The customer service advisor whose name is Paul was very helpful and professional. I thought he was very kind and patient and when I wasn't sure of something he clarified. He seems to know his job as he was telling me about the hotel booked saying its very good and such.

Perfect booking experience

Keith (KL 1) was very supportive in the booking of our trip. The online communication went very fluently with quickly responding to the addressed questions. Finally the booking was completed via phone. We received all confirmations via e-mail after the call. Overall the experience was perfect. Thank you K!

Inflated Pricing and terrible customer service

I rang and spoke to an agent today telling him I found a return flight which included 2 checked in bags for £967 directly on the airlines website. The agent told me the same flight through inspire was over £1200! when I asked why it was cheaper on the airlines website and why I should book through Inspire, he said there were no benefits and some people just preferred to book through agents. He didn't really care and just said to go direct to the airlines. Inspire inflated the price by nearly £300! This is outrageous and the customer service was appalling! Would never recommend!

The overall experience in trying to find somewhere suitable wasnt good. Ihad looked a lot and just didnt understand it, but in the end the guy who helped named Paul was most helpful and im so happy he came along and helped me.

Absolute con

Absolute con. I shall be reporting this company to trading standards. I called up to try and book flights with this company and found they wanted much more than I could book direct for. I was told they had to make money out of the flights and that is why they add money on. I was told it would be better use of my vouchers that our children bought us for xmas and birthdays to book a holiday. I advised the operator that I don't book package holidays and he advised me there was nothing he could do he was just a sales person. There are so many others saying this and I am sure the good reviews are not genuine or they don't realise they are being conned

Worst Service

Worst Service. Would have given a zero star from my side if allowed. Been informed when tried to cancel the Hotel booking (shown as refundable so made on19th March for 30th March) that nothing would be refunded since there is a cancellation charge of 100% booking cost and mentioned in Terms and Conditions of the website. This was not mentioned while making a booking. Have spoken to 2 Customer Service Agents and not been offered any help by them at all saying customers should read terms and conditions before booking. Would avoid this company’s service in future.
