Daylesford is a 2,350-acre organic farm set in the beautiful Cotswolds countryside in England. Last weekend I took my family to lunch at Daylesford  for my second visit and fell in love with this idyllic farm all over again. Just an 1hr 45 minute drive from London (or you can take the train from Paddington to Kingham), heading out to the farm for a weekend meal is the perfect way to get out of London and spend a day in the countryside, especially since there are a handful of cute Cotswolds towns like Bourton-on-the-Water and Stow-on-the-Wold, which you can pop through on your way to or from Daylesford.

Or you can book a weekend getaway! More than just a farm, they have beautiful Cotwolds Cottages for rent, an impressive spa, a boutique, and an award winning  farm shop  and cafe serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. They are also home to the  The Cookery School , which offers classic cooking courses, such as Quick & Simple Suppers and Seasonal Dinner Parties , to more specialized courses like Artisan Bread Making .
