Our performance long-travel kit for the 2007-2018 Chevy/GMC 1500’s is finally available. We spent a considerable amount of time dialing this kit in and getting the FOX shocks fine tuned for everyday driving and aggressive off-road use. This kit fits both 2wd and 4wd models and has multiple shock options to fit your budget and needs. The kit is designed around using bolt-in OEM style coilovers so if you already have some, no need to purchase new shocks. Since we’re widening the track trackwidth 2.5″ per side, you will need fiberglass front fenders for the added tire clearance and coverage.

Looking to run bypass shocks with this kit? We have a pre-fabbed weld-on mount that is setup for a 2.5-3.0 bypass shock that is a custom tube layout to maximize performance and fitment.

Note: most factory wheels will not clear the upper arm and will require a wheel spacer. We highly recommend aftermarket wheels with a zero offset with all our Chevy kits for optimum performance and fit.

Stage 4 Front Long Travel Kit (Extended Width)

This Stage 4 kit for the front of your Bronco or F150 will lift the vehicle 3-5” with new radius arms and King coil over shocks. This kit will widen the front track width 9″ total and includes custom inner axle shafts.

Note: Price includes $500 core charge for beams. King 3.0 IBP  and Billet Radius Arm upgrade pictured.

Additional information.

Our Stage 4 Extended Width long travel kit provides 18” of wheel travel and will clear a 35 or 37” tire. We extend the beams 4.5″ on each side and modify them to correct camber angles. Plating and uniballs are then installed for reinforcement and provide better articulation as the beam cycles through its travel. A mild drop pitman arm is provided to correct any extreme steering angles with the increase in ride height. Choose to included King’s 2.5×12” coil over shocks that provide superior dampening with our spec’d valving and bolt into place using our Bronco front shock hoop with engine crossover. Also included are new alignment cams, our stainless steel extended brake line kit, and limit straps. Every kit comes standard with our bestselling High Clearance radius arms and Tube Engine Cross Over, however option to upgrade to our new Billet Aluminum radius arms and engine cross over is now available. Upgrading coil overs to internal bypass with compression adjusters or 3.0 diameter shock also available.

Note: Professional install is highly recommended to ensure optimum performance and safety. This kit requires fiberglass fenders and welding to install shock hoop/engine crossover. All vehicles require alignment after lift install. Beam core charge of $500 is included in price. If you supply us with a core in good condition we are happy to issue a refund for the core charge.

The True Travel Dynamics long travel kit for 4WD Rangers, Explorers and Sport Tracs is built tough to handle all types of off-road terrain. Our kit eliminates the factory torsion bars and utilizes a 2.5″ x 8″ coil-over shock and 2.5″ x 8″ bypass shock (not included with the kit) giving you more control over dampening and a far better ride. Since our kit is wider than stock you’ll also need longer axles. Our axle set utilizes custom made CV adaptors to be able to use a 930 CV joint on the inner side to give you more articulation which translates into more wheel travel.

If you want 16″ of wheel travel with 4WD, more strength and a better ride then our Ranger 4.5+ 4WD kit is exactly what you need.

The Dirt King Fabrication long travel kit for the 2015-2020 Ford F-150 was developed to drastically improve the Ford F-150's off-road handling without compromising its day to day driving characteristics.

This suspension system allows for 13” of travel and accepts up to a 37” tire. The kit is compatible with 2WD models and 4WD models along with the purchase of extended axle shafts. Our upper and lower arms are designed with 1” stainless steel uniballs for the outer pivots instead of ball joints for strength and increased articulation. The suspension system allows for bypass shocks to be added or can adapt to the factory sway bar. This kit is CAD designed, thoroughly tested, and 100% made in America.

FIBERGLASS SHIPPING POLICY: Our shipping department takes the same time and effort in packaging your products as our engineers do in designing them. However, damage can still occur in shipping. Most of these damaged items can be easily repaired during install and or in paint prep. If this is not the case, the buyer must inspect the packaging and the products carefully upon receiving them, then accept the shipment and if need be, notate any damages and irregularities, such as crushed, torn, punctured, or broken parts on both the packaging and the product, on the freight bill or receipt at the driver’s presence. A signed receipt without any notation releases the carrier as well as SDHQ from any further damage claim. Discovery of damages after a clear delivery becomes the responsibility of the customer. The buyer must notify SDHQ of any damages within 24 hours. In cases of damage with proper notion on receipt, the carrier will determine whether to pay for the repair cost or replacement value of the damaged goods after damage inspection. Replacement value is the amount the buyer paid to SDHQ and is not negotiable. All disputes about the settlement amount shall be addressed with the carrier. SDHQ, under no circumstances, shall be liable for the damaged product or for subsequent settlement of the claim with the carrier.

POWDER COATED ROCK SLIDERS SHIPPING POLICY: While we pack with care, we advise against shipping powder-coated sliders due to the risk of scuffs/scratches during transit. Any shipping-related damage isn't covered by SDHQ.

GOOSE GEAR SHIPPING POLICY: All Goose Gear products are made-to-order. Once your order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. By checking this box, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Thank you for understanding the unique nature of our custom manufacturing process.

RETURNS: Some items may be eligible to be returned if returned as new within 30 days of shipping, with a 20% re-stocking fee. If eligible for return, the return amount will be for store credit. There are NO returns after 30 days from the date of receipt. Freight is nonrefundable. Refunds will be given on parts only and exclude labor or installation charges, shipping, or any other charges. Long travel 4x4

Does 4x4 really matter that much when talking about long travel? Can 4x4 trucks perform the same? And will it matter in the long run? I really want to ask the question with spindles and if they are going be a problem because I heard that you can’t run fabricates spindles with 4x4. Just wanted to know before I pass the point of no return with my Tacoma haha Thanks!

4x4 just makes things more expensive - you can't run fabricated lift spindles but there are 4x4 kits with fabricated spindles.

All depends on what you want the truck to do. If you're in low traction situations often 4x4 is a game changer. If you’re on flat terrain and mostly using momentum to compensate it becomes redundant. Solomotorsports has one of the leading 4x4 kits for 1st and 2nd gens. They’re boasting something like 18” of 4w4 wheel travel using their custom axles.

I've purchased and am awaiting install on on a Solo Motorsports XLT kit on my 3rd gen OR 4X4. As @Clay_916 mentioned, the kit came with their fabricated lift spindles and custom axles. If you have IG check out my build. @thatblackyota

Yeah they may have made that one for a guy with an engine cage and just not added bump pads on the LCAs or hadn't added them yet like you said.

The bump pads are on top of the uca you may still need to reinforce them if your hammering on the truck.

JD FABRICATION'S 86 to 95 TOYOTA IFS KIT - LONG TRAVEL SYSTEM

Though not as common as they once were, there’s still a lot to like about Toyota’s ’86-to-’95 4x4 IFS mini trucks. With fully boxed frame rails, excellent visibility, decent fuel economy, a stout steering box, and compact dimensions that fit well on most trails, these Toyota trucks (and corresponding 4Runners) make great all-around vehicles.

JD Fabrication introduced its long-travel IFS 4x4 kit several years ago, but has continued to refine and upgrade it ever since. Custom upper and lower control arms are 3 inches wider than stock per side. The JD long-travel kit provides 13 inches of wheel travel and uses stock T-100 IFS axleshafts to retain functional four-wheel drive.

Installing the JD long-travel Toyota system is straightforward, but requires cutting, drilling, and welding in addition to wrenching.

Long Travel Kit

 Description

The Dirt King long travel kit was developed to drastically improve the vehicles off-road handling without compromising its day to day driving characteristics. This suspension system allows for 13.5” of travel and accepts up to a 37” tire. The kit is compatible with 2WD models and 4WD models along with the purchase of extended axle shafts. Our upper and lower arms are designed with 1” stainless steel uniballs for the outer pivots instead of ball joints for strength and increased articulation. This kit is the first of its kind, it’s a complete bolt on application with no cutting or welding to the frame on 4WD models. The suspension system was originally developed for Ram Trucks new concept vehicle, the Ram Rebel TRX which was released in mid-2016. After its amazing performance we decided to put the kit in production and make it available to the public!

Shipping & Delivery Dirt King ships their products within the United States and Internationally. Most products ship via UPS or USPS. Orders that exceed $500 require a signature confirmation. On bulk orders contact Dirt King for a freight quote. The customer is responsible for import taxes and fees on international shipments.

Damaged or Missing Parts In an instance where you receive a damaged package a claim must be made with Dirt King. The claim can be submitted by sending an email to [email protected] containing photos of the damaged packages and damaged products. The email must also include your order number as well. Do not discard any of the original packaging or try installing the products.

While every precaution is taken there could be a case where you are missing parts. If this happens please send an email to [email protected] with your order number, list of missing parts, photo of the package or packages, and a photo of the quality control tag located on the back of the box.

If the shipping carrier losses your package please contact Dirt King. A claim will be filled with the shipping carrier. Unfortunately, we do not have much control over this situation and must wait for the carrier to process the claim.

Freight Shipping The customer must contact Dirt King to arrange for freight shipping. Dirt King will palletize the order and the customer can deal directly with the freight carrier if preferred. The shipment can be delivered to a home or business. The customer must be present for the delivery to inspect and sign for the package. Before signing confirm that you received all items listed on the packing slip and nothing is damaged. If you receive damaged parts or are missing parts leave a note on the bill of landing and sign it. Make sure the driver is aware of the situation and signs your copy of the bill of landing with the noted damages or missing parts. Once you have taken possession of the package file a claim with Dirt King by sending an email to [email protected]. Please include your order number, copy of your bill of landing, and photos of the damaged items or list of missing parts. Do not discard any of the original packaging or try installing the products. Dirt King will do everything possible to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

• Returns are only accepted within 30 days.
• Product must have been purchased from us and not a dealer.
• A 3% processing fee is deducted from all refunds.
• On shipped orders   a 7% restocking fee and a  3% processing fee is deducted from all refunds.
• Products such as bumpers, hitches, and bed cages that have optional powder coat added are subject to a 7% restocking fee and a 3% processing fee. If the order is canceled before the product is powder coated then the 7% restocking fee can be waived.
• On shipped orders we are not responsible for return shipping or refunding the original shipping amount.
• Parts must be returned in the original package and condition as they were sent.
• No returns on items that have been damaged or installed.
• Refund will be issued once the parts have been received and inspected.
• Custom products are non refundable.
• Crypto orders will be refunded the same coin amount that was paid originally.

Customer assumes all liability in assuring that parts are installed correctly and maintained.
