Detailed description.

On this E bike tour of 6 hours you will start at our shop at Hayes Valley. San Francisco is a view city, and with our E bikes, you can take full advantage. First you will visit the neighborhoods and parks we love but aren’t easily accessible on ordinary bikes. With your E bikes you will have plenty of power and battery capacity to propel you through the city and over the hills, and on this big 20-mile loop, you will also visit quintessential SF neighborhoods, the city’s most beautiful parklands, and the stunningly rugged Pacific coast. You may also get the best views of the Golden Gate Bridge (assuming Karl the Fog isn’t covering it). You will stop for some lunch, and the ride through Castro a vibrant, colorful, and rooted in activism, place and Mission a dynamic neighborhood with Latino roots and an abundance of historic murals. At the end you will be rerouted to the bike shop.

Majestic Bike Tour is an awesome way to explore SF

In a group of 6, we enjoyed a 5 hour long round trip through 10+ neighborhoods and parks. Josh is a guide with an amazing background on the history of San Francisco.

From the booking, till the end if the tour, it was all first class. We did the Majestic Electric tour, which included the hills and neighborhoods . The day we booked for had iffy weather, si we were called and offered an alternate day which we took. Our guide Earl was great. He made the day fun , info and safe. The electric bikes are the only way to see all of San Francisco without breaking a sweat.

What a great tour! My boyfriend and I love taking bike tours when we travel, and this one did not disappoint! We did the 5 hour Majestic Electric bike tour with Josh. Josh was a fantastic guide and was super knowledgeable. It's always great to have a tour guide who is passionate about their city and their city's history, architecture and people. We saw so many different sides of San Francisco -- Lower Haight, Richmond, Ocean Beach, Mission, and everything in-between. The weather was a little drizzly and cool, but honestly, we were having so much fun on these bikes that the weather didn't bother us at all. We can't wait to return to this beautiful city and explore some more. Thank you, Josh!

The city of San Francisco really starts when you get out of the heart of it! I did the 'Majestic electric' tour. The electric bikes made the hills a breeze and our tour guide Brandon was excellent. Felt like a local and the city is very bike friendly. Couldn't recommend it high enough. Best thing I did when I was there.

My sister & I did the e-bike tour in mid-September. It was one of the major highlights from our week in SF! The weather was perfect, even a bit warm, but the e-bikes were a great way to see the whole city. Earl, our guide, was perfect. He made the tour very worthwhile...even making a trek up to Twin Peaks for us. Another highlight was eating lunch at Picnic in the Park at Presidio. Thanks again, Earl! :)

I had a fantastic experience on the majestic electric tour. There was only one other guest on the tour with me and we had a great time being led through the streets by our guide, Brandon. Brandon was lovely and very engaging in discussing the city's rich history and culture with us. I loved riding on the electric bikes. The city has many steep areas, but the electric bikes allowed us to ascend the steepest hills with very little effort. As a result, we were able to cover a lot of ground and see so many awesome areas in the city as well as the coastline. Brandon provided us with helmets and instruction on riding the bikes. I'm not a frequent cyclist, but I felt really safe the entire time. All in all, a great experience that I'd highly recommend.

Our fantastic Golden Gate Tour lets you grasp the beauty of this amazing bridge as well as the city of San Francisco. The meeting point is in Aquatic Park at 2715 Hyde Street. From here, together with your guide and a group of a maximum of 15 people, you will ride along Fort Mason to Presidio Park . After that, there will be some time for a relaxed coffee break at the Warming Hut Bookstore. Meanwhile, the tour guide will tell you everything you need to know about this great city, the bridge and much more.

After the coffee break, the time has come to ride across the majestic Bridge – a nearly 3-kilometer (1.7-mi.) ride that will take your breath away! The route takes you to the Vista Point where you have a great view of the bridge once more. From the Vista Point, you will cycle to the beautiful town of Sausalito , where the guide will say goodbye to the group and officially end the tour. Now, you can decide if you wish to take the ferry back to the meeting point or cycle some more. The ferry goes via Angel Island State Park, where you also have the possibility to ride your bike. You can keep the bikes until the end of the day! The ticket ($14) for the ferry is not included.

San Francisco covers 49 square miles, and on this tour, you’ll see the best of it. Our longest tour on regular (non-electric) bikes, the 7×7 is filled with historical stories and cultural exploration, with lots of neighborhoods, sights, and city icons mixed in.

Highlights include epic views, (including views of the Golden Gate Bridge), hippy history, a dip into Golden Gate Park, a ride through the Presidio (a national park in the city limits), the bay waterfront, Ferry Building, baseball stadium (go Giants!), houseboats, and sacred street art.
