Products that become faulty within the first 30 days may be refunded in full once inspected and will be collected at our expense via DPD.

One of the best golfers on the planet, Spanish superstar Jon Rahm sent shock waves through the golf world when he made a blockbuster move to LIV Golf at the end of 2023. In some cases when players have made that switch they have seen their equipment deals cancelled, but Rahm is still very much the jewel in the Callaway crown.

The 2023 Masters Champion has a full bag of Callaway clubs as well as an Odyssey putter , and also plays a Callaway golf ball . Let’s take a look at what’s inside the bag of the European Ryder Cup hero from the Basque Country.

What Driver Does Jon Rahm Use?

Rahm opened up the 2024 LIV Golf season using the Callaway Paradym Ai Smoke Triple Diamond Driver  (10.5-degree) which replaces the standard Paradym Triple Diamond he used to great effect last year. Rahm’s driver shaft of choice is an Aldila Tour Green ATX 75 2.8 TX, which he sticks with even when he switches to a newer model of head.

“It definitely makes things easier when we’re doing a driver fitting with Jon,” said Jacob Davidson, Callaway’s PGA Tour Manager told Golf.com. “Your first goal is to eliminate variables. If you have too many variables, it can make things difficult to figure out. For Rahm, he’s not changing that [Aldila] shaft. He knows that shaft and has played great with that shaft. He’s made that clear that he doesn’t want to change.”

The Triple Diamond model is the lowest spinning of the three Paradym heads and Rahm's driver is setup for high launch and low spin. 

The Paradym Ai Smoke Triple Diamond really impressed us in testing with its looks, sound and feel, while the ball data is exactly what we look for in this low spin category too. How much things have moved on from the original Paradym Triple Diamond is debatable, but did it really need to? There have been some aesthetic improvements and a slight tweak to the face technology which make this one of the best drivers for 2024 .

What Fairway Woods Does Jon Rahm Use?

Much like he has done with driver, Rahm has upgraded his Paradym Triple Diamond T three wood to the new 2024 Paradym Ai Smoke Triple Diamond T HL version which has 16 degrees of loft. He also carries a Paradym Ai Smoke Triple Diamond T five wood (18 degrees) while shaft wise he uses two different models. His three-wood has the same Aldila Tour Green shaft as his driver, albeit it is the 85TX specification with 43.25 inches of length. Then his five-wood is a black Graphite Design Tour AD-DI shaft with 42 inches.

While Rahm uses a Tour version which is not available for retail, in our testing we found the standard Callaway Paradym Ai Smoke Triple Diamond to be a powerful option for those looking for a fairway wood to combine as a driver replacement. It offers low launch, low spin and plenty of distance. If you've got the speed and strike consistency to get it airborne, it will provide the wow factor you need to attack par fives in two and is certainly one of the best fairway woods for the more accomplished player.

What Irons Does Jon Rahm Use?

In the irons Rahm was using a Callaway Apex UT with 21 degrees of loft, which is equivalent to a 3 iron and in our view ranks as one of the best utility irons on the market, but for this year he appears to have switched that out for a Callaway Apex Pro 24 4 iron. The Apex Pro provides added distance over the other Apex models and extra forgiveness to better rescue a poor strike. 

Then from 4 iron down to pitching wedge he uses a set of  Callaway Apex TCB s which as you'd expect from a set of Callaway irons is right up there with the best irons money can buy. When we tested the TCB's we thought they ticked every box you would look for in a set of irons for a lower handicapper . The tour-inspired shaping is immediately obvious, with the thin topline and narrow sole along with a premium satin finish. The hitting experience doesn’t disappoint either. The feel is crisp and solid off the face, a gentle thud sound contributing to a soft feel.

What Wedges Does Jon Rahm Use? 

Rahm has three wedges in his bag, all Callaway JAWS Raw with lofts of 50, 56 and 60 degrees. His shaft choice in his wedges is the Project X 124 6.5. The Jaws Raw impressed us a lot in testing and is certainly in the discussion when it comes to the best Callaway wedges .  It delivers loads of spin and looks stunning from all angles. There are also plenty of loft and bounce options available to suit a variety of techniques.

We believe Rahm actually has a bit of leading edge relief on all his wedges because removing material from the sole stops the edge from digging. Basically this means Rahm won't chunk any shots from tight lies around the green, making this one of the best wedges for chipping .

What Putter Does Jon Rahm Use?

Rahm changed putters in the autumn of 2023 when he switched out his old faithful Odyssey White Hot OG Rossie S for the new Ai-One Rossie S putter . It was a prototype back then but Odyssey released their stunning new Ai-One and Ai-One Milled range of putters at the end of the year and they are now available to everyone. We loved this putter when we tested it and gave it the full five stars. When it comes to the best putters out there this year, look no further than the Ai-One family.

What Golf Ball Does Jon Rahm Use?

He then uses a Callaway Chrome Soft X golf ball. Speaking to Callaway about why he opted for the X, Rahm said; "it's a golf ball that's long off the tee and stays very straight with the misses, dispersion is not very wide. It also launches a little bit lower with a little bit more spin which helps me control ball flight and trajectory."

What Shoes Does Jon Rahm Wear?

Rahm was formerly with adidas but now wears Cuater 'The Ringer' shoes . He switched into the Ringer shoes in 2022 and Rahm is clearly a big fan. He told Golf Digest; “I think a game changer is the shoes I’m using this year, they’re different from last year. They’re a lot more comfortable. I’ve done some great work with Cuater and the Travis Mathew team, and I think it’s allowed me to be a little bit more stable and up my ball speed and my swing speed without being concerned.”

Rahm was wearing Travis Mathew apparel but for 2024 he is representing his LIV Golf team, Legion XIII.

What Grips Does Jon Rahm Use?

The Legion XIII captain uses Golf Pride MCC mid-size on all of his clubs except the putter.
