Absolutely Fantastic Service From Travel Consultant Holly

When I phoned Barrhead Travel at East Kilbride i got consultant named Holly.I asked if she could get myself a family holiday that suited my Grandson who we were taken with us.Within a couple of hours Holly came back with a few different options & prices and we picked one that we were looking for with better accommodation plus will be great for my Grandson.Was good to do it it over the phone stress free.Holly went above & beyond to find our perfect holiday & nothing was a bother,absolutely great service from start to finish.

Braehead the branch to visit

I visited Glasgow Fort as had booked a cruise, however had two questions. Unfortunately when I left the questions remained unanswered, so a wasted visit. Training is required at this branch. I was in Braehead & went into the branch & spoke to Angela. All I can say is that she was absolutely amazing, she investigated all my queries & also called celebrity cruises to ensure she gave me the right answers. As a result, although I live in the East End of the city, future bookings will be done via the Braehead branch. Angela, your customer service was excellent & I can’t thank you enough. Very helpful

Very helpful. Would add that when we were at Paradise Park in Tenerife we had the return check in at the hotel which we much appreciated. Our last Jet2 holiday was at Zafiro Palace in Alcúdia and unfortunately this was not available. Flights to Puerto Rico

I wanted to book flights only to Puerto Rico and had checked prices through online app such as Skyskannwr and Google Flights. Barrhead Travel rep was welcoming and very willing to help. It was reassuring to speak to someone in person rather than try to navigate through the internet options myself which were varied. • A competitor’s charter flights, scheduled air flights, or our own scheduled air flights as long as the flights are non stop and within 4 hours of our flight times in each direction
• A competitor’s (or our own) scheduled air flights with a single stop/connection for a premium of $80 per person
• A competitor’s (or our own) scheduled air flights with a difference of over 4 hours for the following premiums: $80 per person for a difference of 4 – 8 hours or $160 per person for a difference of 8 – 12 hours
• Limit one price match per reservation valid on new same-day bookings only
• Price match approval is not guaranteed
• ENVF blackout dates are 11/21/24 - 11/28/24 and 12/21/24 - 12/31/24 (no black out dates within 60 days of departure) and can change at any time. ENVF price match requests over these dates (both departure and return) are not guaranteed and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• Valid for new, same-day bookings including valid print screens from competitors that same day
• Competitors must be U.S. based
• Price matches are on the hotel portion of the package; optional features such as travel protection are excluded from the price match adjustment

• When matching a competitor that includes a promo code which caps commission, the commission on the Travel Impressions reservation will also be capped
• Non-refundable rates cannot be matched unless comparing our non-refundable rate (if available) to competitor's non-refundable rate

Paris and The Canaries

Braehead the branch to visit

I visited Glasgow Fort as had booked a cruise, however had two questions. Unfortunately when I left the questions remained unanswered, so a wasted visit. Training is required at this branch. I was in Braehead & went into the branch & spoke to Angela. All I can say is that she was absolutely amazing, she investigated all my queries & also called celebrity cruises to ensure she gave me the right answers. As a result, although I live in the East End of the city, future bookings will be done via the Braehead branch. Angela, your customer service was excellent & I can’t thank you enough. You deserve an award for customer service & other branches should be using your methods as a standard service. The reason for 5 stars is due to Angela. Thank you again & well done!

Very helpful

Very helpful. Would add that when we were at Paradise Park in Tenerife we had the return check in at the hotel which we much appreciated. Our last Jet2 holiday was at Zafiro Palace in Alcúdia and unfortunately this was not available. We are returning to Zafiro Palace with Jet2 in September and I am just wondering if this would be available in Mallorca. Many thanks.

Flights to Puerto Rico

I wanted to book flights only to Puerto Rico and had checked prices through online app such as Skyskannwr and Google Flights. Barrhead Travel rep was welcoming and very willing to help. It was reassuring to speak to someone in person rather than try to navigate through the internet options myself which were varied. He was very knowledgeable about the travel options to the Carribean and managed to beat the best online price I had found. We booked there and then. Great experience.
