DER WEICHE KERN 2024

Im vergangenen Juni haben wir im Norden, Osten und Westen einige Konzerte gespielt, die DER WEICHE KERN hießen und nun wollen wir die Tour nochmal mehr im Süden, zumindest von uns aus gesehen, wiederholen:

Das Konzept bleibt identisch mit dem von der vorherigen Tour: wir haben euch ein Paket zusammengestellt, bestehend aus einer Eintrittskarte, einem Metallanstecker und einer Vinyl Single. Das alles befindet sich in einem bedruckten Stoffbeutel. Auf der Single befinden sich die Lieder „Der weiche Kern“ und „Otto muss fallen“ – all diese Artikel sind ausschließlich und nur in Verbindung mit dieser Konzertkarte zu bekommen!

Es wird aber auch ein günstigeres Ticket geben, ohne die genannten Sachen…

KONZERTE & DER WEICHE KERN

Als wir nach unserem Herzinfarkt letztes Jahr nicht wussten, ob wir als Band überhaupt weitermachen können, hat uns eine überwältigende Anteilnahme erreicht, was uns sehr geholfen hat. Um etwas zurückzugeben, haben wir uns für den Juni etwas ausgedacht. Es werden folgende Konzerte stattfinden:

Vor Ort händigen wir folgendes aus: ein Hardticket, ein Button, eine Vinyl Single und das alles befindet sich in einer bedruckten Stofftasche. Die Single und alle weiteren Artikel wird es ausschliesslich in Verbindung mit einer Karte für diese Konzerte geben – alles limitiert und exklusiv!

Auf der 7″ Single befindet sich ein neues Lied, DER WEICHE KERN, was nun bereits auf allen Plattformen zu hören ist, und OTTO MUSS FALLEN, welches wir letztes Jahr ausschliesslich digital veröffentlicht haben…

Wir freuen uns auf euch und die Konzerte!

Wir werden auf Grund unvorhersehbarer Umstände die Konzerte am 13. und 14. Januar NICHT in SCHEGGEROTT spielen können. Es ist unmöglich, unsere Veranstaltung in der Dorfkneipe durchzuführen. Wir haben in den letzten Tagen jede Alternative abgeklopft, um nicht absagen zu müssen und so sieht der kurzfristige Notfallplan aus: Das Konzert am 13.01.2023 wird in die PUMPE in KIEL verlegt – Einlass ist um 20 Uhr, Beginn um 21 Uhr! Für alle Kurzentschlossenen gibt es auch noch Karten für Kiel bei uns im Shop!

( TICKETS ) Das Konzert am 14.01.2023 wird in den SPEICHER in HUSUM verlegt. Alle Karteninhaber*innen sollten inzwischen via Mail verständigt worden sein! Die Tickets für Scheggerott bleiben natürlich gültig, können aber auch zurückgegeben werden.  Tut uns wirklich leid!

Nach zahlreichen Absagen und der Ungewissheit, ob wir nach dem Herzinfarkt als Band überhaupt weitermachen können, möchten wir uns nun zurückmelden:

KRANKMELDUNG

Wir müssen uns aus gesundheitlichen Gründen leider bis November 2022 krankmelden. Die Konzerte in dem Zeitraum fallen ersatzlos aus – die Karten können dort zurückgegeben werden, wo sie gekauft wurden…

Macht euch keine Sorgen und passt auf euch auf!

Leider müssen wir unsere Konzerte der Rattenlinie Nord Tour aufgrund der pandemischen Lage erneut verschieben. Das Konzert in Wien muss gar komplett abgesagt werden. Ausgenommen Wien, behalten alle bereits gekauften Tickets weiterhin ihre Gültigkeit, können aber auch dort zurückgegeben werden, wo sie gekauft wurden…

Sollten diese Konzerte dann aber zum Teil oder komplett wegen pandemiebedingter Maßnahmen nicht stattfinden dürfen, werden diese Konzerte NICHT verlegt und alles, was einem dann bleibt, ist das Soli-Shirt. Das Geld kommt im Fall des Ausfalls anteilig dem Laden zugute, der fürs Konzert besucht worden wäre, den Leuten, die uns auf Reisen begleiten und uns als Band…

Uns ist klar, dass es vor allem bei den Clubs nur ein Tropfen auf dem heißen Stein ist, aber wir versuchen auf dem Wege ein kleines solidarisches Prinzip auf die Beine zu stellen, daher sei es so deutlich wie möglich gesagt:

Wenn an einer solchen Aktion kein Interesse besteht, oder man im Falle, dass das Konzert nicht stattfinden sollte, die Karte erstattet haben wollen würde, dann raten wir vorerst AUSDRÜCKLICH davon ab, ein ShirtTicket zu kaufen, bis klar ist, wie die Situation im Frühjahr 2021 aussieht!

Closure In Moscow Announce ‘The Singularity’ Tour

It seems that fans of Melbourne’s Closure In Moscow just can’t get enough. Days after wrapping up their Supreme Turbo Facilitator Tour (selling out all but one of the shows) the popular five piece have announced their Singularity Tour featuring headline dates in all capital cities.

The tour marks the beginning of what plans to be a super massive travel cycle for Closure In Moscow as they head across to the U.S on the Warped Tour playing all 44 shows.

Support on the tour is from good buddies, Secrets In Scale. Tickets for all shows are on sale now.

AUGUSTA, Ga. – Third-round tee times have been released for the Masters. Max Homa and Bryson DeChambeau will play in Saturday’s final group at 2:45 p.m. ET.

Scottie Scheffler, who’s tied for the lead with Homa and DeChambeau, will tee off 10 minutes earlier alongside Nicolai Højgaard, the Dane who was the youngest player in last year’s Ryder Cup and closed 2023 by winning the DP World Tour Championship. Scheffler is seeking his second Masters win in the last three years. He recently won his second consecutive PLAYERS Championship.

Cameron Davis, a member of the 2022 International Presidents Cup Team, will tee off alongside Collin Morikawa in the third-to-last group. They’ll be preceded by Ludvig Åberg and Matthieu Pavon, the Frenchman who won this year’s Farmers Insurance Open.

Other notable groups include:

• Tiger Woods, Tyrrell Hatton (12:45 p.m. Eastern). The five-time Masters champion Woods has set the record with his 24th consecutive made cut at Augusta National, and he now seeks a climb up the leaderboard for a chance to match Jack Nicklaus' record six green jackets come Sunday. Woods trails the lead by seven strokes into Saturday.
• Patrick Cantlay, Neal Shipley (a) (12:15 p.m.) Ohio State's Shipley has secured low amateur honors as the only of five amateurs in the field to make the cut. He'll play alongside world No. 7 Cantlay, who is still seeking his first major title. Cantlay is eight off the lead, with Shipley nine back.
• Akshay Bhatia, Shane Lowry (12:05 p.m.) Fresh off a victory at last week's Valero Texas Open that secured his first Masters berth, Bhatia kept the good times rolling with rounds of 72-75 to make the cut with three strokes to spare. He'll play alongside a popular Irishman in Lowry, also nine off the lead into the weekend.
• Sahith Theegala, Phil Mickelson (11:25 a.m.). Perhaps two of golf's most creative shotmakers and California natives, both enter the weekend at 4-over 146, trailing the lead by 10 strokes. Theegala finished ninth last year in his Masters debut; Mickelson is a three-time Masters champion.
• Joaquin Niemann, Min Woo Lee (11:05 a.m.). The effervescent Lee has quickly become one of the game's more colorful characters, and he carded 74-74 to make the cut despite a broken finger that he suffered in a gym accident less than two weeks ago. Lee and Niemann both trail the lead by 10 into Saturday.
• Rory McIlroy, Camilo Villegas (10:55 a.m.). Many eyes will be on McIlroy early Saturday, which he'll begin 10 strokes back, as he seeks to make a heroic run toward his first green jacket, which would complete the career Grand Slam. He'll play alongside a popular Colombian in Villegas, who won last fall's Butterfield Bermuda Championship to earn his first Masters berth since 2015.

Moscow Sky Lights Up With Strange Glow After Explosion at Electrical Substation: Reports

N ew footage has emerged showing bright flashes lighting up the night sky in southern Moscow during the early morning hours of November 22.

Knewz.com has learned that there was an explosion at an electrical substation on the outskirts of Russia's capital city followed by an alleged power outage in "several" homes.

Video snippets, shared on Russian news channels like ASTRA , captured a series of flashes that caused the sky to change color. Smoke could also be seen rising from a building.

Corroborating the video, several Russian Telegram accounts reported an explosion near the south of Moscow and a subsequent fire at the Lyublino electrical substation, southeast of central Moscow, per Newsweek .

The local authorities from the area have since confirmed that an explosion occurred in the village of Molokovo, but they reassured the public that all vital facilities were operating as normal.

Russian outlet MSK1.ru reported the blaze at the substation and noted “several” power outages.

The town of Lytkarino, located to the southeast of Moscow, was one of the affected areas, as reported by the independent outlet, Meduza .

Additional power failures were reported in the southern Domodedovo section of the city. However, electricity was later restored to these areas.

One local resident speculated that a drone may have been responsible for the explosion, but additional sources are yet to support this theory.

Newsweek reported that messages on the ASTRA Telegram account run by independent Russian journalists showed residents near the substation panicking. One concerned Russian called it a "nightmare."

The incident follows an attack by Russia on a power station in southwestern Ukraine that left 2,000 people without electricity .

Knewz.com reported previously:

“ Russian forces launched a total of 38 Iranian-made Shahed-136/131 drones during the later hours of November 17 and 18.

The Ukrainian Air Force Command reported that 29 of these drones were shot down [...].

One civilian was injured as a result of the attack that targeted energy infrastructure in the southwestern Odesa Oblast.”

The assault came after repeated warnings by Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelensky that Russia would try to cripple its power grid as winter approaches.

Ukraine's leader warned that if Russia resorted to attacking its power utilities, it would respond in kind.

Ukraine has conducted numerous long-range aerial drone strikes on Moscow since May 2023.

Most recently on November 20, it was reported that one such incursion was intercepted close to the city, per Kyiv Post .

Moscow’s Mayor Sergei Sobyanin confirmed this and elaborated that the region's air defense systems intercepted the unmanned craft over the city of Elektrostal to the east of Moscow, as well as another over the Bogorodsky district, northeast of central Moscow.

The details of the recently surfaced video footage have yet to be independently verified.

Masters TV Ratings for Sunday’s Final Round Down 20% From 2023

Scottie Scheffler made history Sunday at the Masters in winning his second green jacket, but fewer watched the proceedings than a year ago.

According to Josh Carpenter of the Sports Business Journal , the final-round viewership for CBS on Sunday was 9.589 million, down 20 percent from 2023 when Jon Rahm won by four shots over Brooks Koepka and Phil Mickelson.

Golf viewership continues to drop: CBS drew 9.589M viewers for the final round of the Masters on Sunday, down 20% from last year. Scottie Scheffler's four-shot win was the second-largest deficit of the season. Part of the dip is due to the fact that last year's final round fell on Easter Sunday, which meant a bump of 21% in out-of-home viewership. This year's final round received only a 9% out-of-home increase.

Like Rahm, Scheffler also won by four shots, as his pursuers fell back with miscues before and around Amen Corner , making the final few holes relatively drama-free for the world No. 1, who won for the third time in his last three starts. 

Among those wins was a second consecutive triumph at the PGA Tour’s flagship event, the Players Championship. But that did not deliver ratings either, as the final round had the lowest rating for NBC in a decade .

That continued a trend for Tour ratings this year, as pro golf’s schism continues into a third year with two circuits: the PGA Tour and LIV Golf. 

“If you look at the TV ratings of the PGA Tour this year, they’re down 20 percent across the board. That’s a fifth. That’s big ... 20 percent’s a pretty jarring number,” Rory McIlroy said earlier this month at the Valero Texas Open.

ESPN reported its best rating in nine years for Thursday’s first round and that its Friday coverage was up 69% from 2023. Tiger Woods was playing during both of those broadcast windows.

January 20, 2015: Matty Healy shuts down Taylor Swift dating rumors

A month later, Healy publicly shut down rumors he was dating Swift during a radio interview with Australia's 2DayFM. "It's fake," he said, per E! News . "It's all bloody fake. It's a farce!"

"We met each other, we exchanged numbers in the same way that a lot of people in this kind of world do, and we spoke occasionally," he continued. A month after the album's official release, Healy revealed that he did in fact work on a collaboration with Swift for Midnights , though it was never released.

"We actually worked a bit on that but then the version of it never came out," the star said in an interview with KROQ's Klein/Ally Show for Audacy's DTS Sound Space.

After the crowd booed Healy's revelation, the "About You" singer was quick to defend Swift, telling them, "It was for reasons that are not to be criticized ... She's amazing."

In addition to recounting how her six-year relationship with Alwyn came to an end, Swift also details her short-lived romance with Healy in the spring of 2023. On “Guilty as Sin?” Swift sings about having strong romantic feelings for someone from her past while in a relationship with someone else, seemingly noting that she was already crushing on Healy before her relationship with Alwyn officially ended.

Then on “Fresh Out the Slammer,” Swift sings about feeling ready and able to dive into a new romance after exiting a different relationship that was holding her back. The song also hints that her new love is not American, as she sings that she’s returning “to the one who says I’m the girl of his American dreams.” (Both Healy and  Alwyn are English .)

She also appears to address the intense criticism that surrounded their relationship with the track “I Can Fix Him (No Really I Can)” (on which she convinces herself that she can change her man's ways in spite of the world thinking he's bad news).

On “loml,” Swift reveals the relationship was not meant to last as sings about rekindling an old flame, only to see the relationship crash and burn.
