A really nice way to see Sri Lanka. We did all the must see things and the nature is amacing. Also our local guide Sumudu Peris was amacing and went above and biond for us. Not too happy about the turtle sentuary. This chould be dropped from the itinerery.

V was an absolutely amazing tour guide. His knowledge of everything to do with Sri Lanka was unbelievable and I feel like I learnt a lot about the country, its people and culture. I felt like the tour was a little be slow at the start. The first few days were lot of travelling and less activities. While the second half of the tour was jam pack with activities while also giving some downtime. For that reason I enjoyed the second half of the to it more. My favourite activities were the family cooking class, the dinner with the mother and daughter, lions rock and the safari. I also feel like the accommodation could be updated. I would have been willing to pay a little more for the tour to have better accommodation. Overall I had a great trip and I would recommend it to someone thinking of travelling Sri Lanka.

Grand Tour Of Sri Lanka

Jagath was an excellent guide and driver. Hotels were generally very good and the chefs were all exceptional at guiding my Coeliac wife though the buffets etc and often prepared additional tailored dishes. The itinerary was varied and with just the two of us we were able to tailor to our needs as we went including changing hotels where the route changed at our request. Some of the pre tour admin was frustratingly slow and unresponsive but when we arrived everything worked smoothly.

I highly recommend using ASY Tours. We used this service for a 14 day trip road trip from Colombo to Sigiriya, Nuwara Eliya, Ella and Mirissa. We would never have been able to see so much in such a short space of time without the help of our driver, Tharindu. He has expert knowledge about the culture and history of Sri Lanka and knows all the best local places to eat and shop. He is extremely easy going and a pleasure to be around. Just returned home from Sri Lanka with Feel Free Travel where we had Jamie, Ian and Chander expertly guide/drive us around this amazing country! Our group of 15 like-minded individuals had an epic 12 days with an itinerary that was a perfect mix of culture, history, activities and beach/chill time. This style of tour is great if you want to experience the very best of a country and pack in lots during a short space of time, minus the stress of organising everything in advance and/or troubleshooting issues whilst in the country - great if you’ve got a limited amount of time off work and want to travel but still have a holiday. Highlights included hiking up to views of Sigiriya and Ella Rock, the sunrise jeep safari and the train to Ella (plus a couple of unexpected surprises along the way ????) - all whilst sharing it with an awesome bunch of people!

Our Guide Train was so knowledgeable and helpful throughout the trip. I thoroughly enjoyed the extra excursions he organized for us, and his food recommendations were always so delicious. We did the CLASSIC AND CULTURAL TOUR 8 days with JANAKA PRIYADARSHANA which we have enjoyed immensely. Janaka was sensitive to our needs, listened to our requests and ensured we had the best experiences. It was raining heavily so Janaka adjusted the itinerary to fit the weather situation and was an expert driver, safely managing bad road and weather conditions so we felt relaxed and comfortable. All the attractions, accommodation, meals and experiences were excellent and we highly recommend Janaka and BH Lanka Tours.

I really, really liked Sri Lanka!!! First of all, I think the country is beautiful! It is so diverse and multifaceted! The people are really nice and hospitable. The tour was perfectly planned and organized. In addition to the planned program, you also have enough free time for independent activities. The accommodations were also excellent. I couldn't have wished for a better guide like Sumudu, the organization was perfect, he was super courteous & helpful, you could just tell how much he enjoys his job. Thanks to his extensive knowledge of the country and the culture, we learned a lot and got insider tips. He really went out of his way to make sure the whole group was 100% satisfied.

The tour was perfect for my needs. Day in Kandy a bit of a muddle and wash out. Hotel to far out of town and no choice for food but the hotel and whilst ok not great. Prefer to Sri Lankan food. Amba estate amazing. Hotel J in Negombo and Unawatuna little more than a hostel Didn’t like at all. Same group as Jetwing and they are nice hotels. Guide very knowledgable and friendly. Not great value for money would have been better without using hotel j
