I moved to the metro area and my old bike needed repair. So of course I looked for a bike shop and found my favorite brand, Trek, had a store nearby. I drove to the shop the first time and found a bike I liked, but left empty-handed. A couple of months later, I went back with my bike in tow to get it repaired. They told me their repair shop was taking at least 3 weeks to get it looked at. While there I looked at another hybrid bike and decided I was interested. I put a deposit on it and waited for it to come in. It took a few weeks and by that time, I got an estimate for repair. But I decided to trade in my old bike towards the purchase of my new bike. Once my bike came in, of course I had to get all the accessories. All the associates have been very helpful and knowledgeable every time I go in. I highly recommend this shop. But don't blame me if you walk out with a new bike!!

Tire that needed repair

Great experience. Staff were friendly and helpful. They quoted charges upfront for the repairs needed for the bike. I was kept updated on the completion of the bike. Recommend to others needing cycling equipment and repairs.

Got a new GX AXS for Christmas and get it installed only to find out my rear wheel had a bent spoke. Took it in James got it all sorted out and now the bike is shifting like a dream.

Too much hustle, not enough sales. I was refused service because I refuse to have my stem and handlebar replaced. I picked up my bike in worse shape than before. The bar tape is sliced, my chain was hanging off, my front tube is flat, and my brakes were loose on the frame. I had to buy a tube from Dick's. I just finished tightening the brakes on the frame. I fear for the safety of a child with a bike repaired here. However, they offered free disposal. Who has the money to just throw away a bicycle? Especially a disabled person like me, with a fixed income. Way too bourgeois for the south side. Karen shops here, she's impressed by their business tactics. I'll never attempt to shop here again.

The bar tape has clearly been sliced. Someone lost their patience.

I went to Trek to get a better understanding of the cycling world. Kevin , salesmen , was courteous , friendly and VERY detailed. He explained everything to me and the benefits of cycling. Needless to say I'll be cycling soon thanks to him. Great experience.

I order my bike online early in the morning. As soon as the store open I was called to confirmed the order. Two hours later I received an email letting me know my bike will be ready after 1 p.m. that afternoon. Once the bike was assemble and tested they called to let me know the bike is ready for delivery. When I arrived the very professional and attentive staff delivered the bike and went over several details and shared knowledge on maintenance. Very positive experience and will recommend this store to everyone.

Wondering where to ride?  Here’s one of our  favorite routes in the Roswell/Alpharetta and North Georgia area.  Check back frequently and we’ll clue you in on where to ride.

3-Gap The Long Way

Sure, you can take the easy way out and do a straight up 3-Gap ride.  And that’s totally cool if your hall pass limits you to 2-2.5 hours.  But if you want to make the big gains, you need to ride 3-Gap the long way.  That’s right, you have to ride Hogpen.  Start out at the rock pile, head east and instead of making the left to ride up Neels Gap (Blood Mountain), make a right hand turn and head southeast towards the base of Hogpen.  Turn left on 75A and make the left onto the Richard Russell Scenic Hwy.  Ride Hogpen, Wolfpen and Woody’s and enjoy the downhill for the last 5 miles back to the car.  You can hit the new Chipotle near the Outlet Mall on the way home.  You’ll need it after a 54.5 miles, 6000 feet of climbing and approximately 4 hours in the saddle.

The staff her is absolutely lovely. I can’t remember our sales associate name but she was so helpful and friendly. She provided suggestions on the best bikes for general exercise and outdoor activity. My sister and I both purchased bikes. Additionally, they can install your kick stand and water rack here for an all in one shop. They sell clothing and other accessories for your new whip as well!

Roswell bike is the place to go if you are looking for a bike and live around metro Atlanta. It’s literally a bike shop from a time before e-commerce and big box became standard practice and they still operate like wise.

In the last 12 month my significant other and myself have both purchased specialized road bikes, accessories, and have also had a ton of bike service  (free of charge) from Roswell bike.

We LOVE Roswell Bicycles. We moved here in 2010 and have been going to Roswell Bicycles since we got here. They checked out our bikes after our move and storage, and have outfitted our kids with bikes twice now. They have a great selection and excellent staff to help you make the right decision.
