Amazing Jungle Safari Experience at Ranthambore National Park

We used Tour My India to visit Ranthambore National Park. Our contact person was Mr Naveen who was very thorough in answering my questions and providing information before and during our tour. Our driver to and from Jaipur was Mr Vikas. Driving in India can be a little wild, so we appreciated his safe driving. Our train out of Jaipur was later in the evening, so Mr Naveen arranged with Mr Vikas to take us to a restaurant for lunch and then be available to take us to the station. We appreciated this extra care attention to what we needed! Although we did not get to see any tigers, we did enjoy our visit to Ranthambore National Park!

South India is also known for its various handicrafts, such as the Aranmula Metal Mirror, Coir work, Palm leaf work, Seashell carving, and the fragrant Sandalwood carving. The region is also famous for creating the Urumi Whip Sword, a unique bladed weapon designed like a whip, known for its complexity and challenge in maneuvering. It originated in the states of Kerala and Tamil Nadu and is presently used in the native martial arts of Kalaripayattu. Tamil Nadu and Kerala also celebrate prominent harvest festivals of the region, Pongal and Onam, respectively, which showcase the cultural richness and traditions of the southern states.

Being the land of Dravidian architecture, South India boasts numerous historical temples and monuments, such as the iconic Hampi of the Vijayanagar Empire in present-day Karnataka, the revered Tirupati Balaji Temple, the magnificent Ramanathaswamy Rameshwaram Temple, Vithala Temple, Suchindram Temple, and the awe-inspiring Sri Ranganathaswamy Temple. The influence of being a colonial land is also visible in the regions of Puducherry and Andaman and Nicobar Islands, which display their own French and British architectural styles of buildings. Puducherry, having been a French colony for around 158 years, still retains French as one of the spoken languages in the union territory.

Though being part of the same country, the scripts of North and South India vary immensely. Their origins in the Brahmi language caused variations along the way, as the script travelled upward from the South. Different mediums used to write the script are attributed to this difference. For example, the rounded lettering of Southern languages is due to them being written on leaves, whereas the use of cloth and birch bark as mediums allowed for the angular lettering of the North to be written more effectively.

The states of Odisha, Jharkhand, and West Bengal in the eastern part of India are among the top five states with the highest coal reserves in the country. Home to the buildings of Nalanda Mahavira, East India is a marvel with elaborate and beautiful structures such as the Mahabodhi Temple Complex in Bihar, which is a prominent site of Buddhism, built during the reign of Emperor Ashoka of the Mauryan Empire. The Konark Sun Temple of Odisha is considered a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Dedicated to the Sun God Surya, the temple is built as a Chariot with twenty-four wheels led by horses. East India is also known for its popular classical dance known as Odissi, along with its folk dances of Jat-Jatin and Santhali. Jat-Jatin is performed by women in the Mithila region of Bihar during the monsoon season, whereas Santhali is performed by the Santhal tribes of Jharkhand. Also famous is the Chhau dance of West Bengal. It is an open-air dance/performance with its origin in martial arts and tribal traditions. It depicts instances from epics like the Mahabharata and the Ramayana. Talking about martial arts, Odisha has its own martial art known as Paika. Chhau uses movements from this art.

Paika is a very old form of martial arts and can be compared to the Kalaripayattu of Kerala and foreign martial arts like Wushu and Judo. Bihar in East India is known for its Madhubani wall paintings as well. Originated in Mithila, it dates back to the age of the Ramayana. The themes of the paintings vary but revolve around love and fertility and include deities, sun, moon, flora, and fauna, etc. Although it is a style of wall painting, these are now painted on various mediums. Another art form of this region of the country is the Patachitra art form, known for its bold lines and strokes, and painted on a scroll to present a story. The Batik art style of West Bengal is a unique one with its usage of dyes and wax to paint a picture.

North East is home to one of the most beautiful landscapes in the country, with its mighty mountains and quaint valleys sure to charm you. Manipuri of Manipur and Sattriya of Assam are the famous classical dances belonging to the region. Assam also has the folk dance of Bihu, performed during the harvest festival under the same name, by men and women while wearing the traditional clothing of the state. Bardo Chham of Arunachal Pradesh is a dance performance where dancers wear colorful masks and represent the result of performing good deeds over evil. Cheraw, more commonly known as the Bamboo Dance of Meghalaya, is a dance where the dancers dance in a rhythmic beat played by the bamboo placed in a criss-cross formation. The state of Manipur is the originator of the Thang Ta martial art form. It is a kind of martial art based on the usage of external weapons along with the internal practice of physical control. It is more than just fighting; it includes physical control and breathing methods. Some forms of Thang Ta are ritualistic in nature and are performed at special rites such as funerals.

The North eastern region is also well-known for its crafts made of bamboo, cane, and reeds. It is also known for weaving some of the finest silks, such as the Eri, Muga, and Pat silk types. Eri silk, made in Assam, is often called "Peace silk" because of the way it is produced. It is extracted from the cocoons of moths who have already emerged, unlike other methods where the cocoons containing the pupae are boiled. In this method, no insects are killed, hence the name "Peace silk." The North East also has some wonderful and historically prominent sites, such as the Urgelling Gompa in Arunachal Pradesh. This monastery is considered important for the followers of Buddhism since it is said to be the birthplace of the 6th Dalai Lama. Manipur's Kangla Fort is also of immense significance to the people of Manipur. Kangla used to be the state's capital, a major political and religious center, and is highly regarded by the Manipuris as a major landmark in their history. Next is the Water Palace or the Neer Mahal. It is a royal palace built by the Manikya Empire from Tripura.

It is situated in the middle of the Rudrasagar Lake and is a beautiful display of Hindu and Islamic architecture. Apart from these, truly marvelous to behold are the living root bridges of Meghalaya. These bridges are made by the indigenous people of the Khasi and Jaintia tribes over centuries, using the roots of trees. They make it possible for them to travel and are helpful during the monsoon season when most rivers overflow. Prominent living root bridges in Meghalaya are the Nongriat and the Cherrapunji root bridges. These bridges are a display of the harmony between nature and people. Another fascinating concept from the Northeast is the Nghah Lou Dawr. At a distance of 65 kilometers from Aizawl, the capital city of Mizoram, there are shops called Nghah Lou Dawr. These shops sell vegetables, fruits, and regional eatables. What makes these shops special is the absence of a shopkeeper! These shops do not have a shopkeeper but have prices listed and expect the customers to pay for whatever they buy honestly. These shops are need-based, as many of the owners are farmers who do not have help to run both the farm and the shop. Despite there being no surveillance, these shops work well due to the trust the farmers have in people.

Western India is home to a number of monuments and historical sites with a large tourist footfall as well, such as the Gateway of India, and the Ajanta and Ellora caves. The Ajanta sculptures are a UNESCO World Heritage Site contained in caves that depict Lord Buddha’s life and Buddhist deities. The Ellora caves are famous for the intricately built Kailasa Mandir, which is a tall temple carved out of a single rock, making it a truly magnificent structure. West India also contains one of the temples of the Char Dham, The Dwarkadhish Temple dedicated to Lord Krishna. It is a multi-storied temple and is considered to be thousands of years old. Apart from temples and caves, Daman and Diu have some of the most beautiful churches built by the Portuguese during their occupation of these towns. These include the St. Paul’s Church and The Bom Jesus Basilica.

India\'s Golden Triangle Tour

India's Golden Triangle

I took part in the Golden Triangle tour, as a solo female. Leave your preconceived ideas at home, you won't find them here. The trip took in some great locations and the accommodation was clean and comfortable. Be prepared for humidity, heat and organised chaos. Before choosing a group tour remember you will be with strangers, although you will make friends, and as such they don't want/need to know the intimate details of your life... there is such a thing as TMI! Please read the trip notes and be aware of customs, especially tipping and clothing... and remember that your behaviour choices impact/reflect on the other group members

The tour went vey well, most guides were able to give us information and answer any questions we had. The driver (Ramesh) was very good at keeping us updated on what was happening. He allowed us some flexibility which was very much appreciated. The first pickup at Delhi was slow, as we did not realize that driver would we outside the terminal, and we waited inside until I spoke with Deepak, we then alerted the second group. The accommodation was OK. As it is winter, if the bus had heating it would have been even better. Carl

The whole trip was an excellent experience apart from the Dune Desert Camp. Premium India in Depth Tour

Premium India in Depth

Intrepid Premium India in Depth (November 13 - 25) Mumbai - Delhi Excellent tour leader along with very good local informative guides. 3 changes in accommodation; Mumbai - Gordon House Hotel is excellent, well priced and only 1 street back from Gateway to India but the company changed to Fariyas Hotel, Mumbai which was been renovated as well as painted so very noisy, couldn't use the pool and scaffolding all around. Definitely not ideal. Our second night in Delhi was also cancelled at Jaypee Siddharth Hotel though privately booked and paid for months before the tour so had to find alternative accommodation while on the tour and they told the travel agents they were "closed for renovations" however the tour was booked and stayed there and no renovations were occuring. Hadoti Palace Hotel in Bundi looked nice and rooms were big but not clean especially the toilet and shower. Otherwise all hotels were very nice and rated accurately; cleaning the showers/washrooms would have helped with the mouldy smell but that is somewhat consistent in most countries. November is the start of wedding season in India which are very loud and noisy and have no time restrictions so be prepared for that if going at this time of year. Tour involves quite a number of days travelling in a bus/coach for 4 - 6 hours with a stop every 2 - 3 hours. Rest stops are OK at best with only snack food to purchase. Adjusting the departure time would have helped with timeframes as quite a few days we were getting lunch around 2 - 3 pm when hotel kitchens were closed. Definitely not enough free time for shopping on your own with organized evenings most nights or in a venue on the outside of towns. Toured the markets but they were only a walk through with the group and no time to stop and shop. Restaurants and food was amazing and no one was unwell on the trip. 2 days in Ranthambhore Park was too long and could have done in 1.5 days with more time in Agra. Overall a very good trip for myself and my father (aged 79).

What people love about India Tours

Taj Majal At Sunrise In Agra, India

Indian rupee

Capital City

Hindi, English

Good morning

Shubh prabhaat

Good evening

"I'll show you how to navigate the buzzing cities of India, and go beyond to find soul-stirring temples, beautiful mountains and irresistible food."

Travel Director

Navigate the busy streets of Old Delhi on a rickshaw ride

The nation's capital rings to the sounds of car horns, chai stalls and the chatter of its 29 million inhabitants. Shuffle into an open-air rickshaw and ride through the streets of the Old Delhi, admiring traditional Havelis and stopping for a famous mango or pomegranate frozen kulfi to cool off in the summer.

Gaze at the sun-kissed Taj Mahal in Agra

Take a journey to Agra and be stirred by the ultimate symbol of fairy-tale architecture. Inlaid with precious gemstones, this ivory marble palace was originally commissioned by an emperor as a tomb for his wife, standing as a symbol of love and opulence since 1653.

Spot tigers in Ranthambore National Park

Clamber into the back of an open-top safari car and spot leopards, marsh crocodiles, hyenas and Bengal tigers wandering their natural habitat. Sprawling over almost 300km 2 , the Ranthambore National Park is also home to a 10th-century fort, giant banyan trees and many lakes.

Experience royal Rajasthan

Enthralling cities interrupt the inhospitable desert in Rajasthan, India's largest state. Home to around 30 royal palaces including the floating lake palace of Udaipur and the iconic peach palace of Hawa Mahal, you will be swept up by the regal heritage found in this part of India.

Visit one of the Bollywood studios in Mumbai

Take a journey into the metropolis of Mumbai to uncover the prestigious culture of the Indian film industry. Without knowing a word of Hindi or a single Bollywood film, you will be captivated by this passionate industry. Be guided past the homes of megastars and catch a glimpse behind the scenes as the cameras roll.

Our top 5 things to do in India

Let Trafalgar guide your India vacation through a majestic tapestry of landmarks and experience. From the Taj Mahal to the tiger parks of Rajasthan, these are just some of the soul-stirring moments waiting when you travel with us.

National Museum

India vacation tours get under the skin of the country's culture with a trip to the National Museum of New Delhi. Roam the halls and take in elaborate jewellery, ancient manuscripts and traditional miniature paintings on cloth. From the prehistoric to the modern, this expansive Indian museum is a must-visit.

Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Vastu Sangrahalaya

The King Shivaji museum, or CSMVS, is a pride of Mumbai showcasing around 50,000 exhibitions within an impressive Indo-gothic building. After taking in archaeology, art and natural history, spend time in the tranquil, flower-filled gardens that contrast the bustle of Mumbai.

City Palace

Taking almost 400 years to be built, the City Palace of Udaipur is an architectural masterpiece beside Lake Pichola. Enter the museum section of the palace complex via the royal courtyard, allowing plenty of time to immerse in the artefacts of India's distant past.

Best museums in India

Step off the streets and find a moment of quiet in a spellbinding museum. Here are just a few of the places we will visit in India to peel back the many layers of culture.

A thin fried bread mentioned in 12th-century Sanskrit scriptures, paratha is part of India's cultural heritage. Try it stuffed with spinach, fenugreek and the cheese of paneer, or take it on its own for lapping up the leftover gravy from a delectable curry.

Varan Bhaat Diva

Popular along the sunny coastline of Goa, Varan Bhaat Diva is Indian comfort food of peas, beans, rice and many spices. Often given to those who are exhausted or sick, you will feel soothed by the warmth and turmeric in this family favorite.

Chicken cafreal

Inspired by the dishes brought from Portugal during colonial times, the herb coated chicken legs of cafreal will cement your infatuation with Indian cuisine. Shallow fried and often served with potato and wedges of citrus fruit, India tour packages aren't complete until cafreal is served.

Best food in India

Despite the many famous dishes that have journeyed far from the lands of India, this country still has culinary delights that will rouse your tastebuds. From warm bread to fragrant curries, we'll guide you through the secrets of this spicy land.

What to pack for India

People packing for a tour

A few good books

The Indian rail network chuffs for 65,000 kilometres around India. A geographically large company with relatively slow transport systems, a few books can keep you entertained between admiring scenery.

Light and modest clothing

Though India does get cooler than most expect, many parts of the year are intensely hot. Pack sheer, light clothing that covers you right to the ankles, wrists and neck so that you can respectfully visit religious sites without sweltering.

Medication for stomach upsets

Though our India group tours will see you largely protected from unsanitary food or water, it is still handy to keep a supply of medication on hand. Charcoal tablets can be taken daily as a preventive measure to ensure any nasties are quickly expelled from your system.

Water purification devices

The purification of water has come a long way in recent years. Make your way to a specialist travel shop to discuss bottles, gadgets and tablets that will ensure you stay hydrated without falling ill.

Wet wipes and hand sanitiser

True to its reputation, India can be a hot and messy place. Pack wet wipes and hand sanitiser to ensure you feel fresh when you're on the go.

India Tours & Holidays

A symphony of heritage & modernity, india is a delight for any globetrotter.

Home to more than 1.4 billion people fostering under the largest democracy on the earth, India represents a nation that has civilization as old as the very first ‘sense of existence’ a human had ever experienced or dreamt of. The country among the leading precursors of knowledge and learning had the earliest words of wisdom composed in Vedic Sanskrit text known to be as Vedas. The veracity and great assimilation power to transform all of its invaders and immerse them into her influence has sustained the oldest civilization to develop into a most versatile country that has 438 living languages and a great number of religions, faith and believes that co-exist with each other despite their differences with each one’s own sanctity, individuality and freedom.

However, a crowded nation, India with a very wider spectrum of culture, languages, flora and fauna, history, geography offers a collage of humanity, with an inevitable impression of satisfaction and fulfilment as trailed through a complete story of man from birth to nirvana. A blend of contemporary with traditional as represented by modern cities and an extensive rural landscape, India is a spot for a stirring and treasured journey. India is one of the most popular and most visited tourist destinations of the world which has touring options for all reason and every season.

People & Lifestyle

The land of diverse culture is a place that keeps mesmerizing people from all over. Each and every region of India has something unique to offer its customers coming from around the world. The people, their culture, customs, languages, appearances, complexions, etc, differ from one place to another and that difference is very much visible in its surroundings. The reason behind so much variance is its varied topography, which dramatically differs from place to place. The topography of India plays a major role in giving a distinct look to its every nook and corner, which is also found in the costumes and cuisine of its people. India’s Huge Malls & Urban Life also divided into various social subsections - that depends both on caste background and economic background. Both caste and financial background plays a significant role in making of the society in India. It wouldn't be surprising if you find both the riches and the under privileged people walking side by side on the same street and finding a palatial home and a slum on either side of the same road.

One can easily find the difference between the urban life style and the rural life style in India. On one hand where the urban people are too modern and westernized, on the other hand the rural people are too conservative and superstitious. Finding multiplexes and high-techbuildings with to-the-minute amenities is not a new thing in etropolises, while the small cities are not far behind in the process of development. In contrast to this, the villages are far behind in the development & modernising process. However, here lies the essence of India, as on your tour to India you will get everything of your choice, be it a high-tech ambience or a cool & easy going environment. At present, the cities of India are in the process of huge transformation, which is why you might not come across the real taste of India here, whereas, villages still carry the real image of India, where you can see, hear and taste the real India.

Altogether, the reasons could be innumerable and unimaginable, but Wildlife tours India will never resist from offering diverse sights, smells and sounds throughout your journey. Right from the northern Himalayas to the southern India Ocean, Western desert to extreme eastern tropical rain forests, India is just incredible. The diverse topograhy of India gives an immense opportunity to indulge in various types of activities, besides just sightseeing. The tourist can involve themselves in adventure sports tours, Ayurveda & Spa tours, Nature tours, Wildlife tours, and much more.

History of India

Witness one of the oldest river valley civilizations, the past of India dates back to ancient times as early as 3300 BC, where it was found existing in excavations of town and city system of Indus valley. A systematic drainage system and interiors of the home found at the excavations of Mohenjo-Daro and Harappa are evidence to much advanced society at that time similar to modern townships which were inhabited by Aryans who even pushed earlier settlers to down south; those even founded Dravidian culture in India.

The successive period of calm and prosperity runs till 8th century. During that period India saw birth and proliferation of Buddhism and Jainism under Mauryan and Gupta Empire. The period has also seen a great architectural construction across India as many great temples were made during that period. The invention of zero, game of chess and many astronomical inventions were made during that time. By reaching the 8th century, the period of calmness turned into turbulence when lured by wealth and massive natural resource the Turk invaders began plundering of its wealth and peace. In 1192, when a Turk invader Muhammad Ghori defeated a brave Indian Rajput ruler, Prithviraj Chauhan in the battle of Terrain and made his deputy Qutub Ud Din Aibek (the founder Qutub Minar) the in-charge of the Indian Territory, the period of medieval Indian history began. In the first battle of Panipat in 1526, the defeat of Ibrahim Lodi by the hands of Babar led to the foundation of Mughal Dynasty. The Dynasty further successively ruled by Humayun, Akbar, Jahagir and Shah Jahan paved the path for an era where art, culture and architecture flourished to a greater heights. This period saw the construction of some of the world renowned marvel of architectures in India including the Taj Mahal, Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Fatehpur Sikri, Agra Fort and others.

Modern period of Indian history begins with discovery of sea route to India by Vasco da Gama, a European explorer in 1498 and further conquest and colonization of India by British, French, Dutch and Portuguese companies. The India came completely under British subjugation in 1857, when first rebellion against Britain was crushed; however, India attained full freedom on 15th August, 1947. The period of British rule in India introduced the country with advance principal of sciences, new political system and democracy. After independence, India adopted democratic parliamentary system and is now administered by an elected government. At present, India is known to be as the fastest growing economy counted in BRIC nations and is among the 10 largest economies, GDP wise. India is also an IT (Information Technology) power house.

Dining in India

Counted among one of the best cuisines of the world, you will find Indian food to be hot and spicy. The savoury taste of Indian cuisines comes from the liberal use of various spices and green or red chillies powder. However, the use of spices in Indian cuisines varies from region to region. The food from Andhra is the most hot and spicy whereas you will find Gujarati cuisines to be gentle in taste. If you wish to taste Indian food, it is good to start with lesser spicy food. After some time you will get use to Indian spicy food.

Indian food is primarily divided into two parts owing to cereals grown there. North Indian food being bread based due to cultivation of wheat is consisted of primarily Punjabi and Mughlai food. Mughlai cuisines mostly non-vegetarian have Afghani, Arabic and Turkish preparation methods. Contrary to north Indian food, the cuisines of South India are rice based. A typical South Indian meal includes sambhar (a thick vegetable and lentil chowder) with rice, rasam (a thin, peppery soup), or avial (mixed vegetables) with rice, traditionally served on a banana leaf as a plate. Likewise, every region of India has something special to offer for your culinary desires.

This is my 2nd trip to India with Bout India within 12 months, which should prove that they are the most trustworthy and efficient travel agent if you ever want to explore the amazing country, India. What I love about Bout India is not only their professionalism but also their hospitality spirit and warm welcome to the country. ALL staff members are friendly and easy to communicate from the planning and the departure to your home country. They accommodated my 13 year old daughter and she is already talking about her next visit to India near future. Be open and....

Our first time with a tour service, and it did not disappoint. Wonderful driver, hotels, guides and tours. Amrish took us right to our door and our guide took us to the front of the line at each site. Learned amazing facts from our guides-Rao, Sandy, and Carney.

Graham & Jane Saxby

Our 32-day trip by Bout India was a fantastic holiday, everything we hoped for and more, the whole journey was seamless. The amazing itinerary, created specifically for my wife and I was managed daily by the tour organiser, which included English speaking great guides at all attractions and most importantly the fabulous drivers. Our journey through the South and North of India included wonderful Hotels and many other spectacular accommodation experiences, highlighting the majesty of India. We highly recommend Bout India to create your ideal Indian trip, to be as memorable as ours. We organised our trip from Australia directly....

Justin & Antoinette

I found Bout India through an internet search. Like anything unknown I was weary at first, but because of the immediate response I felt as though they were taking me seriously. Within days we had corresponded several times and had the basis of a tour. Himanshu was on hand at all times to help and advise - he was also not adverse to changing the programme, which happened several times. For 3 months we worked together to arrange our customised tour and when we arrived in India we were not disappointed. Everything that had been arranged - hotel reservations, flights,....

Cannot fault our trip-THANK YOU to all at Bout India. Akansha was our fabulous email trip organiser back and forth from Aus, and then the lovely Geet when in India. We had Sonu as our driver for 10days, he was fabulous. Parvin was out Dehli guide very knowledgeable, friendly great sense of humour. Must mention Anil as our guide in Agra, he took sensational photos of us at the Taj Mahal and is a v good guide. Mr Sharma guided us marvellously through the chaos of the Jaipur markets and Surya Paliwal was our guide for rest of Jaipur- he was....

Bout India gave us the most memorable and amazing holiday. The programme that was put together was diverse and fully comprehensive. Each and every city we visited offered something unique and exciting. We were so well cared for throughout our travels and we can't thank Bout India representatives enough for their care and little touches that added so much to this amazing holiday. Our travels over 16 days encompassed stays in Delhi, Agra, Ranthambore, Jaipur, Jodphur, Udaipur and Goa. Our driver Shankar - was always on time, and had fresh bottled water available daily. He took pride in his car....

We booked a custom 28 day trip through out India with Bout India. It was a wonderful trip! Great guides and drivers, wonderful hotels and restaurants! We were met at each airport by our guide and driven door to door to our destinations and hotels. We focused on UNESCO world heritage sites. One of our guides told us that we have seen more Hindu Temples than 99% of Hindu’s. I. Would strongly recommend Bout India especially if you want a custom trip organized to meet your needs.

Carol Cousins

We have just returned from an amazing private tour to Kerala and Mysore arranged by the team at Bout India Tours. After a wedding in Bangalore we wanted a fairly relaxed 9 days in the south but still get a good feel for the real India. Himanshu and our on the ground tour coordinator Chahat were fantastic. Communication was excellent and they were very responsive and flexible. We really felt we were in a safe pair of hands. The drivers and guides were friendly, professional and reliable. The guides were very knowledgable and happy to answer all our questions and....

WOW, where do I start?  Firstly from the first email from Himanshu Maru I knew I was dealing with a very professional company. All the places that I asked to visit were tailored exactly to our wishes. The hotels were very good, the beautiful summer palace in Jodhpur was spectacular. All the guides were very knowledgeable and pleasant. The drivers and vehicles were great. The drivers took care of us and gave us a feeling of comfort and security. The cars were always spotless, with good supplies of cold bottled water We had the most amazing 18 days and Loved....

Himanshu was always responsive to my e-mail requests for information or changes to the itinerary and set up a lovely trip that covered the sites I really wanted to see. He also checked in with me every day of the trip to ensure I was satisfied. The guides were very knowledgeable and the driver very considerate. It was a lovely trip.

Horst Felbeck

The experience we had with “bout.india” was outstanding! We have never been in India and initially relied completely on the travel suggestions from “bout.india”. The itinerary later changed a few times because we wanted to go to some different places as well as skip some of the suggested stops. The communications with Himanchu, one of the owners of the travel agency, were frequent and detailed. The company provided a very detailed itinerary including descriptions, pictures and advice. We always had a driver who picked us up in a recent Toyota SUV at the respective airports or train station, frequently waiting....

Mauro Corbellini

We had unparalleled service with Himanshu on our recent trip to India. The drivers and guides he used were marvelous. Our trip was customized to accommodate our every need and interest and Himanshu went over the top to provide personal touches during the trip. We would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him to friends. Fabulous trip!

Wendy Fichter

Bout India changed my perspective on travel in India. I had been once before and wasn't too thrilled but this time the company made the difference. From the moment the driver met me at the airport with flowers until the time I was dropped off several days later, everything was perfect. Each time I was picked up it was on time and the vehicles were spotless. The drivers were great. Adi was an excellent tour guide. She was sensitive to my needs and made sure that I enjoyed everything. She kept me informed via email until I arrived and then....

This review is long overdue. Vinny and Himanchu listened keenly to understand what we were looking for and then worked tirelessly to create an itinerary that was perfect for my family and I. Indeed we remember it as one of the best vacations we've taken. Our visit from Delhi to Leh to Nubra Valley to Agra to Jaipur and back to Delhi was carefully orchestrated with all the comforts and amenities that allowed for a 1st class travel excursion. We had local guides knowledgeable with the local attractions along the way and Himachu accompanied us on all the domestic travel....

Caitlin & David

My husband and I booked our first trip to India through Bout India Tours in March/April 2016 and had an amazing introduction to a country we had always dreamed of seeing. Rather than the typical tourist group experience with a busload of other people, we were accompanied during part of the journey with the wonderful founder of Bout India and spent the rest of it by ourselves with a private car and driver. Though we started out with a planned itinerary, they really customized our journey as they got to know us, resulting in an even more perfect trip. In....

In December 2018 I made a trip to India's golden triangle and two national parks. It was a custom-made private tour for two people. Himanshu was involved in the scheduling of this tour from the very beginning of this project. All his advice and recommendations were very helpful and allowed escaping many potential problems and pitfalls. As it was our first time in India we had a lot of worries, but Himanshu spoke with me many times by Skype and Whatsup, responded patiently to all questions, and made many very helpful recommendations. When arrived in New Delhi, we were met....

Amy Longhurst

We had a tour for 3 people at the 'comfort' level, and I can't imagine what additional service comes with the luxury level, because we were extremely comfortable. Himanshu and his team arranged beautiful hotels for us (including personalising according to our request of smaller hotels where we could get to know the staff), and everywhere we went we had local guides who really knew the monuments and had great pride in their city. We always had wonderful food (our favourite was when Himanshu took us on a street food tour of Jaipur), but were very well looked after and....

Megan Elizabeth Williams

Thank you so much to Himanshu and colleagues for the most wonderful trip. The attention to detail you offered was beyond outstanding. From the moment we landed in Delhi, we did not have to think about anything. Our driver, Amrish was absolutely fantastic and made us felt safe at all times. Your company called us every day to make sure we were happy and comfortable. We have never experienced such professionalism before. It has opened our eyes to the magic that is India. We cannot wait to come back and will recoomend Bout India to all our friends.Lee, Megan &....

We just had the most amazing trip to India thanks to Bout India. We had been to India several times before and usually book our trips on our own, but for this trip using a destination expert was the way to go. In Rajasthan for example, we were not considering a visit to Ranthambhore National Park. But Himanshu and Charlie recommended it along with other stops and it turned out to be highlights of our trip. Spotting a tiger in the wild is rare, but Bout India arranged 3 safaris for us and we got lucky! The drivers they arranged....

Bout India provides a wonderful and a very high level of service. From the route planning stage through its implementation on the ground, Himanshu and his staff were attentive, flexible, and fully aware of the customer satisfactory. Very recommended.

Ellen Lenny-Pessagno

My friend and I had an amazing time touring for 8 days in Kerala with BoutIndia’s Managing Director, Himanshu. He is a wonderful photographer and took most of the photos so that I could enjoy the sites, scenery and non-stop action. The trip was a good mix of fun activities and exploration with down time to sit on balconies and admire the green hills and waterways. Himanshu was quick to adapt the trip when we had suggestions, and he taught us a great deal about the country and culture. Our driver was excellent as well. I hope to travel to....

Raghda Zacharia

My trip was magical, usually I try to plan everything on my own. On this trip to India, boy so glad that I asked Himanshu to plan it. They listened to my needs and what I wish to do. Private drivers were a blessing especially when I took long drives as was important for me to discover and view the landscape. Every detail was taken care of and received daily check in on how things are going. They went so far to provide with a private telephone , Worry Free with amazing service. I am a bit bad with names,....

Liesbeth De Jong

We were a group of 5 friends. After many mails between Holland, Bali and India , Bout India tours made a nine days trip for us. A trip with many variations. Off course the highlights and also things like markets, nature and connections with Indian people. Bout India Tours was of great assistance for us. The guides ware adequate, our driver was safe and very kind.  We liked very much the flexibility of our trip.

Antonio Braga

From the planning stage to the execution of the trip everything went excellent. Himanshu and his team were very responsive and quickly replied to our emails. We had an excellent car and hotels during our family trip to India. Himanshu even escorted us during our travel, We felt very safe and enjoyed this beautiful country without any worry. Our driver was really good and the car was spotlessly clean. I highly recommend BoutIndia for tailor-made holidays to India. They are professional and will go the extra mile to please you. I wish them good luck.

Arnold Theuws

Very efficient and professional. In the beginning I had some doubts about the payments; we are living in the Netherlands, we were in contact with a travel company in India. Everything went very well. At the end of my holiday the local company paid several hotels for us which were only invoiced after the end of my trip. BOUT INDIA is very honest and reliable.

Micheal Symmons

The entire 9 day tour was a wonderful experience. Traveling alone, it was agreed that I would have a driver but no guide however Himanshu met me at the airport and spent 5 days with me before returning to Jaipur. He did everything possible to make me feel special. The driver, Nunu was a very careful and considerate driver who added to the feeling of well-being. Accommodation and meals were excellent throughout. I would recommend Bout India to anyone traveling to India.

I found Bout India through a Google search after a travel agency that I had worked with in the past never responded to my inquiries about planning a private trip to India for my family of 4. From the start, Nitesh at Bout India was responsive and timely to my inquiry, worked with me to tailor an itinerary to visit Delhi/Agra and Ladakh to my family's liking. We initially worked off of the Heavenly Himalayas itinerary but as we wanted to trek for a few days, Nitesh included a few days of the Sham Valley Trek and eliminated some other....

Paul Schofield

My wife and I took a tour of the Ladakh area of India. Himanshu was very attentive to our needs and arranged a great trip for us. The lodging was in general very nice. Our guide Tundup was extremely knowledgeable - I literally think he knew the answer to every question that I asked. My only suggestion is that this tour does involve a lot of time in a car, so plan your itinerary carefully. For example, it did not seem realistic in Nubra Valley to visit Diskit Monastery, the sand dunes, and Turtuk Village all in the same day.....

One of the most adventurous trips of my life. Well organized. Experienced guide. Overall trip is very memorable and close to each one of our hearts.

The trip as a whole gave us an impressive experience. The variety of sites we visited and the events in which we took part left us with exciting memories that we took home with us The transportation arrangements in the major cities and in the province of Rajasthan were convenient and satisfying, and it is also worth noting the excellent flight services of Jet Airways which we have used extensively. As a rule, we received courteous and knowledgeable guides who tried to adapt the tours to our needs as well. The trip can be summed up as a successful very....

Marc Vermylen

We had a great time in India and Nepal. We had a family holiday and visited the Ladakh region, Delhi, Agra, and Kathmandu. Everything was very well organized by Bout India. Himanshu accompanied us during the first week of our trip. He is professional, flexible, very responsive, a pleasant personality and genuinely aims at offering his clients a memorable stay in India, with success!

Suzanne Davies

Himanshu was amazing, he made contact at each place we stayed to ensure that we were comfortable. He was helpful, considerate and dependable. It was reassuring to know that we could contact him at any time and he would returned our calls promptly. There was a question of whether one of the flights would be canceled. He immediately got back to let us know that he would monitor the situation, keep us posted and send someone to collect us if necessary. We had the utmost confidence in him.

Karen Beutler

Himanshu and his team did a wonderful job. My mother wanted to visit India for the first time to celebrate her 90th birthday!! My mother, 2 of my friend’s and I engaged Himanshu to organise a private tour. Bout India Tours listened to my requests and incorporated all our needs into a 16 day wondrous adventure that gave my mother undeniable joy and happiness. Thanks everyone at Bout India

When is the best time to visit India?

The best time to visit India largely depends on the region you plan to explore, as the country experiences diverse climates and weather patterns. Here's a breakdown of the seasons and the ideal time to visit different parts of India:

Winter (October to February):

  • This is generally considered the peak tourist season in India, especially for popular destinations like Delhi, Agra, Rajasthan, and Kerala.
  • The weather is pleasant and mild, with temperatures ranging from 10°C to 25°C (50°F to 77°F) in most parts of the country.
  • It's an excellent time for cultural sightseeing, exploring historical monuments, and enjoying outdoor activities.

Summer (March to June):

  • Summers in India can be scorching, particularly in the central and northern regions. Temperatures often exceed 40°C (104°F) in places like Delhi, Rajasthan, and parts of South India.
  • Hill stations and higher altitude destinations, such as Shimla, Darjeeling, and the Himalayan region, provide relief from the heat and are popular summer retreats.
  • If you're planning to visit Ladakh or other high-altitude regions, this is the only time when roads are accessible due to the snowmelt.

Monsoon (June to September):

  • Monsoon season varies across different regions of India, with heavy rainfall and high humidity.
  • Coastal regions like Goa, Kerala, and parts of the Western Ghats receive heavy rainfall, which can hinder outdoor activities and beach visits.
  • However, this period showcases lush green landscapes, and it's a great time for nature enthusiasts, as many wildlife sanctuaries and national parks come alive with flora and fauna.

Shoulder Seasons:

  • The months of February, March, and September to November are considered shoulder seasons, as they transition between the peak tourist seasons.
  • During these months, you can often find more affordable prices, fewer crowds, and pleasant weather in many parts of the country.

It's important to note that India's vast size and geographic diversity result in variations in weather patterns. Before planning your trip, research the specific region(s) you intend to visit to ensure you choose the best time based on their specific climatic conditions.

Overall, the winter months of October to February are generally considered the best time to visit India for most regions, as the weather is pleasant and ideal for exploring the country's rich cultural heritage and popular attractions.

Do I require a visa for my visit to India?

Yes, most travellers visiting India will require a visa. The type of visa and the application process may vary depending on your nationality and the purpose of your visit. Here are some important details regarding the Indian visa requirements:

Tourist Visa: If you are planning to visit India for tourism, sightseeing, visiting friends or relatives, or participating in short-term courses or conferences, you will typically need to apply for a Tourist Visa (e-Visa or regular visa). The e-Visa is available for citizens of many countries and can be applied for online. The regular visa requires submitting an application at the Indian embassy or consulate in your home country.

Business Visa: If you are traveling to India for business-related purposes, such as meetings, conferences, or trade activities, you will need to apply for a Business Visa. This visa is also available as an e-Visa or a regular visa, depending on your nationality.

Other Types of Visas: India offers various types of visas for specific purposes, such as medical treatment, research, employment, or long-term stays. The application process and requirements for these visas may differ, and it is advisable to consult the nearest Indian embassy or consulate or visit the official website of the Indian Ministry of External Affairs for detailed information.

It is essential to check the specific visa requirements well in advance of your planned travel dates, as the application process can take time. Ensure that your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your intended stay in India.

Additionally, the e-Visa facility provides a streamlined and convenient process for many travellers, allowing them to apply online and receive an electronic visa via email. However, it is crucial to carefully read and follow the instructions and requirements provided by the Indian government's official e-Visa website.

Remember to plan and apply for your visa well in advance to avoid any last-minute complications and ensure a smooth and hassle-free entry into India.

What is the local currency in India, and can I use credit cards?

The local currency in India is the Indian Rupee (INR). It is advisable to carry some local currency for small purchases, local markets, and areas where cash is the preferred mode of payment.

Credit cards are widely accepted in major cities, upscale hotels, restaurants, and larger establishments. Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are the most commonly accepted cards. However, it's important to note that smaller establishments, local markets, and rural areas may prefer cash transactions.

To ensure a smooth experience when using credit cards, here are a few tips:

Inform your bank: Prior to your trip, inform your bank or credit card provider about your travel plans to India. This helps prevent any potential issues with your card being flagged for suspicious activity when used abroad.

Carry multiple payment options: It's advisable to carry a mix of payment options, including cash, credit cards, and a debit card. This provides flexibility in case a particular card is not accepted or encounters issues.

Keep cash for emergencies: While credit cards are widely accepted, it's wise to carry some cash for emergencies, smaller establishments, or remote areas where card payment may not be available.

Check for card acceptance: Before making a purchase, inquire whether credit cards are accepted. Look for signage indicating card acceptance, or ask the establishment directly to avoid any surprises.

ATM availability: ATMs are readily available in major cities and towns across India. They are a convenient way to withdraw cash in the local currency. However, be cautious when using ATMs in remote or unfamiliar areas and prioritise using ATMs located in secure and well-lit areas.

Remember to keep your credit cards and cash secure while traveling. Use ATMs located inside reputable banks or secure locations, and be cautious of card skimming devices.

It's always a good idea to carry some local currency for smaller transactions, tipping, and places where card payments may not be feasible. Be sure to exchange your currency at authorised currency exchange counters or banks to ensure fair rates and avoid counterfeit notes.

Lastly, keep track of your expenses and retain receipts for reference and potential reimbursement purposes.

Will I require any vaccination for my visit to India?

Yes, it is recommended to have certain vaccinations before traveling to India to protect yourself against common diseases. The specific vaccinations you may require depend on factors such as your current immunisation status, the duration of your stay, the areas you plan to visit, and your individual health condition. It is advisable to consult with a healthcare professional or travel health clinic at least 4-6 weeks before your trip to discuss your specific needs. They can provide personalised advice based on your medical history and the latest recommendations.

Here are some vaccinations commonly recommended for travellers to India:

Routine Vaccinations: Ensure that your routine vaccinations, such as measles-mumps-rubella (MMR), diphtheria-tetanus-pertussis (DTaP), polio, and seasonal influenza, are up to date.

Hepatitis A: Hepatitis A is a viral infection transmitted through contaminated food or water. It is recommended for all travellers to India, as there is a risk of exposure.

Typhoid: Typhoid fever can be contracted through contaminated food or water. Vaccination is recommended, particularly if you plan to explore rural areas or have a longer stay in India.

Hepatitis B: Hepatitis B is a viral infection transmitted through contact with infected blood or body fluids. Vaccination is recommended for travellers who may have close contact with the local population, require medical procedures, or engage in activities that may increase the risk of exposure.

Tetanus-Diphtheria-Pertussis (Tdap): If you haven't received a tetanus-diphtheria-pertussis booster in the past 10 years, it is advisable to get vaccinated before your trip.

Polio: Polio is still endemic in some parts of India. Ensure you have received a polio vaccine as per your country's guidelines.

Japanese Encephalitis: This vaccine is recommended for travellers planning to spend a month or longer in rural areas of India, particularly during the monsoon season, when the risk of mosquito-borne diseases is higher.

Rabies: If you plan to spend significant time outdoors, work with animals, or will be in remote areas where medical help may not be readily available, you may consider a pre-exposure rabies vaccination.

It is important to note that these are general recommendations, and your healthcare provider will assess your specific needs based on various factors. They may also provide advice on other health considerations such as malaria prophylaxis, traveler's diarrhea prevention, and general health and safety measures during your trip to India.

Is India a safe destination to visit?

India is generally a safe destination for tourists, but like any other country, it's important to exercise caution and be aware of certain factors to ensure a safe and enjoyable trip. Here are some tips to help you stay safe while visiting India:

Research and plan: Before your trip, research the areas you plan to visit and familiarise yourself with local customs, laws, and cultural norms. Be aware of any travel advisories or warnings issued by your government or relevant authorities.

Stay vigilant: While India is generally safe, it's advisable to stay alert, especially in crowded places, tourist areas, and public transportation. Be cautious of your belongings and avoid displaying wealth or valuable items that may attract unwanted attention.

Dress modestly: Respect the local culture by dressing modestly, particularly when visiting religious sites. Cover your shoulders, avoid wearing revealing clothing, and remove your shoes when required.

Transportation safety: Use licensed and reputable transportation services. When using taxis or rickshaws, negotiate fares beforehand or use metered taxis. If using public transportation, keep an eye on your belongings and be cautious of pickpockets.

Be aware of common scams and avoid sharing personal information or engaging in financial transactions with unknown individuals.

Food and water safety: Drink bottled water and avoid consuming raw or uncooked food from street vendors unless you are confident in its hygiene and quality. Opt for hot, freshly cooked meals from reputable establishments.

Health precautions: Take necessary health precautions, such as getting required vaccinations, using insect repellent to prevent mosquito bites, and following proper food and water hygiene practices. Carry necessary medications and travel insurance that covers medical expenses.

Solo travel: If you are traveling solo, inform someone about your whereabouts and itinerary. Use reliable transportation options, stay in well-reviewed accommodations, and avoid traveling alone at night, especially in unfamiliar areas.

Respect local customs: Respect local customs, traditions, and religious practices. Seek guidance and observe appropriate behaviuor when visiting religious sites or participating in cultural events.

Use common sense: Trust your instincts and use common sense throughout your trip. If something feels unsafe or uncomfortable, remove yourself from the situation.

Is India a good destination for a solo traveller?

India can be a rewarding destination for solo travelers, offering unique experiences and opportunities for personal growth. However, it's important to note that traveling solo in India requires some extra preparation and awareness. Here are some factors to consider when deciding if India is the right destination for your solo adventure:

Diversity of Experiences: India is a vast and diverse country with a rich cultural heritage, breathtaking landscapes, and a wide range of experiences. Whether you're exploring historical sites, immersing yourself in spirituality, or indulging in diverse cuisines, India has something to offer every solo traveler.

Warm Hospitality: Indian people are known for their warmth, hospitality, and curiosity towards visitors. You're likely to encounter friendly locals who are willing to help and engage in conversations. This can make your solo journey more enjoyable and provide opportunities to connect with the local culture.

Safety Precautions: While India is generally safe for solo travelers, it's important to take precautions to ensure your safety. Research your destinations, stay in well-reviewed accommodations, and use reputable transportation services. Avoid walking alone in isolated areas at night and be cautious of your belongings in crowded places.

Cultural Sensitivity: India has diverse cultural norms and traditions. It's important to respect and understand local customs, dress modestly, and be mindful of your behavior, particularly when visiting religious sites or rural areas. Being culturally sensitive can help you have a more immersive and respectful experience.

Transportation and Logistics: India has a well-connected transportation system, including trains, buses, and domestic flights, making it relatively easy to navigate the country as a solo traveler. However, it's advisable to plan your routes in advance, book transportation tickets in advance whenever possible, and have a general understanding of the local transportation system.

Community and Group Experiences: If you're seeking social interactions and want to meet fellow travelers, India offers opportunities for joining group tours, volunteering, or participating in yoga and meditation retreats. These can provide a sense of community and companionship during your solo journey.

Trusting Your Intuition: As a solo traveler, it's important to trust your instincts and make informed decisions. If something feels uncomfortable or unsafe, remove yourself from the situation and seek help or guidance from trusted sources.

Ultimately, whether India is a good destination for a solo traveler depends on your personal preferences, comfort level, and travel experience. It can be an enriching and transformative experience, but it's essential to plan, prepare, and maintain a level of vigilance to ensure a safe and enjoyable trip.

Can I drink the tap water in India?

No, it is generally not advisable to drink tap water in India. The tap water in most parts of India is not considered safe for drinking due to the presence of bacteria, parasites, and other contaminants that can cause waterborne diseases. To stay healthy and avoid any potential illnesses, it is recommended to drink bottled water or use water purification methods.

When in India, opt for sealed bottled water from reliable brands that can be easily found in grocery stores, hotels, and restaurants. Make sure the seal is intact before consuming the water. Additionally, you can use water purification methods such as boiling, using water purifying tablets, or using water filters to make tap water safe for drinking.

It's also important to be cautious about consuming beverages or ice that may be made with tap water, such as juices, lassi (yogurt-based drink), and iced drinks. It is advisable to choose drinks made with bottled water or boiled water to avoid any potential risks.

Remember to also use bottled or purified water for brushing your teeth and washing fruits and vegetables. Avoid swallowing water while showering or bathing as a precaution.

By taking these precautions and being mindful of the water you consume, you can reduce the risk of waterborne illnesses and have a safe and enjoyable trip to India.

Are there any cultural norms in India I should follow?

Yes, India has a rich cultural heritage and diverse traditions, and it's important to respect and follow certain cultural norms during your visit. Here are some key cultural norms to keep in mind:

Dress Modestly: India is a conservative country, particularly in rural areas and religious sites. It is recommended to dress modestly, covering your shoulders, chest, and knees, especially when visiting temples, mosques, and other places of worship. This shows respect for the local customs and helps you avoid unwanted attention.

Removing Shoes: When entering places of worship, homes, or certain establishments, it is customary to remove your shoes. Look for signs or follow the lead of others to determine if you should remove your footwear.

Greetings and Respect: Indians place a strong emphasis on respect and courtesy. When meeting locals, a traditional greeting is "Namaste" with folded hands. It's polite to use respectful language and address people by their titles (such as "sir" or "madam") until given permission to use their first name.

Public Displays of Affection: While showing affection between couples is accepted in some urban areas, it's generally more conservative in smaller towns and rural areas. It's advisable to be mindful and avoid excessive displays of affection in public to respect local customs.

Etiquette in Temples: When visiting temples, mosques, or other religious sites, be respectful of the sacred space. Dress appropriately, remove your shoes, and follow any specific guidelines or rituals. Seek permission before taking photographs, and avoid touching or disrespecting religious idols or artifacts.

Dining Etiquette: When eating with your hands, which is common in certain regions and for certain dishes, use your right hand as the left hand is traditionally considered unclean. Wash your hands before and after meals. It's customary to accept food or drinks with your right hand, as the left hand is traditionally considered impure.

Religious Sensitivity: India is a multicultural and multi-religious country. Respect the beliefs and practices of different religions and be mindful of local customs and rituals. Seek permission before taking photographs or participating in religious ceremonies.

Personal Space: India can be crowded and bustling, especially in urban areas. While personal space may be different from what you are accustomed to, it's important to respect others' personal boundaries and be mindful of personal space when interacting with locals.

Photography Etiquette: Always seek permission before taking photographs of people, particularly in rural areas or when photographing religious ceremonies. Respect any signs or restrictions on photography in certain locations.

Left Hand and Feet: In Indian culture, the left hand is traditionally associated with hygiene purposes and is considered unclean. Avoid using your left hand for giving or receiving items, particularly food. Similarly, avoid pointing the soles of your feet at others, as it is considered disrespectful.

By being aware of and respecting these cultural norms, you can have a more immersive and respectful experience while visiting India and foster positive interactions with the local people.

How does the rooming work on tours?

Small group tours in India typically involve a set itinerary where you travel with a group of fellow travellers and a tour leader/guide. Accommodation arrangements  vary depending on the specific tour you choose. Here are some common aspects of rooming arrangements on small group tours:

Shared Rooms: In order to promote camaraderie and facilitate interaction among group members, most tours arrange shared accommodation. This means you will be paired with another member of the same gender from the group to share a room. Roommates may sometimes change periodically throughout the tour.

Single Supplement: If you prefer to have your own room and privacy, you may have the option to pay a single supplement fee. This additional fee allows you to have your own room for the duration of the tour. However, please note that single supplements can vary in cost and availability.

Roommate Matching: Tour operators usually offer roommate matching services, where they try to pair you with a suitable roommate based on your preferences, such as age range. This can help ensure compatibility and a more enjoyable experience for all participants.

Rooming Preferences: When booking your small group tour, it's important to communicate your rooming preferences to the tour operator. If you have specific requirements or preferences, such as sharing with a friend or a specific roommate request, it's advisable to inform the tour operator during the booking process.

It's important to carefully read the tour details and inclusions provided by the tour operator to understand their specific rooming policies. If having your own room is a priority, make sure to inquire about the availability of single supplements and any associated costs before booking your tour.

Keep in mind that while sharing a room with a fellow traveller can be a great way to meet new people and build connections, having your own room provides more privacy and flexibility. Consider your preferences and the dynamics of the tour when deciding whether to opt for a shared room or pay for a single supplement.

Remember to communicate your needs and preferences clearly with the tour operator during the booking process to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable accommodation experience on your small group tour in India.
