Depeche Mode playing in Zagreb in July

Depeche Mode, who were inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2020, will head to Croatia later this year. 

The Memento Mori Tour will support the band’s upcoming 15th studio album of the same name, which is due out this spring.

Dave Gahan and Martin Gore have revealed that their upcoming World Tour, presented by Live Nation, will begin with a special and limited number of concerts in North American arenas, starting on March 23, before heading to Europe for a summer stadium tour.

Concerts in North America, among others, include New York’s Madison Square Garden, Chicago’s United Center, Kia Forum in Los Angeles and Scotiabank Arena in Toronto.  

The band then embarks on the European, stadium leg of the tour, which begins on May 16, and includes famous locations such as the Stade de France in Paris, the Olympic Stadium in Berlin, the San Siro Stadium in Milan and the Twickenham Stadium in London.

Depeche Mode will bee stopping in Croatia on the European summer leg, playing at Arena Zagreb on 23 July 2023 .  

Speaking about the Memento Mori Tour, Martin Gore commented: “We started working on this project early in the pandemic, so its themes are directly inspired by that time. After Fletch’s death, we decided to continue because we’re sure that’s what he would have wanted, and that really gave the project an extra level of meaning.”  

Dave Gahan added: “Fletch would have loved this album. We’re really looking forward to sharing it with you soon and can’t wait to bring it to you live at next year’s shows.”

The Memento Mori Tour will be their 19th tour, and their first in over five years. The band’s most recent tour, the 2017-2018 Global Spirit Tour, was their longest-running tour with more than 130 shows across Europe and North America, in front of more than 3 million fans, and was recorded as one of the highest-grossing tours of the year.

Memento Mori will be Depeche Mode’s 15th studio album and the follow-up to 2017’s critically acclaimed Spirit, which reached number 1 in 11 countries and made the TOP 5 in over 20 countries. Memento Mori, released on Columbia Records, will be released worldwide in the spring of 2023.

The legendary Depeche Mode  have announced the release of their new album "Memento Mori" and a world tour, as part of which they will perform in Arena Zagreb on July 23 next year, the XOXO agency announced.

Depeche Mode , who were inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2020, announced at a special event in Berlin the release of a new album and a world tour that they are embarking on in 2023. The "Memento Mori Tour" will support the upcoming 15th studio album of the same name, which should be released in the spring of next year.

Dave Gahan and Martin Gore have revealed that the tour, presented by Live Nation, will begin with a limited number of concerts in North American arenas, starting on March 23rd. Concerts in North America include New York's Madison Square Garden, Chicago's United Center, Kia Forum in Los Angeles and Scotiabank Arena in Toronto.

Koncert grupe Depeche Mode će početi u 20:45h.

Ulazak u Arenu zabranjen je s torbama većim od A4 formata pa organizatori preporučuju manje clutch torbice i slične alternative. Jednako tako, strogo je zabranjeno snimanje audio/video zapisa te unošenje kamera, boca i limenki, laserskih uređaja, hrane, novčanika na lancu, remenja i nakita sa šiljcima, kišobrana, tableta i bilo kakve vrste stolaca. Obzirom na to da se grupa Depeche Mode zalaže za zelenu budućnost na dobrobit svih, uputili su molbu posjetiteljima da prilikom dolaska i odlaska na koncert koriste javni prijevoz te da se pobrinu za odvajanje te reciklažu otpada u dvorani.

U Arenu možete ući na bilo kojem ulazu.

Preporučujemo da odaberete onaj ulaz na kojem je u tom trenutku najmanja gužva.

Posjetitelji s ulaznicama za  VIP salone i VIP lože  imaju omogućen parking u garaži. Ulaz u garažu nalazi se između Arena dvorana i Arena trgovački centar.

Kako bi ubrzali proces ulaska na koncert, molimo da svaka osoba ima svoju ulaznicu.

Ulaznice kupljene opcijom "Podizanje na blagajni na dan koncerta" možete preuzeti od 17:00 na Eventim blagajni (nalaziti će se između ulaza C i D).

Depeche Mode Expand 2023 North American Tour

Depeche Mode have added a new haul of shows to the North American tour that begins next month. The extra dates kick off in Mexico in late summer and run through to mid-December, with stops in most major cities on the coasts and a few in between. See their full tour schedule below.

The tour, which includes a spot at Primavera 2023 , promotes new album Memento Mori , out March 24 via Columbia . It is the band’s first album in five years, and the first since the death last year of founding member Andy “Fletch” Fletcher. “Fletch would have loved this album,” Dave Gahan said in press materials. “We’re really looking forward to sharing it with you soon, and we can’t wait to present it to you live at the shows next year.” Memento Mori follows Depeche Mode’s 2017 LP, Spirit . A single from the record, “ Ghosts Again ,” is out now.

Depeche Mode Announce 29 Additional North American Dates on the Memento Mori World Tour

New Fall Shows Added in the US, Canada and Mexico

Depeche mode’s first tour in over five years kicks off march 23, 2023 in sacramento, ca.

Following the rapturous reception to their new single “Ghosts Again,”  Depeche Mode  have added a new Fall leg of North American tour dates to the Memento Mori Tour, which will support Memento Mori, their forthcoming studio album due out March 24. With the addition of these 29 new shows, the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Class of 2020 inductees will now set out on a colossal 75-date tour — their 19th tour and their first in over five years.

The Live Nation-presented tour begins March 23 with a limited North American run featuring stops at New York’s Madison Square Garden, Chicago’s United Center, and Toronto’s Scotiabank Arena. The band will then embark on their European stadium tour on May 16, with noted stops including the Stade de France in Paris, Berlin’s Olympic Stadium, Milan’s San Siro Stadium, and London’s Twickenham Stadium. 

Following the end of the European summer run, the newly added tour dates bring the band back to North America in the Fall, with the tour stopping in Mexico City at Foro Sol before returning to the US and Canada. Newly announced tour stops include Austin’s Moody Center, Vancouver’s Rogers Arena, additional New York City shows at Madison Square Garden and Barclays Center, Seattle’s Climate Pledge Arena and more, and concluding with a multi-night run in Los Angeles at the Kia Forum and Crypto.com Arena.

Pre-sales will kick off with a Fan Pre-sale on Tuesday, February 21, with the general on sale beginning Friday, February 24 at 10am local time. On the Memento Mori Tour, the band will once again be partnering with luxury watchmaker Hublot to support charity endeavors tied to the tour.

Reception to the Memento Mori tour has been overwhelming with shows quickly selling out across Europe and North America, and over 1.5 million tickets already sold for the initial 46 shows. The tour is on track to be one of Depeche Mode’s largest to date and is also well on its way to being one of the largest worldwide tours of 2023. The tour will feature Depeche Mode favorites and rarities, alongside new songs from Memento Mori, including the new single ”Ghosts Again,” which has been heralded as “a melancholic and joyful ode” (Vulture), “hypnotic” (Rolling Stone), and “a gorgeous, haunting song” (Revolver). The beautifully stark and cinematic Anton Corbijn-directed video for “Ghosts Again” released on February 9th can be viewed at  https://depechemode.lnk.to/GhostsAgain .

Depeche Mode mark ‘Memento Mori’ tour finale with epic ‘People Are Good’ video and remix package

It arrives as the band wrap up their extensive tour with two final shows in Cologne

Depeche Mode are marking the end of their extensive ‘Memento Mori’ tour by sharing a huge remix package of ‘People Are Good’ – check out the new video below.

Announced today (April 5), the new release celebrates the upcoming finale show of their monumental UK and European tour dates , and sees them offer up new versions of their 2023 track, which was released as part of their latest album ‘Memento Mori’ .

The new video shared for the song is directed by Rich Hall and showcases an art-inspired variety of black-and-white snippets, capturing the seedier side of society.

As well as the new music video, new dimensions of the track have also been shared by the band, as they drop a digital release containing five new remixes.

These include new spins on the track created by Alessandro Cortini, Ludwig A.F., SiGNL, Obskür and Indira Paganotto.

Physical versions have also been shared too, with Depeche Mode releasing the final vinyl pre-order for their ‘Memento Mori’ White Label Remix Series – a monthly drop of 12” vinyl singles that build on the digital-only remixes of ‘Memento Mori’’s singles.

The penultimate show of the band’s long-running tour takes place tonight (April 5) at the Lanxess Arena in Cologne, and wraps up with a second night at the venue on Monday (April 8). You can purchase any remaining tickets here .

Last June, the Essex synth-pop veterans took to the stage at Twickenham Stadium for their first show in the capital in nearly six years, and first since losing longtime bandmate and close friend Andy Fletcher .

The set was given a glowing four-star review , with NME describing it as showing the band “at the top of their game and bonded in fraternity”.

“ Coldplay might insert LEDs into your gums while Muse  recreate War Of The Worlds with some balls-out bombast, but there’s an effortless cool to Depeche Mode’s stadium approach,” it read. “The Anton Corbijn stage design is sparse and simple, with just the giant M lettering of the new record and some tastefully simple visuals, leaving everything else down to the songs and personality with no pyro or pratting about.

“They may be demigods to their leather-clad cult, but tonight Depeche Mode have never seemed so human.”

Around the release of ‘Memento Mori’, Depeche Mode also spoke to NME last year, and both Dave Gahan and Martin Gore looked to the future of the band after the current tour.

“The most important thing is to be putting out good music and that people like it,” said Gore. “Once we finish this tour we’ll take a break, then we’ll see if and when we feel like doing it again. Up until now we always have. You never know, and I’m not saying that in a negative way. We just take each project as it comes.”
