I’m sure the ladies name was Helen who we booked with in Cardiff and I can not express enough how above and beyond she went to find us the perfect family break away last minute! We literally walked said we want turkey family of 5 all inclusive pref this week … and she made sure she found us the best price best holiday suited for all of us ( 2 adults 10 year old 8 year old and a 18 month old ) honestly made our day thanks so much! We’re currently here on day 5.5 and have loved it!

Helen was friendly, knowledgeable and most helpful. She inspired me with confidence .

Helen, the adviser was friendly and most helpful. I have booked with her before. I knew what I wanted and she was able to help me choose a cabin and also suggested travelling to Southampton by coach. She also organised paying by direct debit which is very helpful. I would certainly book through Hayes travel again as I prefer the 'personal' touch.

Your staff member PAIGE was excellent

Your staff member PAIGE was excellent. She arranged our trip to Rome with expertise and confidence. We had a couple of things that needed sorting out but she did these with ease. She also arranged our tranport in Rome as well as our parking at Bristol airport. She therefore made all the important decision leaving us to look forward to the holiday without any worries.

Epitome of good service!

The young lady who assisted us - Nia - was very helpful and professional. She listened to our requirement, we had already decided on location and the hotel that we wanted, she found this and advised on the best deal available quickly and showed us the options. Throughout she was friendly and helpful. We did not feel rushed or pressured. She asked relevant questions and listened to our responses and took us through the process to book.
