You charged more than the final price…

You charged more than the final price sent to my email… that is misleading as there is not an excuse or argument for that extra. I noticed when I was about to pay for extra luggage as the trip is for my grandmother (an older woman). With this I am not sure that I can trust you in the future with my payments.

I got my tickets and the process was…

I got my tickets and the process was relatively easy. However, when I was researching I got one price for an individual but if I increase the number of travelers the per per price went up $8 or more. When I called to book hoping that talking to a real person would allow for booking all of us at the cheaper price, I was quoted a per person cost of $30 more than I could get on line. The person on the phone was not willing to look into the difference or cared.

My representative was Sheldon. He was really nice and patient. I had many questions and he walked me thru the process and answered my questions with patience. At one point we had difficulty with my credit card. It kept showing the message of "Error" when Sheldon tried to run the number. But, he stuck with it and was able to rectify the problem. He's really nice and professional.

Terrible service never will buy a ticket on this company I don't recommend. They have onen price on line after you paid for it ..they don't give you the confirmation of the aeroline and I have to call them and say that I have to paid more for aeropuert feed ??? No good..

I called in because when I made a mistake and put the wrong return time.

I called in because when I made my reservation I accidentally picked the wrong return time. I had the pleasure of speaking with Simon Paul and told him what happened that I picked the wrong return time by mistake. The one that I picked would get me home to late and I have to go to work early the next day. He was able to help me correct my mistake and get me the return time that I had meant to pick to begin with. I really do appreciate his help and the great conversation we had while he was making the change.

2 days later!

I looked on line for 2 days! when i found a reasonably priced flight, before i completed a booking, the screen would change and there replacing my choice was a higher price and different schedule not of my choice, and i'd call for assistance, i was told my option has been terminated. What caught my eye with you guys was 1st, your price did not change and i had plenty of time to book my option, called your # for confirmation and Q's, and everything was done with my satisfaction in mind! Quick and Easy

So far my experience has been great. Easy to use web site and I received my e-ticket within the time stated. Flight was booked well in advance so I will update review if needed. Company did great with disclosures and made it very clear that airline flight changes are outside of their control. Have not has to reach out to customer service as of the date of this review.

Prices in website are false!!!!

Prices in website are false. One books for the price given then get a call back indicating oh that was a old promotion like why would you have it posted to start off two customer service are rude AF. Then representative try's to sell you a higher cost ticket with no carry on bags. Hello who travels with no bags. Very Disappointing.

Alguien que me diga sobre la nueva…

Alguien que me diga sobre la nueva política que tiene la aerolínea linea me cobraron 150 dólares por cada persona (2) luego de su pasaje dice que son por ser inmigrantes y es para que puedan viajar con los documentos de migración este cobro del impuesto me lo hizo viajeros del mundo. Alguien que me diga si siempre es así o hasta este año?

Horrorosa experiencia

Son ESTAFADORES, reservé un boleto para el otro día, no me llegaba el boleto electrónico y cada vez que llamaba me decian que ya lo iban a mandar, pasaron más de 5 horas y no lo mandaron. Quise cancelarlo y me dijeron que no se podía, me enojé mucho cuando me dijeron eso, porque además sus politicas dicen que se puede cancelar sin costo en las primeras 24 horas de haber hecho la reserva y me terminaron diciendo que lo iban a cancelar (al menos eso dijeron). Por suerte bloquee mi tarjeta y no lo cobraron. Horrorosa experiencia.Jamás compren allí. Actualización al 18/4/24: dan respuesta a este comentario diciendo que "creen que quedé satisfecho con el servicio". Es totalmente falso, NO quedé satisfecho y nunca cambiaré esa opinión, ya que la experiencia fue espantosa de principio a fin. Este comentario es y seguirá siendo válido.

Tailandia nos ha encantado: tanto la vida de Bangkok como las islas que nos recomendaste para esta época del año. Hemos podido esquivar la lluvia en agosto yendo al golfo de Tailandia! Gracias por todo y dejamos las restantes islas y el Norte de Tailandia para otras vacaciones.

La verdad es que el viaje ha sido perfecto, era lo que buscábamos: visitar las distintas zonas de Tailandia (Bangkok, norte, y playas) con libertad para hacer en cada momento lo que más nos apeteciese, pero con la tranquilidad de tener una agencia como Mundo Nómada Travel para las excursiones guiadas imprescindibles de cada zona, así como para los traslados a aeropuertos y hoteles. El viaje ha sido algo inolvidable, algo para recordar siempre. Conocer una cultura diferente, de un país tan diferente de un país acogedor, ha sido algo excepcional. Dentro del país hemos podido constatar a la vez la diferencias entre la gran capital Bangkok, el norte con sus montañas y su entorno como algo salvaje, y el sur con sus playas e islas paradisíacas. El viaje nocturno en tren también es algo que nos encanto, pudimos vivir un poco dentro de su entorno con este viaje, nos llevo un poco a la Tailandia profunda. Saludos y gracias.

(CNN Español) -- El ministro de Asuntos Exteriores de Rusia, Sergey Lavrov, anunció este viernes que Moscú apoya las aspiraciones de Bolivia de unirse al grupo BRICS, en una conferencia de prensa con su par boliviana, Celinda Sosa, de visita oficial en ese país.

Lavrov dijo también que Rusia apoya los esfuerzos de Bolivia por “proteger su soberanía nacional” y “defender los principios de las relaciones internacionales”, detalló la agencia estatal rusa, TASS.

El canciller de Rusia agregó que Moscú busca el desarrollo de las relaciones bilaterales entre los gobiernos de los presidentes Luis Arce y Vladimir Putin. “Estas incluyen el comercio, proyectos económicos y de inversión, así como una cooperación humanitaria, cultural y educativa”, comentó.

• ¿Qué es el BRICS, qué países lo integran y qué función tiene?

Por su parte, Sosa aseguró que Bolivia ve el grupo BRICS como una alternativa para un desarrollo mundial “más justo y equitativo” en un orden mundial en el que América Latina quiere jugar “un papel importante”.

“Rusia es muy importante para Bolivia porque este país encabeza la construcción de un mundo multipolar”, afirmó.

Sosa destacó que la cooperación bilateral se reforzó especialmente desde 2021 tras las conversaciones entre Arce y Putin. “Hemos avanzado en temas como el comercio económico, en temas de energía, educación, ciencia y tecnología”, puntualizó.

Los BRICS, que desde 2011 estaban formados por Brasil, Rusia, India, China y Sudáfrica, se posicionan a grandes rasgos como la respuesta a las principales economías desarrolladas del Grupo de los Siete (G7). Actualmente Rusia ejerce la presidencia rotativa de este bloque económico.

A principios de año, Irán, Arabia Saudita, Emiratos Árabes Unidos, Etiopía, Irán y Egipto se unieron formalmente al grupo.
