Hello! Believe it or not, most of these areas of North Georgia (USA) are relatively newer producers of wine. Many of the wineries are less than ten years old, and almost all are less than 20 years old. There are plenty of wines with an “old world” taste, though, so it’s easy to understand how the area’s wine history might seem longer than it is!

There are lots of fantastic wineries in North GA, which makes it hard to choose a favorite getaway, but easy to find a bunch of great options!
