John was so knowledgeable and talked the entire 90 minutes! My husband who doesn't normally go for any kind of tour bus, was very glad that he went! Even though we have a car and could easily drive around, we decided to go for this tour, and we are so glad we did! Save your feet and spend the money!!

We took the Panorama Van tour. Liked how the 90 minutes was all touring and not picking up or dropping off. Went all around the historic district. The guide Max filled the time full of information non stop. The pick up drop off service anywhere in the historic district til 5 for two days was interesting however we just walked from end to end and really enjoyed going thru the squares and seeing all the historic buildings. Of the three tour companies I am glad we had a full 90 minutes with Kelly Tours/Graylines.

We took the trolley and boat tour to see Savannah. Everything went smoothly. The guide for our trolley tour was very informative. The Georgia Queen boat tour was very enjoyable on a beautiful sunny day. Parking at the visitor's center was very easy. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the city.

We certainly did enjoy this tour. Captain Dan was our tour guide. This particular tour was exactly perfect for our family; my brother and myself and our 88 year old Mom. Captain Dan was witty and articulate and offered a wealth of information about the Historic District of Savannah...as well as nearby other areas of interest for dining, shopping, and sight seeing.

Took the 9:30 am Grey Line tour of Savannah. The guide provided lots of information about the city, but it was like a drive with an encyclopedia. He didn't engage the group which would have been more fun. We saw a lot of the city. Could have skipped the newer portion of which is still being renovated and stayed in the historic district as far as I was concerned.

Took the 1pm tour today 4/6. Sitting in the back. Driver doesn't give any explanations such as on the left or right , just "there" gave very little historical info. Was expecting more info on the history not just naming the buildings. Bought through Groupon.

Went on Dennis' Warmsloe/Bonaventure Cemetery Tour. We learned so much about the colonization of Georgia and the surrounding area. Wondering through a cemetery is always interesting as well. Lunch at the Driftaway Cafe was AWESOME....just the best day yet in Savannah! Highly recommend this tour.

I'm really torn between three and four here. I'll explain why. Negative: VERY VERY LITTLE information on any history dealing with people of color. It was mentioned once during the entire 90 minute tour on land. This is a huge cause of this review. Savannah is rich in history and a very important history. It was a let down to find very little out about civil rights during this tour. Positive: Our tour host was kind and funny. Pretty tour. A good view of the city. Sea: Was super fun and pretty. Bartenders are WICKED under staffed. Please just put water and cups at the bar so people don't have to wait in liine for water. The line is so slowwww. You'll miss a ton of the views/tour. Again missing much info on the civil war. Final note it's really a trick, sit on the "right" side of the boat, when you turn around you'll get to see a canon in action!

We took the open air tour today and it was AMAZING. Our driver/guide, Ben, knows everything about Savannah and it's history and he's funny as hell! He had us rolling. It was a great time and I'd definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a thorough rundown of Savannah's "must sees".

I've taken a couple Grey line tours in Savannah. Most recently was the Savannah for Morons tour. We met at the main office on Martin Luther King and were quickly checked in. The trolley was waiting for us. Our driver did a great job keeping up with the show. The trolley was super clean! They had COVID safety signs posted inside the trolley and required everyone to wear masks.

Sister Ros was so real, honest, and full of amazing historical information that moments in the tour we were all in tears! If I could give this 100 million stars, I would! • LadyTon 0 contributions 5.0 of 5 bubbles You’ll enjoy this. This tour covers the history we’d like to forget but you can’t. Sister Roz, Truth Teller really provided us with the history of the enslaved and the enslaver. You’ll walk away with a wealth of knowledge and a feeling of sadness. As she stated, we must not forget but preserve this history. You’ll be happy you attended and had the opportunity to hear the truth but also know we are a strong. A must see for everyone. • Texan-in-Solihull 0 contributions 3.0 of 5 bubbles Great Guide, smelly old bus Our tour today of Womsloe and Bonaventure would have been excellent, but was spoiled by the smelly, musty, dirty, decrepit mini-bus we were in all day. The driver (Albert) was extremely knowledgeable so it is a shame the vehicle was so awful. Also, we did the tour in reverse order for some reason so the cookie stop was eliminated. • judygK4219VR 0 contributions 5.0 of 5 bubbles History made fun We highly recommend this Greyline tour over the Old Savannah Tour which we did the day before. There was no comparison as our guide, Michelle was so knowledgeable and made the history of Savannah come alive in a most entertaining way. The boat part was OK and if you have not done a paddle boat worth a try. There was a narrator but the noise of other passengers not at all interested made hearing it almost impossible. • kimberlykH6877YB 0 contributions 5.0 of 5 bubbles Highly Recommend this Tour!!! We absolutely loved this tour! We did not have a car for our trip, so this tour gave us a wonderful way to get to Tybee Island and take in the highlights. Plus* we saw so much more as a rider, while hearing fun facts, than if we had been driving ourselves. Our guide, Stephanie was so knowledgeable and obviously loves her job. We were picked up from our motel and enjoyed so many fascinating details, as we rode the air conditioned bus out to Tybee Island. We had lunch at the Crab Shack. The food was great and we had plenty of time to eat. Then we went on to our boat ride and saw several dolphins. The boat staff were fun and friendly. We finished with a trip to the lighthouse. The lighthouse staff were genuinely proud of their lighthouse, sharing informative details, and very friendly. Read more Written April 19, 2024

Our tour guide, Dennis, picked us up right next to our hotel. Dennis was very informative and friendly. He knew everything about everything it seemed. Loved him! The Bonaventure Cemetery was one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever visited and the Live Oaks with the Spanish Moss was magnificent. The Wormsloe Plantation tour was actually a walking tour of the grounds vice the plantation itself but it was still pretty amazing. The stop for lunch at Low Country Restaurant was delicious and the final stop for cookies at Byrd’s Cookie Bakery was the perfect ending. Highly recommend this tour and very highly recommended Dennis as your guide! Read more Written April 17, 2024
