An inseparable story Of a jewel and its case

With more than 35,000 season ticket holders each season, the Parc des Princes is a stadium resolutely dedicated to football. The Paris Saint-Germain brand and its logo are now inscribed in the setting of the stadium where the Rouge et Bleu have played more than 1,000 official matches since the first of them, on November 10, 1973, against Red Star. The following summer, after its accession to the First Division, the young PSG, created four years earlier, will become the resident club of this historic site of Parisian sport, inaugurated in 1897 in the form of a velodrome. Much later, in 1972, the enclosure will take on its current contours, imagined by the architect Roger Taillibert.

The Stadium Tour is open during school holidays, every weekend from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (last departure) and on Friday, except on matchday.

From July 10 to August 12, 2024 , the Parc des Princes will be the scene of numerous sporting events on the occasion of the Olympic Games . Consequently, visits will be closed during this period. Anticipate by booking your experience now!

The tour was booked mostly with our son in mind BUT we all absolutely loved it. If you look at the stadium from the outside it could make you question doing the tour as it isn't the best looking ground in the world. However, pass through the door and you end up on an extremely well organised and routed tour - you get to see some fascinating parts of the stadium. It's a very colourful stadium which is great and makes the ground look even bigger. The staff are very friendly. The fact that it isn't guided is also great as you can go at your own pace and stay as long as you like. I only have two negative points: 1: Even though I love it being self guided, you don't get told about the history or any facts you may not know. 2: The players dressing room. There are multiple shirts of the same player (with tags still on) and all in different kits. This kind of ruins the dressing room feel as you'd want that players shirt to be where they sit buy it can't be if there are multiple of them. The stadium is very easy to get to by metro. • zorroadvisor 0 contributions 5.0 of 5 bubbles A good self guided tour Very well self tour, we spent 2 1/2 hours here, my son is a football fan but I am not very keen on football I have to say that I really enjoyed this visit, I didn’t have an expectation after reading some bad reviews, but I am glad we went, it’s true that is not guide tour but in fact this is a positive thing you can do the visit on your own pace, you will have access to the whole stadium and wasn’t to busy, at the end you can buy a souvenir photo took at the entrance of the stadium and after you can visit the store that is in front of the stadium, also have a very good restaurant near by if you want to have meal after the tour. The tour is self guided, which we prefer so if you’re expecting a guided tour, you may want to investigate that option. The self tour gives a glimpse of luxury boxes, team offices, locker rooms, media room, the tunnel out to the pitch as well as ample access to the perimeter of the pitch and the club level seats; lots of great photo ops for fans of stadiums no matter the sport. The entire northern end of the stadium (i.e. stands behind that goal) are full of Ultras singing and chanting for the duration of the match and it has an electric effect on the game and the experience. The stadium itself can be difficult to get to on gameday as it's located near a junction where traffic converges, so best to come early as the lines of people trying to get in will take time. That was the hardest part, navigating to get into the stadium. Metro and buses come nearby but on gameday the buses will dropoff and pickup elsewhere along the route w/detours due to the high volume of traffic. Still, worth seeing PSG play a match here. Stadium itself is slightly dated and could use some upgrades. Walking around inside the stadium is hit or miss as some corridors as completely packed and others not so much. Coming from St. Louis, MO, in the US, this is a BIG deal for us. The children are all PSG fans, especially of Mbappe, Neymar and Messi. (They are 10, 11, 14 and 14) Three of the four games, Mbappe did not play (red card suspension twice, and an unfortunate injury three days before this game!) Neymar also did not play in this game. Fortunately, Messi was in great form and scored a goal. The whole experience leading up to game day is incredibley stressful. First, it was nearly impossible to buy tickets. I prefer to only buy through approved resellers (since buying from PSG ticket office is not ever an option!), and yet I still had problems. When we first decided to go to this game, the website said I could buy six tickets. We were five. So I bought airline tickets, made AirBnB reservations and other plans for the weekend. Then when I was finally able to purchase tickets through an approved vendor, purchases were limited to four tickets! I already had five of us coming to Paris. So I had to coordinate with my son to purchase seats at the same time so we'd have seats together (required since I was bringing young kids). I tried several times to communicate with PSG Billeterie simply to find out when tickets for this game would go on sale. They never answered the telephone and never responded to my email inquiries. I always got a message that said "Your inquiry has been closed." The date of this game changed three times between December 11 and February 4. We were trying to coordinate going to the men's game and the women's game (also in Paris this weekend) - and with all the changing, it became a family joke. I was trying to also plan other activities while in Paris, and I had to rearrange our Saturday and Sunday plans three times! Game Day - we had no problem finding our entry gate and our seats. They do split males from females in the entry process for security. Fortunately, I had all our tickets on my phone, so we weren't split until the last moment so I could keep my eyes on the three boys when they were moved to a different security line to enter the stadium. With younger children in a foreign city, that was unnerving. The actual game did not disappoint - except no Mbappe or Neymar. But the atmosphere in the Parc des Princes is one of a kind. They will remember watching Messi score a goal right in front of them forever. (And we did love the PSG imprinted hamburger buns!) My son works for the St. Louis Cardinals baseball team, and I cannot even imagine ever experiencing this level of stress or uncertainty in planning an outing to a baseball game in a city where baseball rules, the stadium is always sold out, and the downtown area is taken over by the crowds. As much as we all love soccer and PSG and those three amazing players, I'm not sure I have it in me to try to take kids to another game. Read more Written 12 February 2023

Tried walking one way and got stopped by a police barricade which was confusing as no away fans were that way. Sent the other way around the stadium but no signs for the N, O, or P sections. Turns out we had to walk all the way around the carpark after asking several stewards. Arrived at the stadium 45 minutes before kick off and made it to our seats just in time for kick off to find a net obscuring our view which wasn’t mentioned. Ich wollte gern für den 09.07.24 um 10:30 Uhr eine Stadiontour buchen. Trotz Registrierung komm ich leider nicht weiter und werde immer wieder auf die Startseite zurück geschickt. Woran kann das liegen?

Die Stadionführung kann aufgrund noch nicht bestätigter Spieltermine und möglicher europäischer Spiele in der Regel nur eine begrenzte Zeit im Voraus gebucht werden.

Guten Tag, kann man auch von Montag bis Donnerstag den Stadion besichtigen? Ist er offen? Gibt es ein Museum? Ist es auch offen ?

Guten Tag. Ich werde vom 4. bis 7. April in Paris sein. Am liebsten hätte ich am 5. oder 6. April eine Bahnhofsführung gebucht. Auf der Website gab es immer freie Termine. Aus dem Nichts waren plötzlich keine Termine mehr frei. kannst du mir helfen? Ich würde gerne fragen, ob es möglich ist, am 5. April eine Stationsführung im Parc des Princes zu buchen. Danke schön. Wird das Stadion in der Woche vor Olympia (22.7. bis 24.7.2024) zu besichtigen sein?

Hallo Marit, gute Frage. Genaue Informationen haben wir auch noch nicht, aber ab dem 24.07. finden bereits einige der Spiele der Olympia-Gruppenphase im Stadion statt. Momentan können Tour-Tickets nur bis Ende Juni gebucht werden. Wir gehen davon aus, dass für Juli demnächst dann auch nur die verfügbaren Termine online gestellt werden.

Es ist eine selbstgeführte Tour mit Audioguide, d.h., du bestimmst dein Tempo selbst. Plane 1 – 1,5h ein.

wir sind vom 01.04.24 bis 06.04.24 in Paris. Nun sehe ich auf der PSG-Seite, dass laut Kalender in dieser Woche nur für den 1. April Tickets für die Stadiumtour gebucht werden können. Ich dachte, auch am Wochenende?

Hallo Sylvia, normalerweise schon, die Tour kann aber zu wichtigen Anlässen geschlossen sein. Soweit im Voraus ist es durchaus möglich, dass die Planung noch nicht abgeschlossen ist. Leider haben wir keine genauere Info dazu.

Nein, es gibt außerhalb des Stadions Schließfächer für kleine Taschen (25×30 cm) und für Hilfsmittel wie z. B. Regenschirme. Aber ein normaler Handgepäckkoffer passt da leider nicht rein.

Hallo Nicole, bei dringen Fragen zu gekauften Tickets wendest du dich am besten direkt an den Verkäufer, das geht am schnellsten. Tickets sind normalerweise nicht stornierbar. Ob ihr noch hineingelassen werdet, lässt sich schwer sagen, das kommt natürlich auch darauf an, wann ihr am Stadion seid.

Hallo Claudia, unsere Website ist noch im Aufbau. Wir hoffen, dass wir in diesem Quartal Tickets anbieten können. Bisher ist das leider noch nicht der Fall. Grundsätzlich gibt es außerhalb der französischen Schulferien normalerweise keine Führungen unter der Woche. Am Wochenende 3./4.06. ist das letzte Spiel (gegen Clermont) geplant. Die Tour ist an Spieltagen und jeweils am Tag vorher geschlossen. Da das genaue Datum noch nicht feststeht, wird es für dieses Wochenende auch noch keine Tour-Tickets geben. Sollte das Spiel am 3.6. stattfinden, wird die Tour am 4.6. wahrscheinlich möglich sein.
