Thé ship skipped a port call before they even sailed . They skipped another one during sailing which due to lack of maintenance on the tender boat.

AAA did not make our experience very good to start with. There were a lot of mess ups for our party of seven. Our contact changed twice and things were not taken care of as they should have been. This was our 7th or 8th cruise and we were never more stressed about a vacation. On top of that, Royal Caribbean was quite a let down. Way too many passengers on board, packed elevators, way too much "up-selling", too many unnecessary charges, and to top it off, we came home with Covid. It all made for a disappointing experience.
