Transfer from airport

Was travelling alone into Bali and nervous of getting a taxi, so organised this cheap transfer to Bingin. Good service, staff were really friendly and I felt safe throughout. Would recommend to anyone travelling alone or otherwise!

I booked my airport transfer with this company via Expedia, who basically just then give you an email address to contact this company and you have to make the booking again (0/10 for Expedia). On arrival I was met by one guy, who walked me to another guy, who then walked me out to the car park where we waited for 15 mins for a car to turn up. No one showed so I then had to walk with this guy back to the taxi stand just outside the terminal, where he paid them 150,000 to get me a taxi to take me to Kuta. As this was my first trip to Bali and I was travelling alone I wanted to book a transfer in advance to save any hassles, next time I'll save myself some money and go to the taxi stand directly myself. FYI my taxi from the hotel back to the airport was 65,000 but it's a fixed fee from the airport.

Booked airport transfer round trip. On arriving driver was nowhere to be seen, had to call the office who directed me to an information desk. Driver arrived 15 mins later - most of the interim period was spent with the rep trying to sell me guide tours and pushing to come see my wife and I the next day at our accommodation which I refused. The day prior to our departure I wanted to confirm the time we wished to leave. There was no answer on the phone so I emailed them requesting we wished to leave at 09:30am and could they confirm. Got no response. They finally called our accommodation at 09:20 the next day by which time I'd booked a taxi instead. Save your money and take a bluebird cab which is about an eighth of the price.

We are very sorry for what happened during your arrival time that you have to waited for driver showed up. Thank you for contacted us so we can direct you to certain place so our airport assistant can came and see you. Our airport assistant had waited with a signboard under your name m in 15 minutes before you flight landed but of course because of the arrival hall condition which really crowded in certain times, some times our airport assistant can not be seen by the guests and after taken to pick zone, we are very sorry that you have to waited as it is need times for driver to go to pick up zone. For departure transfer, we tried to call your hotel one day before to confirm the pick up time for your departure time pick up which we also do for all of the guests but could not get through so we emailed hotel and ask to give the email to you which had reply by hotel staff that they received the email. On departure day, when our driver came at 10.00hrs to hotel as appointment time, driver was informed by hotel staff that you already left hotel at 09.00hrs. Above explanation is only if you are Mr Stuart Nugent and if you are not, again, we are very very sorry for all the inconveniences caused during your arrival and departure transfers Best regards Iwan

Having visited with my wife recently other touristic beach areas (Hawaii, Cuba, Mexico, Ibiza, Cote d'Azur, Italian Riviera ...) I found that the guide Agus in Baliku took finally genuine interest in looking after us and what we wanted and making sure we were happy at all time. Even when we were out of time in the tour Agus wanted to continue showing us interesting places in Bali, very friendly and knowledgeable. We had a magnific experience. Highly recommended!!!

We are still here. I have to say that they are very organised and helpful people. I don't if everyone is like this but our guide ALIT is the best. He made all our favours. He took us everywhere. He told us about their religion and their coultoure. He is the best. Ask for Alit. I think you will understand why.

I know that everyone recommends to just pick up a taxi at the airport as they are cheap, but when you are a single white female arriving in an unfamiliar destination i just wanted to feel that bit of security. so i decided to book with Baliku tour & travel, it cost me $15.00 AUD which i paid for when it was booked (so there was no worry about giving them foreign money). Once i arrived they were there to greet me with a sign they driver was sooooo friendly that i later used him to drive me to UBUD as that is where he lived. Even though when i booked this transfer it does say "share" but i actual had a airconditioned car to myself. The price was for return so the day before my departure they contacted me at the hotel and informed me the time the driver would be there to pick me up the following day. I felt so safe and highly recommend them.
