They’re forcing vaccins upon travelers

They’re forcing vaccins upon travelers, which is unacceptable.

Canceled arangement 3 days before trip, ruined vacation, avoid by all means

In short, we got vacation cancelled 3 days before trip. But this is just a tip of the iceberg. We contacted agency multiple times (email, tickets, phone) and asked if we should cancel and find something new. We were ensured that everything is good (lied), even one day before cancellation. They are hiding behind Corona crisis and reporting that this is for safety of passengers. In reality, they were selling same arrangement up until the few days before cancellation. Meaning, they cancelled because they did not have enough people and it was not profitable. That is obvious. The reasons why they were lying to us is because they were hoping to get enough people and save profit, or maybe they were hoping that we would cancel and give them opportunity to charge us with huge fees that they added in their contract (up to 90% of everything if canceled). On the other hand, when they cancelled there are no fees for them, which gives them opportunity to ruin other people vacations and plans to reduce risks for their profit. Again, in short and objective: - trip cancelled 3 days before - lying and misinformation before that - first ignoring our tickets and then asking us to stop sending them - selling the same arrangements that they know have high potential of being canceled (even few days before cancellation). Note: We booked our arrangement months ago, did everything by the book, checked everything and tried to communicate it, but nothing. Extremely bad experience, unprofessional. Sadly, I saw their 1.8/5 rating only after all these things happened. Never again. Note: We found alltours vacation offer via restplatzboerse.at online service Review below is related to both alltours and restplatzboerse, because we (as a customers) get answers from restplatzboerse and we don't know how it was internally communicated.

Berlin tour was excellent, picked us up right from the dock and the trip into the city went fast. They stopped at a nice rest area half way to Berlin with restrooms, coffee and snacks. Made it in to Berlin at the scheduled time and met with our tour guide Boris. It has been our best tour of this cruise and is up there with the best tour we have ever been on. Boris did a great job making sure we all knew our itinerary and what to expect for the rest of the day. He was very welcoming and encouraged questions and conversation. I can say that not a second was wasted, it was all very efficient and informative. Not only was Boris able to give us the history and details of the places we stopped but also gave us a great understanding of Berlin and Germany in general. We also had plenty of time to have lunch, which was delicious and Boris helped those that had questions about the menu. We were given bits of free time at some of the stops which allowed for anyone to pick up souvenirs and visit the restroom. Honestly there is not a thing I would change about this tour and it is a fraction of what the cruise ship would have charged for something similar. Thank you Boris and Alla Tours!

I do appreciate the guide and driver in Poland extending our time and your willingness to accommodate us. All the tours and guides were very good and we enjoyed all of them. We did take a tour of Visby with NCL. It was in no way as good as the tours with Alla, too many people and guide was not up to par. Thank you for all your help during the planning process.
