I'm satisfied with the price but I must…

I'm satisfied with the price but I must have made an error when choosing the travel insurance cover as my policy was only applicable for one day. So I had to go back and order another policy for the correct length of the three day trip. I'm sure it was my mistake, but it would have been nice if there was a review of the order prior to me completing the purchase on the website to help spot any mistakes.

Good value travel insurance

The policy is good value and when I had a small claim it was dealt with quickly. Only issue I have is that it isn’t clear that what you do or don’t need to report in terms of medical issues - for instance I didn’t realise I had to disclose a dental issue from 20 months ago. But that’s the same with any company.
