Vinyasa: Vinyasa is a style of yoga wherein we link each pose with a breath. There is a flowing movement that challenges the student not only physically but also mentally. Come and try Yoga 101 for beginners & Yoga open for all levels.

Kids  Yoga & Yin Yoga : Group or individual private classes available upon request (virtual or in-person).

Chair Yoga:  For anyone concerned that the flow movements are too challenging, we are happy to have Larissa Finik hosting Chair Yoga to our studio. It's a very therapeutic practice to increase strength and flexibility.  Classes are available upon request. 

Pre-natal Yoga:  Yoga is an excellent source of meditation, clarity, and body and mind strengthening during a special time in a woman’s life. Whether you are brand new to yoga or a more advanced practitioner, together, we will weave together chakra-work, asana, meditation, and breathing to help achieve clarity and mindfulness throughout your pregnancy.  

Restorative Yoga: with Lilith Wise. Poses are held for minutes with whole body supported by props for a guided relaxation, meditation and healing session. The student feels the transition from conscious stretching to effortless letting go. Restorative offers deep access to the connection of mind and body .

In my experience I find yoga to be more than a workout – it is a lifestyle that encompasses soul, body and mind. I remember when I got my first yoga mat and started to attend my first yoga classes. It was so new to me and I was so self-conscious about my ability to do the poses and the clothing I was wearing.

Hi There! My name is Lidia. This site is for those of you who have a passion, an interest or just a curiosity in yoga practice and for those who want to find some really cool and essential yoga stuff. I hope that what I share on this website further inspires you on your journey in the magical and life-transforming world of yoga.

With practice and persistence, I fell in love with yoga. Not only did I learned the poses I was being taught, but I also learned about breathing, meditation, asanas, yamas & niyamas and accepting who I am, my outer and inner beauty, peace, stillness and taking responsibility for my own happiness.

It has been a long journey and one that I am grateful to have embarked on. No matter where I am, I always make sure to find a studio and practice yoga to the fullest. I have also taken several workshops to strengthen my practice, deepen my skills in particular poses and broaden my knowledge of yoga.

My goal with this site is to share with you a little bit of what yoga is all about as well, share information about retreats I am hosting or other events, as well as information on the clothing and accessories you will need to support your practice of yoga. If anyone is looking to practice yoga and a teacher training program, don’t look anywhere go to Dhyana yoga. I live 40 miles away from the place,  though the commute was a pain at times but I never felt tired or dragged myself because I looked forward to coming here. It was all worth it for me.

Anxiety Relief – Gentle Pace Yoga

Weekly Mondays. 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm (Online)

Limited Group. Fees: $12. Pre-registration Required.

An introduction to yoga’s calming, grounding poses and practices, taught at a relaxed pace. As the student learns to gradually unwind tight joints and tension filled minds in the presence of breath, it cultivates inner focus connecting to and moving through a series of postures.

Restore & Release – Restorative Yoga

Weekly Thursdays. 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm (Online)

Restore and strengthen the connection at every level – physical, mental and spiritual. As the name indicates, it is styled for complete relaxation of the body and mind by practicing stillness or gentle movement for extended periods of time. Asanas (postures) are held for longer period of time, props fully supporting the body, allowing it to open passively and naturally with no active effort. Deep introspective class that restores energy to the body and calmness to the mind.

Chakras – Demystify, Learn & Heal.

8 Open Sessions. Saturdays s tarting Feb, 11:30am – 1:30pm

Limited Group.  Pre-registration Required. 

This 8-class series will start from understanding the subtle physiology and move from the Muladhara (Root Chakra) to the Sahasrara(Crown Chakra), emphasizing on one chakra per class. No Yoga experience required. Open sessions.

Hatha Yoga Flow

In Hatha flow, we come into the breath and quiet the mind as we find steadiness in asana (postures) and enhance strength and endurance. This style uses a combination of movement, alignment in postures and breath to work on strength, flexibility and balance.
