But I was lucky enough to have John as my instructor, who was absolutely amazing! Kindness and calmness radiates off of him and he was so patient and understanding through the whole process and I honestly do feel I wouldn’t have been able to get myself over that ledge if it wasn’t for John. I also had a young person who I was with who was very scared and didn’t end up going through with it and he was so lovely and reassured them that it was okay and not to be disappointed. I'm a plus size woman and read the small print about size and weight restriction and was just in the guidelines but still felt nervous that I was going to be fat shamed and embarrassed in front of people when the harness was fitted. I didn't need to worry as the staff were amazing and so understanding. I was terrified once I got into the roof but again the staff were incredible at easing my nerves, they were so patient and funny and gave me facts and stats that helped me take the plunge. Once I was hanging off the top it was time for me to step back and I was absolutely terrified but again the guys were fantastic and talked me through it. Touching the club badge on the way down was so cool and the pictures you get are brilliant. Not going to lie I was very happy to be back on the ground and was still shaking 20 minutes later but the buzz of adrenaline for completing it will last for a very long time. I went alone and didn't have anyone grab pics of me with the crest but they were able to make it happen! Lovely view at the 3pm one with the sun setting and their instructions were clear. The whole experience was a little long as everyone took turns to descend (about an hour) and I didn't know the UK closes at 4pm on Sundays and missed out on the store. What a great day! From the guy on the gate when we parked, and all of the people showed us around. First-class meal, we could not have been treated any better. Phil Neal and Dave Johnson were very welcoming and entertaining with some great memories. A must for die hard red fans, you will not be disappointed.

Been on the LFC Stadium many times. Totally brilliant. Whenever we are in Liverpool has to be done.

The best experience, with my favourite player Jimmy Case.. a pure legend! It was brilliant and we had loads of photos taken. Walking down the tunnel touching the This Is Anfield sign gave me the chills!
