Alanya Jeep Safari Tour Program

A 4 x 4 Land Rover Safari jeep will pick you up from your hotel between 08:20 am – 09:00 am, and the adventure will begin. You will travel with a convoy of jeeps and have a tour guide and chauffeur in your vehicle. The professional guide will give you information about the sights throughout the day. 

Water Battles

You have an opportunity to make a water battle in your jeep. At the start of your tour, you can choose to join the water battles or not and hop into a jeep accordingly. If you would like to attend the fun, bottles filled with water will be ready under your seat.

Taurus Mountains

When you take the road, you will pass through pine forests at the foothills of the Taurus Mountains, which are over 1500 metres. During your ascent, you will leave the city behind and be amazed by nature’s stunning views. The road will be more colourful and aromatic after this ascent as you travel through the orange, lemon and banana plantations. While you satisfy your visual and aromatic senses, you will fill with adrenalin, laughter, and dust. 

Traditional Villages

After 30 – 45 minutes of driving, you will reach Sarılar Village. You will have a chance to visit traditional country houses, mosques, and historical bridges and experience that village’s local life. You can observe Green Canyon during this stage or enjoy the scene overlooking Green Lake.

The next stop will be a village restaurant named Eser for a freshly cooked lunch. The lunch menu includes chicken or fish, bulgur pilaf, pasta and salad. Drinks are extra.

Boat Tour & Waterfall Visitation

If you want to get much more joy from your tour, you can join the Green Canyon boat trip. It takes 1.30 – 2 hours. During the boat trip, you can cool off on swimming breaks. After this trip, you will return to Sarılar Village. Another option to get joy from your tour is to see the breathtaking Manavgat Waterfall. The entrance price is only 1 Euro.

Your tour will end at 15.30. However, if you prefer to see Manavgat Waterfall, it will end at 16.30.

You Should Know

• Jeeps are for 10-11 people.
• No seats are provided to children between 0-6 years old. They can travel on their parent’s lap. If you would like to get a seperate seat, you can book a child instead of infant in the booking form.
• Tour guides speak English, German and Russian.
• This tour is not suitable for guests with physical difficulties and pregnancy.
• Tour goes out every day throughout the summer months. On request, numbers and weather permitting, it goes out throughout winter.  
• All drivers are professionally qualified with many years of experience. The jeeps are fully insured.

Music in the jeeps , water fights between all the jeeps , off roading , sights and massive massive fun . Can’t recommend Spazz tours enough . Our driver ( can’t remember his name ) was amazing , very friendly , couldn’t do enough for us and made the day even more enjoyable . A comfortable bus will pick you up from your hotel and bring you to the meeting point – the center of Alanya, from where your jeeps will start an exciting journey. The road leads to the mountains, where as you climb, you have a beautiful view of the region and its picturesque nature. Along the way you will have viewing platforms where you can stop and capture unforgettable photos and videos. Then stop at the Dim Chai River, where you can swim or have a glass of tea at a riverside cafe.

Fishing enthusiasts are provided with a fishing rod and you can fish in the local river, which is full of trout. Then go to the ancient Dim cave, near which there is also a panoramic platform with a beautiful view of the mountains and a cozy restaurant with a beautiful panorama. Along the mountain serpent you will get to Mount Jebi Reis, where the ancient Dim Cave is located at an altitude of 1649 meters above sea level. It is one of the largest caves in Europe and the second longest in Turkey. You will be amazed by the more than a million years old stalactites, stalagmites and travertines! The total length of the cave is 410 m. It has two branches. The first is as big as Damlatas Cave, the second is 360 meters tall and ends with a large 200 m² hall with a blue lake. The walls are covered with molten stone. Subdued lighting gives the cave a more mystical atmosphere. A visit to the Dim Cave seems to immerse you in antiquity, when mankind didn’t even exist!

You have 45 minutes here. Public toilets, a shop and a cozy restaurant with a beautiful panorama are located near the cave. There is also an observation deck where you can take beautiful photos against the backdrop of the Taurus Mountains and a deep green gorge.

You can swim in the river or pool, ride the water slides and go fishing. There are many trout in the Dim Chai River. Each restaurant has a sign saying “Catch and eat”.
