Fantastic experience: Fern was very helpful and professional in helping us book a holiday in Italy.

Fantastic experience: We were delighted with our trip to Athens, which was arranged by Louise. She found us a fabulous hotel in a perfect location, close enough to walk into the centre, and with plenty of good restaurants and a metro station close by. She was very knowledgeable about the city and even suggested we might enjoy a day trip to the nearby island of Aegina, which we did, and thoroughly enjoyed. thank you Louise!

Fantastic experience: We into Tui store to book an holiday, first time since covid, we were meet by Fern, she was vert friendly and helpful, she sorted our holiday out in know time, went through every detail, also said if we needed anything at all we could just pop in to see her, very professional and easy to talk to, rest of staff also very friend. Tui Shop very inviting and clean.

Fantastic experience: Have been using Tui for years, intended to go to Brighton branch we prefer to speak to a person who can help and sort out any issue while your there, but weather was horrendous so we called them.Spoke to Yasmin who helped us book our next holiday she was helpful, and friendly assisted us through the process. All booked but unable to pick flight seats at that time. We said which ones we would like and she emailed us back very quickly to say was all sorted thank you Yasmin and Tui booked and ready to go

Fantastic experience: Was lovely to book with them for such a large group, especially with asking questions. There was an issue but Donna was amazing in supporting with this and got everything sorted in the same day.

Fantastic experience: I popped into the TUI branch in Brighton on Sunday to enquire about a holiday for early next year. I was greeted by Yasmin who was very polite and friendly and more than happy to talk us through our different options. Yasmin was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping us find and arrange our perfect holiday.

However Shannon was so helpful, giving us so much useful information about the location, and providing us with the best pricing and options etc, that we ended up booking the holiday there and then. Fantastic experience: We have used Tui for a number of years to book our holidays and wouldn't go anywhere else. For the last two years we have visited the Brighton branch where the lovely Georgia has helped us choose & book our holidays. Georgia is full of knowledge having travelled lots herself, which for us was an extra bonus to hear about her own experiences, along with her tips & recommendations. We are always very indecisive, however Georgia is very patient & helps you to identify what you really want from your holiday, to help whittle down the choices to find the perfect location & hotel. We would highly recommend Georgia & her expertise!

Fantastic experience: I popped in to TUI Brighton after an easter weekend of researching summer holidays for my family of 4. I was experiencing holiday blindness having looked through many options, and then Julia stepped in and helped me find a clear path forward at a good price, with professionalism and a smile. I'd highly recommend TUI Brighton, and in particular Julia, who was brilliant!

Fantastic experience: This office team were fantastic this morning. For a start they were fully staffed (a rarity in modern Britain when everyone seems to avoid speaking in person) and every member of that team were engaged in helping me unpick a rookie error. Kind, generous with their time and despite having no doubt said the same thing to a dozen people already all of them made me feel as if I was the only person that mattered today and I was only booking health insurance. I will only use them in the future and I strongly recommend you do to. Thank you to Libby especially who could not have been more helpful.

Fantastic experience: Lizzie and I spent hours searching for holidays on the internet and ended up driving to from Eastbourne to Brighton to TUI. This is where we met the lovely Georgia who we knew instantly would find us the holiday we were looking for. Georgia asked us what our initial thoughts and requirements were so she could help us find the best match and she certainly did that. Poor Georgia put up with us changing our very specific requirements for a last minute holiday throughout the time we were there and was so lovely. She was patient, knowledgeable and had a great sense of humour. She even makes really good coffee!!! All joking apart, nothing beats going into TUI and booking such an important thing as a holiday because its got to be right. Thanks so much Georgia....we will be back!! xxx

Fantastic experience: Me and Tom went to Brighton branch in January we didn’t know exactly where we wanted to go but had a bit of an idea. We sat down with Yasmin and told her how much money we have to spend and somewhere we can explore She is very Honest to you about the places but that’s what we liked about her as it helped us a lot about making our minds up about where to go. Fantastic experience: First time I've used TUI Store, and it wont be the last after the truly fantastic service I've enjoyed from Fern in the North Street, Brighton branch. I spoke with Fern some weeks ago about a holiday in Puglia, Italy. Flights had not been released but Fern advised she would check regularly and call back. True to her word she contacted me several times updating me and finally today called to advise flights were now available. I went ahead and booked the holiday for 4 people. Fern is very professional in all respects and a lovely warm and friendly lady. Her promise is also her word and I have no hesitation in recommending her and the Brighton branch of TUI Holidays. I was a bit nervous about booking at first as this will be my first cruise but she was so informative and explained everything thoroughly so quickly put my mind at rest. Her customer service was first class and I would 100% recommend Yasmin :)

Fantastic experience: I'd just like to say that your call centre agent Donna and her female colleague at the Brighton store are an absolute credit to TUI. We have had a nightmare 24 hours after a plane overran the runway at Leeds Bradford causing the closure of the airport and cancellation of our holiday with Jet2 who couldn't provide us with an alternative. After a frantic night of literally non stop fruitless searching high and low there was genuinely nothing as an alternative, everything was fully booked with every provider disappearing before my eyes as so many people were in the same boat - our last resort was to phone around all the providers in the morning and we got through to the lovely Donna at TUI and her colleague who literally spent an hour on the phone also frantically searching a million permutations not showing on Internet searches due to the timescale for us which ended up with us being able to make a booking. Donna was so unbelievably helpful, patient and kind and we are indebted. Our son is autistic and his whole world came crashing down with the Jet2 cancellation of his holiday that he'd spent months hyping himself up for, only to be cancelled at check in the worst conditions at the airport, he spent 12 hours inconsolably being unable to process what had happened and the extreme disappointment of not having a holiday after a few years of nothing. First world problems yes, but autism throws another dimension on things and when your child has extreme anxiety and processing issues, it's beyond heartbreaking and traumatic when you can't do anything to help as the options to soften the blow were next to zero at such late notice. Donna probably didn't realise this, but she saved my little boy by going above and beyond what we ever expected. Hopefully this holiday goes without any drama! Thank you so much Donna and colleague for just being absolute ANGELS.

Fantastic experience: Yasmin in the Brighton store of Tui was so very helpful, informative and patient when I arrived not really knowing where I wanted to travel to celebrate a milestone birthday. Fantastic experience: I went into the TUI store to ask some questions about a holiday I had seen on line. From the first greeting to being helped by Fern was such a streamline, pleasurable, friendly and professional experience. Fern was knowledgeable and swiftly handled my questions and gave me additional information which I hadn't thought about, I am so pleased she did. What an exceptional experience! I have booked through this branch of TUI before and always have an excellent experience and so I thought its about time I leave a review.

Fantastic experience: The girls in Brighton are always helpful and charming and go that bit extra. Especially Donna who sat with me for the best part of an hour helping me to change a booking and save me a large cancecllation fee, and, finding me a lovely hotel. Must give a shout to the manager of the Brighton office also who helped sort out the best thing for me.

Fantastic experience: Tui Brighton have excellent staff who are very friendly and knowledgeable on all locations. My wife and I have recently been on a 17 days Golden Wedding Anniversary to the Canadian Rockies including the Rocky Mountaineer train followed by a 7days cruise to Alaska. Fantastic experience: booked a 7 night holiday with Fern at TUI brighton. i am a solo traveller and online everything is biased towards couples. a painless and excellent holiday was offered by Fern, i was so impressed i booked and paid for it on the spot

Fantastic experience: After learning our hotel was having building works, Fern kindly offered us alternative hotels for our Malta holiday. We explored the choices, and (with some help from Michelle) decided on our new hotel. Fantastic experience: Went into store today to help me choose a cabin for a cruise, was told as booked online that I would need to ring them directly. On having a few problems with the call. A member off staff, I think she said her name was Donna,was really helpful and helped me to do this. Fantastic experience: we visited the brighton shop to book a trip to Turkey and for some one to one help and advice as there is still no substitute for dialogue with a real agent. We had the pleasure of dealing with Shannon who was as wonderfully friendly as she was helpful. we were talked though every aspect of the booking process and were given all the information necessary. The booking experience made easy. Some weeks later we returned to the branch with a handful of further enquiries and they were dealt with and satisfied with equal fab quality customer service by Shanon, we cant thank her enough for all her help and sound advise, she is a credit to the company which is why we shall continue to use tui for future adventures.. Fantastic experience: We only ever book in the TUI store when we want a holiday. Today we booked with Fern who was friendly, took time to ensure we booked the holiday we wanted and that we got the best deal. All the staff at TUI store Brighton are lovely and really add that personal touch!

Fantastic experience: I recently went into the shop in Brighton as I needed help with a group holiday to Turkey. I was worried booking online that we wouldn’t all be put close together in the hotel. Positive experience

This was our first time in fifteen years booking a package holiday and it's so easy to do on the TUI app/website. There were some very helpful filters to narrow down the huge range of holidays on offer, which came in very handy. The whole booking experience was made straight forward and user friendly.

A great holiday and such a pleasure to fly from Cardiff. Hotel RUI Nautilus was clean comfortable and friendly. Restaurant a little disorganised, no one to show to table and had to carry boiling water for tea from machine to table. I found this dangerous in a very busy restaurant. Overall very good and would recommend hotel.

Booked a last minute deal to Tunisia

Booked a last minute deal to Tunisia, hotel was good, location was good, food in the hotel was disappointing. Tui were really good when we booked and very helpful, the thing that made it really good was the assistance at the airport and the other side too. It’s the first time we’ve had special assistance for our holidays and the service with TUI was outstanding and so we have since booked another holiday for next year and also looking at another late deal this year.

Spoke to a lovely lady to pay the balance of or holiday. Unfortunately, her system needed rebooting because I was the first of the day so my debit card details needs to be taken twice. And then was unsuccessful, she was most apologetic & said she needed to speak to someone more senior. As I was in a rush for an appointment, I said I’d call back later ,which I did but my bank balance was showing that the money had come out. See follow up feedback on later calls

1st time customer | So far pleasant experience

Kudos to the Carlisle branch and especially Sue who was recommended. She was so patient with the back and forth until we were able to finally book our first holiday with TUI. I have never used a travel agent before and I am so very hopeful that this first experience is grand. As the process was so pleasant and easy we are already working on our second holiday. If all goes well we will go ahead and book a cruise for spring of 2025. I am full of anticipation and expectation about the ease and confidence in travelling with TUI at the ready to help. Lastly, the app is so easy to use, love the countdown to holiday and the ease of booking excursions. Will follow up with another review after holiday.

Fantastic holiday's

The girls who work in the store where we always book our holidays make the experience so good for us . Nothing is too much trouble we do not feel rushed into making a decision , they give us constructive, advice and they also know us as customers and what we expect from a holiday . on-line booking process simple and straightforward. confirmation emails instant. manage booking provides useful prompts i.e. API required, Travel insurance reminder, visa considerations etc. I have made numerous bookings with TUI the ease of bookings is what I have come to expect. excellent work team. you have my gratitude.

Pointless customer service

Pointless customer service. Our holiday was changed to fly out from Birmingham instead of Bristol due to the flight being cancelled. I was able to change the flight to Gatwick which is closer but TUI decided to change the payment date. I got into contact with their live chat who said they changed it back to the 28th of may. I’ve now just received an email saying I need to pay the remain balance on the 17th of may or my holiday will be cancelled. I got into contact with the live chat again who said they don’t change payment dates and that I have to pay the remain balance on the 17th.

I can see from our records that you've spoken to a member of our live chat team who has granted a balance extension for you until the 31st May 2024, which is an extra 14 days on top of your existing balance due date. Please be advised that a balance extension is an internal note only, so you'll still receive payment reminders. However, don't worry about these, as they're automated and our finance team manually check any bookings so will see the agreed payment date. If you have any queries relating to this, please feel free to call us on 0203 451 2688 or pop back on live chat and we'll be happy to help. Booked a holiday last night as I have done for the last 6 years. The booking was rejected.On eventually getting through to TUI was told that the reason for the rejection was that the price moved during the booking process and I would need to re-book at higher price! I really don’t think this is a nice way to treat someone who has booked many holidays with TUI but I guess customer service and honest trading is a thing that TUI value.

This means we monitor how our holidays are selling and we also compare ourselves against our competitors' prices and then use this information to adjust our prices and current offers. Prices can increase or decrease at any time so we would always advise that customers book as soon as they find a price they're happy with to get that price locked in. We wanted to change our holiday because of family concerns, and was told it is £50 each, I'm amazed that it costs that much to press a few buttons, which insidently I could have done myself. Thank you for your reply, Tui. I accept it costs your company to set up systems to deal with this, but come on, £100 to change details, 5 minutes of your time, we were staying with you, no loss of business. Update your customer service!!!!

Amendment and cancellation fees are made to cover the cost of processing the changes to the booking. As the majority of amendments and cancellations are made by calling the Call Centre, as a business we need to provide resources for this to happen. Also when changes are made via our self-service method – there’s a cost to the business in developing and implementing such a system.
