Arranca con éxito Reik y su ‘En Cambio USA Tour’ con lleno en Anaheim

Estar de gira luego de haber vivido la amarga experiencia de la pandemia significa mucho para los integrantes de la banda mexicana Reik, porque uno de los mayores motivos que tienen es poder compartir con su público durante sus recorridos por el país y por México.

“Y nos sentimos muy agradecidos de poder estar con ustedes esta noche y que nos hayan venido a ver”, dijo Jesús “Chuy” Navarro en el escenario del Honda Center de Anaheim.

Este reencuentro con su público llegó cargado de muchos cambios en su carrera que se derivaron en la consolidación, donde hasta el presupuesto de sus espectáculos aumentó y los equipos de producción fueron mucho mayores que en giras anteriores. Y eso se notó desde las pantallas y más. Además se trata de un show variado que lo planearon por todo un año y que el resultado final fue evidentemente un éxito en la tarima.

Totalmente emocionado y bailando como si no lo hubiera hecho en años (casi literal) Navarro, junto a sus compañeros Bibi Marín y Julio Ramirez desencadenaron emociones en los miles de asistentes que no dejaron de bailar y acompañarlos en los coros en cada unos de los éxitos que fueron cayendo durante toda la noche y luego de haber llegado de San Diego y Las Vegas donde también arrancaron gritos y ovaciones con su “En Cambio USA Tour”.

Como si se tratara de una bohemia y con las luces tenues, también se sentaron en el centro del escenario, específicamente en unas escaleras del medio para interpretar acústicamente un popurrí con los temas románticos que su público los conoció un día, temas incluso de sus primeros discos que el público recordó y cantó con ellos a viva voz.

El momento fue mágico y su público fue parte de ese instante desde cada rincón del Honda Center. “Si se las saben, acompáñenme”, dijo Chuy y el público los secundó.

Pero eso no fue suficiente porque la sorpresa llegó cuando comenzaron a cantar a petición de su audiencia, que le fue pidiendo canciones y ellos los complacieron con fragmentos de las mismas. “Eso no es tan fácil”, dijo Navarro, aunque sí lo hizo junto a sus compañeros entre los sonidos de la guitarra Julio y el bajo de Bibi.

“Noviembre sin ti”, “Creo en ti”, “Me niego”, “Yo quisiera”, “Me duele amarte”, “Voy a olvidarte”, “Un año” y “Duele”, fueron algunos de los temas que llenaron de romanticismo el recinto de Anaheim y el lugar donde los coros sonaron a plenitud.

Mientras que los ritmos pop como “Perfecta” y los de toque urbano también hicieron lo suyo como “Amigos con derecho”, que contó con la participación de Maluma en las pantallas, lo mismo ocurrió cuando interpretaron “Si me dices que sí”, con la compañía de Camilo y Farruko en las enormes pantallas del fondo y los laterales. La misma euforia causó la interpretación de “Indeciso” con las voces en playback de los colombianos J Balvin y Lalo Ebratt..

Pero nada más emocionante para la audiencia californiana como cuando escucharon a ritmo de regional mexicano el tema “Poco”, en el que cuentan con la colaboración de Christian Nodal, quien esa noche no estuvo en persona, pero sí en las pantallas frente al aplauso de los presentes.

Este concierto en la ciudad de Anaheim coincidió con la noche del lanzamiento de su nueva colaboración al lado del boricua Ricky Martín titulada “A veces bien y a veces mal”, una desgarradora balada que le canta a la ausencia de un ser amado, un temática con las que muchos se identifican tras haber perdido a un familiar en la pandemia o los que perdieron a un amor y que ya no está presente en sus vidas.

El video de este tema que por primera vez une a Reik con Ricky fue filmado en una playa de Puerto Rico bajo la dirección de la costarricense Daniela Vesco.

Esa noche en el Honda Center no la interpretaron, pero de seguro la incluyen en su próxima gira cuando ya se haya convertido en un éxito. Por el momento el tema grabado en blanco y negro ya superaba el medio millón de visitas en un día en la plataforma de YouTube.

La gira “ En Cambio USA Tour”, producida por Loud and Live, recorrerá 23 ciudades como Miami, Nueva York, San José, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Chicago, Washington y Atlanta, entre otras, para finalmente concluir en Orlando el próximo 19 de junio.

Esta noche se presentan en Fresno, CA y el 21 estarán presentes en los Latín American Music Awards en Las Vegas para luego continuar con su gira por territorio estadounidense.

Reik Announces 2024 U.S. Panorama Tour — Here Are the Dates

Reik is getting ready to hit the road in the U.S. for a new tour. Today (March 5), the Mexican pop group  announced  their 2024 Panorama Tour dates. 

Reik fans can expect the guys to perform their biggest hits on the Panorama Tour. The tour will kick off on May 11 at the Hard Rock Live in Orlando, FL. Throughout May and June, the guys will perform concerts in major cities like Houston, TX; Boston, MA; New York City, NY; Las Vegas, NV; and Anaheim, CA. The tour will wrap on June 30 at the Wamu Theater in Seattle, WA.

Reik is comprised of lead singer Jesús Navarro, acoustic guitarist Julio Ramírez, and electric guitarist Bibi Marín. Throughout the 2000s, they scored multiple romantic pop hits, including “Yo Quisiera” and “Noviembre Sin Ti.” The latter song often becomes a musical meme in November. By being open to blending their Latin pop sound with reggaeton influences, Reik continued to thrive into the last decade with smashes like “Me Niego” with Ozuna and Wisin and “Amigos Con Derechos” featuring Maluma.

Reik’s last album,  Des/Amor , was released in 2016. Since then, the guys have continued to release singles, including “El Correcto” with Mexican singer  Carín León , “5 Estrellas” with Sech, and “Gracias Por Nada.” Reik recently  bonded  with Belanova backstage at the 2024 Besame Mucho music festival. 

“We’re excited to announce our second tour with Reik,” Nelson Albareda, CEO of Loud And Live, shared in a statement. “It is a privilege to work with them again and introduce their music to a wider audience. Get ready for an experience filled with energy and joy!”

Pre-sale tickets for Reik’s Panorama Tour will be available on Wednesday, March 6, at 10 a.m. local time. Tickets to the general public will go on sale on Friday, March 8, at 10 a.m. The tour will be co-produced by Loud And Live Entertainment.

Announcing the return of award-winning Latin pop band REIK with their EN CAMBIO USA TOUR. The highly anticipated tour of the band with the most hits in the last decade will kick-off right here in San Diego!

The group was founded in 2005 in Mexicali, Baja California by band members Jesús Navarro, Julio Ramírez y Bibi Marín. Their ability to merge pop music with romantic ballads has taken them to the top of the charts and has won them various awards like Latin Grammys and Billboard® awards. They have collaborated with some of the biggest names in Latin Music like Maluma, J Balvin, Sebastián Yatra, Christian Nodal and Ozuna, among many more.
