Food Truck Time: Safari Eatz at Bombshell Beer Company Safari Eatz is an Afro infusion food truck and catering company. I ordered the chicken mishkaki (chicken kabobs) with aromatic jasmine rice and kachumbari and my husband ordered the beef mishkaki (beef kabobs) with cassava and kachumbari. They both came with a little side of cilantro mint dipping sauce. We also split a vegetable samosa. The service and all of the food was really good. I definitely recommend checking this food truck out.

I had a beef samosa and side of collard greens. Everything was fresh and delicious. Can't wait to try more of the menu!

I went to the Fall local food truck and shopping event today and I had a meat samosas from here. It was so freaking good. There is a ton of meat in it with cilantro and it's very very tender like lamb almost and it's a very thin pastry on the outside and then they put on the special hot oil and put it in a bag it's fantastic!

Wow. This was absolutely terrible food. The beef in the taco was flavorless, tough, and way overcooked and overpriced. $17 for one taco. Their collard greens had no flavor, were undercooked, and cost $4 for very little. That's okay because my wife spat out her first bite. Disgusting. The kabobs were okay, but tough and overcooked. The beef and cheese samosa was good, but overpriced at $6 for one samosa. I won't be back.
