Terrible. They put us on indirect flights instead of nonstop, which caused all kinds of drama on our trip, both departing and arriving. We almost missed our connecting flight on the way to Israel and the airlines cancelled the final leg of our trip home, which meant that we had to drive for 8 hours after being up all night for our 15-hour flight and then waiting on the runway for an hour when the customs office wasn't open yet upon our arrival. Coral probably made a few extra bucks by putting us on indirect flights, but at what cost to us, their customers? A HUGE amount of inconvenience for those of us with the cancelled flight. Our trip was great due to the tour leaders, bus driver, and tour guide. But we received NO support from Coral when we needed it. When we tried to communicate with them, we were met with silence. They also did NOT honor many of the special requests made before the tour even began, which was less than helpful. Our tour leaders also said they were not supportive and helpful. Very disappointing. I would NOT recommend them and will NOT buy travel services through them again.

I was a part of Rabbi Jonathan's Spring Tour 2018 and had the greatest experience of my life! God blessed every day of our tour and I will never be the same! I was extremely impressed with Coral Tours and have zero complaints. Even when heavy rain forced us to change our itinerary, they did so quickly and seamlessly. The phone app was an excellent resource (both Apple and Android) and I was very impressed with the communication before, during, and after the trip. I highly recommend this travel company for any size group!

My wife and I have been involved in the work of the church all of our lives. She was an ordained minister in one denomination and then we moved to another state and​ she became a Deaconess​ in our new denomination. We are now a lot older and she is still involved​ in​ working with children in a Christian school although she is actually "retired". So, I decided the best thing I could ever do for her was to send her to Israel on a tour with Jonathan Can. She absolutely says her trip to Israel was one of the most fantastic experiences of her life. The tour was phenomenal. Everything was of the highest quality. The busses were outstanding and the tour guides knew the Bible and history of Israel intimately. The food and hotels were top quality and the rest of the tourists were steeped in Bible knowledge. Discussions with other tour members were highly educational with a strong foundation in the essence of Bible history involving Israel. Coral Travel and Tours was very professional and friendly from the first time we called them. They were completely helpful with every issue. We highly recommend them. Now I want to go. I can hardly wait until I have an opportunity to go on a tour of Israel.

I had the honor and privilege of participating in Rabbi Jonathan Cahn's Fall 2018 Super Tour of Israel. It was totally amazing! Each day was filled with excitement and awe as we toured site after site of life long yearnings coming to past. This truly was the tour of my life. It is still fresh in my mind standing there in the night sky in the wilderness near the Dead Sea, experiencing moments of silence before singing to our Wonderful God!!! Having the privilege of dining from His banquet table with our cups overflowing! Riding the cable car up the rugged mountain of Masada. Standing where the light of the Jewish people as a nation was extinguished with all hope gone until miraculously rising again on 14 of May 1948. Touring Jaffa where Jonah sailed for Tarshish before his miraculous event occurred. Seeing the ancient city of Caesarea along with standing in the Roman Theater that once entertained its audiences with the most gruesome of deaths. I stood in awe looking over the unspeakable vastness of Armageddon. Walking around the Ancient Synagogue of Capernaum also viewing the excavation of Apostle Peter's house where people received their much needed healing and or deliverance. Walking around and sitting down in the same place where those had once sat listening to the Sermon on the Mount. I won't forget walking behind my sister in the Jordan river waiting to be baptized and witnessing her beautiful blessing she received while coming up out of the water. The astonishing view from Mount Precipice once again taking in the glory and honor of the land Israel I was so privileged to visit. Walking the streets of Jerusalem taking in all the ancient structures and coming across the reenactment of the golden menorah used during the time of the third Temple. Seeing the ancient Galilee Boat dating back to over two thousand years ago. I could keep going on and on telling of all the wonder and awe I felt time and again as we toured Israel. I will close with sharing with you that planting a tree in the Promised Land was such a fulfillment for me. One of my favorite scriptures is Isaiah 61:3 To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that He might be glorified. I saw where the ashes of the Jewish nation was left at Masada approximately around 2000 years ago, but it didn't end there as our tour guide Maya mentioned Independence Hall as we traveled in Tel Aviv. I witnessed the beauty that came from the ashes throughout my tour of a life time! God has given me beauty for ashes in my life! Has made me a tree of righteousness, the planting of the Lord!!!

Especially as a believer traveling to Israel for the first-time, I am so grateful that the Lord sent me with a man of God after His own heart--Rabbi Jonathan Cahn. He has incredible passion for, as well as insight into, God's plan for His land, His people (Jew and Gentile), and the embodiment of His Kingdom on the earth. Rabbi Cahn is one of the most authentic, approachable, confident but not arrogant, Spirit-led teachers I've ever met; and he's got a really good sense of humor. The depth of knowledge about the amazing archaeological history of the holy land by the Coral Tours guides truly was phenomenal. The volume of information shared would make any history buff swoon in admiration. Many of the sites we visited were breathtaking and awe inspiring. My favorites were the Dead Sea, the Garden Tomb, the Beatitude Monastery, Yad Vashem, the wood carvings at the Yigal Allon Centre, the Springs of Gideon, overlooking Jerusalem at night, Beit She'an, and Qumran. And for cat lovers, Israel is the place for you--daily sightings were plentiful! As a very relationship-oriented person, my most cherished moments on the tour were the intimate encounters I and others had with the Lord and each other during our pilgrimage: * corporate worship out on the Sea of Galilee as we were all tethered together on three boats; * the renewal of marriage vows between couples and all of us in our covenant with the Lord just outside a chuppah erected in Zipoori National Park; * the elation of hundreds as they were baptized in the Jordan--some for the very first time; * worship in Caesarea along the Mediterranean Sea; * the anointing service for victory, breakthrough, and blessing while overlooking the City of Jerusalem; * divine encounters with fellow travelers which blossomed into life-long friendships and spiritual kinship; * an unexpected opportunity to help lead worship in the wilderness; and * a very special personal encounter with the Lord while inside the plaza praying at the Western Wall. Although I had to return to the U.S., I feel that I very definitely made a spiritual aliyah--an irrevocable joining together with the destiny of Israel as a spiritual Jew, which has forever changed my own course on the earth until Messiah returns to the Mount of Olives...where I, too, have now stood.

We just returned from Jonathan Cahns super tour fall 2018. This was an amazing tour. Our guide , Liat, was so knowledgeable. Jonathans preaching was awesome and his mysteries of the Bible were explained very well. I would do this tour again in a heart beat. The long days were filled with learning, love, laughter, and the Bible came alive for me. I did not want this tour to end. Because of this Christ filled tour I have been changed for the better. Coral Tours is truly fabulous and so well organized. There is lots of walking and much narration - truly a super tour.

The trip to Israel was amazing, this was my third time going with Rabbi Jonathan Cahn organized by Coral Tours. They did an amazing job, it was the biggest trip I have been on over 500 people. It was well organized and I couldn't imagine traveling with anyone besides Coral tours. I recommend anyone going to Israel to travel with them as well. I want to thank all the staff and everyone at Coral for a magnificent job! It was a blessing to visit all of the sites in Israel and the professionalism of the team made even this trip a truly memorable one.

just returned from the trip of a Lifetime. Coral Tours and Rabbi Jonathan Cahn created an event so powerful and so wonderful it is hard to put into words. I will never read or hear the Bible the same again. My understanding and knowledge increased a hundred fold. The logistics and service provided by Coral Tours was amazing. The teaching and guidance from Rabbi Jonathan cannot be found anywhere else. We celebrated, gathered new experiences, walked in the footsteps of Jesus and watched as Scripture came alive in front of us. We sailed on the Sea of Galilee, walked across the Mount of Olives, sat in the Garden of Gethsemane, and stood at the top of Masada plus a whole lot more. The tour guides were very knowledgeable and the bus drivers helpful and very courteous. My late husband helped me plan this trip prior to his passing. He knew before I went that this would change my life and this was the tour I should take. He was so right. The international scope of our tour was wonderful. I met so many from across the globe and from home in the US. The hotel accommodations were very comfortable and the food was delicious as well as plentiful. After the Covid shut down Golden Coral…

After the Covid shut down Golden Coral reopened one store in the Indianapolis area. We stopped and had lunch and it was not bad. So, three weeks later we went back for dinner. The first time they were serving the food and the second time they had started letting the customers serve themselves. On this visit we saw a child playing with a serving spoon and later (as we were finishing) saw another child licking a serving spoon. We left and it is only a 2 mile drive home and I was sick by the time I got home. To make a long story short I ended up going to the doctor, had to have a CT scan, and was told I had a parisitic colon infection caused by contaminated food.....never Golden Coral again

Kids love it

Kids love it. Feels a big like a feed trough, but the food is decent, the price is decent and some of the stuff is actually good. They're right behind the line prepping veggies and fruit, and they follow what seems to be strict guidelines for food safety. All in all.....a decent meal.

Cicero Illinois, NEVER AGAIN!

Cicero Illinois, NEVER AGAIN, new restaurant but for starters they overcharged me, and agreed that they overcharged me but said they couldn't give me a refund. Food safety and sanitation issues abound, I ate here and got diarrhea within 4 hours, I didn't eat anything else all day from anywhere, except from here. While I was getting food from the buffet, one of their A-team, came up behind me and physically threatened me, I said something to the general manager, Tito, but he didn't do anything. I have been a customer for a long time, and the way I was mistreated at the Cicero location, means I will never go there again. Table service here is terrible because they intentionally overload their servers. Some servers have 12-16 tables at once and sadly don't have time to refill drinks or take dirty plates away. in my 40+ years of dining out, this is by far the worse place I have ever eaten in my life! it's already filthy and sadly the current management doesn't seem to care one bit.

Today my family and I ate at Golden…

Today my family and I ate at Golden Corral for a late lunch, the buffet and the entire ninety minutes we were there, there was almost nothing on the buffet, we were charged $40.51 total for three buffets for the buffet line being close to empty. My husband talked to one of the employees as none of the three managers could be bothered to talk to a customer. The only thing they were keeping up with was grilled cheese sandwiches. Who wants to eat a grilled cheese sandwich when you pay over twelve dollars a person? I don’t, it’s pretty sad when a manager can’t be bothered, then get excuses saying they are working on getting the buffet line filled, I for one not buying it. If they are going to continue to drive up prices and not have anything on the buffet line except what’s obvious what’s been on there for a long time, you will not only lose my business but I will tell everyone that I come across not to go to Golden Corral because they keep only old food on the line. The servers are just as annoyed the managers because they don’t want to do anything nor can’t be bothered to talk to a customer. Our server was a sweetheart, she really did a great job in taking care of us but her other customers as well.

We visited the Golden Corral in…

We visited the Golden Corral in Asheboro NC #2454 today 8/3/2021.. What a awlful mistake we made, The food was the worst we ever had, The Pork Ribs was tough,steak tasted like old meat and it was tough, Vegetables tasted like they were dumped out of a can heated and put on the server, the used to be good rolls were awlful....It's been a year or so since we were at this location to eat,This place has really gone down hill, Most all Golden Corrals have Shut down in NC,After eating at the one in Asheboro..We can see why!!!! Never again will we eat here... The place really doesn't deserve 1 star. Paid $19 for pure slop.

Unhappy Customer

Golden Corral- As the daughter of a veteran and a wife of an active duty sailor, I love your company but I am royally pissed off with this LOCATION in El Cajon, CA. I ordered delivery from them tonight (Veterans Day- skipping out of the free meal for dine in). The delivery driver, who was outstanding, called to let us know that the meatloaf (odd when we did not order meatloaf) was not ready, while on the phone a Golden Corral EMPLOYEE was SCREAMING AT HIM- loud enough that my husband could hear. A few minutes later he called back to let us know that the same lady said that ANOTHER DRIVER picked up the order (when Doordash confirmed that this was not the case and we never received another delivery). The driver and us insisted she remake the order, and he was sent on his way. We received SOME of the order, missing a meal and my husband's steak was burnt even though he specifically asked for medium rare (REMEMBER A TWO MEAL ORDER- bourbon chicken and rice, and steak). You need to at least refund my missing bourbon chicken order before I even think about removing this review. Tried to call you first, but the phone line is also busy for this location every time I call.

I have eaten in Richmond

I have eaten in Richmond, in Golden Corral several times. Every time (and I mean every), my pancakes are burnt. Ordered Meatloaf once, but it came with INSTANT POTATOES. Now the chain has gone woke, and I have said GOODBY.

Went to Golden Corral on yesterday (3-18-23). They LIED, none of the rooms were booked. This was at 2pm central time/ Horn Lake MS. No one in line and the doors were locked. WHY, hardly anyone inside. Dish washer broken, no plates, no silverware, no food out to eat. After being inside 45mins. Then when leaving they had the doors locked again. Only about 15 customers inside. People waiting outside in the COLD about 45 mins. Management got the doors lock, standing around BS and talking. Most of the servers outside smoking and chit chatting on their phones. Just think if I had those buses to come there on yesterday. All those people from NC would've been standing in the COLD. The come inside to COLD FOOD. I made a promise, I will NOT RETURN. Especially after being LIED too about the rooms being all booked with parties at 2pm. My family (10) and I ate in one of the booked rooms. It was 3 other sets of people in this same room. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

NO FRESH HOT FOOD PUT OUT FOR 30 MINUTES WHEN A TOUR GROUP CAME IN!!! WENT THROUGH 6 TO 8 PLATES TO FIND A CLEEAN PLATE!!!! WHEN MAC AND CHEESE WAS CHANGED OUT THE COOK MIXED THE OLD MAC AND CHEESE WITH FRESH MAC AND CHEESE!!! WHEN YOU SPEND 40.00 DOLLARS PLUS THERE SHOULD BE A FULLY STOCKED HOT FOOD!!!! WORST VISIT I EVER HAD AT A GOLDEN CORRAL!!! TRY TO CONTACT GOLDEN CORRAL BY THE PHONE NUMBER THE PERSON NEVER IN THE OFFICE!!! THIS IS A HELL OF A WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS!!!!

Nasty restaurant

The food is not edible. It has to be the worst food ever. Dishes nasty and bathrooms were super filthy . Worst experience ever. With a place that has that much business I shouldn’t have expected anything less. Soon they will be close mark my words

Went to the GC in Osage Beach, MO. The food was simply awful. I got what I was told were ribs. They had to be days old. Just terrible. Absolutely no taste to their food. And the prices?? I will NEVER go there again! 🤮

IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED UNFAIRLY, VISIT STORE #0945 IN HOUSTON TX. I am very disappointed in the quality of service I received upon arriving to pick up my order placed online through Door Dash. Upon arrival, I explained that I was here to pick up an order for Kelvin, my husband, and showed Tammy the receipt on my phone. She still hesitated to give me our food. Tammy stated that I have to confirm the order first before she could give me our food. After several minutes, I still had to call my husband as proof that the food was indeed ours and while doing so, I felt humiliated and embarrassed, as there were other customers around at the time of the interaction with the store manager Tammy. I explained to her several times that I WAS NOT a door dash driver, but was the actual customer who was simply picking my food up. As a regular customer of Golden Corral, I feel that I was not treated fairly. Because of this blatant ignorance displayed by your employee/manager, I will no longer recommend anyone eating at your establishment. What should have taken only 2 minutes turned easily into over 10 minutes of me attempting to retrieve the food that we ordered that was stated to be ready at 1:09pm. There should be regular training on more positive and effective customer service, especially with management. As an African American woman, the behavior shown by your manager Tammy allows me to question whether mistreatment by all African American customers at this magnitude is often tolerated by the company. This is unacceptable, as there are far greater life obstacles to worry about rather than being harassed by a leader of your team. I am disgusted, feel disrespected, and am willing to go out of my way toward choosing to spend my hard-earned money at a restaurant outside of your company. Customer service is everything and if the customer is not happy then something should be done to cultivate an environment more conducive to equality. My husband had to explain to Tammy several more times the exact same thought process that I was attempting to explain. It costs nothing to be kind and to listen. We are all human and indeed make mistakes. But I am owed far more than an apology. I will never set foot in your building again. I am hurt and angry by the behaviors shown from your employee, someone that you've hired to represent not only herself, but the vision of the company as a whole. Is this how all African Americans are treated? There are many other available restaurants in your area to experience. I know that many would rather spend their money on positive customer service instead of being treated like a peasant not worthy of the simple opportunity to pick up food like everyone else. While I don't know how far this message will reach, being treated with dignity and respect goes a long way in my opinion. My hope is that this will not happen again. Please know that you have lost a valuable customer thanks to the above and beyond efforts of Tammy to ensure that my experience was horrible.

Today, after being closed for a long time, I visited golden corral # 766 in Tampa, its remodeling was spectacular, the food was delicious and fresh. but, there was something that impacted me a lot and it was the treatment of the supposed manager Andrea Sanders to a young waitress, because the place was super busy and the waitress had 2 tables which she had not cleaned, I can understand that working under pressure is difficult, but nothing justifies the rude way of treating her workers and even less in front of the costumers, we all witness her bad attitude, she has no professional ethics at all and I think they should take measures in this regard so that she controls her character, because to directing a team work is based on respect

Wife and I went for dinner. We just bought a home in Ocala. I was so happy to see one so close. Buffet is costly at $15.99 (senior price). But you make it up at dinner. (Note that soft drinks are $3 each so you... can easily add $6 to your dinner). Buffet was packed with good food. Vanilla Ice Cream did not work but the chocolate did and was good. Plenty of freshly made cakes and salads. We will be a regular customer!! More

Ten people in our party, including five children, and not one consideration for law enforcement or disabled veteran status. No discount whatsoever. I was shocked Golden Corral doesn't give any discounts for first responders or disabled veterans. But we stayed and ate. The food was... average at best, the floors/carpet was filthy. We had to go back and get our silverware because they forgot to give it to us. But on the bright side, Jason, our waiter was awesome. We did not go thirsty at all as he kept our glasses full, AND the dirty plates off of our table. More

Golden Corral Buffet & Grill on Southwest College Road in Ocala is a well managed Golden Coral location that has everything that you expect with Golden Corral and more. The staff here is very accommodating and makes sure that everything keeps moving. Good experience here.

I like Golden Corral. Out of all the buffets They have good food. Not this place the worst I’ve been to. The dirtiest restaurant I’ve been in. The food was inedible it was dried up in the pans. Nasty and watch out for tht shrimp... on the floor u might slip on it. Stay away unless you like garbage. Lots of screaming brats. Please close your doors. More

We went to eat at Golden Coral on Saturday July 16th 2022 and This is the lady that stole $500 from my account. She was an employee there and continued to ring people up as the came in ignoring that we confronted her. Thankfully My... sister in law noticed her as her name tag said "Alicia" and the transactions on my bank statements clearly showed her name as she transferred all transactions to her cash app. She denied her name and took her name tag off when confronted and slid her name tag under the cash register. She continued to cash people out. She attempted to cash out on my debit card for $1000 she successfully took $500 before my bank flagged unknown transactions and locked my account. WE immediately called the police and she was detained. Golden Corral Buffet & Grill refused to refund us our money for the inconvenience although that would be the right thing to do because they stated that it had been "over an hour since we paid and it was too late to refund us for our food." It shouldn't matter how much time passed after the fact I was worried about getting this delinquent in jail and the fraudulent charges reported! I'm sorry that that took over an hour for you but as a company your employee just robbed me for all my money that I had left and you should honor refunding us for the inconvenience! I can't believe that this happened. This place is disgusting and corrupt. I will never in my life go there again! More

I just move here Ocala on November 2018 I have been visiting Golden Corral in Orlando Area since 2002, I can tell you that a big difference between Orlando and here is the wait you always have waiting for same things like Pizza, Hamburgers, Shrimps,... Fries and fried chicken, I have a Daughter that always like to go for the Pizza or Hamburgers and 100 to 1 that have to wait 10 minutes or eat something else and forget about what she really wanted, Why wait 15 minute for stake? I think they do that purposely, Better wait when We go to Orlando while eat something different in Ocala. (Only good thing is good employees) More

We quit going years ago due to the food's quality. That has been fixed, mostly. What rates a "fair" for our visit is that we got through the register at 6:08 PM and it was over a half an hour before anyone of the staff... approached the table. We were not the only customers to be likewise treated in the center section of the northern side of the store. I found this to speak poorly of the management. This seems to be the sentiment of all three of us. More

It is a good place to go and eat if you are hunger. Price is good if you compare restaurantes around and the quality is pretty good. Always fresh food. I really enjoy eating here and my server was excellent.

This was our favorite golden coral, tonite it was fithly. We were their at 5 pm and the potato chips were laying in an inch of grease, French fries were empty, and the steak was well done ,cold and not medium rare. We used to... go here twice a week was the best now the worse More

I have lived in Ocala for 23 years and in that time I have been to Golden Coral many times. The quality of the food has progressively gotten worse over the years. The Salad area had spilled food everywhere, the lettuce servings bowls were almost... empty. The baked fish was little bits of gelatinous fish floating around in oil and water. The rotisserie chicken was rubber and dry. Tonight was the last time we will eat there. More

Ocala Restaurant Word of Mouth review on Golden Corral (Ocala, FL), We stopped by Wednesday of this week (6/21) for breakfast. The Face Book website said it started at 9:30 and we got there just as the doors were being unlocked for a man having... a seminar there. I asked the gal the door if they had the breakfast buffet. She said no, that was only Fri-Sat-Sun. I told her that the website listed other days and times. She said she had eggs, toast and bacon...that was about it.??? Se drove off and went to Dennys instead. Can any of Golden Corral managers explain this to me? More

Normally the Golden Corral restaurants are ok for buffet meals. This restaurant was the exception. The restaurant smelled horrible between the filthy carpeting, the bathrooms, and the people who can't figure out what deodorant is. Although most of the food seemed fresh and hot, very... few of them tasted good. After watching an employee sweep things from the counter surrounding the food bowls in the salad bar area back into the food bowls I did not bother to eat anything from that entire section. Do you train these people what not to do with food? The dessert section remained almost empty the whole time and when I overheard one person ask about a piece of cake an employee got snippy with them. Clean this place, make it smell good, and train your employees better and maybe it would be ok. The only reason I gave this a poor rating and not a terrible is because some of the food was acceptable. More

By far this place is the dirtiest place I have been in. I limited my selection to deep fried fish thinking it would be safe but it was so under cooked I just left. Hopeless.

London hop on/off not worth the money

London hop on/off not worth the money. The recorded audio guide mostly consists of elevator music between the occasional comments that are light on detail making this similar to a commuter bus but with an open top. Some drivers pleasant; others rude. Buses not as frequent but decent app shows locations of coming ones. Getting on at Marble Arch was a mistake as we had to go through Paddington and along Euston Road. Starting near St Paul’s would have been better.

This is for the day ticket hop on hop off for London. Buses are tired, the audio guide was mis timed or non existent. Then the buses all finish at about 5:45 pm whilst all the other bus companies keep going! No wonder they were on sale! Wish we’d used another bus company Ruined our last day in London Avoid

The Afternoon Tea Bus

The Afternoon Tea bus was a joke, £53 each paid for 3 seats together only to be told we couldn’t be put together. Sandwiches stale, by the waitresses own admission they are made and left standing. Driver lost his way and we ended back at Victoria Station before we had even started the tour.Not to mention the red lights he jumped. Good awful, only good thing was the thermal cup we were given. Waste of money.

Chaotic pre-boarding at Bulleid Way for…

Chaotic pre-boarding at Bulleid Way for Christmas Lights Tour. Several tours departing similar times: no organised queuing. Left 15 mins late, for no apparent reason. Ended 15 mins early so lasted 60 min, not the 90 advertised. Seated lower deck (same price as upper). Couldn't hear music: views of lights very restricted. Overall, very disappointing and for £29 each, a rip off.

Golden tour excellent customer service

Dedication of the tour representatives. Mr. David Reid noticed that I missed the last orange line bus tour on December 27th 2023. I really got panicked. He took the time to page a bus driver nearby and he personally drove me to the station near my hotel. I never forget his kindness. He did not have to do this. I highly recommend Golden tour bus for their commitment to their customers!

If yiu check review sites, there are many others, besides me, who paid for tours that never happened, or were modified in some way without warning, or just plain skipped cites. They won’t reimburse partial or fill fares either, hiding behind the disclaimers that stops are subject to change.

Emma is Amazing!!!!

We jumped on the blue line after blowing in from Bath. Emma gave us a 2 hour commentary on every thing insider. She was off shift after our tour and was nice enough to direct us to the Eye and surrounds, we located the graffiti bridge and appreciated THE CUT. we were staying a short distance away but would never have had the deep experience without her advise.

Ordered tickets and transportation from…

Ordered tickets and transportation from City of London to WB studio, making of Harry Potter. The driver Asis was on time, guided us during the tour. He also secured that our entrance was perfectly. That’s excellent service. Our best recommendation and will use the services again

Christmas lights tour

Christmas lights tour: a total waste of money and complete con. It started 30 minutes late, did a circle of the block to pick a late crew member up, stopped on route to drop a group off and sat at 4 bus stops for about 8 minutes each time for no reason. Because of all that it only covered 1/4 of the route and we didn't see a single Christmas light as we never made it far enough away from the bus station. There wee 3 of us and I was told we would be on a table for 4 so may have someone sat with us, but we were actually spilt up in different areas of the bus not even sat together. I have emailed GOLDEN TOURS and they didn't bother responding, simply refunded part of the £102 I paid so now I have to go through the bank to claim the remaining money I wasted with them

On our visit to London we chose to go…

On our visit to London we chose to go on Golden Tours. However we were very disappointed with the availability of the buses. The route around Trafalgar Square anf Buckingham Palace closed very early. We were moved from bus to bus as each one finished their route. The only thing that saved our holiday was one driver Nazareth de Sousa who rescued us several times really going out of his way literally to help us get to where we needed to be. He used his break time to help us and on one occasion contacted control and waited with us until another bus arrived even though he should have signed off. A hero in our eyes.

Couldn't see more and learn more about the country in just one day (the Windsor, Stonehenge, Oxford tour). Both guide and driver very friendly. Ei Li (spelled like this?), the guide, really invests herself in making the tour very pleasant and informative. Her knowledge about the country and the places we visited.

Very disappointing

We were extremely disappointed with this bus tour. We didn’t get full use of the service as we waited over an hour for a bus to arrive to finish the tour and it never arrived. Scanned the qr code for live tracking which was useless. Listened to the audio while on bus which kept cutting off and changing to something else. Definitely not impressed after paying for a family of five and we were left to walk the rest of the journey with younger children.

Great experience with live Guide (George)

The company is very messed up

The company is very messed up, they do not provide a well guided tour, cheat the people by dropping of many kilometres away from the confirmed drop off point in the voucher. Drivers very openly ask for financial tips which is very rude. We took London panaromic with London eye and stone henge tour with them. They did not even gave us the cruise which was part of the tour package, instead they booked a boat uber for us from one point to other

Chaotic and expensive

Booked online for a family group of 5. All stops we tried to get on were closed, leading to a lot of time walking about trying to find a stop. Closures were not reflected in the app, which should be easy to update. All the busdrivers were very unfriendly. Tours also stopped very early (although to be fair we could have checked the timetable more closely). Tour itself was ok, not brilliant and commentary often cut off before it finished to announce the next stop. All in all this has put us off doing any more bus tours anywhere.

A lovely afternoon tea bus tour

We just wanted to say what a lovely experience we had on our Afternoon Tea tour in London on Saturday 18th February. Although the weather was a little gloomy, the staff & experience certainly brightened up our day. My wife required a Gluten Free option & she was a little concerned on what maybe offered to her, but she wasn’t disappointed & looked after. We were looked after by Daya, Nilsson & driver Namud, & we would definitely recommend this tour to friends & family when they are in London. Thank you for a great time! Plus we enjoyed the music playlist too.

These guys are overbooking everything

These guys are overbooking everything, then not letting you on the expensive things you've booked over them, only to then yell at you and send you away. I have booked events with them twice and had the same experience with them both times. Total scam company. This has been confirmed by the companies partnering with them also - They were very frustrated with them and ensured us they had dissolved any contracts they had had with them. Scam company. Steer clear at all cost. They only take your money and you get nothing. Tourist trap. Avoid anything their brand name is on if you want to have a nice time in London. These guys are borderline criminal, honestly.

Students Harry Potter tour

Having a young group of students and knowing we were in Bayswster, they didn't tell us about the stop in Baker street and ignored our begging to stop at Marble Arch. As a consequence, we are on the tuve at midnight with a group of 9 to 13 yesr olds. They driver and guide didn't even apologise. First and last time with this company, especially after having paid over100 GBPs per child. Extremely unrecommendable!

We had an amazing time today with Grace…

We had an amazing time today with Grace and Mario! We toured Warwick Castle, Stratford Upon Avon, drove through the Cotswolds visited Oxford University. Grace was knowledgeable, gracious and friendly (and patient😉). Mario was funny and manoeuvred that bus with ease. Enjoyed the entire tour and these two made it memorable. Thank you Grace and Mario!!!
