(December 5, 2023) – The Air Dot Show Tour (the Tour), the nation’s leader in aviation entertainment, is set to embark on a journey to six iconic travel destinations from Florida to New York in 2024. The Tour blends military excellence and civilian expertise creating a unique and unforgettable atmosphere, embodying the spirit of aviation and honoring the skill and dedication of both our armed forces and the global aviation community.

Commencing on April 20-21 in Orlando, Florida, the 2024 Tour will culminate with its season finale on October 26-27 in Atlanta. The schedule and locations for the 2024 tour are as follows:

• Orlando, FL: April 20-21 at Orlando Sanford International Airport
• Fort Lauderdale, FL: May 11-12 on Fort Lauderdale Beach
• Augusta, GA: May 25-26 at Augusta Regional Airport
• New York, NY: August 10-11 at Orange County Airport
• Ocean City, MD: August 24-25 on the Ocean City Boardwalk
• Atlanta, GA: October 26-27 at Atlanta Regional Airport – Falcon Field

In 2024, the Tour will host a distinguished international guest, the Italian Air Force Frecce Tricolori, marking their return to the U.S. for the first time since 1992. The Frecce Tricolori will showcase their skills at two of the tour’s destinations: New York, commemorating the 500th anniversary of Giovanni da Verrazzano’s landing in 1524, and Ocean City, MD, in honor of the 75th anniversary of NATO.

Officially known as the 313° Gruppo Addestramento Acrobatico, Pattuglia Acrobatica Nazionale, Frecce Tricolori, established in 1961, operates the Aermacchi MB-339-A/PAN, a two-seat fighter-trainer aircraft. With ten aircraft, including nine in close formation and a soloist, they boast the title of the world’s largest acrobatic patrol. Their 30-minute display promises to infuse a touch of Italian flair into the American skies.

The 2024 tour will also feature renowned U.S. military demonstration teams including the Air Force Thunderbirds and the Navy Blue Angels, along with aircraft demonstrations from various military branches and civilian aircraft piloted by some of the world’s best aviators.

How many people can fly?

Each flight allows up to 3 passengers. The total weight of all 3 passengers must be under 450 lbs.

Is there an age limit?

We allow children over the age of 5 to fly with us. All children flying with Luxury Air Tours of South Florida must occupy their own seat and use a seatbelt for safety. However, if a child cannot safely sit in their own seat and use the seatbelt, we can’t allow them to fly with us.

What's the difference between our airplane and a helicopter?

The key difference between our airplane and a helicopter is that the flight is smoother, more comfortable, and quieter creating a more relaxed and luxurious experience.

I made reservation online. Will I receive confirmation for my reservation?

You will receive an email confirmation that represents your ‘boarding pass’. At the day of the tour, you can show it to us on your smartphone or printed.

What happens if it is raining at the tour time?

Cancellation Policy for Luxury Air Tours of South Florida

Cancellations or any request changes to an existing reservation must be requested at least 48-hours prior to your departure date/time. These cancelations are fully refundable with exception of the deposit if the aircraft has already been booked. Cancellations and/or changes to reservation made within 48-hours of flight are non-refundable and will be charged in full.

Reservations who are late by 20 minutes or more without notice are considered no-shows and refunds will not be given. In some cases, groups that are late by 20 minutes or more, even with notice, may be subject to cancellation or rescheduling due to scheduling conflicts with other scheduled flights the day of the flight.

All flights are subject to weather, runway conditions, regulatory considerations, and pilot and aircraft availability. All flights depart at the pilot’s discretion, and Luxury Air Tours of South Florida and its employees assume no responsibility for any and all loss or liability arising from any flight delays or cancellations as a result of weather, mechanical discrepancies, regulatory restrictions, or any other circumstance.

Weather cancellations will be made at the discretion of Luxury Air Tours of South Florida and are subject to rescheduling but are nonrefundable.

Before you go, make sure you read through the National Park Service's Wildlife Viewing Ethics to keep both yourself and the animals safe during your time in the park. When choosing the best Everglades tours, we avoided recommending operators that promote wildlife shows or encourage feeding or holding the animals for photo-ops.

Visitors should plan to pay a fee to enter the park, as it may not be included in the price of the tour ticket. If you're hoping to see the Everglades by boat, but want something a little quieter than an airboat ride, consider this cruise. Departing from Port of the Islands Marina in Naples, this 45-foot passenger catamaran glides across the Faka Union Canal while guides share information about the history and ecology of the area. Tourgoers report spotting lots of birds, turtles, dolphins and manatees. They also call out the insightful crew and clean, comfortable boat as highlights.

Cruises are offered Monday to Friday at 10 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Everglades Florida Adventures also offers kayak and canoe rentals.

Like any other form of transportation, riding an airboat may come with some risks. To stay safe on your Everglades airboat tour, be sure to choose a company run by experienced, professional boaters (most of which undergo special training and are approved by the U.S. Coast Guard) and adhere to all rules set forth by your guide. Parents should keep a close eye on children and be sure they are properly fitted for their life jackets, and all passengers should protect against the heat by wearing sunscreen and staying hydrated. Commercial airboats typically do not exceed speeds of 30 to 40 mph to ensure a safe, smooth ride, and most operators will reschedule your tour in the event of lightning or other inclement weather. Tour companies will also generally provide riders with proper ear protection, as the boats are quite loud.

Typically, passengers will feel the most comfortable in lightweight, sleeveless clothing and shorts while on an Everglades airboat tour. If you are taking a wintertime tour, keep an eye on the weather – pants and long sleeves may be a better option, but you likely won't need a heavy jacket. Be sure to bring sunglasses, sunscreen and water to protect yourself from the effects of the sun; you may also want a hat to provide further shade and keep hair in place. Passengers with long hair are advised to wear it in a ponytail or bun to keep it from becoming knotted in the wind. New gym that's clean as can be and new equipment, obviously. Five power racks/squat racks with hardwood base flooring is awesome for doing squats or Olympic style lifts. Spray bottles and sham cloths are all over the gym so you can clean the equipment before you use it. Free weights section is always picked up because it seems most people pick up after themselves, which the gym encourages. The cable machines section is separate from free weights and machines. Men's lockers are a little Small so if you get ready for work after your workout in the morning you'll have a bit of a hard time but you can manage. The gym doesn't allow tripods, thankfully. The world doesn't need another wannabe fitness influencer taking up shared space as if they pay more than anyone else or own the gym. Like any gym, the peak -hour times are going to be the most difficult for working out and getting around, which I would only recommend doing on Fridays if your schedule allows because most people are at happy hour. Clean place and good price point about $20 a month.

The Good: New and clean equipment, Babe Cave( women's only workout area with really good glute equipment), Zumba with Kathy, and Sauna. Not Good: 1) Contract says VIP plan allows a guest, but front desk says not at this location ( I'm not a contract lawyer but this seems fishy...) 2) AC doesn't work well in Babe Cave or Group Class Room and it's been over a month now 3) Speakers don't work in the Group Class room so Zumba and Yoga classes could be better( My kitchen's Alexa speaker has better quality). I think once they fix the AC and Speakers it would warrant 4 stars.

I would just say this place is just okay. There is parking, it shares a parking lot with Office Depot and a few other stores. So it can get crowded. They do have bathrooms available and a sauna in the bathroom. Okay. So I would say just okay. These guys just opened yesterday afternoon so bear that in mind. There were 2 broken machines. I let someone know. One of them was the laying down leg curl and the clip to position the legs wasn't working I nearly ripped a chunk of skin off trying to do the ordinary adjustment. I let someone know and they just told me they knew. So I proceeded to tell them to perhaps put a sign on it so no one injured themselves she said "oooo, and turns to the girl next to her to ask if they should put an out of order sign on the broken machine." Which did not give them a great vote of confidence to maintain this equipment. I mainly focus on strength training. They do have 5 platforms. But only have 45, 25, and 10 lb plates. They only have about 1-2 10 lb plates on each side on each platform and 10's are how I personally up my weights. This is not a problem I have at other gyms. There typically are lots of 10, 25,35,45, and even some 5s sometimes at each platform. There are clips at each platform so that is good. If you notice they have a glute drive machine next to it-there are no plates for this machine so you have to hope no one is using then platform next to you if you want to use it or you'd have to do it with the 15lv starting resistance. Even on the bench press area they are lacking in plates. There is no calf raise machine, only one assisted pull up and otherwise no additional pull up or dip bars. Machines are very close together and there are rags on top of spray bottles but I also never saw anyone changing any of the rags out for new ones so I guess it's the same one all day? They have a big smith machine section, and benches- they do have 5-100lb DB so at least there are those. There are no mats on the turf training area, there are also no sleds or ropes. The fees to join this gym are relatively low comparable to planet fitness I pay about 10$ more for crunch but everything I listed as an issue above is not something I ever worry about so that's worth an extra 10$ to me. They have a "babe cave" area. A spot for women to workout amongst other women. Which is a great idea it can be intimidating to start strength training and share space with everyone else. DB only go up to 50. There is a smith machine in there but it only has 2, 45 plates on each side and less of the 10's and 25's. Also they do have several very cool looking glute focus machines but they have absolutely no plates to use them with. They only have the meager amount of plates on the smith. It is also about 10 degrees warmer inside this room, there are not many accessories for the cable machine in there as well. In the main gym they also have limited cable accessories. They also are lacking a rowing machine (concept2 ERG). Overall I was disappointed. I was excited to try this new gym out but they have a very long way to go. I need a gym I can rely on to get my workout done. I know a lot of people are like me that have a set program we follow and I personally, don't like paying for a gym I have to amend my entire program because they don't have what I need, or it's difficult to acquire like additional plates. I would say it wasn't worth the drive. I would have loved to try out some of the cool glute machines but when I asked the manager he just said they where "thinking " about putting in a plate tree. So there doesn't seem to be anything set up to help it out. I'll try and review again in a few months, maybe by then they'll have more up and running. As of right now. No one will talk to you or help you or give you a tour there, it's not so busy but the staff seem to be nowhere or clustered together and unable to talk to you. Or else I would have asked more questions. It's about 20$ for basic and 30$ for the VIP with the massage chairs. You didn't miss much the grand opening yesterday was 27$ for the VIP that's the main difference. Price isn't bad but I don't want to pay for a gym in progress I want one already set up. That's my personal opinion feel free to head out there and try it out. I went on a Wednesday around 10:30-12:00pm

Great gym. New. Clean. Great equipment. Friendly and helpful staff. I have a limited time to work out due to work requirements. But I never have to wait long for any equipment.

The gym has disappointed me so much. I signed up online and it said I had guests privileges access. Three days later, I was informed that I could not bring my friends to the gym. I was the only one told that I cannot use my device to record my workout when all the other people use their phones and cameras to do so all the time. The staff manager harassed me about using my camera that was adjacent to the turf, saying I could not have it off of the turf. Due to the fact that my camera stand was located next to the turf, it was so petty. On the other side, where the weights are located, I understand if you do not wish to use a tripod, however, I believe everyone should record the video workout on the stretch area.

It says on the door that if you become a VIP member, there will be no extra fee. But when the contract reaches you, it says that an annual membership fee of $80 will be allocated. That's why they charged me an extra month for canceling my membership. They received a total of 144 dollars from 32+32 "80usd annual fee" just to do sports for a month. be careful don't get scammed

I was really looking forward to this new gym, even though it's nice a new .. i signed up specifically for the babe cave room. The room is tiny 5 people max. It also has had no air conditioning since opening day, no ventilation it gets extremely hot and stuffy Im unable to workout for more then 15 minutes in there, it's unbearable. The other issue is the cleaning rags, the same rags are used all day and touched by every member throughout the day, I can only imagine the bacteria they are consuming and re-wiping the equipment over and over again. They stink. It could be cleaner too. The staff are so not so friendly either. No customer service at all. I'm not getting the vIp experience I'm paying for.

Listen I am an active member here and they hit you with a "annual fee" 2 months in when they are a non contract gym. I was told during sign up it was no bullshit fee's just the monthly. The womens bathroom has nowhere to plug in hair dryer so good luck getting ready for a job here. They just don't give a shit here. I asked after they hit me with an additional 85$ fee if they could help me out and store my lunch in a fridge for an hour since I go straight from here to work and they just said nope. I'm a member at powerhouse and they'd literally never treat me like this when I try to make an effort to be friendly and respectful to staff. Seems like Company lacks understanding of customer service and what people need out of a gym. Really disappointing because the concept of this gym is nice, but lacks execution and tacks on hidden fees without disclosing.

The ac in the whole gym is bad. Very uncomfortable to work out. They don't care when you tell them.

Mini snow bird so only joined for the month of February. I think it's a great gym. The equipment is all new, so it's in great shape. Gym is clean and spacious. Diverse clientele. Every kind of person. There are more serious "bodybuilders" here than at Planet Fitness in Oakland Park. The gym has some intense free weight equipment I've never seen at any gym I've worked out at. I typically worked out around 11:00am weekdays and there was always a good crowd, but not packed. I expect the gym might be really crowded after work? And it's surely going to get packed when the HUGE residential/commercial development across the road is up. This entire area of Fort Lauderdale is BOOMING so I'm sure there will be many more members in the future. There are only two Smith machines on the floor. I'm told there is one in the "Babe Cave" which men do not have access to. At every gym I've been to, Smith machines are VERY popular and they are hard to get time on. At this gym, they were often available... which I liked.
