Finding info about reservations on the Extranet

If you’re using the Extranet and need more info for a particular reservation, follow these steps:

  • Log in to the Extranet.
  • Click Reservations
  • To filter your bookings based on the date of reservation, arrival, departure, invoice, or stay, enter a date range using the From and Until fields and click Show
  • To refine your search, tick one or more of the options under More filters and click Show again
  • guest and/or booker name
  • check-in and check-out dates
  • room or unit booked
  • booking number
  • reservation status
  • date the reservation was made
  • total reservation price your guest pays
  • total commission you pay us
  • Click the booking number or guest name to see any requests or messages, as well as info such as your guest’s contact details and credit card info
  • If you’d like to print out the details of the reservation, click Print this page

Finding info about reservations on the Pulse app

If you’re using the Pulse app and need more info for a particular reservation, follow these steps:

  • Open the Pulse app
  • Tap Bookings
  • Check your reservations in the calendar overview, or click the list view icon in the top right-hand corner to see them sorted by arrival date
  • Use the search box to find upcoming and past reservations based on keyword terms such as the guest’s name or booking number

Total reservation price includes any set deals and promotions. You can always see which deals you’re currently offering, and the dates they’re available for travelers to book, by clicking the Extranet’s  Promotions  tab

Frequently asked questions

Can i cancel my booking.

Yes – any cancellation fees are determined by the property and listed in your cancellation policy. You'll pay any additional costs to the property.

If I need to cancel my booking, will I pay a fee?

If you have a free cancellation booking, you won't pay a cancellation fee. If your booking isn't free to cancel anymore or is non-refundable, you may incur a cancellation fee. Any cancellation fees are determined by the property, and you'll pay any additional costs to the property.

Who's going to charge my credit card and when?

Generally, the property is responsible for charging your card. If payment is instead handled by Booking.com, this will be stated clearly in your booking confirmation.

You usually can expect to pay during check-in or check-out at the property. However, there are some exceptions, like properties that require a prepayment for all or some of the total amount. Again, this will be stated clearly in your confirmation and payment policies.

If there's no prepayment policy, it’s also possible that the property might take a test payment from your card before you stay. This is a temporary hold, that’s used to validate your card and guarantee your booking. Unlike a real charge, this test payment will be returned to your card.

Can I make changes to my booking (i.e. change dates)?

Yes! You can make changes to your booking from your confirmation email or at Booking.com. Depending on the property's policy, you can do the following:

Cancel booking

Edit credit card details

Change guest details

Select bed type

Change room type

Make a request

I can't find my confirmation email. What should I do?

Be sure to check your email inbox, spam, and junk folders. If you still can't find your confirmation, go to booking.com/help and we'll resend it to you.

Can I make a reservation without a credit card?

You'll need a valid credit card to guarantee your reservation with most properties. However, we offer a number of hotels that will guarantee your booking without a card. You can also make a booking by using someone else’s card, provided you have their permission. In this case, confirm the card holder’s name and that you have permission to use their card in the "Special requests" box when booking.

Why was I charged?

The charge you see could be any one of the following:

Pre-authorization: A pre-authorization is just a validity check that temporarily blocks an amount roughly equivalent to the cost of your reservation on your credit card. The amount will be unblocked after a certain amount of time. How long this takes will depend on the property and your credit card provider.

Deposit or prepayment: Some properties require a deposit or prepayment at the time of reservation. This policy is clearly highlighted during the reservation process, and you can see it in your confirmation email as well. If your reservation allows for free cancellation, this amount is returned to you if you choose to cancel it.

What is online check-in and how do i do it learn more.

Online check-in is something that can be completed between 24 hours to 90 minutes before your flight using the Turkish Airlines website or mobile application. You can easily check-in online by entering your reservation code (PNR) and surname in the relevant field.

What is the advantage of checking in online? Learn more

By checking in online, you do not need to wait in line at the counter to check-in at the airport and you can easily choose the seats you prefer as long as they are included in your flight class. If you have no suitcases or only hand luggage, you can go directly to the boarding gate.

Is online check-in available for passengers requiring special services? Learn more

Passengers requiring special services (unattended children, infirm passengers, and passengers with mobility issues) may benefit from in person check-in methods rather than online check-in. You can review our check-in procedures page for check-in alternatives that may be preferential for passengers with specific needs.

Can I check in online for more than one flight? Learn more

If your trip consisting of connecting flights, you can perform "end-to-end check-in" which will cover all flights. For round-trip travel on the same day, you can perform "round-trip check-in" covering both flights.

Can I choose a seat during the online check-in process? Learn more

During the online check-in process, you can view the seats on the seat plan, determine if which ones are available, and make your choice.

If I checked in online, how much time prior to my flight should I arrive at the airport and what should I do when I arrive? Learn more

If you have checked in online, you can go to the appropriate Turkish Airlines counter to get your boarding pass and check in your baggage. You must complete these procedures 60 minutes prior to international flights and 45 minutes prior to domestic flights. We recommend that you plan your arrival time at the airport by considering these procedures as well as security checks.

Passengers who pre-print their boarding pass or create a mobile boarding pass can go directly to the boarding gate by passing through the security check if they have no baggage or only hand luggage.

If you are issued multiple tickets within the same booking, your e-ticket number will include a suffix at the end (for example: 1572345679876-77). This means that your e-ticket numbers are 1572345679876 and 1572345679877, respectively.

When retrieving your booking using the e-ticket number, please enter one e-ticket number without including any letters or special characters within your search.
