Your agency can enjoy up to 10% commission and receive free familiarization trips, depending on the number of bookings placed each year through villadirect. in addition, travel agents commissionable vacation rentals benefits include a personal local concierge service for your clients., you’ll also have your own named reservations liaison agent to contact in our team with questions you might have about any bookings or payments. this puts you in control the income you receive from villadirect. once you achieve a new commission threshold, you stay there for a full calendar year, regardless of the number of bookings you bring in. all commission rates reset on the 1st anniversary of the agency registration, and each year thereafter., # of bookings/calendar year, commission % paid, 10% + fam trip.

Please note:    Once achieved, the rate of travel agent commissions are not retroactive. They cannot be applied to previous bookings, even when the arrival date of such bookings is after the attainment of the most recent commission level. Agents must be registered with VillaDirect at the time of placing a booking to receive a commission. We regret that we are unable to retroactively apply commissions to bookings made by an agent that has not registered. Commissions are not paid on bookings where agent’s guest has received a discount.

Working with Exotic Estates as a Travel Agent

In order to work with Exotic Estates as an agent and receive commissions on client bookings, we will require you to provide information on your agency, including:

• Your IATA number
• A W9 from your agency (prior to any bookings being confirmed)

We will use this information to add you and your agency to our reservation system.

Commission will be paid in the name of your agency and the agent associated with the booking will be noted. Commission is paid on base rental fees collected, exclusive of taxes and fees.

Exotic Estates reserves the right to adjust the terms of this program at any time. Only verifiable IATA agencies in good standing are eligible to participate in this program.

• Destination Experts who work with you to provide all of the documentation, photos and home descriptions needed to close a client sale
• Only professionally managed vacation rentals, so your clients are assured of a more consistent and reliable vacation experience
• One-stop shopping. In addition to the perfect vacation rental, we can package air and ground transportation, equipment rentals and destination activities—all commissionable to you!
• Certain types of airfare are due 100% at time of reservation
• Final payment is due 60 days prior to departure
• If making a reservation under 60 days prior to departure, 100% of reservation amount is due at time of booking

Q: What is the cancellation policy? A: Prior to 61 days of departure, there is a 50% forfeiture of funds paid. After 60 days prior to departure, no refunds are given. Due to the nature of vacation rentals versus other travel products, refunds are usually not permitted by the property owners. We highly recommend purchasing trip protection insurance for your clients.

Q: How are prices quoted? A: Prices quoted are “rack” rates and are fully commissionable. All taxes and fees are included when booking a reservation. Some exceptions apply.

Q: What is important about renting a “professionally managed” vacation rental? A: A professionally-managed vacation rental is overseen by a property manager who is available in case of any issues and makes sure the rental is in prime condition.

Q: Do you have a Best Rate Guarantee? A: Yes, we have the best vacation rental prices. If you find a better rate somewhere else, we’ll match it or offer a refund.

Q: Why should I choose a vacation rental? Are there restrictions on how often I can use my home?

Your vacation home is—first and foremost—yours. Other than that, Vacasa doesn’t place any restrictions on how often you can visit or how long you can stay. To block out your travel dates, simply reserve them in your online owner account.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

As your vacation rental partner, we’re here to stay. And we hope you are, too. We believe in earning your long-term confidence, not locking you into an ironclad contract. You can cancel your Vacasa agreement at any time, with 90 days’ notice. We’ll just need to honor any reservations that are already booked at your home for that 90-day window.

The house was clean and well supplied, and we appreciated that so many supplies were already available and did not have to be purchased - soaps and cleansers, sandwich and food wraps, teas, etc. Ms. Cahill was very responsive and helpful, and gave us a good overview of the house and local places to shop, swim, visit, etc. Of course, the house and its location are exquisite, and the luxury and beauty ...

The trip was excellent! The Hale Napili home was everything we hoped for and exceeded our expectations. The owner was responsive to our needs and we used their concierge service to arrange a catamaran trip to Lanai. It was the favorite part of the trip. The "community" pool was very good and the local beach was excellent for snorkeling. We counted 26 turtles one day.

Gardenia was absolutely amazing. Beautiful unit in top condition. Excellent service. Dawn was outstanding, perfect Customer service and a joy to work with. We would definitely rent this unit in the future.
