From classic routes to more unusual, here's Iglu Cruises’ expert guide to the holidays at sea that should be on your radar

Approximately 35.7 million people are planning to set sail in 2024 – up from 31.5 million in 2023 and a six per cent increase from the record levels set in 2019 – according to the Cruise Lines International Association. And for good reason: a cruise is fantastic and cost effective to see an array of destinations in just one trip, while only unpacking once. Life onboard has come on leaps and bounds too and today’s ships, just like hotels, come in all different sizes and styles ensuring everyone can find a cruise to suit them. But which are the cruises you should be booking for the year ahead? We spoke to Iglu Cruises, the UK's largest independent cruise travel agency, to find out which cruises you should book immediately in order to avoid disappointment. So grab your credit card, get online and nab yourself an exciting cruise (or two) for 2024.

Norwegian Fjords from Southampton with P&O Cruises Sail from Southampton with P&O onboard the 5,200-passenger Iona, the biggest cruise ship that the British cruise line has ever built. (The vessel weighs 185,000 tonnes, has 17 passenger decks and takes up the size of four football pitches). Two days of scenic sailing are broken up with stops in stunning Stavanger, aka the gateway to the fjords, the tiny village of Olden (it only has 500 inhabitants), Geiranger (one of the world’s longest and deepest fjords) and the former Viking stronghold of Haugesund. A seven-night Norwegian Fjords from Southampton cruise departs June 8, 2024. From £653 per person.

Mediterranean Voyage with Lake Garda, Venice & Barcelona Stays Can’t decide between a land break or an ocean voyage? Then Cunard's 14 night cruise and stay holiday could be the solution. You’ll fly from London Heathrow to Lake Garda, the largest and arguably the best of all the Italian lakes, for a three night stay before being whisked by train to Venice. Enjoy a two-night stay in Italy's famous floating city before picking up your cruise. Expect to visit Zadar, Split, Valletta, Palma De Mallorca, and buzzy Barcelona (where you’ll also have two nights on land so as to fully immerse yourself in Catalonia’s sultry capital) before flying back to Heathrow. Two sea days afford plenty of time to make the most of life onboard Queen Victoria, one of Cunard’s three iconic Queens. Cunard’s 14-night Mediterranean Voyage with Lake Garda, Venice & Barcelona Stays departs September 18, 2024. Prices from £1,929 per person including flights and transfers.

Sydney Stay, Hunter Valley & Australia Circumnavigation with Princess Cruises Say G’day to the land Down Under with Princess Cruises. This epic 34-night cruise starts with a three-night stay in Sydney – so that you can take in famous landmarks like Sydney Harbour Bridge, the Sydney Opera House and Bondi Beach – before ticking off all the big hitters: Hobart (Tasmania), Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, the Kimberley Coast, Darwin, Cairns, Brisbane and more. All told, if it’s an epic Australian adventure you’re after, then this cruise has your name on it. Princess Cruises’ Sydney Stay, Hunter Valley & Australia Circumnavigation cruise departs on March 14, 2025. From £4,579 per person including flights.

Greece, Cyprus & Turkey from Athens Soak up the gorgeous Greek Isles on Celebrity Cruises’ 10-night sailing onboard the contemporary Celebrity Infinity. This itinerary will transport you to Kusadi, Rhodes, Limassol, and Crete – and each island has its own distinct character. Think of this cruise as a Greek mezze, aimed at giving you a taste of what the islands have to offer. On board, expect stylish, all-inclusive dining, lively nightlife and welcoming kids’ clubs. Celebrity Cruises’ Greece, Cyprus & Turkey from Athens cruise departs April 5, 2024. From £1,116 per person including flights and transfers.

Christmas & New Year Caribbean Islands from Barbados with Marella Cruises Dreaming of a warm Christmas? You're not alone. Bing Crosby may have yearned for a White Christmas but here at World of Cruising

HQ, we’d rather have some vitamin D. If you share our sentiments, then Marella’s Caribbean cruise is sure to put a smile on your face. Departing from Bridgetown, Barbados’ charismatic capital, this 15-night holiday season sailing provides guaranteed sunshine, white sand beaches and plenty of diverse islands – St Thomas, St Croix, Dominica, Grenadines, Barbados, St Lucia, Curacao, Aruba, Bonaire, and Grenada – all feature. Marella Cruises’ Christmas & New Year Caribbean Islands from Barbados sailing departs December 22, 2024. From £3,210 per person including flights and transfers.

Half-term Spain & France from Southampton cruise with Royal Caribbean The May half-term is a golden opportunity for a family getaway and if you’re looking to take the kids on a cruise, Royal Caribbean – with its family-friendly entertainment and all-inclusive prices – gets our vote. On their ‘Half-term Spain & France’ sailing you’ll also avoid the stress of flight delays and luggage restrictions by departing from Southampton. The seven night voyage calls at Bordeaux, Bilbao, La Coruna and Paris, before returning to Southampton. On the two sea days, children (and adults) can take advantage of the array of pools and waterslides. Royal Caribbean’s Half Term Spain & France from Southampton cruise departs May 26, 2024. From £714 per person.

Bruges & Amsterdam from Portsmouth with Virgin Voyages Alternatively, if you don’t fancy spending your holiday-at-sea surrounded by screaming children, the adults-only Virgin Voyages is the cruise line that needs to be on your radar. The 2,700-passenger Resilient Lady – the third ship in Sir Richard Branson’s fleet – has a five-night itinerary, departing from Portsmouth and calling at Amsterdam (where you'll stay overnight) and Bruges, that’s ideal for those who don’t want to commit to a full cruise. Onboard sailors (as Virgin Voyages refers to passengers) will be able to get a tattoo, and attend a drag show or pool party sans kids. Virgin Voyages’ Bruges & Amsterdam from Portsmouth cruise departs on September 14, 2024. From £593 per person including WiFi and tips.

South America Transatlantic & Canaries with Rio de Janeiro and Lisbon stays with NCL The Brazilian city of Rio de Janeiro is a seductive mix of sun, samba, football, food, beaches and Bossa Nova and chances are, if the city isn’t on your bucket list, it’s because you’ve already been. For everyone else, there’s NCL’s unforgettable 22-night cruise that includes a pre cruise stay of two nights in the sizzling Samba city. Next, you’ll board Norwegian Star and sail to other Brazilian destinations including beautiful Buzios, Salvador, Maceio, and Reclife before crossing the Atlantic to Canaries. Book this cruise and you’ll never run the risk of being dull at the dinner table again – you’ll be able to dine out on this sailing for weeks, months, and maybe even years to come. NCL’s 22 night South America Transatlantic & Canaries with Rio de Janeiro and Lisbon stays departs on April 7, 2024. From £2,499 per person including hotel stays in Lisbon and Rio de Janeiro, flights and transfers, and free at sea upgrade.

Caribbean Spice Islands with Seabourn Explore the Caribbean in style on Seabourn Ovation who counts the First Lady of British Musical Theatre, Elaine Paige, as her godmother. Think of Ovation as an intimate, all-inclusive hotel at sea that will whisk you to flagship islands such as Antigua, Grenada and Barbados over the course of 11 sun-drenched days. Seabourn crew will have the low-down on the best spots for swimming and snorkelling before serving you expertly made cocktails on your return to the ship. Seabourn’s 11-night Caribbean Spice Islands cruise departs on November 20, 2024. From £4,879 per person including flights, transfers and a three-night stay in Barbados.

The Svalbard Express Full Voyage from Bergen with Hurtigruten Experience much-loved Norway with the line that has been sailing these waters for 130 years: Hurtigruten. Perhaps less known by the mass market, Hurtigruten’s ships and itineraries create an elevated experience for those seeking to do more than just look. Don’t just visit Norway. Live it. And if there’s one itinerary that rises up above the rest, it’s got to be Hurtigruten’s signature voyage: The Svalbard Express – a 16-day adventure onboard MS Trollfjord, from Bergen all the way along the northern Norwegian coastline to Spitsbergen, the largest of Svalbard’s islands. Hurtigruten’s 15-night The Svalbard Express voyage departs May 17 , 2024. From £3,670 per person including flights and transfers.

  • Most Iglu cruise packages cover all your meals, even if 'full board' isn't expressly stated on the website - be sure to keep this in mind when shopping around.

Looking for more handpicked travel deals?

Every deal that you see with the Real Deals logo has been price checked by a dealchecker meaning that you won’t be able to find it cheaper anywhere else! Go ahead and explore these great travel deals.

As the UK's largest independent cruise agent, Iglu offers deals to more than 3000 ports, 30 destinations and 25 cruise lines. From a blissful Caribbean break to an exotic exploration of South East Asia, it's all there for the taking. The Iglu offices are home to 100 dedicated inhouse agents. Between them, they've cruised to thousands of ports around the globe on almost every cruise ship sailing. It means their expertise is top-drawer - exactly what you need when you're booking that dream holiday. Iglu Cruise is a completely independent cruise agent, not connected with any cruise line or operator. This allows its 100+ sales agents to be totally impartial when advising on cruise options - good to know! The best bit? Any holiday you book with Iglu comes completely ATOL- and ABTA-protected, and the Iglu team will be around to assist you with your trip from the moment you book to the moment you get back to home soil.

P&O Cruises

Last minute cruises, deals in 2025, popular iglu cruise destinations, different types of cruises with iglu, cruise from the uk.

These cruises usually depart from Southampton, so all you have to worry about is getting there in time for check-in. The simplicity of this option means you don't have to deal with the stress of international airports, and can simply switch straight into holiday mode from the minute you board the ship. Often these cruises will explore less far-flung destinations - think Belgium, France or Guernsey. For cruises heading further afield, cruise-only options can mean more time spent at sea - but this won't be a problem if your ship has plenty to keep you entertained.

If a jam-packed itinerary is important to you, then a fly-cruise might be the best option. These deals include international return flights to the city your cruise will depart from - so instead of having to sail all the way to the Caribbean, for instance, you fly straight there to board the ship. If your dream cruise involves seeing as many sights as possible - with the ship merely acting as your base - then a fly-cruise might be your best bet.

Cruise and Stay

Can't decide if you should try a cruise, or park up on a sun-soaked beach somewhere? Why not both! Cruise-and-stays offer the best of both worlds, incorporating a period of cruising (often seven nights) with a few extra nights in a hotel tacked on before or after. This stay is a great way to ease into holiday mode after a stressful time at home, or embrace a change of pace following days spent at sea. Think a Mexican Riviera cruise followed by a glitzy Vegas stay, or a glamorous stint in Barcelona following a jaunt around the Canaries!

River Cruise

A great way to see European cities or parts of Asia, river cruises take you right to the heart of each destination. You could be soaking in a Budapest thermal bath, sipping wine in Lyon or visiting Vienna's dazzling opera house. With the vessels often much smaller in size than those which sail at sea, you'll experience a slightly more intimate atmosphere.

Iglu Cruise reveals top 2024 trends

  • Sheena Adesilu
  • December 14, 2023

iglu cruises 2024 caribbean

All-inclusive sailings, family trips, combination holidays and themed cruises are among the top trends for 2024, according to Iglu Cruise.

The cruise travel agency has shared its predictions for the year ahead, based on booking patterns and customer insights.

Travellers are opting for all-inclusive sailings, particularly where no tipping is required. Multi-generational trips during the school holidays are also gaining traction, with more family cabins becoming available.

Demand for combination holidays has led to Iglu Cruise’s new ‘spice route’ voyage from Mumbai to Sri Lanka and Singapore with an eight-night  India’s Tigers & Golden Triangle  land tour.

Next year will see more themed, immersive cruises offering experiences ranging from theatrical performances and workshops to Pride and stargazing with astronomers.

Cruise lines are seeking to meet the needs of singles, with a rise in solo cabins per ship. Research also showed an uplift in demand for the Artic in 2023 versus 2022, underscoring a trend for cooler climes.

Dave Mills, Chief Commercial Officer at Iglu Cruise, said: “I predict 2024 will be about an increased confidence to travelling, with people having a sense of ‘carpe diem’ and committing to creative and multi-faceted trips, to create brilliant memories and to have something of interest for each guest travelling.

“The demand for cruise is larger than ever, due to a combination of factors including more choice of cruises; more capacity; higher awareness of this type of holiday; an interest in value-for-money holidays; general confidence in travel and inspiring cruises, meaning it’s easy to commit to many cruise holidays in one year. We are confident about a strong 2024 and are even selling a lot of cruises for 2025.”

The cruise trends to know about for 2024

Whether you’re a regular on board or new to cruising, it’s worth taking note of these cruise trends

cruise trends 2024

If you’re looking to save money on a cruise in 2024, you’ll want to learn all about ‘repositioning cruises’, while solo travellers will find it heartening to hear that cruise lines have listened to demand and are looking to up their single cabin spaces this year. Meanwhile, first-time cruisers are on the rise, as are themed and family-friendly cruises. Responding to an increased focus on wellness , there will also be more healthy options aboard your favourite ships this year, plus a welcome rise in more convenient departure points, from London to Liverpool.

These trends might help you to decide where to go on your next cruise, as there are so many destinations and routes to choose from. Some of the best let you explore places which are difficult to reach on foot, like some of Scotland’s most remote islands and Croatia 's hidden coves. You can also see the fairytale castles dotted along the Garonne and Dordogne rivers or the rolling vineyards flanking the Douro Valley .

There’s a lot to know – and even more to see – so read on for our breakdown of the biggest cruise trends to know now.

Screen-inspired voyages

cruise trends 2024

From Channel 5’s The Cruise: Fun Loving Brits to dramas like Good Ship Murder , there are plenty of TV series based on cruise ships around at the moment. Naturally, these are inspiring existing fans and newbie cruise-takers alike to step aboard, with a predicted cruise market growth boost of 15 per cent (following a record-breaking 2023).

Cruising with Susan Calman , also on Channel 5, is set to inspire more ocean voyages, as the comedian, writer and presenter travels along the Douro river as part of her third series onboard. You can follow in her footsteps with Good Housekeeping’s wonderful wine-tasting cruise along the River Douro .

Another great source of screen inspiration is Jane McDonald, who we’ve all enjoyed watching voyage around the world on incredible cruises, taking in unforgettable sights like the Northern Lights and the Ganges in India . Try Good Housekeeping’s take on the latter by cruising down the Ganges and discovering India’s Golden Triangle with Atul Kochhar.

A love for true all-inclusives

cruise trends 2024

One of the best things about an all-inclusive cruise is that you can be totally sure of your budget before leaving home, and enjoy the freedom and relaxation that comes with that. It's not hard to see why all-inclusive cruises are set to rise in popularity (following a rise in 2023).

One of our favourite all-inclusive cruises winds through Vietnam and Cambodia, which are connected by the mighty Mekong River . You can enjoy 17 days aboard the ornately decorated Mekong Jewel without worrying about any unexpected bills at the end.

Those looking for a culinary-focused all-inclusive cruise will love Good Housekeeping’s Bordeaux Cruise, in which you can taste your way around historic vineyards and beautiful chateaux. Former MasterChef judge Monica Galetti will visit a local farmer's market with you, where you'll source fresh ingredients for a live cooking demonstration.

If you’re more partial to the Italian food scene, another unforgettable gourmet all-inclusive experience comes in the form of Good Housekeeping's eight-day cruise of the Venetian Lagoon with Michelin-starred chef Angela Hartnett. The renowned chef will accompany a tour of the famous Rialto market before a live demonstration.

Rise in family-friendly cruises

cruise trends 2024

Cruises can be a great solo or romantic venture, but with larger cabins on the up, it might be time to start planning a family cruise. Imagine a multigenerational adventure on board a beautiful ship, surrounded by children and grandchildren (with the privacy of your own separate cabin, if you’d prefer).

There’s something to suit every age group on a family-friendly cruise, with plenty of time for bonding – as well as invaluable kids’ clubs.

Cruising to cooler climes in hot summers

cruise trends 2024

As European summer temperatures soar, travellers are voting with their feet and heading to cooler climes in the sunnier seasons. Iglu Cruise’s research shows an increase in 201 per cent in demand for cruises to the Arctic in 2023 versus 2022, with increasingly popular options including Canada and Alaska. You can get the most out of the latter on Good Housekeeping’s incredible cruise aboard the Rocky Mountaineer, which takes in Canada’s wilderness, British Columbia and Alaska.

For something closer to home but still pleasantly cool in the summer months, why not island-hop around the Outer Hebrides, learning all about the western isles’ fascinating history. Known and loved for their wonderful landscapes and distinctive whiskies, this active six-day tour will show you the best of the Outer Hebrides.

Repositioning cruises

cruise trends 2024

If you’re looking for a way to save money on a cruise holiday, this is the trend to know. Some great deals can be found on cruises that spend days at sea followed by island hopping, from Europe to the Caribbean for example, as ships are repositioned for the next season.

Themed cruises

cruise trends 2024

New themed cruises are being announced on a regular basis, from stargazing expeditions to Pride-focused ships setting sail in 2024. Others will feature a focus on performances and talks. How about workshops and screenings by the Royal Shakespeare Company on board Cunard’s Queen Mary 2 ? Or a chance to hear from the BBC’s favourite weather presenter, Carol Kirkwood on Good Housekeeping’s tour of Scotland’s islands. Carol will join for part of the cruise, which includes Loch Ness, Loch Nevis, Iona and much more aboard the Lord of the Glens.

Sometimes, the destination is enough of a theme in itself, especially when it comes to bucket-list cruises like our crafts and Northern Lights cruise. As you sail, you'll have several wonderful craft workshops to enjoy, many drawing inspiration from the Aurora themselves.

When the festive season comes around, there could be no more heartwarming theme than Europe’s prettiest Christmas markets, which is exactly what’s explored in Good Housekeeping’s cruise along the Rhine Valley. This special Christmas cruise will take you to Germany’s best winter markets, for scenes swathed in fairy lights and sprinklings of snow.

Another themed cruise inspired by its picture-perfect destination is Good Housekeeping’s tour of Holland's waterways, gardens and tulip fields with Adam Frost. When spring comes around, the Netherlands’ fields burst into colour – and there’s no better way to see them than this.

Space for solo travellers

cruise trends 2024

A cruise is an ideal way to dip a toe into the world of solo travel, with sociable, accessible adventures on offer around the world. Traditionally, a lack of single cabins has meant that solo cruisers need to be extremely organised and book very early before things get booked up.

This year, however, a number of cruise lines are focusing on increasing the amount of cabins per ship for solo travellers.

Cruise and stay

cruise trends 2024

Iglu Cruise has reported an increase in demand for combination holidays, which include multiple destinations and feature a ‘cruise and stay’ element, which means passengers stay on land at the end (or beginning) of a sea voyage. A perfect example is Good Housekeeping’s incredible trip that takes in the major historical and archeological sites of Cambodia and Vietnam, with a luxury river cruise and stays at the finest five-star hotels. It truly is the best of both worlds.

Another is our trip through India, which begins with a land tour of the famous ‘Golden Triangle’ (the cities of Delhi, Jaipur, and Agra) and a stay at luxurious five-star Oberoi Hotels. Then it’s on to a seven-night cruise down the sacred Ganges River, where magnificent temples and local villages await.

Healthier options at sea

cruise trends 2024

There will no longer be any need to leave your healthy habits on dry land (unless you’re looking for some carefree indulgence, of course). Responding to passengers’ increasingly healthy lifestyles and focus on wellness, many cruise lines will offer lighter menus and tailored facilities.

This could be anything from complimentary wellness consultations on board or fresh, ‘clean’ cuisine to rooms furnished in lighter colours to support the idea of a refreshing break.

Convenient departure points

cruise trends

In 2023, London Tilbury rose in popularity and began to challenge Southampton for the UK’s most convenient cruise departure point. Good Housekeeping’s crafts and Northern Lights cruise departs from Tilbury, before heading to the Orkney and Faroe Islands, then sailing through Iceland for a glimpse of the Northern Lights.

There’s no doubt that offering a variety of UK ports for embarkation will bring the idea of cruising to more of the UK, as who isn’t looking for the easiest, most stress-free way to start a holiday? If you’re leaving from the North of England and don’t fancy a long drive, Good Housekeeping’s Scandi springtime cruise departs from Newcastle, and includes stops in Oslo and Gothenburg.

Another of Good Housekeeping’s delightful springtime cruises takes in the isles of Scotland over the May Bank Holiday. There’s endless entertainment on board, plus visits to Fingal's Cave, the Sound of Mull, Bac Mor, Stornoway and the Neolithic sites of Skara Brae. What’s more, it departs from Liverpool.

Small cruise ships

cruise trends 2024

Ships are being launched at either end of the size spectrum, with large liners appearing alongside smaller, boutique vessels to appeal to a different kind of passenger. Sometimes, a destination calls for small, river-style cruise ships, and Venice is one such place. In fact, Good Housekeeping’s cruise to the floating city takes place on the only luxury cruise line allowed to enter it, which means you can explore its labyrinthine canals and peaceful waterways, along with the islands of Burano, Mazzorbo and Torcello.

Another small but perfectly formed ship can be boarded for Good Housekeeping’s tour along Croatia's Dalmatian coastline. This takes place on a Supreme category ship, which carries a maximum of 41 passengers, and explores the picturesque coastal towns, serene islands and historical wonders of this beautiful coastline.

Rise in new-to-cruise

cruise trends 2024

Newcomers to the cruise world are increasingly open to taking an ocean voyage, and 2024 is the year of the new-to-cruise passenger. Many first timers will opt for shorter lengths at sea, dipping their toe into the waters if you will. Good Housekeeping’s Scandi cruise is six days long, while our trip around Holland’s waterways lasts for five days, offering a more approachable duration.

Another option favoured by newbies is to take a cruise around the UK. Good Housekeeping’s cruise around the Scottish Highlands is a great way to take in stunning scenery a little closer to home, aboard the small ship, Lord of the Glens.

Speaking of smaller, boutique ships, this can be another option that suits newcomers, as they don’t feel as daunting as boarding a large ocean liner. To experience something more intimate, don’t miss Good Housekeeping’s cruise along Croatia’s glorious Dalmatian coast.

Cruise and Stay holidays – what are they? A hybrid getaway, these package escapes see travellers enjoy the magic of cruising as well as the pleasure of extending their stay on land, before or/and after their break.

It’s easy to wish you had more time in your departure port, but it can be tricky when the focus of the day is to embark your ship. However, if you book a Cruise and Stay holiday you can arrive several days in advance of the sailing, live the high life in a pre-arranged hotel and explore the city to the max. Cruise specialists, Iglu Cruise , offer a raft of tailor-made Cruise and Stay holidays 2024 and beyond, ensuring holidaymakers get their fix of turf and surf. A key benefit of booking a cruise package with a travel agent like Iglu is that not only is the hard work done for you, from flights to accommodation, but it can also work out at great value for money.

My saved holiday interest enquiry was followed up with an email and a ‘No Pressure’ phone call. Liam’s friendly and informative response was invaluable and delivered with patience as this was our very first time booking a cruise! Everything was explained with detail and our questions answered in full without us feeling rushed or pressured. I would recommend IgluCruisr to anyone thinking of booking a cruise. A big thank you!

Booking with iglu was a very good and easy decision, never having used this company before they were assuring and had all the answers to the questions I asked. Not been on the cruise yet the rest I’m sure will be a great experience.

Paul at Iglu Cruise is your No 1

Paul at Iglu Cruise was an absolute superstar! I always use Iglu because they have the same high standards of service and competitive pricing but Paul has been the best so far and I have booked a lot of cruises. He persevered to find me the best deal and was so friendly and reassuring that I knew I had complete faith in him. Thank you so much

Very smooth and easy booking

The iglu cruise representative was extremely helpful, in fact she was excellent. Sarah went out of her way to arrange a return flight to Birmingham instead of Manchester at our request, and also coach travel to the cruise ship.

Amazing Iglucruise.com

We've just come back from our very first 'cruise and stay' holiday which we booked through Iglu and I wanted to leave a review because their customer service and organisation was nothing but excellent. We have had an amazing holiday made even more fabulous because we didn't have to worry about a single thing and unbelievably, all done from my laptop sitting on my sofa at home! The price was fantastically cheaper than anyone we talked to who had booked through TUI and I am honestly amazed that they got everything just right....flights, boarding passes, transfers...it was a first class service. Will definitely be using Iglu again. Thank you!

Talked through my options for an Asian cruise with Chris D - couldn't have been more helpful. Left it with me to discuss with my husband but warned me he was heading off on holiday but that any of his colleagues would be able to help. We decided to book and this time I got Emily who was just as good as Chris - patient, responsive and with great suggestions to make the holiday even better. On top of that, their price was SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper than the cruise company direct or any of their competitors.

Does not follow consumer regulations

Be very careful booking with this company. Their systems of the rooms layouts DO NOT match the actual layouts with P&O and hence they sell rooms which are missing features or facilities. When you find this out and request a refund from the company they refuse and start spouting all kinds of rubbish why they can’t do that and making assumptions. You are covered by the Package Travel Regulations and are entitled to a refund if what you book does NOT match what you actually get. You are also covered by the consumer rights act. This company does seem to have any knowledge of these regulations and are only interested in their bottom line as they obviously can’t claim back from P&O if they are the ones who have made the error. BE WARNED!

Outstanding service

Extremely helpful, made our booking very easy, all queries answered immediately and put our mind at rest. Stress free and will continue to use in the future.

ROYAL CARIBBEAN CRUISE 2024-26 GUIDE

When it comes to planning the ultimate getaway, there are so many reasons why cruise vacations rank among the most popular travel options. First of all, they’re completely stress-free. On a cruise vacation, all the planning is taken care of by the cruise line — from the  destinations  you sail to and the  shore excursions  available at each port, to a full range of  entertainment  and activities happening onboard every day. If you’re not a planner, or if the only things you’re looking to focus on during your getaway is savoring great food, relaxing, and soaking up the sights, cruise vacations are the way to go. A cruise vacation is also a great option if you’re traveling with the whole family, especially when you opt for a Royal Caribbean cruise. All of the ships in this cruise line’s fleet offer family-friendly experiences for guests of all ages. Even little ones will find plenty of ways to play with spaces and activities designed for tots to tweens. One of the top reasons savvy travelers love cruising, though, is because of the incredible value it offers. With Royal Caribbean, your cruise fare includes access to most of the ship’s attractions, select dining venues and all of the entertainment onboard. If you want to make your  experience  even more all-inclusive, you can opt for  beverage  and  specialty dining  packages that cover drinks and dinner at some of the most exclusive restaurants in the fleet. On top of all that, the cruise line presents frequent limited-time offers and seasonal sales, making it easy to score big savings when booking your vacation.

  • DebbJ 0 contributions 4.0 of 5 bubbles Great way to get oriented to Moscow We started our Moscow experience with the hop on hop off. It was a great way to get orientated to the city. The additional optional tours were also good, we did the Metro tour which I highly recommend, we also paid for the Kremlin tour. The hop on hop off has three different lines all included. Only fault was the bus was sometimes full and you had to wait for the next one which was about 15 minutes (in the cold). Read more Written January 6, 2020

  • BeverleyT 0 contributions 1.0 of 5 bubbles Boat trip - TERRIBLE We got on the bus, but couldn’t buy a 1 day ticket. They suggested we do the 1 hour boat trip and said they would drop us to the dock. 1) they dropped us in the wrong place 2) they were lost because of the marathon Then the boat, after we finally found it: 1) stinking fumes, actually gagging 2) no commentary, in fact, no interaction unless you begged 3) offered us 2 for 1 icecreams as they had melted and refrozen as the fridge gets turned off at night Honestly, we enjoyed the afternoon in the boat but spent all of it laughing at just how awful it was!!! The worst thing in Moscow! Read more Written August 18, 2019
  • niruDurbs 0 contributions 3.0 of 5 bubbles Not the best value for the price The ticket is quite expensive and covers three different routes in a 24 hour period. The red route is quite exciting and takes about an hour. The bus comes every 10 to 15 minutes. However the other two routes take about two hours each and buses come every 30 to 40 minute period. If the bus is full then you have to wait at the stop for the next bus. So personally I feel that not much can be seen this way. I definitely was not impressed. However it must be noted that one can learn a lot about the history of Moscow Read more Written July 3, 2019
  • IrishCueTravel 0 contributions 1.0 of 5 bubbles SLO Motion Not all their fault , but if you plan on trying this Attraction be patient! Traffic is a big problem first and foremost. • Rebecca J 0 contributions 3.0 of 5 bubbles Boat element was excellent We purchased a ticket online for the boat and bus for 2 days. The boat element was wonderful, we saw some amazing parts of Moscow along the river side. The bus element was very disappointing as it only started at 10am and was finished by 6:30pm. It was extremely warm when we were there and it would have been great to do the tour in the cool of the day. There was also no air conditioning in the down stairs part of the bus. They also turned away passengers at one of the stops as the bus was full and there was not another bus for 40 minutes. Read more Written September 26, 2018

  • Peter F 0 contributions 3.0 of 5 bubbles Two Routes There is a short red route which depending on the traffic takes about an hour. The route is generally around the Red Square area. The ear phones were small and sometimes the commentary did not link up with the sites you were seeing. The green bus takes you on a longer route and ours took two and a half hours due to the heavy traffic. I would not recommend this trip unless it is raining or you want to fill in time. The sights we saw were nothing outstanding with plenty of time at certain stops for photos. Also the driver stop for a bite to eat at one stop. Read more Written July 30, 2018

The girl on the picture-light blue bag-ask for 100 Rubles for show her the QR Code while I had the Booking and PIN number cause she must see the vessel name-Didn’t say nothing and after she said board any vessel. The bus didn't stop at many points. Were were unaware a couple of times at what point we were and missed them. Headphones and maps were provided. Would recommend one should check out the route map before going and decide which places to stop in advance, this way one can manage and enjoy the tour more and us it more effectively.! • WilliamDyer 0 contributions 1.0 of 5 bubbles Poor service on boat and too many waiting times on buses For the price, you should expect at minimum English speaking tour guides with decent experience, but at least in my case that did not happen both in buses and boats. And in the boat even tough we were 90% English speaking tourist at least, the tour guide spoke 95% of the time in Russia, and only 3 sentences in English, I really counted how many times she spoke in English. And at the end she asks us if we have any questions? Of course I told her I couldn’t ask her anything since I didn’t understand 95% of what she was saying. The boat tour is not worth it, just take the bus that would be my advice. Second minus is the waiting times, in the boat they made us wait an hour before it departed, and in many stops with the buses waiting times of 20-30 minutes. I actually think I lost that day around 2 hours doing nothing. Be careful. Read more Written July 10, 2018
