was taken without her consent. Sandoval and Leviss are spotted filming at her building that night.

March 5, 2023: Leviss texts an apology to Madix. It doesn’t go over great!

March 7, 2023: Leviss files an order of protection against Shay, which complicates the reunion filming on March 23. Her lawyer also sends out letters to other cast members, which Kent shares on her Instagram Stories. The narrative in the letter fits the PR strategy that was leaked to DeuxMoi but should have been sent to Kent’s lawyer, Darrell Miller. A letter, obtained by Entertainment Tonight , is sent to Sandoval, reminding him of California’s two-way filming consent and revenge-porn laws.

March 23, 2023: The season-ten reunion films, during which Sandoval and Leviss are attacked from all sides. After prodding, both Leviss and Sandoval say they are in love, which Madix calls “an abomination.” After the tense filming, Sandoval takes Leviss to dinner at Musso & Frank . Kent notes on her podcast that it’s the same place Sandoval had taken Madix for their ninth anniversary in January.

March 29, 2023: Raquel Leviss films her final confessionals for season 10, during which producers get her to break out of Tom Sandoval’s coached timeline. She cops to sleeping with Sandoval in Mexico, and at his and Madix’s house while she was away for a funeral. She resists admitting to traveling to St. Louis at Christmas, but eventually admits to that as well. Leviss says that Sandoval will be mad at her when this comes out and that she truly has “no one” now.

April 14, 2023: A rep for Leviss tells People that she has entered a “voluntary facility for mental health counseling.”

April 18, 2023: Sandoval blasts Miraval Arizona Resort & Spa on IG for “THEIR DECISION TO POST TO THEIR INSTAGRAM ACCOUNT THIS PAST WEEKEND ALLUDING TO ME STAYING THERE THIS WEEK.” He says that he had intended to check in to the spa, denying that Leviss would be there with him. “THEY CLAIM TO BE A REFUGE FOR WELLNESS AND BETTERMENT. BUT THAT IS OBVIOUSLY FALSE. THEY’D RATHER FEED INTO THE NEGATIVITY AND SPECTACLE THAT HAS ENGULFED MY LIFE,” he wrote.

May 6, 2023: At a Tom Sandoval & the Most Extras show, Sandoval sings a cover of “Stacy’s Mom” with changed lyrics. It’s now about Schwartzy’s mom. “Schwartzy, can’t you see? / That Raquel is not for me” he sings while wearing an outfit covered in lightning bolts.

May 17, 2023: Shortly before the Vanderpump Rules season-ten finale, an unnamed source tells “Page Six” that Leviss has “dipped out on” Sandoval and that he’s “not the one for her.” But according to Madix on WWHL , Leviss is still sending Sandoval letters. “I don’t buy that at all. She was sending letters to my house like four days ago,” Madix told Cohen. “It was in her handwriting.”

May 28, 2023: TMZ obtains a photo of someone appearing to be Sandoval (peep the white nails) on a Southwest Airlines flight to Pittsburgh. During the trip, he has a more-than-ten-minute conversation with someone saved in his phone as Raquel Leviss.

July 2023: Filming begins on Vanderpump Rules season 11. Leviss is the only cast member from last season who has “dipped out” on the show. In the months following, Madix and Sandoval are spotted at the same events for filming. Also, Tom Schwartz bleaches his hair. Not related, but not not related, you know?

July 16, 2023: Leviss checks out of her mental health facility in Arizona and announces that she is going back to her birth name, Rachel.

August 16, 2023: Rachel Leviss goes on Bethenny Frankel’s podcast for a two-part discussion of Scandoval and its fallout. On the pod, she expresses remorse for the secrets and lies. However, she once again alleges that Sandoval and Madix were roommates/business partners and there was no real relationship to break up. Leviss also says that she and Madix were never friends, and that she only hung out with Madix in group settings to be close to Sandoval. Leviss says that her dalliance with Sandoval was a byproduct of her “love addiction,” which she described as “where you confuse intensity for intimacy.” In the end, she says she didn’t really love Sandoval, and suspects he never loved her either.

August 17, 2023: The second part of Bethenny Frankel’s interview with Rachel Leviss airs. Leviss reiterates her allegations that Shay physically assaulted her, claiming that she still has a scar. She also discusses feeling betrayed by Sandoval’s screen recording. Leviss said that Sandoval’s excuse was that he “wanted me to see it later on to see how beautiful I was.” She claims that he admitted on camera to recording her without permission, but later boycotted filming to get the footage removed. Stassi Schroeder said on her podcast that she had seen men on VPR get things cut by producers that would cast them in a poor light. “You guys have covered for people doing really dark things,” Schroeder said she told producers, clarifying she meant the men on the show. “I can’t even be in the same room as some of these men, and I’ve been getting less screen time as a result of this.” Schroeder said she didn’t want to go public with the things she’s seen because she did wan’t to rob crew of jobs if the show got cancelled from the fallout. “I can heal on my own, and I did,” she said.

According to Leviss, Sandoval was also offered a producer credit on season 11. “I think he was being rewarded for the Scandoval of it all,” she said. “To me, that’s just kinda gross, because it makes me skeptical. Like, was this really just something that was fabricated for this end result?” She adds that she felt like she was selling her soul on the past season of the reality show. But that came without the benefit of a monetary reward, it seems — Leviss said on the podcast that she is now in debt.

August 18, 2023: Part 3 of Leviss’ podcast with Bethenny Frankel drops. Leviss claims that Andy Cohen’s conjecture that she was “heavily medicated” at the reunion felt like a HIPAA violation. She also claims that she was originally going to have a mental health support professional in her trailer during the reunion, but that Bravo took that away when she was “caught” by the paparazzi.

Bravo also denied many of Leviss’ allegations, including that Tom Sandoval was offered a producing credit for season 11 or that he had any say in how season 10 was edited. “Tom Sandoval was never offered a producer credit on Season 11 and had absolutely no creative control over editing during any season of  Vanderpump Rules, ” the network said in a statement . Leviss said she was not interested in ever returning to reality television, but that she wants to start a podcast about being the other woman. “I feel like this is an area that’s untapped because nobody really wants to talk about being ‘the other woman,’” she said . “For as many people that are hurt by this affair, there is equally as many people that have been that.”

August 25, 2023: Ariana Madix appeared on Scheananigans to discuss Leviss’ statements on Just B. Madix supported Leviss on sending the cease and desist letters that spawned “Send it to Darrell,” but also made clear that she had never shared the video Tom Sandoval allegedly recorded without Leviss’ consent. “That video was gone gone gone gone gone before I ever even called her on the phone,” she said.

December 18, 2023: In the trailer for her new podcast, Going Rogue, Leviss discusses blocking Tom Sandoval immediately after getting her phone back from the inpatient facility she was in. Leviss says Sandoval is the only person from the Vanderpump cast who has reached out, leaving a “happy birthday” comment on her Instagram. “De could have dm’ed me instead of making a public comment and I’ve been thinking about that a lot,” she said . “I think, for him, because I’m just trying to put myself in his shoes like was he doing this to be like spiteful or was he doing this to be like ‘I want the best for you’ because it seems like it could go either way.”

Tom Schwartz finally answered the question everyone’s been dying to know — when did he find out about Tom Sandoval and Raquel Leviss ‘ affair? The Vanderpump Rules star bared it all during Wednesday night’s (April 5) episode of Watch What Happens Live.

Schwartz — who made out with Leviss at the end of the new VPR episode — first learned of the duo’s one-night stand back in August 2022. It wasn’t until January, when Sandoval admitted to being in love with Leviss, that he realized it was more than just a one-time hookup or an “emotional affair.”

“Tom was having a mid-life crisis. What happened in the fall, there’s a lot of grey area there — apparently not, though,” Schwartz told Andy Cohen . “From my point of view, it became an emotional affair — which is still inappropriate, but I didn’t think it was a linear thing.”

The reality star added, “In January, Tom came to me and he told me that he’s in love with Raquel,” before noting that he was “flabbergasted but not surprised.”

Schwartz went on to refer to the scandal as an “open secret” at that point. After Sandoval — who was still in a nine-year relationship with Ariana Madix — confessed his love for Leviss, he became “flagrant” and “brazen,” according to the TomTom co-owner.

“I’m being fed a narrative that he has broken up with Ariana or attempted to multiple times — and he’s not happy, they’re not healthy, they’re not intimate,” Schwartz said. “All of it’s inconsequential now in light of the way he handled it.”

Elsewhere in the interview, Schwartz revealed that Sandoval became “obsessed” with Leviss — something he attributed to the former Sur bartender’s ADHD.

“He’s addicted [to her],” Schwartz said. “It’s an infatuation of all infatuations. Raquel is Tom’s heroin.”

When Cohen asked if Sandoval is still “lost in the sauce,” Schwartz replied, “I think he is.”

Vanderpump Rules airs on Wednesday nights at 9/8c on Bravo. Plus, you can stream new episodes the next day on Peacock.

Tom Sandoval and Raquel Leviss were seen for the first time since their affair was exposed earlier this month .

In the photos obtained by Page Six, the “Vanderpump Rules” co-stars seemingly caught up inside a wardrobe and makeup trailer that was parked in the studio parking lot where the cast is currently filming the explosive Season 10 reunion .

Sandoval, 40, and Leviss, 28, matched in all-black outfits as they chatted outside.

The former beauty queen rocked a glam makeup look with an off-the-shoulder top and black slacks, while the singer wore a long coat with slacks and dress shoes as he puffed on a cigarette.

After the two of them had come out of the trailer, they found themselves face to face with Bravo cameras who were trying to catch a look at their reunion.

However, Sandoval didn’t appreciate the unnecessary attention as he is then seen berating producers while Leviss stood by with her arms crossed.

In one particular photo, the singer could be seen walking away from Leviss while she smiled proudly behind him.

However, the two then managed to get their private moment as they chatted out in the open and even took a seat on the pavement.

Their first public encounter comes as the cast of “Vanderpump Rules” got together to film the Season 10 reunion.

Just weeks ago, Ariana Madix dumped Sandoval after 10 years of relationship when she found an explicit video of Leviss on the bar owner’s phone.

It was then that Madix, 37, discovered that Sandoval and Leviss had been  “communicating inappropriately for months” and were having a “full-on” affair.

A source told Page Six that Madix was “blindsided” and “heartbroken” when she learned about Sandoval’s affair.

After days of public criticism from fans of the Bravo show, both Leviss and Sandoval issued a public apology to Madix.

“ I want to apologize for my actions and my choices foremost to Ariana, and to my friends and the fans so invested in our relationships,” Leviss said in a statement. “There is no excuse, I am not a victim and I must own my actions and I deeply regret hurting Ariana.

“I am reflecting on my choices, speaking to a counselor and I am learning things about myself such as my patterns of codependency and addiction to being and feeling loved.”

Sandoval, for his part, said that he felt “horrible” for hurting Madix.

“Most of all,  I want to apologize to Ariana ,” he  wrote on Instagram . “I made mistakes, I was selfish, and made reckless decisions that hurt somebody I love. No one deserves to feel that pain so traumatically and publicly.”

Despite their chat, Leviss told paps that she didn’t know what her relationship with Sandoval would be after the reunion, adding that they are “not putting a label on” their status . 

She said, “We’re just kind of trying to get through these next few steps and trying to, you know, make amends, hear everybody out.”

Still, Leviss noted that she and Sandoval were “taking a break for now.” 

“Vanderpump Rules” viewers will be able to Scadoval play out onscreen as Page Six previously reported that the infidelity was captured by the crew .

In the mid-season trailer, an emotional Madix could be seen telling her ex “to die” after he begged her to understand that their relationship had been crumbling.

“Vanderpump Rules” airs Wednesdays at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo.

Tom Sandoval is opening up about the aftermath of his breakup with Raquel Leviss.

On the Dec. 7 episode of the " Two Ts in a Pod " podcast, Sandoval talked about the scandal that rocked the nation when he cheated on his longtime partner , Ariana Madix , with Leviss, her best friend at the time.

But no matter how the scandal seemed to the outside world, Sandoval said Leviss, who now goes by her given name Rachel, wasn't just "some hot girl" he liked. He explained their connection was a lot deeper than that.

“I fought so hard for Rachel,” Sandoval said. “I stopped drinking. I stopped smoking cigarettes because she went away to a facility. I’m like, ‘She can’t drink, she can’t smoke. I’m going to quit.’”

"I haven't gone this long without drinking since I was like 16 and it's been eight months and I stopped for her," he added. "And I was there in any way she needed me."

When asked if he missed Leviss, Sandoval said, "Yes, of course, I do."

“We were best friends,” he said. “It’s heartbreaking to go through. I was fully in love with her. This is not just some hot girl. Come on, I was a model for like 15 years, it’s deeper than that. It's more than that."

In April, Leviss revealed she was entering a facility to receive treatment for mental health counseling after news broke about her affair with Sandoval.

In a statement to Entertainment Tonight , she apologized for her actions and said she has an "addiction to being and feeling loved."

“I have sought emotional validation through intimate connections that are not healthy without regard for my own well-being, sometimes negatively affecting others and often prioritizing the intimate connection over my friendships,” she said. “I am taking steps to understand my behavior and make healthier choices.”

As Leviss cut Sandoval off after the affair, he explained on “ Two Ts in a Pod “ podcast that he doesn’t talk to Madix at all and he hopes that Leviss liked him for him and not for fame.

“I hope she did (love me). I don’t know,” Sandoval said of Leviss feelings, adding she “shooed” him away after the affair became public.

Raquel Leviss Said Her Tom Sandoval Affair Began After ‘Pump Rules’ Las Vegas Trip, Scheana Shay’s Pals Claim

Creating a timeline. Scheana Shay ’s friends Jamie Lynne and Kael Ramsey-Ackerson recalled the moment Tom Sandoval and Raquel Leviss ‘ relationship began to change.

During the Tuesday, March 14, episode of the “Jamie All Over” podcast , the duo broke down their knowledge of the Vanderpump Rules costars’ affair. According to Ramsey-Ackerson, Leviss said cameras were rolling when she started to grow “closer” to Sandoval , 40.

“She basically just told me [it happened] seven months ago and after the Las Vegas trip,” he explained, referring to an upcoming episode of the hit Bravo series. “I told her, ‘Bro, you literally called me an hour or ​two after the girls made you cry and then you hit me back when you were in Los Angeles.’ And she was like, ‘[After the boys night] is when we got closer.'”

Lynne, for her part, broke down the behind-the-scenes details of the night Leviss, 28, joined Tom Schwartz , Sandoval and James Kennedy on an outing.

“Next episode of Vanderpump Rules is boys night. You and I were there. Afterwards you went home and I went to Saddle Ranch with Raquel, Sandoval and [Schwartz and Sandy’s manager] Brett. You were there because Raquel had just gotten back from Vegas and was very upset and asked you to come out that night,” she detailed. “It somehow just ended up being the four of us going to Saddle Ranch after and Raquel and Tom were super into deep conversation at the bar.”

After the friend group left the bar, Lynne said she witnessed a serious conversation between Leviss and the TomTom co-owner .

“I’m now in my car with Brett and Raquel and Sandoval were sitting on the curb outside of Saddle Ranch just talking. I didn’t realize that at the time like how close they were talking or how intimate it actually looked,” she continued. “So I start filming the two of them talking. We’re so clueless that we have no idea what’s actually transpiring.”

Shay’s friend recently rewatched the August 2022 video after news broke of the California native’s affair with Sandoval .

“I had this thought [at the time]. I thought I’m not posting this because this looks way too intimate and I don’t want Ariana [Madix] to feel a certain way about this,” she detailed. “I don’t want her to feel disrespected, but it didn’t set off alarm bells, like, is something inappropriate happening? It was just that she might get the wrong idea and I don’t want to put anyone in that position.”

Lynne concluded: “If you watch it back — without the voiceover on it — it looks super close and super intimate. But bottom line is that none of us knew beforehand.”

Us Weekly confirmed earlier this month that Sandoval and Madix, 37, called it quits after nearly a decade together . “They were having problems for a while,” a source exclusively revealed to Us on March 3, adding that things “only came to a breaking point” when the Florida native was made aware that her then-boyfriend was unfaithful with Leviss.

The Missouri native originally released a statement defending his Los Angeles businesses from fan backlash before issuing a second apology to Madix.

“I want to first and foremost apologize to everyone I’ve hurt through this process. Most of all, I want to apologize to Ariana,” Sandoval wrote via Instagram on March 7. “I made mistakes, I was selfish and made reckless decisions that hurt somebody I love. No one deserves to feel that pain so traumatically and publicly. I can only imagine how devastating this has been for Ariana and everyone around us. I feel really horrible about that. My biggest regret is that I dishonored Ariana. I never meant to disappoint so many people, including our loving families and friends.”

Leviss, for her part, addressed the scandal in her own public statement , writing via Instagram, “I want to apologize for my actions and my choices foremost to Ariana, and to my friends and the fans so invested in our relationships. There is no excuse, I am not a victim and I must own my actions and I deeply regret hurting Ariana.”

The beauty pageant contestant also offered an update on her relationship with Sandoval .

“Knowing how many people we hurt, I need to understand my choices and learn to make better ones. I need to take care of my health, work on self growth and take time to be OK with being alone,” she wrote in an additional statement. “I care for Tom and I don’t want to label anything or predict what lies ahead. Right now I need to heal.”

Since the news made headlines, Leviss filed a restraining order against Shay , 37, amid rumors that things got physical when the “Good As Gold” singer learned about the affair.

Shay’s attorney, Neama Rahmani , has denied the allegations against her client.

“This case is a fabrication by a known liar and a cheat who has betrayed everyone close to her. Scheana never punched Raquel, period,” Rahmani exclusively told Us in a statement on Friday, March 10. “The supposed dark markings around her left eye have been there for months. Neither Scheana nor other cast members want anything to do with Raquel going forward. The judge has only heard a one-sided account of what happened, and we look forward to presenting the full and true story at the March 29 hearing.”

Ariana Madix vented her anger after her ex Tom Sandoval denied going on a double date with his mistress Raquel Leviss on Wednesday's episode of the Vanderpump Rules reunion on Bravo.

The 37-year-old reality star confronted Sandoval, 40, after he said a trip to Big Bear with Raquel, 28, and Tom Schwartz, 40, and his 'friends with benefits' Jo Wenberg was not a 'double date'.

Schwartz also denied it, but Lala Kent , 32, challenged both of them.

'Yes, you did. You went to Big Bear,' Lala said.

'The four of you went to Big Bear together,' added Schwartz's ex-wife Katie Maloney, 36, as photos of their trip to the winter resort area were shown with Raquel and Jo.

'Listen, it was not a double date,' Schwartz said as he asked Sandoval to back him up.

Schwartz again urged Sandoval to explain the situation and then Schwartz explained himself that he was going snowboarding with Sandoval in January.

Ariana asked why she wasn't invited and Raquel's former fiance James Kennedy, 32, pointed out that Raquel hates snowboarding.

Raquel, meanwhile, was watching it all go down with wide eyes in a trailer 100 yards away due to her restraining order against Scheana Shay, 39 .

'She came to f***ing f*** Tom, dude,' James said.

Lala agreed that she only went to 'suck' Sandoval.

Ariana and James booed Sandoval and Schwartz and Lala and Katie shamed them.

Tom and Ariana split in March after she learned of his affair with Raquel while supporting him at a concert by his band Tom Sandoval And The Most Extras.

Ariana found a raunchy incriminating selfie video from Raquel on his phone and confronted Raquel who admitted to the secret affair with Sandoval.

Raquel at the time was in New York City for a joint appearance on Watch What Happens live with Scheana Shay.

Scheana admitted that she exploded in anger at Raquel when she learned about the affair and shoved her. Raquel later filed a restraining order against Scheana that forced them to keep their distance while filming the reunion.

The extended cut Vanderpump Rules three-part reunion episodes will be available in Australia to stream only on Hayu, with Part 1 on May 25, Part 2 on June 1 and Part 3 on June 8.

It is difficult to have missed the headline-grabbing drama on  Vanderpump Rules  Season 10. But whether you have been a dedicated viewer from Season 1 or are just following the series now, there is so much to catch up on! When exactly did Ariana Madix  and Tom Sandoval break up? Tom, Ariana, and Raquel's backstories

For anyone unfamiliar with the happenings in WeHo, Tom and Ariana met on the show and dated for almost a decade before their public breakup in March 2023.

The pair started dating on the show, after confirming their relationship during the Vanderpump Rules  Season 2 reunion in 2014, and had been together for more than nine years. In their time together, the SUR bartenders bought a house together ,  shared dogs together , and  co-wrote a cocktail recipe book.

Raquel was introduced to VPR through her now-ex-fiancé James Kennedy ; they broke up after five years in December 2021 . She was a longtime friend of Tom's and one of Ariana's best friends—as well as friends with many of the Vanderpump Rules cast.

Vanderpump Rules  Season 10 began filming in July 2022

Vanderpump Rules typically films in the summer, and Season 10 began production in July 2022; cast member  Lala Kent posted an Instagram Story on July 13 to mark the occasion.

Raquel kissed Oliver Saunders during the August 2022 girls trip

Featured in: vanderpump rules season 10, episodes 5, 6, and 11 (aired march 2023).

Oliver Saunders , the son of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member  Garcelle Beauvais , hooked up with Raquel in early August while she was on the girls' trip to Las Vegas (he works at Vanderpump à Paris  there).

Because  Lala Kent also had her sights on the handsome server , the encounter caused a riff, with Raquel on one side and  Katie Maloney ,  Kristina Kelly , and Lala on the other.

''I'm starting to see a pattern in Raquel," Katie in a Season 10 Episode 6 interview. "It seems she is only interested in men that her friends are either married to or interested in, and that is a big red flag for me."

Later in the season, Raquel went on a date with Oliver. 

“You gotta give her a break,” Oliver said when asked about the Sandoval affair during an April 3 appearance on the  Behind the Velvet Rope with David Yontef  podcast . “We all make mistakes and we just gotta roll on, you know? So that’s my two cents.”

Tom and Raquel began their affair in August 2022 after a boy's night out

Raquel said in Part 2 of the Season 10 reunion that her relationship with Tom initially became romantic after the girls’ trip to Vegas and Lake Havasu in August that she went on with Ariana, Lala, Katie and Kristina. Ariana left early when she found out her dog Charlotte was terminal, and Raquel crashed a party the boys were having at the Mondrian.

During the first episode of the Season 10 reunion, Sandoval did admit the affair began while the show was filming, but says it happened after the two spent a night together at The Abbey.

Tom Sandoval's best friend and business partner, Tom Schwartz , first said during an April 5 appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen that his friend began an affair with Raquel in August .

According to the Schwartz, Sandoval told him that he'd recently had "a one night stand" with Raquel in August. In January, Sandoval apparently told Schwartz he was "in love."

Schwartz also claimed he'd been told that Sandoval had broken up with Ariana — or tried to — before she discovered the affair.

"I'm not trying to evoke any sympathy for Tom. He knows what he did is disgusting [and] he literally could not have handled that affair in any worse possible way," he continued. "[But] he knows he's a monster for what he did. If you see him, give him a hug. Maybe he doesn't deserve it, but give him a hug. He's down  bad ."

The morning after Raquel showed up at Guy’s Night at the Mondrian (and she and Tom’s relationship turned romantic, as she shared in Part 2 of the Vanderpump Rules reunion), she and Charli Burnett stopped by Tom and Ariana’s house with flowers in honor of Ariana’s recently-deceased dog Charlotte, as seen in on Vanderpump Rules Secrets Revealed .

“I haven’t seen you in so long!” Raquel joked, giving Tom a hug. (A time-stamped clip dated their last public interaction to 10 hours before the flower delivery.)

“It’s been so long!” Tom sarcastically replied.

In August, most of the cast decamped to Cancun for the August 23, 2022 wedding of  Scheana Shay  and  Brock Davies .

Throughout Season 10, much chatter was dedicated to a will-they, won't-they make out session between Schwartz and Raquel, which Schwartz's ex-wife, Katie, found highly objectionable. The pair did end up locking lips while in Cancun for the wedding; the encounter was teased in the season's trailer.

"My attraction for Schwartz definitely outweighs my desire to be friends with Katie," Raquel said during a Season 10 Episode 9 interview. 

During the third episode of the Season 10 reunion, after li Lisa Vanderpump repeatedly expressed surprise that Raquel and Tom Schwartz had kissed after her earlier, alleged “one night stand” with Sandoval, Raquel claimed she’d felt attraction to Schwartz and had just been curious about kissing him

Raquel and Tom Sandoval slept together again while in Mexico for the wedding

Featured in: vanderpump rules season 10 reunion part 3 (aired june 7, 2023).

Several times during the Season 10 reunion, Sandoval and Raquel both claimed they’d put the brakes on things after their August 2022 hookup, calling their first time a “one night stand.” 

But in a post-reunion interview filmed six days after the reunion (featured in Part 3), Raquel admitted the two had slept together again at Scheana and Brock’s wedding in August after which their relationship became a regular thing.

“Did you guys have sex multiple times in Mexico?” the producer asked. “Yeah,” Raquel replied. 

“So it was like, a regular, ongoing thing between you two, it sounds like, as of Mexico?”

“Yeah, I mean, yeah,” she answered again. “Uh, I don’t remember, like, how often it would happen, but it definitely picked up speed more after we wrapped filming.”

Tom and Ariana went on a date after his trysts with Raquel in Mexico

The Season 10 Secrets Revealed episode showed Tom and Ariana on a roller skating date after Brock and Scheana’s wedding (during which Raquel said she'd repeatedly slept with Tom). During their excursion, Tom told Ariana she looked “hot” multiple times.

In an interview with producers, Ariana discussed how thankful she was to spend quality time with Tom since he’d been so busy lately. 

During the date, she also talked to Tom about her close friendship with Raquel even though her other girlfriends were suspicious of the model.

“I said to Katie, ‘You know, you’re going to have to work really hard to get me to not just absolutely love Raquel. I love her so much,” she said to Tom. “We’ve spent so much time together on trips, and we really have this really beautiful little friendship family. Them saying stuff like, ‘Well, I wouldn’t trust Raquel around my man, like, we’ve all stayed in houses together. It sucks that you guys don’t have that friendship family that we’ve had the last few years.’”

Tom agreed. “It’s like this transparent love that we have,” he said. “There’s not even a thought about it.”

James Kennedy 's girfriend  Ally Lewber  revealed that she spotted Tom and Raquel dancing together at WeHo hotspot The Abbey after one of James’ "See You Next Tuesday" gigs  after the Shay-Davies wedding.

Though the DJ didn't think much of the encounter, Ally had some insight to share. “I personally wouldn’t be comfortable with it, I guess, to have my boyfriend out at 1 a.m. with girls, but everyone’s different," she said in an interview.

Tom didn't leave a Labor Day party to be with Ariana after her grandmother died

Jax Taylor  — who, with wife  Brittany Cartwright , has provided commentary  for Season 10 episodes on Peacock — said on WWHL in March that he was at a Labor Day party in Orange County with Tom and Raquel when Ariana called Tom to tell him her grandmother had died .

"He didn't go home. He didn't leave," Jax said. "He used the fact that he couldn't get an Uber and meanwhile people were coming in and out of the house all day long because it was a Labor Day party."

During Season 10, Episode 13, Tom not leaving the party was brought up among the group, with Ariana asking Tom to explain what happened. "I should've [left]," he said. "I just figured that you... I don't know." 

"We've been together now for eight and half years, and somehow, somewhere, it feels like maybe he just doesn't think I'm as important anymore," Ariana said in an interview. 

Lala presented her suspicions about Tom and Raquel to Katie, Kristina, and Lisa

Over a snack at SUR, featured on Secrets Revealed , Lisa, Katie, Kristina and Lala shared some gossip about Raquel and Tom’s relationship.

“Can I tell you what’s weird? The day that Ariana’s grandmother dies, Tom Sandoval was with Raquel all day long,” Lala said to the group, recounting the  Labor Day pool party. “Any time you get that close with someone, and then you’re drinking, sometimes things happen.”

In the above clip from Season 10, Episode 13,  Ken Todd  is seen telling wife and SUR owner  Lisa Vanderpump  and Katie that Raquel spent the night at Tom and Ariana's house while Ariana was away for her grandmother's funeral—without her long-term boyfriend in attendance.

"I can’t believe that Tom Sandoval had Raquel over when Ariana is away," Ken said. "And she stayed all night."

Lisa, however, already knew because Raquel was late to work the day after and eventually admitted she was at Sandoval's, though she claimed she slept on the couch. When confronted by Lisa over FaceTime, Sandoval first tried to deny Raquel had slept over but eventually admitted it, though he also denied anything happened.

During Part 3 of the reunion, Andy asked if Raquel and Tom had actually hooked up during that sleepover, which Tom again denied. However, Raquel admitted in her post-reunion interview later that episode that there was more to the story.

"It’s the one story that we've agreed on getting straight,” she told an off-camera producer. “And I know that the reason why Tom wanted to lie about it is because it's a really bad look to hook up with someone's boyfriend in their own house when they've gone out of town, especially for a funeral of all things.”

Scheana and Raquel discussed the sleepover

While making jewelry together, Scheana and Raquel talked about the night Raquel stayed at Tom and Ariana’s house while Ariana was out of town for her grandmother’s funeral. Tom Schwartz and Tom Sandoval had previously lied to Brock about the evening’s festivities, stating Raquel hadn’t slept over.

Confirming that she did, in fact, sleep at Sandoval’s that night, Raquel shared her initial story of the night in an interview with producers aired during Secrets Revealed .

“I didn’t put a move on Schwartz. Nothing of the sort happened,” she said. “Nothing happened between Sandoval and I either. We had a fun night as friends and I overslept.”

“I think they shouldn’t have lied because then it just looks like something’s going on that isn’t,” Scheana told Raquel. “I think what’s weird is everyone trying to make it like you, our friend, are going to secretly do something with one of our guys while we’re not there.”

“It’s not like that, we’re just friends,” Raquel responded. “To paint the picture that I’m some home-wrecking whore is just far fetched.”

In Episode 14, Raquel and Ariana had a very open conversation about Ariana and Tom’s sex life — or what Tom had earlier indicated that he considered the lack thereof.

Raquel offered some advice to her supposed best friend: “I feel like, in a relationship, you should want to have sex.”

Ariana explained to Raquel what she'd said to Tom: She didn't feel like there was intimacy outside the bedroom because they weren't spending enough time together.

“When you come home after working all night and you think you are just going to whip your d-ck out and I will be like, ‘Yeah lets f-ck.’ That is never going to happen,” she said.

Raquel bought a lightning bolt necklace in honor of her relationship with Tom

At the end of the Episode 14 clip, above, Raquel was seen buying a $780 necklace with a lightning bolt on it, which just happenned to be the symbol Tom Sandoval uses at TomTom and for his band.

During the third episode of the Season 10 reunion, she admitted in response to a question with Andy that she did so because of her romance with Sandoval.

“It was significant to who he became in my life, and I know that’s not what anyone wants to hear,” she said.

Lisa expressed shock at her actions.

“I don’t understand this. It was on camera. It was so provocative,” she said. “It’s almost like you were acting out some sort of weird charade.”

“I know,” Raquel replied. “I was cringing so hard watching that back.”

Raquel  wore a TomTom sweatshirt on day three of BravoCon 2022  in New York City. Soon after, Katie commented on an  Instagram  re-post about the outfit, saying “‘She a fan girl. Started as a fan of the show and now a fan of the Toms.” 

In a separate comment, Raquel responded, “I admit… I am a fan of the toms." Later, she added more: “I’m definitely a fan of the restaurant… best vibe, food and drinks in WeHo in my opinion. But I’m also a fan of Tom Schwartz and Tom Sandoval!! Here to support their business endeavors.”

The model then shared a post of her own to discuss the outfit.

"Just came here to say that the number one reason I wore this TomTom sweatshirt on Day 3 of BravoCon was for the comfy vibes,” she wrote. “I also wore it to support BOTH of the Toms.”

She also added a hashtag: "#NumberOneTomStan"

In Season 10, Episode 15, Katie recalled a comment Tom Schwartz made to her about the TomTom sweatshirt Raquel wore to BravoCon. When Katie suggested Raquel was wearing the sweatshirt for Schwartz, Tom Schwartz allegedly told her: "She's not there for me, trust me." 

Tom Sandoval dressed as Raquel for Halloween 2022

Sandoval copied Raquel's controversial BravoCon look when he dressed as her in a TomTom sweatshirt and wig for Halloween . At the time, Raquel re-shared his homage on her Instagram Story.

During Part 3 of the Season 10 reunion, Ariana said she'd actually helped Sandoval put the costume together.

Raquel visited Tom Sandoval’s hometown of St. Louis in late December

After the scandal broke and the reunion wrapped, TMZ broke the news that Raquel had allegedly visited St. Louis with Sandoval shortly after Christmas by publishing a photo of the two of them on December 29, 2022.

After the first reunion episode, Ariana addressed the visit in an Instagram reply, according to the New York Post .

“He also spent Christmas with me and my family in LA (photo shown in the finale) before splitting his time and going home to see his after,” she wrote. “First holidays without my grandma please remember.”

In her post-reunion interview that aired as part of the third episode, Raquel initially said she couldn’t recall ever visiting St. Louis. But photo evidence from producers — the now-deleted pic from her Instagram stories showing her and Tom posing in front of the Apotheosis of St. Louis statue on December 29, 2022 — proved otherwise.

“It frickin’ happened. Yeah,” Raquel eventually revealed.

Vanderpump Rules Season 10 premiered February 8, 2023

Season 10 premiered  approximately seven months after filming initially began. 

Ariana learned that Tom and Raquel were having an affair on March 1, 2023

In Season 10 Episode 15, Ariana and Tom recounted how and when Ariana learned of the affair. Ariana was watching Tom’s band perform at TomTom when his phone fell out of his pocket. “Call it women’s intuition, call it lightbulb, call it whatever,” Ariana said in an interview, noting the urge she had to look at Tom’s phone in the moment. In doing so, she found a screen recording of a FaceTime between Tom and Raquel, prompting a conversation with Tom and a phone call with Raquel. “I called Raquel saying, ‘If you have ever given a sh-t a bout me, tell me.’”

“I learned on a Wednesday night that there are evil, evil people in this world,” she continued. “And sometimes they are the people closest to you and you have no idea.”

Ariana also recounted the story to friends, including Katie and Scheana, as seen in the clip above.

Scheana Shay Addresses How She Feels About Tom Sandoval Today

As the cast notes in Season 10, Episode 15, Scheana was with Raquel at Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen in New York when Ariana found out about the affair and called Raquel. In the finale episode, Scheana told Ariana, Katie, and friends, that she had "so much rage" in her upon learning of the affair. "I was so angry, I shoved her so f-cking hard away from me" before noting that Raquel was telling Tom Schwartz that Scheana punched her.  

During Scheana's April 19 WWHL  appearance, the "Good as Gold" singer settled some rumors about what really went down between her and her former friend. “I did not punch her in the face. As you see, I can't really form a proper fist,” Scheana said, showing off her manicure. “Look, there’s a shove and there’s a punch, and I did not punch her.” Scheana also confirmed she threw Raquel's phone.

"You may have heard rumors that the cameras were up over the weekend — yes, the cameras were up,” Andy Cohen said during his Radio Andy SiriusXM show in early March. “The cameras have been up on everyone, getting reactions and filming, so you will see this play out in a sense this season of  Vanderpump Rules , before the reunion.”

In the official trailer for the Season 10 finale , Sandoval is shown in conversation with many people about his recently-discovered affair, including Scheana.

“I was going to break up with Ariana regardless,” he told her.

“But you didn’t. You f—d her best friend instead,” Scheana responded.

In another scene, Sandoval was crying in the arms of Schwartz.

“I felt something I hadn’t felt in a very long time,” Sandoval explained to his best friend, who simply responded “Jesus Christ, man."

Sandoval is also seen talking to Ariana about his friendship with Raquel in the context of their affair.

“I don’t give a f-ck about f-cing Raquel!” she screamed at him, adding that she regretted ever having loved him.

Raquel, on the other hand, appeared light-hearted during her conversation with Sandoval, giggling in an intimate moment while telling him how their affair “turned out so horribly wrong.”

Tom confirmed his affair with Raquel on March 4, 2023

Tom sandoval shares an update on what he’s been up to following his split from ariana.

Tom initially issued two statements via Instagram. The first, posted March 4, included an apology  to those feeling “anger” or “disappointment” toward him, as well as Tom Schwartz  and their other business partners . The second (shared March 7) was an apology to Ariana .

“I can only imagine how devastating this has been for Ariana and everyone around us,” he wrote in part. “I feel really horrible about that. My biggest regret is that I dishonored Ariana. I never meant to disappoint so many people, including our loving families and friends.”

Tom's bar, Schwartz and Sandy's, shared a statement on March 4, 2023

As speculation and anger began to spread, Sandoval's newest venture, bar Schwartz and Sandy's, shared a statement to its public Instagram page  on March 4, reminding boycotters that there are more people involved in the business than just its famous owners.

“In light of the recent news, we appreciate the many words of support but we also understand the outpouring of outrage that has been directed towards our businesses,” read the statement in part. “However, those of us who are not famous have dedicated our time, hearts, and money to make this restaurant a reality. We too are disappointed by the current situation as Ariana has always been a good friend and a great supporter of the restaurant. We appreciate that you may feel a certain way but please understand that the livelihoods of others also depend on this business. There are four more people involved in this venture other than just Tom Sandoval and Tom Schwartz.”

Raquel apologized, addressed her feelings for Tom on March 8, 2023

Raquel issued a  statement  to  ET on March 8 addressing the affair.

“I want to apologize for my actions and my choices foremost to Ariana, and to my friends and the fans so invested in our relationships. There is no excuse, I am not a victim and I must own my actions and I deeply regret hurting Ariana," it began. “I have sought emotional validation through intimate connections that are not healthy without regard for my own well-being, sometimes negatively affecting others and often prioritizing the intimate connection over my friendships. I am taking steps to understand my behavior and make healthier choices.”

In another statement  on her Instagram account that day, Raquel spoke directly about her feelings for the Tom Sandoval & the Most Extras frontman.

“Besides the indefensible circumstances surrounding our relationship, my feelings for Tom have always been sincere and born out of a loving friendship. Knowing how many people we hurt, I need to understand my choices and learn to make better ones. I need to take care of my health, work on my self-growth and take time to be ok with being alone,” she wrote. “I care for Tom and I don’t want to label anything or predict what lies ahead. Right now I need to heal.”

Lisa talked about the drama on WWHL on March 8, 2023

Lisa was the first cast member to appear on WWHL  following news of the alleged affair and  offered an update on Ariana .

“I have seen Ariana and I have [filmed] with her. It’s an integral part of the story now. I would say the word I would use [to describe her] is devastated,” the restauranteur said on March 8.

As far as her reaction to an alleged affair , Lisa said she had "literally no words" and was “gobsmacked” and “flabbergasted.”

She also shared her wishes for the then-upcoming reunion.

“I hope that when the reunion comes, we actually all sit down and we can have a better understanding of how this happened, why this happened, and when this happened," she said.

Katie appeared on WWHL on March 15, 2023

During Katie's  WWHL appearance   a week later, she said she believes her ex-husband Tom Schwartz was "duped" by Tom Sandoval and Raquel during the alleged affair.

"I don't know exactly [when he found out]," she added, noting that she had asked him about it.

If he did know, however, and hadn't been honest with her? "I'd light him on fire," Katie said.

When Andy asked her if she believes Sandoval and Raquel are in love, she noted that they "better" be.

"At this point they better fall in love. Because who's going to date them?"

Ariana issued a statement on March 16, 2023

Following an extended period of silence, Ariana shared some insights in a March 16 Instagram post.

“I want to express my most sincere gratitude for the outpouring of love and support I have received from friends, family, and people I’ve never even met in the last two weeks," she wrote. "When I have felt like I couldn’t even stand, you all have given me the strength to continue and seen me through my darkest hours.”

“To say I have been devastated and broken is an understatement,” she continued. “However, I know that I am not in this alone. So many of my closest friends are also grieving this loss right now and reeling from this betrayal on so many levels. I am so f--king lucky to have the best support system in the world and I hope I can repay every single person for the love you have shown me.”

She ended the post with a kicker for the ages.

“What doesn’t kill me better run.”

The Vanderpump Rules  Season 10 Reunion filmed on March 23, 2023

Don't worry: they talked about it all . In an Instagram Story posted the morning of the reunion — March 23 — Lala said she was “on 10," promising she'd be "on 100" later in the day.

The same day, Bravo released the reunion seating chart(s) . In the first of two charts, reunion host Andy Cohen was situated in the middle of the action, joined to his left by Ariana, Katie, James, and Lala and, to his right, by Lisa, Tom Sandoval, Raquel, and Tom Schwartz.

The second showed Schwartz next to Sandoval, with Scheana on the end.

As for the reunion looks, BravoTV.com released a  peek of the glam to come . Naturally, Ariana's dress  was subject to much chatter; the blonde stunned in a custom crimson number.

Tom Schwartz Addresses His “Unhinged Interviews”

In a memorable Clubhouse appearance shortly after the reunion filmed, Tom Schwartz spoke about the fallout of Tom Sandoval's relationship with Raquel and his opinion of Tom Sandoval's actions ("he got lost in the sauce"). Tom Schwartz spoke about the tough position he felt he was put in and said that his best friend and business partner "took advantage of [his] kindness."

In addition to sharing his belief of when the affair started, Tom Schwartz said that  Tom Sandoval first came to him in January 2023  saying he was "in love" with Raquel, after previously telling him about their "one night stand" in August. 

The appearance covered many topics, later leading Tom Schwartz to comment on his self-proclaimed " unhinged interviews ." 

Tom Sandoval gave update on Raquel in a podcast interview on April 11, 2023 

On the April 11 episode of the  Howie Mandel Does Stuff  podcast , Tom shared more of his side of the story .

First and foremost, he gave an update on his relationship with Raquel, revealing that, for now, the pair are simply “really good friends.”

“We’re not putting any label on it,” he added. “We’re also just kind of taking a break.”

Lala Kent appeared on WWHL on April 12, 2023

Lala  appeared on WWHL  April 12 . The Give Them Lala Beauty owner admitted she became suspicious of Tom and Raquel in August 2022, after her mother told her Raquel "moves like a snake."

Lala also claimed she thought Raquel's kiss with Tom Schwartz was a "decoy" — he just didn't realize it.

Scheana appeared on WWHL on April 19, 2023

"No, I think they're in this weird affair infatuation," she said. "It's going to fade. It's not going to last. And from what I've heard, it's already very toxic."

The events of early March 2023 unfold in a super-sized episode that documents Tom and Ariana's on-camera conversation and the group's fallout after the affair goes public.

In her first interview since the breakup news went public, Ariana sat down with Andy directly following the premiere of the Season 10 finale episode. Their conversation covered many topics frequently on the minds of longtime viewers, including revealing the truth about "Miami Girl."  

The Vanderpump Rules  Season 10 Reunion began on May 24, 2023

The highly anticipated reunion will be three parts, and featured two seating charts. 

Andy Cohen gave fans some insight into the event during his April 3 Radio Andy broadcast on Sirius XM, calling it "a real reckoning."

“If you are looking to hear their story, you will. If you are looking for them to be confronted to their face about what they’ve done, in what I would say [was] an aggressive manner — a confrontational manner — you will get it.”

Part 1 of the Season 10 reunion

Fans watched the former couple — and most of the rest of the cast — come together in the first part of the dramatic three-part Season 10 reunion. Due to a (subsequently dropped) restraining order against Scheana, Raquel did not appear alongside the rest of the cast in the first episode, and instead watched the proceedings from a trailer 100 yards away.

“I just want to say that I appreciate everybody being there for Ariana. No matter what was going on in our relationship, she didn’t deserve it. No one deserves to have that happen,” said Tom while addressing the group at large for the first time.“I’m sorry for doing the one thing I swore I wouldn’t do. And I did it in the worst way possible.” 

Tom and Ariana sat down with Andy for solo interviews

Andy kicked off Part 1 of the reunion with individual interviews with Tom, Ariana, and Raquel — filmed the day before the reunion — to get their sides of the story. During Ariana’s interview, she told the Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen host that she believes Tom and Raquel plotted their reunion answers ahead of time.

“He coached me on this [when I joined the show] the same way he is coaching [Raquel],” she said. “They’ve got to get their lies right. Their stories.”

Tom, meanwhile, told Andy that he and Raquel slept together after a See You Next Tuesday event five days after Season 10 Episode 6’s guys night at The Mondrian .

Ariana noted she never suspected a thing.

Ariana and Raquel’s post-scandal texts were revealed

During her solo interview with Andy, Ariana revealed a text exchange between her and Raquel after she found out about the affair and confronted Raquel by phone while the latter was in New York City (following a WWHL taping).

“It took her 48 whole hours to text me ‘I don’t even know what to say, I’m just so sorry,’” Ariana said. “And I said, ‘F-ck off, you f-ck-ng rat,’ and I blocked her.” 

Ariana’s immediately prior text, “You’re dead to me,” was labeled as sent around 9:37 p.m. on a Wednesday — the night Ariana discovered the affair was a Wednesday — with the next one purportedly from Raquel arriving some days later at 8:56 p.m. Two days later would’ve been after the scandal broke on TMZ and the cast had resumed filming.

Tom Schwartz admitted he know about Sandoval and Raquel for months

Schwartz said during Part 1 of the reunion that Sandoval initially filled him in on his hookup with Raquel in late August 2022. (Sandoval had previously said he’d done so in January).

It did not endear him to his cast mates.

Scheana claimed that Sandoval told Raquel he and Ariana had an open relationship 

During the Vanderpump Rules: Pumped Up Edition extended episode on Peacock, Scheana alleged that Sandoval told Raquel he and Ariana weren’t exclusive.

“Raquel was told in the hot tub at Coachella last April, by Sandoval, that [he and Ariana] were in an open relationship, and he was coming onto her,” Scheana said.

Tom denied the claim. (Raquel also denied the claim in Part 3 of the reunion.)

Part 2 of the Season 10 reunion (May 31, 2023)

The second part of the reunion brought more drama — and the first time that fans were able to see Raquel and Tom interact since their scene in the Season 10 finale .

Here are some of the biggest revelations.

Raquel’s solo interview with Andy aired

“[Tom] made me feel heard and seen,” Raquel told Andy of her affair during her solo interview, which took place the day before the reunion. “Those are feelings that I haven’t really felt, maybe ever.”

Nevertheless, Raquel said she feels “ashamed” of what she and Tom did, describing her role in the affair as “very deceitful.” 

She also admitted that, when Ariana called her to ask about the affair, she went against the alleged plan with Tom “truncate” how long the affair had been happening when they did come clean.

“She begged me to tell her when it all happened,” Raquel shared. “At this point, we were going to tell her, we just wanted to get ‘our stories straight,’ basically, because he felt like it would hurt her if she knew how long this has been going on.”

Instead, Raquel admitted to Ariana that she’d been in a relationship with Tom for six months, and said Ariana thanked her, accurately believing that Tom would have otherwise continued to lie to her about the extent of his infidelity. 

Raquel said she’d come to believe Tom’s stories about his relationship with Ariana

Raquel seemingly admitted that Tom had been dishonest about the status of his relationship with Ariana during their affair, and had told her that Ariana knew about the affair but didn’t care. At the time, Raquel believed both Tom’s representations that his relationship with Ariana was something less than a true romantic partnership, and that Ariana must’ve known about Tom’s infidelity but didn’t care because she never confronted either person about it.

"She never pressed about it. She never confronted me about it. From what I know, from what Tom told me, she didn't question him about it," Raquel told Andy in her one-on-one interview. "Now I know that she did want to know and it was very deceitful. I am very ashamed of it."

Raquel also mentioned her realizations to Tom after he came to her trailer following the first part of the reunion taping.

"I don’t love the way it’s coming across about your guys’ intimacy. Clearly I only know what you’re telling me, but, like, just watching what you guys taped right now it looks like you guys had a solid relationship," Raquel said. "I feel like she felt like you wanted to keep the relationship going because you never broke up with her."

Scheana claimed she tried to warn Ariana about the affair

Scheana said during the reunion that she’d told Ariana at one point that she suspected something was going on between Raquel and Tom. However, Ariana replied to her that she did not think there was “any truth to it whatsoever and that neither of them would ever do that to her.”

Tom accused Ariana of making him feel dumb during their relationship

In the uncensored and extended Pumped Up Edition of Part 2, Tom blamed Ariana for making him feel stupid while they were together.

“Throughout the relationship, you were always telling me I’m dumb,” Tom said.

Ariana denied his accusation.

“I’ve never told you you were dumb,” she said. “I never said you were dumb until today. ‘Cause you’re acting dumb today.”

Raquel admitted she regretted filing a restraining order against Scheana

Raquel also told Andy that she regretted filing a restraining order against Scheana and she gave Andy paperwork to give to Scheana indicating she planned to withdraw it. (Andy ultimately did deliver the paperwork to Scheana during the reunion, who cried when she realized the ordeal was over.)

Raquel noted that she was ready to apologize to the rest of the cast for her behavior.

“I know it’s important for me to be here because I have to take accountability for my actions. I’m here to do that,” she said during her individual sit-down with Andy.

Part 3 of the Season 10 reunion (June 7, 2023)

In the final part of the reunion, Raquel left her trailer to sit down with the rest of the cast (minus Scheana) and answer Andy’s questions. 

Here’s what we learned.

Raquel and Tom Sandoval claimed to still be in love

Andy asked Raquel why she couldn’t stop the affair, questioning if it was because she was in love with Tom. “Yeah,” she replied. When asked if she was still in love, she gave a small nod.

When Tom was asked the same question, it took him a second to answer.

“I’m sorry,” he said, apparently addressing Ariana. “Yes.”

Tom Sandoval offended everyone with sarcastic comment about sex with Ariana

While being grilled by Andy, Tom was asked if he’d slept with anyone besides Raquel since they began their affair, and repeatedly deflected specific allegations.

“You know who he did sleep with after him and Raquel started sleeping together? Me,” Ariana noted, prompting Tom to take a dig at their sex life.

“She kept her T-shirt on. It was really hot,” Sandoval responded sarcastically. 

Immediately, Andy as well as Ariana’s fellow cast members reacted with head shakes and horrified looks. 

“You’re such a f-ck-ng dick,” Lala said. “What the f-ck dude?” James added, while Tom Schwartz simply buried his head in his hands and said, “Don’t say that.” In her trailer 100 yards away watching the events unfold, Scheana held up her drink and said, “Oh, I want to throw this at the TV but I won’t."

After the finale aired, Ariana retaliated by sharing a new Something About Her T-shirt available for purchase in her Instagram stories — one which bears the phrase “F-ck me in this T-shirt.”

Ariana broke down over the affair’s aftermath

"My friends and my family, you guys, and strangers — people I've never met — it's honestly what kept me going," the Something About Her owner said through tears while describing her experience finding out about the affair . "I had a week-and-a-half where I, like, didn't eat. I lost, like, eight pounds. I couldn't do anything. I had someone stay with me every night because I felt like I needed to be babysat, honestly."

Tom and Raquel laughed about the situation

When Raquel left the stage, Tom followed her for a quick debrief. After becoming emotional over seeing everything they’d done laid out in front of them, Raquel made a joke about James’ comment that his new girlfriend, Ally, was an “upgrade” from her, noting that at this point, she was.

The two broke down in laughter, offering a stark emotional contrast from the majority of the reunion.

What is the big secret on the Vanderpump Rules reunion?

In a post-reunion interview with a VPR producer , Raquel opened up — and broke down — over the lies she and Tom had told throughout the affair and specifically at the reunion.

The solo interview, her last of the season, was filmed six days after the reunion wrapped.

"I think it's important to me, to tell the truth," she said in her solo interview. "I think that I've been lying and being so deceitful this entire time that I don't want to lie anymore. And, it's all out there anyway, like the worst is out, yet I'm still finding myself having to lie about specific timeline things."

Raquel went on to clarify that the second time she and Tom were physical was in Mexico at Scheana and Brock’s wedding in August 2022 and that their sexual relationship had continued with regularity thereafter. Previously, they’d said that their August 2022, post-guys night at the Mondrian hookup was a one-time thing until after filming had wrapped for the season.

"He feels like it would be less hurtful to say that this wasn't going on for so long," she shared.

Raquel also said she’d wanted to start a “throuple” with Tom and Ariana

Though Sandoval and Raquel both denied during the reunion that he’d previously told Raquel he and Ariana had an open relationship, Raquel told producers in her post-reunion interview that she’d proposed being in a polyamorous relationship with the couple.

"I was like, 'Maybe, what would Ariana think about, like, having me as an addition?' And he was like, 'No, no, no, she would not be into that,’” Raquel said.

She claimed she suggested the non-traditional set-up seemingly out of the blue, "because I love Ariana as a person. And then also I'm in love with Tom Sandoval. So, yeah, it didn't seem like that far-fetched of an idea, but it was not something in question.” 

“God, he's gonna kill me,” she added. “I just hate lying so much.”

Vanderpump Rules Season 10 Secrets Revealed  premiered on June 14, 2023

The final episode of Season 10, Vanderpump Rules Secrets Revealed showed some extra footage from the season, some of which took on new meaning after the affair between Tom and Raquel came to light.

“Hypothetically, if you were being cheated on and someone took you on a date to a roller skating rink, to put effort into a relationship he'd already stepped out on, how pissed would you be?" a producer asked Lisa in an interview, before showing a clip of Tom and Ariana on a roller skating date.

"I'd probably have his balls crystallized and wear them as earrings. That's what I would do,” Lisa replied.

The episode also showcased multiple conversations with the cast as rumors of Tom and Raquel’s affair began to swirl.

“I think that’s the most diabolical part of this. The covering, the deceit, for how long?” Katie said while debriefing with Lala and Ally after the affair was exposed.

Neither Tom Sandoval nor Raquel Leviss has pinpointed when their affair started. All that is known is a timeline of roughly seven months. Maybe such details are spared to respect Tom’s ex-girlfriend Ariana Madix’s privacy. Or perhaps the duo just doesn’t want to be honest about when their illicit actions began.

Certainly, Vanderpump Rules fans are overly preoccupied with searching for clues in the latest episodes . How about that little smile Tom gave Raquel when she joined the boy’s night? Very telling that something was already brewing.

Us Weekly reported that Scheana Shay’s friends Jamie Lynne and Kael Ramsey Ackerson seemingly confirmed the timeline of deceit. They alleged that Raquel started getting “closer” to Sandoval that night and spilled some tea while on the Jamie All Over podcast.

“She basically just told me [it happened] seven months ago and after the Las Vegas trip,” Kael said. “I told her, ‘Bro, you literally called me an hour or ​two after the girls that made you cry and then you hit me back when you were in Los Angeles.’ And she was like, ‘[After the boys night] is when we got closer.’

Jamie was part of a group that stayed out and moved the party to a different venue. Within a smaller group, the dynamic between Raquel and Tom changed.

“Next episode of  Vanderpump Rules  is boys night. You and I were there. Afterward you went home and I went to Saddle Ranch with Raquel , Sandoval and [Schwartz and Sandy’s manager] Brett . You were there because Raquel had just gotten back from Vegas and was very upset and asked you to come out that night,” she recalled. “It somehow just ended up being the four of us going to Saddle Ranch after and Raquel and Tom were super into deep conversation at the bar.

Upon leaving the bar, Tom and Raquel ended up seated on the curb deeply engaged in conversation. Jamie was so struck by what was happening, she started to film the duo.

“I’m now in my car with Brett and Raquel and Sandoval were sitting on the curb outside of Saddle Ranch just talking. I didn’t realize that at the time like how close they were talking or how intimate it actually looked. So I start filming the two of them talking. We’re so clueless that we have no idea what’s actually transpiring,” she said.

Jamie decided not to post the footage out of respect for Ariana. And while Tom and Raquel’s proximity and body language may have caused a second glance , she didn’t feel concerned.

She explained, “I had this thought [at the time]. I thought I’m not posting this because this looks way too intimate and I don’t want  Ariana [Madix]  to feel a certain way about this. I don’t want her to feel disrespected, but it didn’t set off alarm bells, like, is something inappropriate happening? It was just that she might get the wrong idea and I don’t want to put anyone in that position.”

Looking back on it, knowing what we know now , the footage is damning. Jamie added, “If you watch it back — without the voiceover on it — it looks super close and super intimate. But bottom line is that none of us knew beforehand.”

The statement that Ariana and Tom “were having problems for a while” does not explain away sneaking for trysts since the summer of 2022. Ultimately, it “only came to a breaking point” when Ariana discovered sexually explicit footage of Raquel on her ex-boyfriend’s phone. She was “blindsided.”

The Schwartz & Sandy’s co-owner issued an apology to his former love via Instagram . Tom wrote, “I want to first and foremost apologize to everyone I’ve hurt through this process. Most of all, I want to apologize to Ariana . I made mistakes, I was selfish and made reckless decisions that hurt somebody I love. No one deserves to feel that pain so traumatically and publicly. I can only imagine how devastating this has been for Ariana and everyone around us. I feel really horrible about that. My biggest regret is that I dishonored Ariana. I never meant to disappoint so many people, including our loving families and friends.”

Raquel followed suit . “I want to apologize for my actions and my choices foremost to Ariana , and to my friends and the fans so invested in our relationships. There is no excuse, I am not a victim and I must own my actions and I deeply regret hurting Ariana,” she stated.

“Knowing how many people we hurt, I need to understand my choices and learn to make better ones. I need to take care of my health, work on self-growth and take time to be OK with being alone. I care for Tom and I don’t want to label anything or predict what lies ahead. Right now I need to heal,” she offered in an Instagram post .

But the drama doesn’t stop there. Raquel accused Scheana of alleged assault after her former friend found out about the betrayal of Ariana . Scheana is fighting the allegations. The former beauty pageant queen had her lawyer threaten the VPR cast with legal actions should they post or share the video of her.
