I took my best friend ziplining at Bretton Woods today. It was such an amazing experience!! The view of Mount Washington was breathtaking, the tour itself was incredibly fun and exhilarating, and the tour guides/instructors (John and Rob) we SO nice and helpful. I am horrified of heights, but they took the time to teach the process and really made me feel comfortable. They really helped to bring the tour to life!! I highly recommend you check this out if you're in the area; the fall was a beautiful time to go!
We came here for my friends bachelorette party back in May. I am absolutely TERRIFIED of heights and I had a total blast- in fact, I was more scared of the waiting on the platform part than the actual ziplining part. I did feel 100% safe the whole time though. The instructors were good about suiting us up with the ropes in the beginning, and they all were friendly, had great senses of humor, and were so patient in calming down us scaredy cats!! I think there were about 9 lines in total and the whole thing took about 2 hours? Maybe 3? They were all fun and unique! There were also opportunities to walk across rope bridges and rappel down. Loads of fun! I would definitely do this again.
Whoooshhhhh
Great experience. Leave your fears at home. The price is worth it. You receive a discount for staying at the resort. They schedule every half hour in groups of 8 with 2 tour guides. Our awesome and patient tour guides were Mike and Hunter! They are thorough with hands on instruction. They have height and weight restrictions but pretty much anyone can enjoy this adventure. First we gathered to apply our gear and some initial instruction. We had to take a ski lift to their mid mountain restaurant, Latitude 44. Then a short hike to the zip tutorial. There 9 zip lines and 3 repels. The zips go up to 800 and 1000 feet across, up to 165 feet from the ground. The speed and the knowledge of hovering way above trees are thrilling. The views are spectacular from the longer zips. The platforms are a tight fit so personal space issues will not do well here. Some of the platforms sway but it felt secure. Our guides were professional and we felt safe the entire time. .

My husband and I went there yesterday and had a wonderful time!! The guides were friendly and very safety conscious. They made sure everyone in the group knew what to do so it would be fun and safe. Loved it and highly recommend it.

I did this tour in 2012. It was awesome. At the time it was only the second zip line I had done, so I didn't have a lot to compare it to. I'm on my 5th now and this oe is still one of my favs. It was a great combo of hiking, zipping, and repelling. The guides were great and the zips were a ton of fun. We went in the winter, so there was a lot of snow. It was freezing...but still amazing. I highly recommend this tour if you have a chance. I think we got a lift ticket for the next day too...so we went snowboarding!
Geared up & ready to go!
Absolutely amazing! Instructors are very knowledgeable and helpful. Not only did they explain what we were doing, but they also help explained the nature around us.
Had a tour with John and Mike as our guides, we went early so it was just my boyfriend and I. Private tour! Yay! Mike and John were fabulous guides- extremely knowledgable, funny and made you feel safe the entire time. I'm a little sad I didn't get to see any wildlife, but otherwise, it was amazing and I would 100% recommend it, even if it does seem a little pricey.
If you are contemplating doing this tour do not wait another minute! Our guides Mike and Mike were so professional and never made anyone feel out of place. It was so much fun. I'm so happy I can now cross zip lining off of my bucket list
This was my first zipline and was wonderful. I was in an early afternoon group with 3 friends, plus two other pairs for a total of 8 plus guides Patrick and Mike. I would recommend this as a great beginner experience because the training is good and the zips start out short and get longer. This allows you to build up some comfort for the really long runs and fully relax and enjoy those. It's not any kind of guided nature tour, but it's a great value and wonderful way to experience zip lining.
John and Zack were our guides and they are super professional and fun. The weather was perfect and it was a great experience I'd recommend to anyone with a few hours to spend having fun.

Getting outside in New Hampshire is the best way to clear your head and enjoy some peace and quiet. Fortunately, with nearly unlimited access to the forest, there’s no shortage of ways to do it! There are plenty of hikes and walks, but we think the best way to soak up the natural landscape of the state is from above. This canopy tour offers some of the best views you can imagine and there’s still plenty of time to enjoy it!
