Hated it! I went there for a Mazda CX-5 in "location longue durée". At first I had a conversation with Mr. Thomas Guitteny by email through which I was asking for an offer. He made me an offer, I said ok and then we agreed to see each other to talk the details of the deal and to negotiate it. When I met him, not only he was not willing to give me anything in this negotiation, but he even told me that I had to pay extra for some things he had not told me about. I asked him to offer me a 50 Euro deal! I repeat: a 50 Euro deal for a car worth 43.600 Euro. He refused, telling me that I was not BUYING the car, I was RENTING the car! :) Can you imagine that?! I soon understood I could not have a deal with this kind of man, who could not offer me a 50€ deal on a 43.600€ car! Have you ever heard of a better salesman, who would not offer 50€ for a 43.600€ deal?! I haven't! And I hope I will never ever hear anything like this again! Anyway, now I drive my Mazda CX-5 that I wanted, of course BOUGHT(not RENTED, after all) from another car dealer, Vadé Automobiles, Saumur, through Mr. Yvan Moudoux, who is a real professional and to whom I am thankful. DEPLORABLE SERVICE, POORLY POLISHED, OUT OF PRICE. I have never seen such bad customer service. I never write a review on Google, but after two trips to Hyundai in La Queue-en-Brie, I thought it was time to leave one. First pass was for a problem on my vehicle already identified: tire pressure sensor OUT. I am made to pay 250 euros for a diagnosis which gives the same result as what I had come for. 250 euros confirmation ... thank you very much. Suggested intervention to change the sensor on my 900 euros tire. Normal. Not a hello, not a thank you, not a coffee NOTHING. They take me down, they look at me from head to toe. I decline, I go. Second pass to change the headlight bulb. I queue to be referred to another counter where I had to wait 15 minutes for a technician to welcome me (still no hello). Price of the bulb 53 euros for the same model at 15 euros from a competitor (same brand, same reference). I then ask for a quote for the change of the rear headlight. Answer, we have to go to the first counter, the very one who did not want to take care of us initially, who did not even deny listening to the reason for our coming to the end. This was confirmed, he asks us to wait 45 minutes to give us the estimate. I specify that there was no one on the concession. Result of the races, visit to our garage, change the bulb 10 euros, 5 minutes, with a hello and thank you. ESCAPE THIS DEALER AT ALL COSTS!

Following a breakdown, my Mazda CX5 vehicle, still under warranty, was sent to this garage by Mazda assistance on 09/11/20 It took them 2 months to do the necessary and "repair" my vehicle under warranty. So I get it back on 3/11/20, but it doesn't work properly, with violent shaking at low revs. The manager, as well as a mechanic to whom I ask to test my vehicle tell me that all is well and that "all of this will fall into place". Once at home (170 km with a consumption of 13.5 l / 100km) I return the vehicle with Mazda assistance to another garage (Vitrolles). After investigation, the failure stems from a fault in the reassembly of the engine. The bill amounts to 1600 euros, and the Toulon garage refuses to take charge of this repair despite "the mechanic's obligation of result" which falls to them. To this day, I still do not have my vehicle and I have entrusted the case to my legal assistance. A word of advice: avoid this garage and the brand. I have all the documents proving my good faith available.

We arrive at the dealership around 8 am, when we arrived an employee who kept shouting because he couldn't find an invoice, we can already see the good working atmosphere from the morning. An employee tells us the direction to take to deposit the keys and when we arrive in front of the person in question this one does not even calculate us and we wait 10 good minutes before this one is willing to take care of us. Totally unfriendly person. Mazda is already a brand not very well represented basic in France but with people who work with as much desire as going to prison, this is not ready to improve ...
