Premier Golf packages include all golf, accommodations, and ground transportation. Further upgrades including carts, caddies, and tours can be arranged with our Golf Travel Specialists.

Yes. All golf packages are available for both golfers and non-golfers. Traveling as part of a mixed group is a great way to enjoy the destination. Many hotels and resorts offer spas and leisure facilities, and there are great sightseeing options and activities available in every location.

Our cancellation policy is dependent on Domestic USA or International arrangements. More detail can be found in our  Terms and Conditions .

In the unlikely event that a golf course is closed due to inclement weather, you will need to rebook your round directly with the course. Our Golf Travel Specialists will be available to help you with this process. You can also claim any losses against your travel insurance.

Golf is included within every Premier Golf package. These are agreed in advance of booking and will be specified in your itinerary. If you wish to play more golf, and your trip does not include unlimited golf, you would need to pay for the extra round/s.

The availability of each golf trip package will vary depending on the destination. Some courses are fully booked up to 2 years in advance. For further information, contact one of our Golf Travel Specialists.

We recommend having a group of at least 4 golfers, this allows you to fill one slot on the timesheet. There is no limit to the number of guests on a tour, but we suggest trying to achieve multiples of 4 golfers.

Most golf courses will request a handicap certificate for playing guests. Very few have a specific handicap requirement to play, but they may advise which tees you play from, based on your handicap.

This will allow you to play to the most appropriate challenge for your handicap and will ensure you have the most enjoyable round possible.

PerryGolf serves primarily two target audiences among international golf travelers: groups of men and groups of couples. Groups of men, or “buddy trips”, typically prefer to play Scotland and Ireland for 6-8 days in groups of 4-12. Australia’s Sandbelt golf region near Melbourne is another popular destination for the men. Couples enjoy the British Isles as well of course, but their non golf travel interests lead them around the world. Our Mediterranean destinations plus South Africa, New Zealand and Australia are booked almost exclusively by couples, as are our golf cruises. Couples itineraries typically combine golf with local activities ranging from safaris and sightseeing to wine tastings and cooking classes. In either case, couples or men, our clientele ranges in age from 45 – 70+. Geographically, they are found throughout the United States. Nearly all of our clients are members of higher end private golf and country clubs.

In order for a PerryGolf Travel Specialist to prepare a customized quotation, we require just a few questions be answered. This provides sufficient data that we can formulate the initial proposal which serves as a road map for the final itinerary. It helps everyone involved in the process as it focuses the client's attention on a specific plan.

• How many golfers & non golfers (if any) in the group?
• What are the preferred dates of travel?
• Is local transportation requested in a VIP Golf Coach with Concierge Driver or self drive?
• What type of accommodation is preferred, e.g small country house, deluxe hotel, first class hotel, single or double occupancy?
• Do they have any specific golf courses they wish to play? (Ideally, prioritize the important courses.)

Custom Quotations

With the information provided from the list above, your PerryGolf Expert will prepare, within 24 hours, a complete and email a carefully detailed, interactive proposal with a day by day description of activity. Pricing is guaranteed for 15 days minimum. You and your client(s) are welcome to adjust the schedule as you wish. The proposal will not be confirmed for availability however until deposits and completed reservations forms are received for all members of the party.

Custom Quotations Online

Step 1: Once your client has settled on a schedule they wish to book, you shall receive our reservations form via email including booking conditions. Once you have returned a completed reservations form and deposit for each client, we then begin the process of confirming the requested arrangements with our various golf and hotel suppliers.

Step 2: On the next business day following receipt of your reservations forms we expect to have your clients confirmed schedule with assigned starting times. In the event we encountered availability issues at any of the hotels or golf courses, your Travel Specialist will contact you and discuss the options available. If we are unable to secure a schedule which satisfies your client’s requirements, there is no financial obligation to either party, and all arrangements are cancelled.

NOTE: It is critically important during the confirmation phase of the booking that you are aware of the time constraints PerryGolf deals with our suppliers. Some facilities will only hold space for a brief period of time before they require non refundable deposits.

Step 3: Final Travel Documents. Approximately 30 days prior to travel you shall receive your client's final travel information with complete documentation for their upcoming trip including final schedule and other relevant material. We provide this information in digital form.

It is critical to address the needs and interest of non golfers who travel with us. We serve their needs in a variety of ways, depending upon the individual situation;

Excorted Tours - comprehensive daily sightseeing programs are designed and included in the total cost of all of our Escorted Tours. The schedule varies by destination but the intent is to provide an interesting, cultural experience for those participants not wishing to golf.

Ranked #5 in Top 100 Golf Courses in the World

Simply put, the oldest and most iconic golf course in the world. The Swilcan Bridge and Hell Bunker are recognizable names across the globe, yet the greatest feature of the Old Course is that despite its grand status, it remains a public golf course, open to all.

Rarely is the Old course ranked outside the top ten in the world, it's a very special links, designed by Mother Nature. It is probable that golf was played here back in the 12th century, what is certain is that the Old Course is one of the oldest golf courses in the world.

It's unlikely that the Old Course will feel familiar when you play it for the first time (except perhaps the 1st, 17th and 18th). Television tend to make the ground look very flat, but the humps, hollows and ripples in the fairways are much deeper when you get out onto the course, as indeed are the pot bunkers.

Ranked #26 in Top 100 Golf Courses in the World

The Championship Course at Carnoustie has hosted The Open Championship no less than six times and is a superb example of traditional links golf. It is widely recognized as one of the best seaside links golf courses in the world and many professionals have declared it as one of the toughest.

The original 18 hole course was designed by Old Tom Morris in 1857, but was revisited by James Braid in 1926 and has been hardly altered since.

With sloping fairways, fast greens and a selection of the most formidable bunkers in links golf, the Championship Course at Carnoustie certainly guarantees visitors an enjoyable but testing round on a memorable golf course.

KINGSBARNS GOLF LINKS

Ranked #43 in Top 100 Golf Courses in the World

Kingsbarn is a real one of a kind and contrasts with Scotland's other famous links courses in that it is a new, man-made development. The significance of the development was highlighted by Sir Michael Bonallack, winner of 5 British Amateur Titles and present captain of the R & A when he indicated that "Kingsbarns might well be one of the last true seaside links sites capable of development in Scotland".

The sea figures prominently on every hole and you continuously see, feel and hear the ocean. The links boasts spacious fairways, which roll and twist through majestic dune ridges and hollows, while it's large inviting greens present the golfer with subtle challenges.

DUMBARNIE LINKS

Other than Pebble Beach, there are few world-class courses able to offer such an expanse of beach and water frontage as that we have been blessed with at Dumbarnie Links. This is a world-class, prestigious golf course on a site of genuine links land that is only minutes away from St Andrews, the “Home of Golf.” This rare piece of land has a mile and a half of sea frontage with panoramic views over the Firth of Forth.

The expansive 345-acre site at Dumbarnie is particularly special. Its dual elevations, which are connected by a flowing escarpment, have provided the opportunity to create a number of elevated tees where holes play directly towards panoramic views of the expansive Firth of Forth. A further outstanding feature is that a number of tees and greens are in close proximity to the water. In fact, fourteen of the holes have views of the Bay and the Firth of Forth.

THE NEW COURSE

Designed by Old Tom Morris and opened for play in 1895, the layout was based on the traditional out and back routing, and among its most famous features are the shared fairways and a double green at the 3rd and 15th holes.

The New Course is known and loved for its well designed greenside and fairway bunkers, plus a series of genuinely difficult homeward holes. The undulating fairways and deep greens make the course a classic links and, just like the Old Course, it has a habit of looking deceptively simple, especially when the sun is high.

THE JUBILEE COURSE

In 1997, the Jubilee Course celebrated its centenary. In the space of 100 years, it had developed from a 12-hole basic layout into one of the toughest tests of golf at St Andrews.

Created on a narrow strip of land between the New Course and the sea, the Jubilee was originally a 12 hole course intended for ladies and beginners. It was the result of an initiative by the Town Council who had re-acquired the Links under the 1894 Links Act.

It was extended to 18 holes in 1946 and was now 6,020 yards long. In 1988 the re-design of the Jubilee to championship standards was carried out by Donald Steel of Cotton, Pennink, Steel & Partners, golf course architects. The teeing grounds were raised, not only providing wonderful views of the Links, but also exposing the golfers to the winds which sweep in from the bay. Mr. Steel's redesigned course was 6,805 yards and now a real test for all golfers.

LUNDIN LINKS GOLF CLUB

18 holes, 71 par, 6,371 yards

The Lundin Golf Club was founded in May of 1868 and the course remains largely as it was some 100 years ago. The first five holes are in classic links tradition playing from the Clubhouse to the Mile Dyke. Players then cross the now extinct railway line and play the nine 'new' holes on what one might describe as a cross between links and parkland turf. Then back across the railway, the last four holes revert to the genuine links tradition.

Today Lundin Golf Club offers some of the finest examples of links holes in Scotland and for many years has been a worthy participant in the Final Qualifying stages of The Open prior to its staging at St. Andrews.
